    We purchase cloths from shopper stop store Man Upasana tower yesterday i.e 09-06-19 amount around Rs 9750.
    Store cashier charged us Rs 7 for carry bag to carry these huge item which we purchased, we resist as this is the duty of store keeper to provide carry bag to carry these item and store not entitle to charge us .
    Pl lodge this complaint and return back our carry bag charges immediately and take suitable action against store keeper.

      Lost smartphone in the span if 15 min in the trial room of Shoppers stop, Inorbit Mall, Whitefield Bangalore on 7th June 2019. It's lost in the ethnic wear trial room. Checked immediately but no luck.Spoke to customer care but phone not received.
      Tried calling the phone but it is switched off. Lost phone is Moto G5S plus.
      Spoke to customer care but not getting good response also.
      The phone was lost around 7:15-7:35PM.Please check the CCTV footage around the trail room area to find if there was any unusual activity. We know there's no CCTV footy in the trail room but asking to check in the trial room entry/exit area.

        I have made a complaint of faulty trolley bag brand "safari" i have given this bag to customer care center @ vr mall, surat on 21.4.19 but the complain has not even solve in one and half month when ever i call at customer care they just tell us that new bag will be delivery at home but till now no new bag has come to my place.
        Now i think this is my last call if within one week if complain is not solve i have to go at consumer legal astion making us fool.

          Dear sir/ madam,
          Greetings

          Sub: return / exchange request received for order #[protected]

          I have made an exchange request on 16/05/2019 for a product purchased online and the customer care person told that my product will be picked from my home within 2 working days for exchange.
          It is really bad that my product was not picked from my home after 7 days of initiation of the request. The customer care people told me that within 2 working day it will be picked but unfortunately even after 5 working days, it was not picked.

          From last monday onwards i am calling the customer care people and they are always saying that within next working day it will be picked from my home. But until now it has not happened.

          I am not expecting this type of response from shoppers stop people. It is really pathetic that such a big company treating the customer like this.

            I have been reaching out customer support for more than 3 weeks but no body cares that delivered status is not updated on app. I want to return the product asap but there is no response on it every time a new case is raised by different executives and they promise to do it by eod but nobody cares.
            I need my refund asap not sure how shoppers stop will take the product. Can shoppers stop understand the value of anyone's time and patience that i have kept till now, full of disappointment after shopping from shoppers stop online.

              Since past 15 days i am trying to return an order. For which the pickup is not arranged till date.. Every second day i speak with the executive and put mails but they promise to get it picked up in next 48 hours and this keep on repeating again and again.. The courier is lying since past 15 days for the pickup, but just opp to what is promised, no one comes for the pickup..
              Its clearly mismanagement of the people.. I want the returns to be arranged immediatly!!

              Despite of getting such a delay in the responses and false promises done, I was quite patient enough but I am tired of getting such false promises by the agents ... Every day waiting for the returns is so annoying .. and Iam sure the same will happen for with the refunds too ... Had such a good repo of Shopperstop, but seems I will never shop again online with them now !! Very disappointed ...

              It was promised to me the product will be picked up by today but the same things have happened !! In spite of being clear with the agent that I wont be available after today for a month, I haven't received any message .. and no pickup guy is arranged !! I wonder how you guys manage to send the (C.O.D) products to the customer in one and half day, mentioning it would take 15 days but for the same address, same courier guys, the pickup cannot be arranged for 16 days ?? Following up, putting mails, talking to an agent is completely useless ...
              They talk like an automated machines !! Now I have to trouble someone to be present to give you guys the order, whenever you people are able to arrange a small pickup ... Arrange the pickup at earliest its no big deal for you people to arrange a courier guys and you guys know that ! Also after this please refund the amount on time and to MY BANK only ...
              I am so disappointed with the services .. Arrange it at earliest !!

                I was having good impression on shopperstop till now, but today i had very bad experience.
                I purchased a Lavin hand bag which was clearly mentioned it has 50% off even the nearby sales person informed the same but during payment theh said system is taking it as 40%. How can they be so irresponsible here and no manager at the desk to resolve.. As i dnt have tym i purchased it for 40% off.

                  Actually the complain is to our store manager for the thing is about ramzan timings. The matter know the timing itself should be one hour for iftar time and they give us 45only 10-15 minutes for namaj it's not possible sit
                  For namaj minimum 20mins sir that's the thing in the reason is our sm in whitefield bangalore is not good for that giving us for iftar time as 45 minute like that and anomaly namaz timing 122 his giving us to 15 minutes then how could it possible sir.
                  Pls try to understand sir
                  Please consider our 1hours 10mins only
                  And he told us saturday and sunday no namaj no iftar.
                  We will speak about that matter tomorrow by any chance its not solve then we will leave the job
                  Sir we are 41 people's working yours organisation so pls try to understand ours timing. Either we ill leave the job

                    Sir/madam,
                    I want to bring in your notice that i had purchase two ladies tops from above mention store on 21/04/2019 against bill no 257/2 for allen soly brand worth of 3398rs. With other stuffs
                    However i went on to same store to replace both as quality was very bad.
                    When showed to customer service desk person (Mr. Sharan raj) who was in argument with other customer prior to my case has denied to accept one top out of two stating that i have wore it..
                    I accepted it that yes i wore it and when i open the same it stretched so only i came here to exchange it as it should have not happend with such a branded costly top however he considered it as manufacturing defect but didn't want to replace or take it back. And asked me that madam u did a mistake wearing it. U should have not wore it we would have taken it back..
                    But how would i tried witout wearing it.
                    However he given me a credit note afterwards valid for six months then i asked him can i convert toa gift card he said yes and ask mr gopal to get gift card which he took 30 mins to get it. After sharanraj said to me this facility is not available at customer desk we may need to go at billing counter, when we went there i saw that even after having six counter there was only person handing billing section with a big queue.. And it seems all others went for tea break.. When i ask him why are u wasting time plz open other counter as he was mentioning as store manager to himself. He said u have spoken so much that why time wastage.
                    After waited for 20 mins there i asked him u return my credit note.. That he gave to me..
                    There i saw validity six months and amont 3398 in that credit note..
                    I went back to sharanraj to ask for confirmation and extend it for 1 year validity by giving it in form of gift card..
                    After that sharanraj denied to get me 3398 into. Gift card.. He said we can only give 1698 into card. However there is no policy to convert it into card.. When i ask him to return my credit note. He denied saying that human error has happened by entering into the system.. Customer should understand..
                    Even after asking him ref no for credit note he denied that he can't give.. I asked him u just write on a paper for the purpose of complaint he said madam. Do whatever u want to do..
                    And he gave me only card.
                    Now i request you to justify your executive behavior towards a customer and if your people cant understand from customer point of view why expect from customer side as well.
                    Moreover i may be given proper response towards my case.. And return the cost of the product with consideration of mine 4 hrs wastage towards nothing...

                      They had some offer so i purchased a dress.. I tried on n everything... Wen i came back home my family was not satisfied with the size i took they ask me to get a smaller size...27/4/2019 i purchased it and 3/5/2019 i went to exchange the size i just wanted l to m.. Normally the exchange says it 14days i went within 14days.. But u can nly exchange in that period of offer... But nobody inform me not even the bills says dat... Only their system don’t accept it so they denied to exchange the size for me... Wen i said u need to inform the customer abt the policy wat u follow so the girl working in w said u had tried on the dress and everything.. But dat not her business.. When ur bills says exchange in 14days thn it’s my wish i can exchange it or do watever... They only gave me credit note against it... They r cheaper don’t buy from shopper stop ever... Bcz they don’t take accountability at all

                        We have purchased dinning table set last year on 4th april 2018. We got 3 years warranty. One of the chair is getting loose so i called customer care to log complaint and send engineer to fix this. Alisha (Customer care executive) told me that store is closed and she is not able to track the same. She kept me on hold for 5 mins and then disconnected. I must say this was not expected from such a brand company. I need resolution immediately.

                          I placed an online order for a Jacket in the first week of December 2018 using my MakeMyTrip Cash Voucher of Rs 2500 (it's equivalent to cash amount which can be used at number of outlets) along with some additional amount from credit card. Later I got a message saying that the product is out of stock and they cancelled my order. And there starts my endless wait for my money/product/voucher back. I asked for refund and was sent a voucher on E-Mail. When I tried using the same, it didn't work. They again sent another voucher which again didn't work. When I called back again and was told that it's a sale season going on, so now I need to wait for few days before they can issue a new voucher of same amount which can then be used on another purchase. It was already strange but I managed to agree. Few days later I called again and I was told that I will need to wait till March 2019, yes 3 months, to get another voucher which can be used on another purchase. I have been dropping them E-Mails since 1st March, with no replies from them. I have attached the mail relevant mail threads.
                          I have used several other online shopping portals before (Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart, Amazon) with great service and products, and I am definitely never going to place any new order at Shoppers Stop ever again, but it's sad to realize that Shoppers Stop is into stealing money from their customers. I wonder if this is eligible for a police complaint.

                            This is with regards to Tommy Hilfiger watch (Model No. 1791378) which I purchased on 12th October 2019 with a warrantly of 2years from Shoppers Stop -Vashi as a wedding gift to my husband. On buying the product the sales person had mention that this is supposed to be one of the best brand at the moment and apologies to say that it has been really bad experience until now. The watch got stopped and had technical issues from first week of February 2019 . It was given for repair at ShoppersStop service center and within 10days we got our watch back. Certainly the case did not end as the watch stopped working after been repair in a week. Isn’t this brand a great one or to trust buy again for a customer? And we are back at Shoppers Stop -Vashi (service center) . The managers here say that it will go through same process and we are sorry to inform but we do not believe in the same and neither want to come
                            back with the same issues every second week.

                            I NEED A REPLACEMENT TO THE WATCH and not the re-repaired product once again DISAPPOINTING me as it is the biggest embarrassment.

                            Despite of several emails and phone calls there is no reply from their department. There is no response and acknowledgement from titan/tommy/shoppers stop.

                              I've shopped at shoppers stop on 22-march-2019 at garuda mall, bangalore location. I swiped through axis edge rewards point worth rs 2, 205.00.

                              The transaction got successful from axis bank but as of today still not reflected in shoppers stop outlet.

                              Mr saddam (Accounts person in outlet; mob no. [protected]) has initially asked me to wait for one day for settlement report. But now, mr saddam is not ready to listen anything.

                              I have already filed a compliant with axis bank. From there end, the transaction is successful. I've enclosed all proof for the same.

                              I request you to kindly refund my hold edge rewards points with you to my bank.

                              I request quick resolution from your end.

                                I have purchased a lee cooper watch online from shoppers stop app on 11 february 2019 the parcel delivered on time but when i opened the package the box was expty. There was not any watch i have complained about that many times on [protected]@shoppersstop.com and customer care no. They ask me to have patience for 24 to 48 hrs every time but it has gone one month 5 days but no resolution from shoppers stop. The company has taken ₹ 6700 my harded earned money and not given the product. I want my product for which i have paid or want refund. I want my money.

                                My problem resolved. My watch delivered by shoppers Stop.
                                I got cheated by the words of sales guy at koramangala branch, and wasted close to 10k on aa ray ban glass. He said that they will protect my eyes from headlights as well!
                                My complaint has been resolved by shoppers Stop.

                                  I am very dessappointed to shop on shoppers stop online. I have received empty parcel of my order id :[protected] on 15 feb 2019 and complained about that on costomer care no and email. I haven't received any resolution till now. I called on customer care no about 15 times they said me "please have patience we are working on this and wait for 24 to 48 hrs.

                                    Worthless company i have ever shopped online with. Horrible customer service. Never ever shop with this company online.

                                    They delivered a wrong product and have been promising refund for the return request since 15 days but did nothing. I have called 7-8 times to their customer service, spoke to numerous agents/supervisors. Everytime they promise me that refund will be processed within 24-48 hours but nothing happens.

                                    Even their app is showing return processed but i havent received any credit to my evoucher.

                                    Pathetic service.

                                      I live in greater noida and i purchased a sweater on 10 or 11 feb 2019 of allen solly and when i went for the billing your executive asked me to join membership and told me that if there is any issue in the product we will change it with in a month but now when i went to change it as there was a hole in sweater and also it was 1 size bigger then my size, they refused to change it and returned your product without any money now sweater is with them. Keep it and remember, i will tell this to everyone i know that how you people cheat with fake membership and return policies

                                        I am really very disappointed by shoppers stop online service i have been return three products as on dt — 28.02.19. They have updated only two products received and said that it will go for quality checking whereas there has been more than three days they still not initiated my refund. They also dont know exact status of third product whereas i have handed over all products on same date. This is really irresponsible answers given by costomer care. Please help me at earliest.

                                        I had purchased 2 T-shirt’s on 27/03/19 from your Hyderabad International Airport outlet.
                                        During billing your staff scanned some other products bill instead of what I choose which was 400₹ more than what I selected.
                                        Kindly take some serious action against the same.
