Hello,
I had a connection of t24 ([protected]) while marketing in big bazar in Siliguri. but when I came back to Kolkata after 4days it is showing invalid sim. Then I called up the customer care but the person could not solve my problem. I wrote a mail to the nodal officer of Kolkata & West Bengal and to the customer service but no reply. then i called up the nodal officer but no reply the cell got ringed for 10 to 15 times. please help me out to get my sim get started.

I buy T 24 sim card from big bazar at Hyderabad dt 10.11.12.But sim card sow in my mobile INVALID SIM .Mob no-[protected].When i talk to youe customer he say due sarvar problem T 24.Actualy what type problem.Kindly give me masage as soon as.

    whenever i check my balance ( by sending BAL to 52121) it shows freecap 1000.0
    what does that mean? I am however not being able to make any calls........
    I received the same from Big Bazaar shopping bonanza.

    I have recently taken a T24 sim card from big bazzar, maradu, nucleus building, kerala.

    My balance auto deducted from my account when i talk to customer care about this matter they are not able to provide me accurate information against this i had mailed this issue to customer service but had not got any resolution yet now.. So dont trust this company and more and they had also provide me the no. Of nodal which was false statement... So friend complain your issues after getting complain no. From customer care.. So that you forward your issue to higher authoriz when it require

      i have taken t24 card in the big bazzar last year till now i did not recharge it, but now i want to recharge and use but unable to recharge from tata docomo my number is [protected]
      Yes, i too got the same t24 sim from big bazar kandivali, and as per direction on phone to the customer care i went to tata docomo store, but they were not able to help and said i have to go to big bazar again to do recharge and they dont have any data on computer and they are unable to help me for rechare, and its not possible each time to go to big bazar and recharge it, so help me with this

        T24 Mobile SIM purchased on 24/05/2011 from big bazar ,sainagar Amravati.i had purchased some consumable items and on the bill of said items i had given a recharge coupen of rs.70.00 of T24 mobile.
        The same was handed over to the T24 executive at the big bazr counter. The same amount recharge is not done yet on the T24 Mobile [protected]

          I have activated GPRS service on my mobile for which I paid Rs.96/-. The service never worked for me properly. And for past 10 days it stopped working completely. And I am calling customer care daily 2 times. But the response is "Excuse us for inconvenience" your problem will be resolved shortly.

          Second problem is they are reluctant to register a complain. After lot of calls and effort one customer care reported the case No.[protected]. I am not provide my mobile no as it can be misused for SPAM.

          If they can't provide proper service they have no right to charge customers. Let Future Group respond to this.

          Frther blunder is the website http://www.t24mobile.com/customercare.html give a list of Nodal Officer which is of Tata Docomo they say it not to T24 Mobile. What kind of service ?

          So far no response. I guess no difference between "Future Group Customer Care" and "T24 Customer care".

          Please respond many of T24 users are waiting for your response.
          I have given T24 recharge slip in bigbazar desk. for which balance was credited after 24hours. soon after checking my balance which was credited, i was eager to call my friends with this shopping balance. But i am unable to call with this shopping balance.
          What the answer i got from customer care is " sir, you have to wait till next day afternoon to get the balance activated "..

          see friends, we have to wait 24 hours for crediting the balance..and 12 more hours to call after crediting the balance..

          i don't know what service T24 is providing us. its creating more inconvenience to the customers.

          i am not at all satisfied with this T24.
          I gave Rs.150 recharge slip to the desk. but only rs.15 was credited in my account.
          today i have been to big bazar and talked to t24 desk. they have rectified the problem and recharged my mobile. thanks to big bazar T24 desk
          i also recharge data Rs 96, 15 daya after still data not worked.
          I have topped up today for Rs.96 for internet data which is not working.

          incoming call doest receieved

          when anyone calls then first it engaged then rings...sometimes it always engaged...please suggest me what to do to solve this problem

            My Name is Sanjay mukherjee, I have a mobile connection with T24 Mobile, which works on Tata Docomo Networks, My Mobile no: is :[protected], I bought this connection 10 days ago in hyderabad and also bought a internet package for Rs 96/- for 30 days , since last last 7 days the service is down and I am not able to use the internet . the entire purpose of buying the internet package is not done by the service provider. i.e, T24..
            I called up many times to the customer care , but each time I am getting a plain answer :Sorry" it will be done in another 24 hours..The customer care is not ready to register a formal comlaint for the service.
            I am sure that I am not the only customer of T24 who is facing this problem from whom the company has charged and still charging for internet package and fail to provide the services..

            Please I would like to file this complaint in the consumer court for a fare compensation to the inconvinience caused to me and other customers of T24 in Hyderabad. AP.

            I agree! I had similar trouble. I recharged at Pantaloons in Chennai yesterday at 11:00 AM till now my recharge is not activated. Customer care responds saying it'll take 24 hrs!

            This company should shut shop! Its the worst service with an even worse customer care.

            This phone company causes nothing but trouble! I am definitely switching to another network! I strongly recommend against this network provider! It;s nothing but a waste of time and money.

            This is the second time i'm having trouble with them. Please make a wise decision and stay away from bad service!

            I hope there is some way to reach these complaints to their CEO!!

              I purchased T24 sim No[protected] , from big bazaar and submitted photograph and driving licence xeror as ID proof dully signed but two month have passed my sim has not been activated , I called customer care they asked me to submit ID proof again. which i submitted on 21/05/2011. TO MR SUBHASH AND MR GURVINDER AND MR GURDEEP SINGH AT BIG BAZZAR WITH RECHARGE ON PURCHASE COUPONS WORTH RS 75/-. please do the need full and oblidge.

Service on 07/12/2011, after approx two month the sim ragistration has been failed. So i purchase a blank sim no.[protected] 87164) from mathura big bazar store after giving sim cost and ligle id proof with photo on 05/03/2012,
              But till today 14/03/2012 my number is not in use, and now i m in trouble because my number is old.

              T24 has given me the worst ever experience! this **** just believes in harassing it's customers! they have blocked my sim for no reason and not even taking up my issue! asking me to buy a new sim, can u believe it?????
              Time to drag these **** called T24 to consumer court, and give them a lesson for life, which even their coming generations won't forget!!!

                I m Vishal Pathak from Surat. My no is [protected]. I have recharged Rs.100/- on 18/04/2011. My Transaction ID is [protected] In that, i have received bal of Rs.88/-, at that it was told that i will get remaining bal of Rs.12/- within 24 hrs but still i haven't received it.
                I called to Customer Care on 23/04/2011 at that time Customer Care Exe.
                Mr. JATIN in Received my Call & he raised my Complain & gave me my complain no
                PRRG09423648 & he told me that my complain will be resolved in 24 hrs. When i
                received SMS of Complain No Time was written off 12 Hrs. His way of talking to
                customer was not proper as it should be & he was trying to complete call as soon as
                early. When i asked for superior, he told me that not a single superior is available & .
                superior will be available in office hrs ( 10-7 ) .On the second day i called to customer
                care in office hrs & same thing happened. it was told by Cus. Care Executive
                that not a single superior is yet come to office & there timings of come to
                office are not fixed. She told me that your complain will be resolved till tonight 08 PM.
                On the same day, i wait for reply.
                Again I called to Customer Care on 25/04/2011. Customer Care Executive
                transfer the call to TRAINER Mr. Hemant, he told me that your complain is still
                opened & not closed. When i asked for the resolution, he told me that this problem is
                from BACKEND so they know when it will be solved but didnt told me fix time. When i
                asked for that Head of T24. He told me TINA GUPTA. He gave me her no
                [protected] but it is actually NODAL OFFICER's no. He told me that their head office
                is at JAMSEDPUR.
                Not a single executive didnt know about the head office address & where it is
                located. I called to Nodal Officer on 25/04/[protected] times, ring was going on but
                call was not received by nodal officer.
                If this thing should be done by co, why they are designated at their post. I want
                to know that when it will be resolved.

                i am also using T24. they will reduce 11% as service tax. hence we wil get rs.88 out of rs.100

                My name is Manoj, i bought T24 number from Big Bazaar ( pune, fatimanagar ) This service or promotion is know as Grahak Seva, where on every purchace of more the 1000rupees you will get a certain amount of recharge.

                For last three four months when ever i go with my bill to avail the recharge amount, they keep the recharge bill with them which comes along with my grocery bill and give me reason that it will get recharged within one hour, as the system is down but they don't recharge it all. And i stay far away from the place so it is not possible for me to go there every time to follow up. So when ever i go for the enquiry the first thing they will say the system is down if you have any problem call customer service and lodge a complaint and don't eat their head. Is this what they mean by "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!! Then i have to complaint to it to their manager and then its recharged with in a minute .

                So every time i have to do these things but today as usual i was there for an enquiry because i did the purchase on 6th and today is 11th and still my number is not recharged. I saw three other people standing there yelling at them for recharge which is pending so i guided them as i do every time so they got it .But this time i spoke to one of the employ, he told me that the people who sit there to collect the receipt never record it in their system. They keep it with them, if within a week if anyone come to create any problem, then they will charge it other wise they will use it for them self.

                The managers are not aware of these things . So its a request to T24 customer care if you can keep any track to these things it will enhance support to your sale or it will spoil your reputation in this competitive market. Its a friendly advice as i am also in sales and i know what all issues we have to go through to maintain the sale and the reputation of the company.

                  Whenever I try to connect to the T24 Internet it shows packet data access point not valid. I have been complaining for this since last 21 days but my problem has not yet been resolved and everytime they resend me a GPRS setting or for ward the complaint and say that it will be resolved in 48 hours and then they close the request without doing so.
                  What is the status now. Even I am facing similar problem.

                  I have a nokia c3 which was a phone but its working like a pager because of bad network provided by T24. T24 has one of the worst customer support...just listen to their tone u will understand...I guess Vodafone was 100times better...vl b going back to them..

                    I have taken a new connection of T24 in big bazar.
                    Today i have shopped and asked the concerned person (so called Manager) at t24 counter to add the talk time using the bills. The person told me that he cant do it because he is busy. I requested him to keep the bills for later transaction but he refused and asked to come later as I am a beggar. Moreover he denied to give the phone number of his senior official. I asked him to make a complain. You do whatever you like to do. This was the reply. The Manager was not even able to tell the validity of Shopping bills for recharge. The agent at counter at the time of SIM purchase told that it is valid for Seven Days. However, Manager told that it is valid for 10-15 days. I think the managers are not trained to manage the office as he is not able to handle the bills with the manpower given to him and also not well informed about the rules and terms and conditions. YOU COME LATER is not any condition i think for the customers.

                    I HAVE WRITTEN TO NODAL OFFICER BUT THERE IS NO REPLY.

                    I have taken a new connection of T24 in big bazar.
                    Today i have call in customer care no.[protected] for details knoledge for plan & other details . The person are not available & not pick up the my phone .
                    I think this service T24 is very bad, it is not working properly .

                      On 20 Jan'11, i was unable to call from T24 Mobile sim, when i called up customer care, Executive name Jince was reporting me that I did not submit Proof for the new sim card and even after saying several times that i have submitted my driving license in Begumpet Pantaloons, then also he is rudely demanding to submit the documents. When i asked give me the office address, he say we do not have any office, u go and submit in Pantaloons.

                      This is how T24 customer care EXECUTIVES replies to their CUSTOMERS. If these people do not want to work, please relieve them from the job, whey they are being loaded with bundle of stress.

                      Please look into this matter.

                      T24 services,

                      When i was talking with the one of the agent Siddharthh Bhalerao requested to send me the GPRS settings talking rudely on call and gave me the information that Samsung Chat 3222 handset is not compaitable for using the gprs . I had requested to talk properly agent using rude language and telling we can't send the gprs settings online and forcefully disconnected the call. So this is the way to give the service to the customer, so i will kindly request to lisiten the call recording and take the strict action against the Siddharth Bhalerao.

                      Please look in this matter.

                      I have had a similar problem. I did rather switch to regular telephone operators, since the customer care is extremely unprofessional, rude and don't understand any of my queries, no matter what language i speak in.

                      My advice to all the CUSTOMERS who maybe planning to take a T24 sim/no., Please don't take it, it is not worth 15/- rs for a shopping of 1200/-. and neither is it worth for a recharge.

                      The worst customer care, I have come across till now.

                        I bought a SIM from Big Bazaar (Sahara Ganj, Lucknow) on[protected] after doing shopping of 5400+. They told me to pay Rs 20 more for the SIM and get Rs 180 Talk Value. But i did not receive any. They are a big cheater and fraud. They can cheat you to sell their products.

                        When i call the customer care they said its the Big Bazaar Matters and when i asked Big Bazaar they said that they will contact back but they didn't.

                            This is Manish I have a complaint against balance not recieved
                            I bought a T24 prepaid connection from Big Bazar, which is situated at Zirakpur (Punjab) i make my shopping more than Rs.3000/- and get a talktime of Rs. 70/-, I give the bill slip and coupon slip to T24 recharge counter but more than 1 week my balacne is not credited my mobile T24 prepaid Number which is [protected]. yesterday i also make a shopping more than Rs.3000/- and also get a talktime Rs.70/- that amount is also not recieved. whats a problem why are you not giving me credtied on my number. i have a humble request to you please take any action against it and give it to me a satisfied resolution.

I make my shopping of Rs.2500/- on 30.5.2011and get a talktime of Rs. 70/-, I give the bill slip and coupon slip to T24 recharge counter but more than 1 week my balacne is not credited my mobile T24 prepaid Number which is [protected]. I also registered acomplaint about the same on 07.06.2011. My complaint no. is FG09055474. But still no action has been taken from your side. I have a humble request to you please take appropriate action against it and give me a satisfied resolution.

                              Ignore T24FREECAP. When called they say techincal error and since 6 months it is not rectified. It is sales pitch.

                              T24FREECAP balance is T24 to T24 calls balance.
                              the 1st balance is the 1 which u hav recharged...pool20 balance z d shopping balance u hav got..T24FREECAP is due to technical errors..
                              T24FREECAP balance is the default error from T24 it nothing dont count is a balance for anything...it is nothing you can call T24 customer care for this information on 52121...i hope your doubt is clear...thanks

                                I shopped at Big Bazaar, Ameerpet for > Rs. 500 during 15-20 June 2010 and purchased a new T24 connection (Mobile No. +91-[protected]). I lost the SIM card after using it for about a week. I raised a request to block my lost SIM (Request no. IMSI[protected]. I was said that the SIM has been blocked immediately. For a replacement, I was asked to visit any Big Bazaar (Only).
                                I went to Big Bazaar, Abids on 18 July 2010 around 3:30 PM and took a replacement SIM for the same no. [protected]. The executive said that it will take 48 working hours for an activation.

                                Unexpectedly, I found my lost SIM on 21st and just checked its status. Shockingly it was showing the mobile connection as 'T24' and there was a Full signal. The outgoing was barred though (but not for the customer care no. 52121). I was horrified and called the customer care no. 52121 and said that if a SIM is blocked, how can it show a full signal & as a valid SIM. After keeping me on hold for a long time, I was said that my old SIM has been blocked and the new SIM has not been requested to get 'Unblocked' (as it is a new one, it is in a 'blocked' status). I was asked to go all the way from Kondapur to Abids (Only Abids and not a nearby Big Bazaar) just to REMIND the executives to 'unblock' my SIM.

                                I yelled at the executive for the kind of solution he has given but I was said that THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNLESS THEY GET A REQUEST FROM BIG BAZAAR, ABIDS.

                                What kind of a service it is? I already waited for more than 96 hours only to know that A REQUEST IS STILL PENDING. I don't know how much time they want just to 'unblock' a SIM.

                                I want a proper justification for all the communication lapses within the service providing team, and activate my connection. It has more than 465 Rs. of pool balance.

                                After charging Rs. 49/- for the replacement SIM, it's the duty of T24 to work towards activating it. How can they ask the customer to REMIND them?
                                Its 24 July 2010, i.e. 120 hours from the time I submitted my SIM application along with proofs at Big Bazar, Abids. The SIM is not activated yet.
                                I just talked to the Customer Care 52121 and spoke to Ch. Naveen.
                                I am told that they've received the documents just today (24 July 2010) and it'll take another 72 hours from now. When questioned why it caused a delay, he says they are not responsible for it and the executives from Big Bazer, Abids have not sent the documents.
                                So, it is not the responsibility of Future Group to process my application. How can the customers suffer for their internal communication lapses?
                                Requesting the Forum court to take this as my case and do justice for me.
                                I got offer of Rs. 42.00 rupees T24 talktime on purchasing of Rs. 1625 on 25/12/2010 from the Big Bajar, Rawat pur, Kanpur. I had purchased a sim (No. [protected]) after paying Rs. 20 at Big Bajar on same day. Sim has been activated but i have not received free talk time of Rs. 42.00 till now. Kindly look into the matter.

                                I purchased 2 t24 sim cards from Esplanade Big Bazaar Kolkata on 19.01.2011..., sms came at night on both the sim cards that recharge is successful with 0 balance. contacted several times with customer care. they r saying it will be added within 24 hrs. but after 24 hrs, I didnt get any balance. is it the way you r working??? I spent Rs. 40 on 2 simcards, but even after 24 hours, I am not able to use it. It is a Headache.

                                after the T24 salesperson insisting no sorry it woul be better if i say begging me I have purchased two sim cards for rs 40 each at big baazar abids on sep 23rd the salesperson said that i would get a talk time worth of 125 for each sim .
                                but the balance what i got was only 20 Rs.

                                i lost my valuable time and money.
                                Hell with this T24 services. i kindly suggest people not to purchase sim .
                                Even I purchased new SIM on 26th Nov 2012 but still not actiavted inspite of many folloups.
                                Request people not to take this any more.
