I took data science course admission for fees of Rs60, 000.
I agreed to pay Rs5000 per month for 12 months with my Mentor Kshitij Kohli. Then after my 3 months payment I was diagnosed with unexpected breast cancer.
I couldn't afford to pay my fees anymore due to my disease expensive treatment. I have already cancelled my course since last 3 months. I haven't attended single class. Still I have paid 3 emi.
I am unable to pay further emis due to my cancer treatment.
Even after repeatedly informing them, They are least bothered to take any action to cancel my course on medical grounds.
I am pissed off due to no action from your end.
Please stop the mental torture. I am not in position to take any.
They are sending private goons too my house to create terror in the presence of my mom & collect their remaining fees, even after knowing my phyiscal, mental condition.

    I had applied for data science course for 6 months for Rs60, 000. I agreed to pay the fees of $Rs5, 000 in 12 months as I was unable to pay it in 1 go. I clearly paid 3 instalments without any issues. Then was diagnosed with unexpected breast cancer. I am begging them to cancel my course since last 15.12.2021. till date, they are harassing me for fees for the course that I am not even doing now. My Medical condition is preventing me to do this course. They are sending goons to my house to Mentally torture my parents for unnecessary fees collection for the unwanted course. I was forced to pay 1 more instalment of Rs 5000 this month. soo total I paid Rs20, 000. I am not in a position to pay this fees any more now. But they are dump head to understand this, I have provided my cancer documents to prove it.

      I am joining simplilearn 27 October after that I starting with self learning contains in that I don't understand anything about that even I am seeing again .       Dear Sir/Ma'am
      Myself Bhupathi K, i got call from simplilearn and they started explained about course and they convinced me to join for DATA Scientist course and they explained about education loan and they collected all details and documents for loan and loan got disabused, later they informed about self-learning classes, that time they said about course it is Data Analytics master program its not data scientist course, but still i started attending classed but iam not satisfied in the class, because faculty is explaining course for experts not for beginners, iam not satisfied immediately i requested for refund or change of batch. they are not responding properly, also not doing refund and not changing batch, i paid one EMI also. i don't want to continue the class anymore, however i paid one EMI for 3 days class, lets deduct that and refund my remaining amount.

      attended classes for 03rd Dec, 04th Dec and 10th Dec'22. for these three days class lets deduct one EMI and remaining amount i need.
      50% to 60% class is self-learning only, why should i pay 40000.

      12th Nov'22 i paid 40000, and class started on 3rd Dec, it is weekend classes.

        Hello Sir/ Madam.
        Simplilearn people playing games with me? I enrolled for Data Scientist course on 19th of October night at 11 PM and the amount was 50000/- and I asked Tabitha, Simplilearn sr. Counsellor to cancel the course on 21st of October 9:20 Am. But she did not raise a ticket from her end as she promised me that she will do that for me. But she cheated me and did not even ask me to raise a ticket from my end. Without her telling me to raise a ticket from my end how would I know that this is the process? . after i raised a grievance on 31st of october 2022 i continuously calling to grievance department and sending mails but i didnt received any response on 12th decmber 2022 received a mail stating that amount will not be refunded and they said conue the course but I am asking about a refund not for continuing the course. The problem is Simplilearn team end, not my end . Propelled team is coming to my home and harassing literally, you people telling like this? . Simplilearn people wasted one and half months of my time . I reached to simplilearn people and they are not responding at all now
        they are telling like this. I messaged Tabitha Das to cancel the course but she did not respond to me..it all happened within one week..i am attaching screenshots of the messages i sent her to cancel my course.. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. because the propelled team is continuously calling and coming .

          Aaplog please mera course band kar dijiye, meri arthik sthiti achi nahi hai, abhi recently meri mother ki health condition achi nahi hai, aur bahut hi serious case hai, aur unhe hospital mai admitted karna pad gaya hai, aur une ICU mai bharti karna hai, aur hospital ka ICU ka per day cost 8460 rupay hai, aur unko jo injection lag rahi hai uska cost 15000 rupay hai, aur doctor ne kaha hai unhe per day 2 injection lagenge .mein bahut jyada pareshan hoon .aur ye sab mai apke employee Bataya hai reprot bhi send kiya hai .

          I told last time that I don't want to do the course, you don't come and I, your staff also told that I don't want to do the course, Propelled Finance is forcing EMI as twelve, then I am mailing both the companies but not giving response. Today I don't have any financial means, I haven't attended any other classes, today the loan company is threatening me, I have made daily e-mails and calls to your company thinking that the loan is good, but you are not giving me any response. Today I have no choice but to commit suicide, I am going to commit suicide

            Again I'm saying my case is not of referral voucher, I was wrongly promised at time of taking job guarantee that I'll get job before july so that I can pay emi of Job guarantee program, i.e I was guaranteed that I will get job from Post graduation program, that's the only reason I took Job Guarantee program .             Dear sir, My name is Amit Verma, I got myself enrolled for online data science job guarantee program with simplilearn online institute the fee for this course is rs 169400 to be paid in monthly instalment of rs 5601 The process of the admission was done online through video call. My loan was approved by propelled company through online process using my Aadhar and account number after joining this course I have attend 2 to 3 classes they make the people fool by their 7 days return policy at the time of consultation the never make the student aware about their policies due to which they take advantage not to provide refund to the student they make strategy of making fool of the student they enrolled me in wrong course and after i was informed they enrolled right course and start the course after online weak which 7 days in between they put the student in the running classes where course is about to finish and after the complaint they will put student in the new batch this whole process take atleast a week if anyone is not satisfied with course and ask for refund they use their fake policy which they have created loan company started sending some agents to home for recovery daily morning and evening now both the company propelled and simplilearn started blaming each other they are not able to provide the refund I bring this concern Plz look into this matter and my compliant register.

              Simplelearn is not helping me even though I have requested many times. They have deceived me. I was forced to take different courses and made to take courses. And they said that they will give you a good salary job. Now my finances are bothering me a lot. So now I am preparing to commit suicide. I have no other option left.
              He had committed me that he would give me a job in the month of September if you take this course. But nothing happened for hours and I had already told them that my financial situation is very bad.
              I sold my engagement ring to pay the previous emi and paid but now I have nothing to sell what should I do. And these people are avoiding me.

In last course which I purchased from Simplilearn i.e Digital Marketing job Guarantee, it was said to me that till end of july I'll get job through PG program but package will be less and if you purchase job guarantee then next package will be good and from your first job which you will get through PG program you can pay EMI's . On the sole commitment that I"ll get a job before End of july I brought this Job Guarantee . Now it"s been November end but I didn't get Job and my financial condition got really bad . I have sold many things to pay EMI's .
              I dont have money . I request you to kindly give my refund 🙏.

                Kindly provide me the 1 year of live classes, Virtual Labs, and Ask Me Anything’s access to the “Post Graduate Program in AI and Machine Learning” for FREE or UPGRADE me to “MS in Artificial Intelligence” for INR 9000. That’s the only thing I can manage the most. I have no job & currently, I am in legal disputes for my ancestral property. I was the one who gave the Idea of the Learning Libraries Product which you sell in the name of the Tech Master Course, which you see in DashBoard under Certification Programs (which is also the duplicate program, which is not what I agreed upon, I can share the mail from the Simplilearn, if needed). Through this Simplilearn earned a lot.

                Since I have enrolled in the Foundation Batch of the program without taking any demo classes. Also, during that time, there was no Call support for the Program in the Day time, where the Onboarding team told the Details (Do’s & don’t) of the program. This gives clarity on which program we have to Click first & which is the next. Ideally, the Prerequisites of the program should be on the top but due to the poor User Interface, it was on the last. At that time, I was doing the Evening shift & cell phones are not allowed during working hours. I ask to schedule the call during the daytime. They told me that it is not available. I was unaware of the fact that once you click on that course it will start counting like a Time bomb & you can’t pause the course even if it is open by mistake. Hence, I never used Virtual Labs, AMAs, etc. due to unawareness.

                I have invested that money just based on the trust without hearing any terms & conditions. If I have known that I am gambling my money then it was better that I invested that in the Stock Market, Cryptocurrencies that have given crazy returns during the lockdown. Then I would also have taken the advantage of the Power of Compounding or else I would have easily purchased the “Apple iPhone & MacBook” with that amount. Or better I would have never opened that course or joined any physical institute instead of going online because I ended up with nothing in return.
                Also, to date, there is No Pause Option in the Course, which is commonly available in the other EdTech like Scaler Academy, etc. because everybody is in a hurry to finish the course & get the certificates which they can show to employers, learners know it very well if they pause the course they have to wait for the next batch for that portion. As companies pay per batch to the teachers. So, it doesn’t matter whether it's 1 or 25 students in that batch. So, there is no extra cost involved for Simplilearn.
                So kindly think about that & reward me for that. Might I give more ideas like Learning Libraries which can create meaningful value addition in your educational services through which you can make More Profits in the Future? Take it as feedback and discuss it with your Upper Management so that they can give the necessary approvals for old students regarding the program.

                    I, Abdul Hannan Turabi, have enrolled in "Cloud Computing" course with Simplilearn. Initially, I understood their classes well and was able to complete the projects through their good support and prompt response. But since a few months, I am unable to complete my projects because of lack of support, poor explanation of the subject and delayed or no response for any of my queries. The classes are unclear and not interactive at all, because of which I regret enrolling in this online course. So I decided to cancel my enrollment but after continuously trying to reach Simplilearn through phone and email, I have been forced to continue with the course and there seems to be no solution for my request in cancellation of EMI.
                    Please resolve my complaint immediately, as I am being charged for the course I don't wish to pursue further.

                      On 15/01/2022 I purchased PG AI course, amount was rupees 178, 500.00 The course was started on march 2022. From the first day I was feeling that this course is not for me. So I contact the sales person, Mr. Avinash Singh who sold me the course because then I didn't know the process of cancellation. Then he told me that this is too late he can not do anything. So I was helpless then and continuing course but from my heart I never with the class.

                      After few months within the online class I understood that if I want to get a solution then I have to contact customer care. After then from customer care of Simplilearn told me this is not possible as it is too late. So I thought what can I do with the course fee that I have already paid. After few days I emailed simplilearn for course swap in FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPMENT as I am already professional in this field. Simplilearn asked me some more price for this course. So after negotiation the price, it was rupees 11, 500 what I have to paid newly which is not related with the AI course fee and they informed me AI course rupees 178, 500.00 is not refunded, I agreed it and not expecting this amount any more to get back.

                      So on 29/10/2022 I paid 11, 500 rupees to simplilearn for PGP Full Stack Web Development course. After then I have realized the course contains JAVA, ANGULAR which are not required in my future carrier so I decided to cancel the course and refund my rupees 11, 500. So I raised the ticket on 2/11/2022 to cancel the course and refund my rupees 11, 500 but after so many communication they are informing me refund is not possible though this course cancellation was totally with in their refund policy. Please help me to get back money from Simplilearn.

                        Simplilearn team - are you guys helping NBFC meet their loan tragets for the month by scaming PPL like us and alluring us into concept of Job gaurantee programs. The contact you provide is fake, your promises are fake and the greviance redressal contact on your protal is fake for if i reach out the concerned person, your customer care all of a sudden started reacting sending we are closing the case even before it was investigated.                           My refund was completed on[protected] for the DevOps course i enrolled in, As per Simplilearn the refund is already completed and is with Shopse. Once i contacted Shopse they told me the refund failed due to bank issues and have been sent back to simplilearn. They even shared me the failed transaction ID. I have been hanging in between Shopse and Simplilearn as whenever i try to contact Simplilearn they tell me to contact Shopse and whenever i try to contact Shopse they tell me to contact Simplilearn.
                          I already opened a ticket with Simpilearn but it's been almost 5 days still there is no reply. Everytime i try to contact Simplilearn they tell me to wait for 24 hrs,

                          I have shared them the proofs as well about the EMI's getting deducted. I am helpless as again and again I am just being asked to wait or call Shopse and vice versa.

                            I just purchased a cousrse from simplilearn on digital marketing on nov 19 2022. For my personal reasons am not able to continue that course. So i asked them to pls diacontinue from the course and stop the process of loan taken from online proppel team .they agree to do like that but till now they are not responding well to this matter. Can you pls tell me the details or procedure to cancel that education loan just taken few days back.. without starting.

                                I have taken the business analyst course from simplilearn institue. Thwy have given me all half information regarding the no cancelation policy after taking one class. Also they didnt tell me the llan company about. Alsk didn't inforn me it would be auto debit deduction from my account. I am asking to cancel the enrollment after taking one class. Not giving me any response. I have mailed and raise the ticket also.

                                  My name is vigneshwaran (vicky.[protected]@outlook.com) booked a data science.

                                  One person called me and convinced alot to booked the course and finally I booked it on 28th October with senior learning consultant named Rahul Patil and the ext day i aksed him to cancel the course according to cancellation policy but refused to cancel and he said the course can be cancelled at anytime before December. And then he didn't mind about me. Then again i asked him to cancel the but he didn't cancel it and finally now they are saying that cannot cancel the course. Please help me cancelling the course and refund me the money
