I have 2 complains I would like you to resolve for me please,
First and most important of all :
I took 5 connections and all of them were suppose to be under a Family plan and two of them were ported from Vodafone because I found benefits were better, one of my number ([protected]) was ported in from Vodafone, as the form was not submitted on time by the Docomo advisor, the MNP code expired, and hence I had to reregister, however docomo rep, instead of adding me to the same family plan gave a new connection and for which I am paying a seperate bill every month for extra 249Rs + taxes from past 10-11 months. And to get the same added I am visiting the store every month.
Second complain is, because I am on a family plan, I am not allowed to add or remove any add on over the phone with the customer service, I am suppose to visit the store every time I have to make any changes. And because I have multiple accounts, My complain is as follows.
1. For number [protected], I asked them to deactivate 3G services about 4 times since November 2014 but has not been deactivated yet, for which I am paying Rs.100/month.
2. For numner [protected] I have asked themt o deactivate 3G services about 6-7 times since Septemper 2014, but has not been deactivated yet, for which these people are charging me Rs.299 + taxes every month.
For both the accounts I have visited the store everytime and have asked to deactivate the same by filling up a deactivation form, nothing happens and the charges show up on my bill every months.
I would like all these charges reversed on my bill.
