I have disconnected the connection on 15/08/2016 and the request number is[protected].

Inspite of that i am getting the Data Card Bills.

Despite my various e mails to customer care there has been no response.

I am going to highlight in various forums.

Hoping a reply from reliance on this.

    Hello,

    This is to inform you that I got frustrated with the wrong billing amount charged against my postpaid no -[protected].

    From Last 3 months, I am getting bill of more than 1000 Rs, however my plan is of 599 Rs which gives 4000 minutes calling and 2g data unlimited.

    I am only using this connection for call purpose and that too is not high. Its very much within 4000 mins limit. After including tax and all I should not get bill more than 700, but I am paying more.

    I have already put request for port the no, but every time executive from the company called and assured me that we will take care of extra bill and charges and amount which is extra will be waived off, but I didn't get any response afterwards. It is really pathetic and I got quite frustrated from this.

    This time also I got bill of 1147 Rs and it is not waived off till now.
    I want answer of this. If you cant resolve issues of customer please let me know and I will disconnect this connection.

    The day i buyed reliance data card my bad time started. Worst customer service. Requested many times n raised many termination request but still they are sending me bills which I'm not at all using. They are torturing me. My data card no [protected]. Please someone help me in getting out of this problem.

      Pls tell me how come without my permission, my data plan from inr 500/- has been escalated to 2200/- per month.
      I am amazed that a company as big as yours has no processes or protocols to follow.

      I will not pay this amount unless the excess charges are reversed and until this is resolved and my data card doesn’t work i will not pay the rental as well.

      They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

      Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

        I had a reliance connection subscription id: [protected], can no.[protected], which is in termination process since july 21, 2016 and the connection is still not terminated and everyday customer care execute call me for payments although i do not have any kind of dues left. This is what reliance treat their customers for their sufferings and decision of terminating the services.

        As my connection not terminated from reliance side, they keep on sending me bills and calls for payments though i have their confirmation mail regarding the termination of connection.

        Please let me know where is the process lagging so behind and when it get terminated because everyday i get a call for the payments of service i am not using at all.

          My number is [protected], at the time of 4g migration it was promised that the plan will not change, my previous plan was 730 inr / 10gb data, but without letting me know they changed my plan which is 905 inr/ for 3gb, i came to know this after 1st month billing, why they changed the plan when it was said that the rental plan will remain the same after 4g migration. For the last month, my service was deactivated, and they have generated the bill for that period, 11 aug to 11 sep 2016. I have already made several complaints but none of which processed and responded till now by reliance. They are calling me more than 5 times a day for paying the outstanding amount, but they can not solve the issues and cheating i am facing by reliance 4g. Please restore the rental plan as it was before migration and waiver the bill that was generated for the month when the service was deactivated by reliance otherwise cancel and suspend my billing and connection.

            I have purchase RELIANCE WIPOD 4G LTE on 31-Aug-2016
            My order ID is AUGJTOOML.

            Yet i have not received it.
            there is no status update or delivery details mention on website.
            no helpline numbers are working. http://shop.rcom.co.in/ looks like it is fake site...not reliance communication.

            i recommend that do not purchase anything from this site.

            didn't expected such service from reliance with 4G upgrade user, who are paying highest money.

            Can anyone answer when i will receive my device, or is my money wasted on trush can ?

              Gujarat. Today i. E, on 14th september, 2016 reliance cell company deduct
              Rs.31 from my main phone balance. Previous my cell phone main balance is rs.72.13 but now it is rs.41.63. I am not use any service for which the balance was deduct. So my humble request to you kindly take action to refund me those deducted money. Please rectify this matter by which this type of thing not happen in future.                 This complain is about mischief with customer and fraud in selling and forcefully purchasing of Reliance 4G dongle by Reliance Communication, Mumbai
                I have contacted and many emailed to higher authorities of reliance communication but there was no response from their side till date
                I am user of Reliance Net Connect since 2011, the company upgraded the service from 3G to 4G somewhere during July. The dongle having with me has stopped working due to this upgradation. I connected reliance store, they told me to purchase a new dongle of Rs.1599 as company provides to you on discounted rate so argued that why should i purchased the same in spite of already having dongle already purchased of Rs.2300 before but they said you have to. Then i waited to procure as it was costly. On 14 Aug, 2016 i went to store and asked for 4g dongle and they said we have not now available, wait for 2-3 days. But it was a wait of 15 days. I contacted alternate day and one day they said me to purchase it online Though, it is not safe to do transaction from cyber cafe, i went and tried to purchase it online but it show transaction error and displayed on screen that This offer is no longer available. Then i again i contacted to Reliance store but they said yes we have available but you need to purchase the same dongle on Rs.2700 and this price is same for old and new custmor. So My complain is that as a being older customer since 2011, it is moral duty of Reliance communication that they should inform their existing customer by any means email/msg/call that this offer is closing on so and so date, if you not procured.And immediately company changed policy without any intimation to customer and SAME 4G DONGLE previously available at Rs.1600 started to selling on Rs.2700. Hence, its a black marketing.. black mailing and exploitation of customer rights by ...there must be regulation on price and should be difference in old and new customer. The reliance store person finally said company is no free for you that they intimate ever time means company has only interested for new customer and has ignorance about existing customer.

De diya tha mai shop mai chalo gayi thi fir bhi inlogo ne mujhe bahar nikal diya, mere saath bahut hi galat words ka use kiya, ladies ki koi respect nahi hai inke yha... Sir plz jaroor koi action lijiyega inke khilaaf plzzzz

                    May All Rcom Customers Understand The Stingy Service Provider's Cheap Tricks

                    Please don't rely on Reliance.

                    My Reliance # is [protected].

                    I switched from another 3G datacard offering 30 GB @ Rs. 1500 to Reliance 3 G Wipod offering 40GB @ Rs.999/-

                    4 months no issues, 5th month Reliance moves to 4G, I check with customer care if the plan will change as I don't want to be charged extra. They confirm plan and rates no change. New plan change is emailed once we purchase Wipod device.

                    Brilliant plan package by Reliance offering 5GB @ Rs.999 + additional charges 5p/10 kb to customers consuming 40GB

                    when I wrote back asking for old plan as promised by customer care executives on launch, they wrote back this is the best fit plan basis my data usage pattern...

                    Now, 4G postpaid billing has shot up from Rs. 1200 to Rs. 7500+.

                    They are absolutely fine with loosing customers who realize they are conned, but they want this opportunity to charge 6 times revenue in 1 shot.

                    Why would anyone want to stick with Reliance with such cheap money making schemes?

                    Why would Reliance having customer usage history directly apply a plan which will bill higher than the most expensive fixed plan and call it Best Fit?

                    Please recheck their plans, compare with other service provider plans and make your own decision!

                    Please communicate by email only, I'm bearing the brunt of believing your marketing team who lied on offers...my billing shot up from Rs.1.2k monthly levels to Rs.7k in your 1st 4G billing...there is 0 trust on what your employees speak over phone...

                    Your collection team stupidly kept repeating payable amount is 4k+ (I had to make advance payment because of your 2k credit limit) when I was explaining billing jump from Rs.1.2 k to Rs.7k+ billing.

                    Basically your telecallers don't want to understand customer issues or the context, they can lie about offers to get customer trapped, so please no phone discussions on this issue.

                    I've raised this issue with your appellate and am going to raise issue with TRAI next on your unethical practices if the appellate is not able to resolve this issue.

                    Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
                    Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.

                    However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.

                    My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

                    Dear Appellate Authority,

                    Is this a joke?

                    Aug-Sep bill was for

                    15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
                    I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222

                    Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service

                    1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
                    2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted
                    3. 10 GB 1 month free data was not adjusted

                    Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?

                    Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

                    My bill should have been Rs.699, I've already paid Rs.3222.

                    Reliance needs to refund Rs. 2522

                      After repeat follow up and escalation broadband connection was closed after 1 month. I was informed that all my outstanding balance in nullified and account is closed. Now after closing my reliance broadband connection they have generated bill. When I call the customer care I was informed that service request can't be taken for closed account and the call was disconnected with giving me a proper answer.

                        Poor service and response from customer care agents as well floor supervisors of reliance communications ltd. Problems are being faced time and again but recent incidents are on 12/09/2016 and 13/09/2016. CDMA numbers of company are withdrawn and before issuing refund of initial deposits they have closed all the details related to that number. How can a customer get details of deducted security amount. All customer care agents are doing time pass and passing calls after 20 to 25 minutes of waiting at least. same issues are faced at customer care cell of appellate authority office.

                        Its heartiest request to take necessary action for the convenience of the customers.

                            I was having a Reliance Post Paid connection ( [protected]), whose Incoming & Outgoing facilities were bard in February-16, after several follow ups with customer care, in the month of April-16, reason was told that due to non payment of bill the connection was cut. I paid the full amount of bill of Rs 1832.80/- on 20.04.2016 although I had not used any of their services due to non functionality of the connection. The connection was not restored till 23.04.2016. Again after several follow ups with customer care, the connection was not restored. Every time I called in customer care, they used to launch the complaint only, with status of previous complaint showing pending. Finally after waiting for 2 more weeks, I stopped using the said number.
                            Now in September-16 company sent me a message on my alternate number to pay the outstanding rental otherwise stay present in Pune court.
                            Also upon more investigation, I found that the CDMA service has been stopped by the company due to their launch of 4G services, this case was not communicated by company.
                            The showroom from where the connection was purchased ( Nagpur City)has been closed/shifted, without any intimation, due to which I am unable to surrender the connection and have the deposit back.
                            I had purchased the connection in Nagpur city then why should I be present in Pune court ??

                              I have been using Reliance Internet for more than 3 to 4 years without any problem paying around Rs900/-per month for unlimited usage but after the 4G Wi-Pod installation to my surprise I received a bill of 2026/- I filled a complain #[protected] and expected a response but did not receive one. Called the toll free # butno response.The toll free number when called will always disconnect the call which is very bad customer service.
                              Thus I cancelled my Internet connection today(13/09/16) after paying Rs.4163/- of my hardearned money even without using the Internet all throughout last month because the connection was disconnected.
                              I am sorry to note that I feel cheated of my money and the right to atleast listen to my complain being attended to
                              Please do the needful, atleast I did love to hear from You

                                i was using 2 numbers of CDMA data cards purchased in Nov 2015 in chennai each at Rs 1250 and they promised 40GB data @ 15mbps. they are working fine but low speeds till April 2016. From May onwards there were several issues with CDMA signal as well as speeds in chennai as well as roaming circles like AP, Maharastra, Kerala, west bengal, New Delhi, haryana etc where we travel for business purpose.

                                we complained several times to customer care. they told that they will send 4G upgraded sim cards which we got by June end but the dongles are not supplied online as well as at their stores as they had licence problems for TN. we gave request for surrender on June 13th after making the final bill payment but they never responded even after sending 3 reminders. Finally July they confirmed by email that CDMA services has been stopped in TN. but they kept on raising the bills for July as well as Aug. Now they are sending legal notice to pay the dues. what kind of service is this. we lost several months with no data and we are forced to buy other operators data.

                                  My balance around RS 170 has been deducted without any message or call from my mobile no [protected](reliance GSM prepaid) on 7-8 sep 2016.In this regard I tried to lodge complaint in customer care but they had only one answer that the system is on updation and no record is showning so that complaint couldnot be lodged. Now my no. has been blocked to connect the customer care representative. I mailed to rcom customecare but neither any reply nor my amount has yet been credited. Now kindly suggest what action is left for me.

                                  No internet speed on 3 G services Not able to port out also as not crossed 3 months and not allowed to upgrade to 4 G RJio as its WB sim. So much monopoly.
                                  After purchace youre 4g offer with handset it work better atleast 15 days and then its working totali stopped and when i call the customer care they dont pick up the call so please admit this problem as soon as possible and give me the solution

                                    I had already applied for Termination of reliance services 2 weeks ago. Even after keep on reminding Reliance to terminate services properly, there is no response. I will assume that services are terminated and No one should call me from reliance side for further clarification.
                                    I’m putting the issue in consumer forum, why there is so much delay in termination process.
                                    I will not response to any call by reliance OR their Lawyer.
                                    Issues we can resolve in Court if it goes further.

                                        There exists a reliance tower in our locality and a portable power source (generator) has been placed in front my place to power up the above mentioned tower for almost two weeks now.

                                        This is causing a lot of issues for people in our locality. The said power source is turned on late into the night, which is causing a lot of disturbance for us. Sleeping peacefully at night is out of the question because of this.
                                        The generator also throws out a lot of harmful gases. This is another issue we are facing.

                                        Hoping for a speedy resolution of this issue.
