Refund and cancellation of EMI process

I have enrolled for Simplilearn pg diploma course, but I did not like the way they are chasing me. So I have asked for refund within 7 days if their policy but they did not provide the refund and forcefully made me attend classes, even after attending classes I did not like the course content and asked for loan cancellation.

They are providing refund and propelld team harassing me if don’t make the payment....

Stop loan and course

I joined course 3 weeks before in simplilearn and they said deduction starts from November. I didn't start the course because some issues and now I want to stop the loan and course but they are not resolving this. I contacted propelld but they said to contact institute. No one is resolving this when I want to stop the loan and course due to some health and personal issues....

No doubt session and one on one GTA session

I enrolled my sister and my wife into Simplilearn Data Analytics program associated with Purdue University. They never provided one on one session during the entire course. Nikita Pandey and Akshay Nail were contacted and briefed me about the benefits of the course. Nikita said they will provide the Amazon voucher of Rs20000/- on referral but I didn't get this also. I want the refund of my money...

Complaint against the course

Address:Ahmedabad

I took a O data Service course on 9th Oct 2020 of Zafar Karnalkar. Its validity is for 180 days but when I login after 2 - 4 days I can't find my login account. I paid Rs.249. Now I created my account but there is no course in my account.
Please solve this error as soon as possible.

Waiting for Refund Amount

Last month, I was enrolled with SiimpliLearn; which I've withdrew now, SimpliLearn has raised REFUND request on Sep 20 2022 but up till now I've no updates about the refund process i.e. when they will refund the Loan amount to 3rd party i.e. Propelld; which will then issue me NOC.

I have sent multiple emails but so far NO updates.

Looting in the name of job guarantee Programs.

Simplilearn is looting people in the name of job guarantee programs.They have given several fake promises before I joined the course and when the course is finished they are barely providing any help.The Team is very Rude here and does not respond to the calls.I need my money back.We have a group of several guys who will take certain actions against this fake promises....

Refund rejected and forcing to continue the course

I have intiated refund for masters course of 60k on the third day of purchase. I have attended only one session which was not up to the mark and one session was cancelled from Simplilearn itself and they mark me present for two days. And said you have accessed 25% material of course which is not true. I am continually sending mails and proofs of chat from Simplilearn’s team who asked me to initiate refund and it will be processed in a week....

Actually due to some family issues I've opted for course cancellation within a week i didn't even attend the single class or induction, they raised a ticket for refund and given me a refund I'd, but while taking a course they have linked me with a Propelled loan which they haven't vent cancelled and those people from Propelld are calling me and sending reminders regarding the emi which I don't need to pay

When I have joined the course I have already mention to the sales personnel that I need a java course from very scratch, But in the class they are not providing from the scratch . So in that I can't continue with that course .
