Food ordered directly through the Taco Bell’s app has a compulsory “Agree to no cancellation” box which the customer has to tick in order to place an order.
Payment is taken first and order is confirmed after which does not often get confirmed. So your order will be pending for hours with no way to cancel it.
There are two options to contact the restaurant, which is E-Mail and Phone Number.
E-Mails are never replied even after months and they simply do not pickup the call.
