I am Mr Debadhana hati which I took a loan of 60, 000 from simplilearn educational trust. I am get that loan by your preferences aditya birla finance also helping with me to get this loan.but tha main thing is that which I get the loan of aditya birla finance schemes from on wards I can't take a class of syber security programme so I mean to say I am belong from a very poor family & now a days my family are not applicable for purchased this loan so sir I need to cancel my loan procedures so please sir help me in this work . I am also a student sir so I can't earn a simple peace of income so why should I pay the fees which I can't take a class of this programme so sir please corporate with me.

    Dear Team,

    Kindly note, indeed like every other compliants, even i have to say that you are scamming people with your non sense advertisement and continuous follow up calls.

    For even i have been scammed, i just logged in once into your protal to check for a course, your tracked and trapped me. Your Sales personnel called me everyday for the details, gave me no time to read docs and visit your portal. Later asked me to sign this and that, i said I have to read and later sign, I was confirmed saying nothing just formalities and we have no time - no refund policy was explained, no cancellation policies was explained. Now i am stuck into this problem of loan repayment, this course is of no use to me and I cannot continue. So could you please refund my money paid till date and Cancel this loan.

    If not i have to take serious actions.

      I have enrolled for a certification program CISSP, as Simplilearn mentioned that I can take exam twice if failed in the first attempt now they are delaying the exam booking and ignoring to my calls to book my exam. I have dropped a escalation mail to the CEO but of no use.

        Dear team,

        This is to bring to your attention that the i was sold a course named Data Science - Job Garuntee - which i am not able connect in way the use for me and this was sold in hurry and confirming it will be of a great useful. Of all - i was just reading about this course but i was traced and trapped into this whole scam

        Because I last spoke to your customer care where - I was informed the time for refund is off and I have to talk to the loan partner.

        I did reach out to the loan partner - Propelld - but they said if Simpli learn can confirm they could withdraw from the service provided.

        However, I would like to bring to your attention that neither was I informed earlier that the refund period is 7 days, rather was conformed that If I don't get placed under job guarantee - I will have the full money paid refunded. As well this is course was sold to me in hurry.

        But, now it has been too taxing on me to take this forward, so please get me out of this scam and kindly note this course is nowhere near to what i was promised. I want the refund of the 60K already paid and relief from this loan repayment scam. Its my hard earned money and nowhere i am letting it go.

This is indeed serious and urgent to be closed guys. As I cannot afford to pay this and neither can I afford to miss this as it will effect my credit score.

            I've enrolled for Simplilearn's subject certification. My learning counselor, Mayank, has addressed and openly indicated that I will be given a coupon for a second chance in this course. I failed to get a 4 on my first attempt. I received a 22 whereas the passing mark was 26. Following that, I got in touch with my training coordinator to discuss getting a refund or taking the exam again. He said that I should try again because a refund is not now possible. I have therefore asked for an exam retake voucher and will keep track of this. However, they are not replying to my ticket. Such bizarre behavior from a company like Simplilearn is unacceptable. I request you to quickly find a quick solution to this problem, as it is crucial to the growth of my career. . If they are unable to arrange a second attempt for me then my entire money should be refunded.

                I enrolled for digital marketing job guarantee program .Due to sudden family incident i cancel the courses within the seven days. first my refund was approved but certain days their is showing refund is not possible still i follow the criteria of their refund policy. I have screenshot of all proved. I am jobless and my family condition is not good to pay the emi still loan company called and mailed me regarding my emi and i already cancel my course.
                Please resolved my problems . i was already lost my mother and now i am very mentally tensed related to this issue.
                Please helped and resolved my issues as soon as possible.

                  I want to cancel my emi for the certification course that i bought from Simplilearn on Aug 2022 and its started from 13 Aug 2022 but i don't want to continue further, i already discontinued from Sept 10 by today 2022 and already paid one emi on 5th sept but i did not use the course and called Simplilearn to cancel my emi but they are not providing me any proper path, as a student i am not able to pay futher emi but they are not cancelling my emi and neither coordinating with the third party load provider.
                  And their consultant Triveda who was my coordinator not answering my calls properly about how to cancel and messages and not replying to my issue continuouslyt rying to reach.
                  I sent mails many times to both parties Simplilearn and Liquiloans regarding stop emis but communication is is very difficult.

                        One of the learning consultant (Shaikh Saifuddin) told me about Devops Master and suggested for loan of 40000 rs . I had taken the loan but after few days he called me again and suggested for DevOps PG program. He advised me to join Devops PG courses. When i told him that i had already taken loan for Devops Master he said that he would cancel the first loan and i could do both cources in one emi which is 140000 rs. i had taken the loan. Now amount is debiting from account but First Emi is not being cancelled . One ticket(#[protected] also has been raised for refund.more than 30 days have passed but no action has been taken till today.

                        Note: Learning consultant has promised to provide Azure Devops Solution Expert course with DevOps PG program.

                            Brief - Requested for refund for business analytics with IIT Roorkee program within 7 days & refund got cancelled without any explanations.Have not attended any classes.
                            Plus also got fake policies commitment & fooled by the method of payment through the simplilearn representative.

                            Getting only timelines & no resolution despite of chasing for so many times. This is mentally harassment for me.

                            Whole scenario -

                            Got regular calls from “Simplilearn” representative Mr. Kapil Jadhav for Business analytics with the IIT Roorkee PG program.

                            After getting chased for the program many times, got convinced to just attend the induction class for the program to decide whether to continue the program or not. The Representative told me that no money would be deducted before the start of the program and I can cancel anytime during the induction classes before the official start of the program.
                            He also told me that once the program will be started only then money would start getting deducted after my consent.

                            On 16th July 2022, He took my details, shared the payment link and he helped me for the transaction confirmation on call through “ShopSe”. But he fooled me by making a loan amount, in which the first installment was 45K.
                            I only realised this later that it's loan money which is deducted & now monthly emi would be started one month later during the start of the program.

                            Just for curiosity I checked the “Simplilearn” website and found that within 7 days only I have to raise a request to cancel the program, or else my money would start getting deducted.

                            I wanted to cancel that program so I requested a refund on the 22nd of July with the help of the “Simplilearn” helpline representative. After going through the process, He assured me that money will be refunded since I have raised a request within 7 days and no further classes had also been attended.

                            But on the 29th of July, I got mail that my refund has been rejected. And when I started getting regular reminders by calls and emails about to pay the further pending amount for the program then I got to know that my partial payment was already done by the name of the loan and my refund request had also been rejected on the 29th of July.

                            Many of these representatives make us fool and make false promises about the program & refund policies and let the common people suffer with their hard-earned money.

                            Have been following with "simplilearn" customer support team but only getting timelines and no resolution.
                            I would request you to refund my money back.

                              I have enrolled for the course on 26th August which is Pg in cyber security and paid 10K deposit for the same. Also marketing team have arranged loan through their partner Propelled for 1.25K. and on September 2nd I have requested for the cancellation of course and refund. They have initiated refund for the loan amount but not for deposit amount I have paid. Saying that is non refundable which is not informed earlier.

                                    Humko 23 August ko Pranjal Kumar ([protected]) naam ka ek aadmi call krke simplilearn ke course k baare m btaaya.
                                    Mere manaa krne k baad bhi usne mujhse registration krbaya aur bola ki" 7 din tak course kr ke dekho, agar accha laga to Aage continue rkhna nhi toh hum log cancell krwa denge".. toh phir mene 30 august ko call krke cancell kr wane k liye bole toh mujhse 3 September ko phir se call krne k liye bola.
                                    31 august ko mere papa expire kr gaye, aur hum Jb 3 September ko call kr rhe h toh Mr. Pranjal call utha nhi rhe h, humko block kr diye h. What's app m v block kr diye.
                                    Dusre number se try kiye toh Usme bhi nhi utha rhe h..
                                    Agar pitaji rhte to shayad ye course hum kr lete but mere liye ye ab possible nhi h..
                                    So I kindly request to the Simplilearn Support Team to cancell my course and also cancel the loan..

                                    Why are you not cancelled my course and the loan emi till now..
                                    Although I have submitted the evidences . But still you are not taking any steps for that..

                                    They are professional thieves or burglars to steal your hard earned money. even though you have medical issues, they are still stone hearted for their money. what happen if A cancer patient dies. still they will steal money from their parents, friends & relative. too cheap. ###.

                                      I already told Them to cancel my admission thrice. I am unable to pay my fees. still they are so dumb to understand this simple thing.

                                        this is bhalke aravind i have raised the ticket for refund, but not getting it, i have paid at 29th june and ur team was promised me that i[censored]r not satisfied with training u can cancel it, now they are saying that after 7 days it will not cancelled. See 29 th paid date and 5th welcome class ( introduction class) it's almost 7days ( 29th to 5th ) just i have completed wel come class with full disturbance and next i called to mr .Srikanth and informed every thing what i have faced, he said it was network issue no problem it was only introduction class, the classes will good . I said ok lets see . Its was 7 days completed . And the class is from 9th means 11th day 1st class and it was taken 45 mins to start and it's full forieng english and am raising hand that am not understanding please teach slowly, its very hard to understand, but no replay and class was completed . Next day informed to srikanth its was very difficult to understand me pleas cancle the course. because its very hard earned money for me so please cancel. He said that listen today's class we will talk tomorrow . And 12days was completed . i have listend class and i have the same issue, so i have decided to cancle . Am asking to cancel means now they are saying in 7 days it will be canceled . In between i have spoken with his manager she was a lady and she said think one day sir after day whatever your decision we will go with it . Now am getting mail that it will not be canceled . U asked proof i have some whatsapp chat am sharing but our conversation was completly oral i have not expected that i will face this problem. And from my account while registration 59rs was deducted i have asked for this also but till now i havenot got rite answer for . After all this how i should belive u and move with u . So thanku for your service and please refund it and am trying from past 2 months there is no response its worst and they do fake promisses. my case handling by (SAMITH BAKTHA SIR) .
