Simplilearn is such a fraud company which I didn't know. They don't provide what they promise and, after taking the money, no CUSTOMER service or HELP. I paid 10K in advance to book a seat for the particular course. But I changed my plan, so immediately next day I requested for refund. But they sent a mail that the refund got cancelled as per terms and conditions. Nowhere it is written as non-refundable. A lady who approached me and told clearly that 10k is refundable if I cancel within 7 days. I've been dealing with health issues and financial issues as well. They only know to snatch people anyhow and then hide in their ### policies without considering a person's emotions and condition.
This is my humble request. Please HELP me in getting a refund. I paid 10k for booking a seat.

    My Name is mohammed khadar Hi Team,

    I have been requesting your team to cancel the cyber Security course, which I enrolled in the month of August 2022, and the loan amount was given to your company.

    At the beginning of the course, I was promised that the course will be a two-way communication when I can ask the questions and get answers, however I Just took one class and there was no such class happening as promised, the first class took after 8 or 9 days of enrollment, but when I requested for cancellation, they said I should have contacted them within 7 days. How in the hell I would know if the first class itself was held on 8 or 9 days of enrollment.

    I immediately emailed and requested to cancel but they keep rejecting my emails and no reply from their end. this is simplylearn does cheating to their students.

    Now I am getting threatened as I had load from propelled company which was referred by Simplylearn and they forced me to go for it. when I was still in dilemma stage. Propelled team forced me to get it.

    Now they are coming to my home and threating me to do the payment. why should I pay when I had request for the cancellation and not attended any class.

    Visited the office but they said there is no escalation team there. its only the sales office. Please take my request into consideration and cancel and refund the money back. As the team was not clear on the cancellation policy and they are making up the story.

      Hi Team,

        I enrolled for master program for AWS once enrolled they put me hold and were suggesting me to take PG program for a week and I was very confused with the course and asked for refund they did not even register my profile . please help me in this case to stop my EMI which will get debited next month

          I have enrolled for DATA SCIENCE Masters program on 15/08/22. before that i called simplilearn regarding job guarantee program like JAVA and DATA SCIENCE, I was in touch frequently with Executive discussing in detail about course, and job assistance, as i was in an confusion to choose any1 either of the job guarantee course because i'm from non CS background and also i requested for some time to think and decide. after 3rd day the executive made me join the Masters program saying that we can upgrade the program to job guarantee like process will be easier if once we have got the approval for this master program. Now i have decided and chose DATA SCIENCE job guarantee program and asked the executive to upgrade it. now they are telling that there is an issue with financial partner for my loan and also we cannot cancel the existing program. this master program is of no use for me i want job guarantee one. also the executive never mentioned the cancellation policy like 7 days and also if we dont attend the course also i have to pay the emi . If I knew the dark side earlier i wd have been cautious, he promised me that they can upgrade or change course easily. this is my sincere request for you people to cancel the program let me not face any issue from financial partners for EMI's.
          also my request to Simplilearn team that please mention the pro's and con's before you push someone into a trap. i was very much intrested to learn before joining now seeing the dark side im giving up my idea of learning at all.

            I have enrolled with Simplilearn on May11 for PG diploma for full stack web development course which is in collaboration with Caltech university. They have said that I can cancel anytime if I do not like the course, but I did not like the way they chased me so I asked for refund within 7 days which meets their refund policy, but they said we will give you extension for 5 years asked me to send a resonate through email that I would like to continue so I did, but later on the same days after seeing bad reviews about Simplilearn I have asked for refund again, they were keep on saying the refund is not possible. Hussan peera from Simplilearn called me on May19/2022 and he was in call with me from 12pm to evening 4pm, he harassed me manipulated me and said refund is not possible and he forcefully made me attend classes. I have attended few sessions. The phase 1 was easy as it was only basics the later phase 2 classes, I was not able to follow, even for phase 1 they have changed the instructor, and they do not provide any support only if required. The total fee is of 156000, I have already paid 76000. I am following up with them since from last 6 months but I am not getting my refund. I am continuously getting harassed by propelld team if I don’t make the payment.
            I have made the payment because they are harassing me. Please do needful and help me to get my refund if 76000.

              I have enrolled for Simplilearn pg diploma course, but I did not like the way they are chasing me. So I have asked for refund within 7 days if their policy but they did not provide the refund and forcefully made me attend classes, even after attending classes I did not like the course content and asked for loan cancellation.

              They are providing refund and propelld team harassing me if don’t make the payment.

                  I joined course 3 weeks before in simplilearn and they said deduction starts from November. I didn't start the course because some issues and now I want to stop the loan and course but they are not resolving this. I contacted propelld but they said to contact institute. No one is resolving this when I want to stop the loan and course due to some health and personal issues.

                      I enrolled my sister and my wife into Simplilearn Data Analytics program associated with Purdue University. They never provided one on one session during the entire course. Nikita Pandey and Akshay Nail were contacted and briefed me about the benefits of the course. Nikita said they will provide the Amazon voucher of Rs20000/- on referral but I didn't get this also. I want the refund of my money

                        I was contacted by SimpliLearn account manager Gurpreet Singh to buy the CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) training+certification.
                        I was very clear that I did not have any availability and I informed him that if i apply to ANY training it must be taken on my on pace (i.e. the training should be available to be recorded and I would choose whenever to consume it).

                        He ensured and CONFIRMED to me that i could take the training on my own pace (no need to be in live sessions at all).

                        I paid for the CSPO training based on the confirmation provided by Gurpreet.

                        Then I received an email REQUESTING me to be 2 full days present, with camera on, to take the training.

                        I did not agree, contacted Gurpreet and request the refund.

                        Until this date, the refund HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED. And SimpliLearn has told me that the refund was NOT approved.

                        I do not believe this is the quality that SimpliLearn Leadership is looking for.

                          I am Gaurav Singh. With guidance of Ms Chibi Saikia(Admision Consultant from Simplilearn), Me and my friend have decided to take a course on Masters in Data Science through Simplilearn. The course fee is Rs 38000. Due to lack of money, Chibi Saikia advised us to take the course on EMI which were financed by Propelld (Financial Partner of Simplilearn) with the help of Simplilearn. Chibi Saikia insisted us to take this course on EMI. She said, If we don't like the course, then you can cancel the course and your EMI is credited to your source account. On her multiple request, Me and my friend, Kunal Kishore, have agreed to this course. As advised by Chibi Saikia, the course fee for both o[censored]s is financed on my Pan No. (FARPS7212G). In the night of 16th Sep, 2022 our course were financed with the help of Chibi Saikia. All the processes were executed by Chibi. Only loan is financed but did not get any credentials (Login details) for the course. On next day, 17th Sep, 2022, I got a news that my father had a brain stroke and I had to go home for their medications. Also, I have resigned from my job, and I am waiting for confirmation of my next job. In this situation, I knew that I could not be able to focus on the course. Also, I have not any financial backups to pursue this course. My savings is going into my father treatment. So, I decided to cancel the course and the loan. On 17th Sep, 2022, I had contacted my admission consultant Chibi Saikia, and informed about my situation. I told her mam I cannot pursue this course. Please cancel the course and my loan. She insisted me take time to decide, I will extend your EMI. She was trying to manipulate me that I did not cancel my course and my loan. But I strictly said that mam you cannot force me to do this course. Please cancel it. Then she replied I will mail my team to cancel the course. She assured me that my course would be cancelled. On the same day, I had raised my concern on grievance portal of Simplilearn. Also, mail my concern on grievance.[protected]@simplilearn.net. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, and registered mobile no is [protected]. I have raised my concern on simplilearn through other email ID [protected]@gmail.com After raised my concern, I got a ticket ID[protected] from Simplilearn. My loan application ID is 186389. After 10 days I got a message of EMI of Rs 5247 from Propelld (Simplilearn financial partner). After seeing this, I ask to Chibi Saikia (the consultant) about the cancellation of my loan. She said, I don't know. Mai dekhti hu. After some time when I asked again her, Had you mailed your team for cancellation? She said, Month end hai, Its very hectic. I was busy. I said to her I requested on the next day to cancel my loan then why had you not done this yet? She has no reply. After seeing all these situation, I ask Simplilearn on mail about cancellation, the feedback came we are looking into this matter. Please keep patience. I replied to Simplilearn that I will not be paying any penny to the EMI for the course that I have not enrolled. I do not have login details. I do not watch any lectures. I raised my concern on the next day of the registration. Then why are you not cancel my loan. I complaint about her admission consultant, Chibi Saikia. She ignored my request. Simplilearn replied that your refund is initiated on 30th Sep 2022 and will be credited to your source account in 15 business days. NOC is shared in 30 to 45 days after foreclosure of loan. But two days back, Propelld recovery team came to my home to recover my 1st EMI which will be bounced due to ignorance of consultant. I refused to pay the emi because I have not taken the course and inform the institute for cancellation. On talking to customer care executive of simplilearn, he said in 15 days we just informed our financial partner to cancel the loan. He said loan is cancelled by Propelld. It is not our responsibility. Propelld said loan would be cancelled when your institution would inform me for cancellation. I don’t know, What I do in this situation. 1 month have been passed away, but they did not inform Propelld for cancellation. It damage my CIBIL Score. If I am not registered the course then why I will pay for this course. From three to four days I was asking about my case from Simplilearn through mail, they were not responding. Chibi Saikia is also not picking my calls and are not responding to my messages. What I do, I don’t know. Kindly request you to please file a complaint against Simplilearn and take action against them. Smplilearn cannot force me to do this course. Its my legal right to choose what is better for me or what not. Also on requesting Propelld team to please contact to institution then He replied We don’t know you will have to pay your EMIs. Otherwise your CIBIL is destroyed. I am attaching the mail PDF and also PDF of the chat with SImplilearn sales executive. Kindly take action as early as possible.

                            I took a O data Service course on 9th Oct 2020 of Zafar Karnalkar. Its validity is for 180 days but when I login after 2 - 4 days I can't find my login account. I paid Rs.249. Now I created my account but there is no course in my account.
                            Please solve this error as soon as possible.

                              I am Nikit Nemade student of Simplilearn, Course Data Science Job Guarantee Program. I want to register mental harassment case against Simplilearn for a False advertisement. It’s getting hard for me to bare such harassment from them.

                              1. Promise about Dedicated Mentor.

                              A dedicated mentor for 1-to-1 sessions on would be provided but no one was assigned. Though it looked insensitive and fraudulent in character. Nontechnical person to explain.
                              It is a mockery of your own way of working, How can you expect a layman to guide on Data Science even after a fresh request for the same, I have not got any response for a relevant mentor. (Doc1)

                              2. Your agents were selling your course in name of Fortune 500 companies Like Amazon, Deloitte, vmware, EXl, etc No Hiring partners as per the commitment. (Doc1)

                              3. Certificate IBM

                              Your agents were openly guaranteeing the issue of IBM certificates. not been given IBM certificate after asking them many times. (Doc1)

                              4. Data Science Master Certificate by Collaboration with IBM

                              As promised and a Resume made by Simplilearn mentioned on my resume- “Post Graduate Program in Data Science: Purdue University in collaboration with IBM - Simplilearn Certified – 2022”.
                              Which doesn’t match the given certificate. When requested the certificate they said you won’t get it.

                              5. LinkedIn Profile building session was also promised during the enrolment.

                              6. Level Up Session by Andrew McAfee, Principle Research Scientist at MIT
                              No session as promised just a Fake advertisement by Simplilearn. (Doc2)

                              7. As mentioned that previous students got hikes but we were the 1st pilot batch for Data Science Bootcamp here is also they fake. (Doc2)

                              Causing issues for myself.
                              • Because of this is leading to I have taken a loan and because of the burden causing mental harassment and financial issues to me. I request you help me in this case as its been hard for to me handle this being a learner.

                              Simplilearn has not fulfilled their promised services and has done FALSE advertisements to attract n trap me in this course which is mental harassment and has caused me huge damage financially and mentally, and grievances to are not responded by Simplilearn hence I request a refund of my fees of Rs 1.76lakhs+10 thousand pre-enrolment fees+1.76Lakhs. EMI 6893x24=1765432lakhs.

                                Simplilearn gave fake promises regarding giving the job guarantee courses neither they are helping me to build resumes nor they are helping me to crack the interview.The people are very rude here.I want my refund and people are here giving fake promises regarding the job guarantee courses.I want my money back.Nice way to loot people.

                                  Last month, I was enrolled with SiimpliLearn; which I've withdrew now, SimpliLearn has raised REFUND request on Sep 20 2022 but up till now I've no updates about the refund process i.e. when they will refund the Loan amount to 3rd party i.e. Propelld; which will then issue me NOC.

                                  I have sent multiple emails but so far NO updates.

                                    Simplilearn is looting people in the name of job guarantee programs.They have given several fake promises before I joined the course and when the course is finished they are barely providing any help.The Team is very Rude here and does not respond to the calls.I need my money back.We have a group of several guys who will take certain actions against this fake promises.

                                      I have intiated refund for masters course of 60k on the third day of purchase. I have attended only one session which was not up to the mark and one session was cancelled from Simplilearn itself and they mark me present for two days. And said you have accessed 25% material of course which is not true. I am continually sending mails and proofs of chat from Simplilearn’s team who asked me to initiate refund and it will be processed in a week. And they canceled my refund request. I need money back why they are forcing me to do the course which is really not good.I can provide every detail mails, course cancelled details, chat from Simplilearn everything I can post. Let me know what do you need to resolve my query asap.

                                        Actually due to some family issues I've opted for course cancellation within a week i didn't even attend the single class or induction, they raised a ticket for refund and given me a refund I'd, but while taking a course they have linked me with a Propelled loan which they haven't vent cancelled and those people from Propelld are calling me and sending reminders regarding the emi which I don't need to pay
                                        So please kindly help me with this 🙏 😭 thank you
