Internet Excess Bill without even using

I have been using Reliance Internet for more than 3 to 4 years without any problem paying around Rs900/-per month for unlimited usage but after the 4G Wi-Pod installation to my surprise I received a bill of 2026/- I filled a complain #[protected] and expected a response but did not receive one. Called the toll free # butno response.The toll free number when called will always disconnect the call which is very bad customer service.

Trouble in our locality due to a portable power source connected to a reliance tower

There exists a reliance tower in our locality and a portable power source (generator) has been placed in front my place to power up the above mentioned tower for almost two weeks now.

This is causing a lot of issues for people in our locality. The said power source is turned on late into the night, which is causing a lot of disturbance for us. Sleeping peacefully at night is out of the question because of this.

Charged more rent and worst network

I am using Reliance CDMA since last 4-5 year but as it is change to GSM, there is worse network that we even could not talk. We have to use different company SIM card and other handset.
Reliance was advertising us to give about 4G data 10GB bt as we receive the bill, they charges us for data and bill was in thousand.
We called to customer care on 198 so many times but none of them response us positive and even too many times...
