Spicejet refused to refund

We booked ticket from chandigarh to srinagar dated 10-Oct to 13- Oct my PNR is G77BHJ. Due to Flood in srinagar I called customer care to cancel my booking but spicejet refuse for any refund. Ticket cancelled and customer care not answering calls for rebooking

Refund delaying tactics

Had to cancel my flight to rajkot on 1/07/14 due to ill health. Went to goa airport and spicejet desk for refund.
