      I bought a Tata docomo post paid sim card on 2nd Feb, 2015 and it has been a week since then but thanks to their pathetic service quality my number is still in the process of getting activated. The number is [protected] and the people in the loop for getting this activated are Naresh and Ayub. The area concerned is SJRi Tech Park, Whitefield, Bangalore. After an endless amount of struggle I have finally decided to give up on the new connection. But before I did that I would like others to know that getting a Tata docomo sim for is easy but getting it to serve the purpose that its suppose to is very cumbersome. Think twice before you get one! A message to Tata docomo: Deliver on the promise your representatives make!

        Dear Jayaraj, I am using Tata Docomo sim and number is #[protected]. Docomo has deducted my Rs. 60+ some hungama service (GamesBond Monthly). Money deducted on 05th February 2015 without asking any confirmation. I have called their customer care number 198 but they are not ready to refund my money. They confirmed that money deducted wrongly but dont want to give them back. Also the notifications/popups are appearing in such a manner that there's a lot of probability of accepting it and I'll be charged. It's really frustrating that TATA Docomo is forcibly making us accepting the service. The phone is in my hand and I am just surfing net, have not requested any kind of service...what the heck is this ...is there any kind of dictatorship of Tata Docomo like whenever I want I deduct. I'll highly appreciate you if you can resolve this issue for my Tata Docomo number and don't encourage this type of cheatings/blames on customer. -- With Best Wishes, CH.             I was supposed to get my balance back as i got a call from docomo representative, 4days back.. He said it will be refunded in 4hrs which never happened, then i called in the evening i was told i will get it within 24hrs, even that didnt happen.. I had to call again the nxt day, that gentleman said i have to wait for 48hrs, i did so.. Now i am not able to talk to customer care, coz i have been blocked.. Cheap Tactics by Docomo.. --ORIGINAL COMPLAINT-- Hello, I have been using Tata Docomo GSM sim, no [protected]. My balance has been deducted unnecessarily many times, stating that i have done multiple data usage even though i had a valid Internet pack. Every time i lodged a complaint my money was refunded after quarreling with the Executive Heads. It has become a routine with Docomo to harass their customers This time again my bal of Rs173 was deducted on the same basis, even though i have a 3G pack valid till 15/2/15. Same reason was told to me that i have done multiple data browsing, which did not happen in reality as i do not use anything other than Facebook & Whatsapp on my mobile & this time i am not able to talk to customer care executive as it is not connecting. I have registered the complaint and reference number is PBR12301653 through Docomo live chat. i want this to be resolved asap & my balance should be returned. Regards Mohit Pandey

              On 02/02/2015 from my mobile no [protected] Rs 50/- has been deducted from service provider without sending any message from me for activation of any value added services. And while talk with costumer care talk very rudely. And saying that in any condition money will not refundable you do complaint any where. I have called him on 06/02/2015 at 23:00 hours pls do needful to refund my money back.

              As per the discussion over the call, I would like to inform you that the balance of Rs. 14.00/- has got deducted for Pkp service which was activated on[protected] at 9:48 PM through WAP mode.

              We take multiple confirmation from you before activating any service, we can clearly see that you had given confirmation to activate this service through WAP mode. We do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent
              Since you are our valued customer, we have already reversed the charges of Rs. 14.00/-only for this time with docket number ABAL[protected] dated 10-2-15 at 8.42 PM and we have also deactivated the service on 9-2-15 at 3.04 PM. We would request you to check your account balance by dialing *111#. We would request you to please be extra careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes.

                I have recharged prepaid tata docomo gsm mobile number [protected]. Recharge is a special recharge of 197. Transactiin reference number is [protected]. This recharge done in 4Feb 2015. On 6Feb 2015 i dont have any talk time balance to make a call. No response from customer care also. Very bad response from customer care. This is a very cheating kind of making money. It turns to be happening for lakhs of customers. I request to take an action on these money making frauds. Contact: kiran cp [protected]

                  Mobile no. [protected] (Tata Docomo Complaint Number) I am user of Tata Docomo with mobile no. [protected]. Today early morning tata docomo has deducted mobile Internet balance of 627 MB & Rs 234 from main account balance. For this I have complained to customer care; they replied that a file of near about 627 MB was processed around 12:40 am on 5/2/15. However I have not used any Internet service at that time(night). Customer care didn't give any further details such as which app/website was used. I repeatedly Calling to Customer Care for that query but they have barred my Mobile number and i unable to contact with customer care number then i call from Another Mobile Number to the Customer care but they are not Providing my Internet Usage Details and they are not refunding my money which wrongly deducted by Tata Docomo. They are purposely deducting the balance at night when the customer is sleeping. Please Beware from such a fraud company.

                    I used tatadocomo pre-paid (past 2 years ). Suddenly when i done my recharge after an hour it got disconnected. When i ask customer care they told that number is not in active due to no documents available for my prepaid connection after 2 years. Its purely system problem with tatadocomo and no proper history maintenance for each customer and we complaint registration against also not possible through docomo site. As requested i submitted the document they are enable the connection as post paid. Due to i have to pay that amount with-out using any data. i have paid for amount first month, further months i am not used that card. But from the customer care requested the payment due on post paid connection. Its clearly cheating. They are not accepting their internal system problem. Beware on this type of activity on TataDocomo. My Prepaid connection : [protected]. Given post paid no :[protected]. Why should i pay the default post paid charge.

                      Incorrect billing charges even after disconnection request Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing the complaint only after lot of interaction with customer care and email to Mr. Elango and still waiting for the resolution. I had Tata broadband landline internet # [protected] with Acc no[protected]. One day I called customer care to check if there is any better plan for me to reduce the monthly charges and customer care changed my plan from 1 Mbps FUP Plan (549 Rental) to 99 Rental plan. My account got disabled so I called customer service and they enabled it again. After few days it again got disabled and then I realized the problem of plan change. That time I came to know that my unpaid dues for the month are around 1, 500 Rs. I immediately asked the customer care to change the plan with Plan change request Number[protected]. Meanwhile I was out of town for a week and when I came back again internet was down with unpaid dues of around 3, 000. Now I had no option but to disconnect the connection and pay the dues as unpaid dues were going beyond the limit. I asked customer care to disconnect with Disconnection request Number[protected]. After few days I got the bill of more than 5, 000 and I’m totally shocked. Since then I’m following with customer care to resolve the matter and pay fair dues. For so many months I paid 700 Rs for more internet usage and now I have this 5000 Rs bill. Being senior citizen, it’s difficult for me to pay such incorrect bill for internet. Please correct the bill as it should be 1, 500 Rs only when I called to change the plan. Thanks, R.R.Wani

                        I've a dual SIM touch screen mobile (RedMi 1S) and I'm using TATA Docomo in one of the SIMs. I'm getting very annoying 'Dive-in Now' notification which are not even allowing me to send messages, making calls and intervening on all the apps. Also the notifications are appearing in such a manner that there's a lot of probability of accepting it and I'll be charged. It's really frustrating that TATA Docomo is forcibly making us accepting the service. I'll highly appreciate you if you can resolve this issue for my Tata Docomo number ([protected]). Thanks.

I have called their customer care via email and call many times but they are not ready to refund my money. They confirmed that money deducted wrongly but dont want to give them back. Please help.                               Hi, I am having serious complaint against tatadocomo network facility. My calls are disconnected in between . Also if my data usage is off, still my balance is reduced because of data usage.Call disconnection is happening since from 1 year . I am living in Electronic city area and here most of the people using DOCOMO service . But due to some issues faced by people most of them planning to stop the use of DOCOMO service. Me and my friend also decided to stop using next 1 month. Please do somthing about this issue .

                                They activate caller tune today without knowing me nd deduct rs.36 Nd agn deduct rs.20 .nd wen i call customer care they didnt response me nd told system down .. m really deapprixiate with there service ..please help me to get back my balance.

                                  Hi, I have 2 complains I would like you to resolve for me please, First and most important of all : I took 5 connections and all of them were suppose to be under a Family plan and two of them were ported from Vodafone because I found benefits were better, one of my number ([protected]) was ported in from Vodafone, as the form was not submitted on time by the Docomo advisor, the MNP code expired, and hence I had to reregister, however docomo rep, instead of adding me to the same family plan gave a new connection and for which I am paying a seperate bill every month for extra 249Rs + taxes from past 10-11 months. And to get the same added I am visiting the store every month. Second complain is, because I am on a family plan, I am not allowed to add or remove any add on over the phone with the customer service, I am suppose to visit the store every time I have to make any changes. And because I have multiple accounts, My complain is as follows. 1. For number [protected], I asked them to deactivate 3G services about 4 times since November 2014 but has not been deactivated yet, for which I am paying Rs.100/month. 2. For numner [protected] I have asked themt o deactivate 3G services about 6-7 times since Septemper 2014, but has not been deactivated yet, for which these people are charging me Rs.299 + taxes every month. For both the accounts I have visited the store everytime and have asked to deactivate the same by filling up a deactivation form, nothing happens and the charges show up on my bill every months.                                     I’m using Tata Docomo [protected] GSM services for internet services as it offers great price & value pack. Last recharge I did was 2G pack of 1GB having validity till 25Feb15 till yesterday my balance was showing 600-700MB. As I want to upgrade mobile software I recharged 3G pack of 400MB yesterday around 12pm & I have downloaded file of 350MB so my 3G pack was over after downloading the file but once I switch my data pack to 2G my balance to it was showing hardly 20MB or less so I called to your customer care immediately on saying how my 2G pack has come down to 20MB where it was showing 600-700MB. They have no answer of my query & they said it will get resolved in 24Hr but as I don’t find the resolution of problem I called to your customer care in morning but while discussion was going the call is get disconnected and now I’m calling you back your call is not getting connected to your customer personnel. Probably you are blocking no for not to get connected to customer care. I hope you will take my complaints on utmost priority & will try to resolve it ASAP

                                        Now 35 rs more is deducted from my account for some hungama service just a minute before I hv charged 50 rs for pyar ke panne on no. [protected] .. and rs 75 a minute before that for tata endless music...the phone is in my hand and i am just surfing net have not requested any kind of service...what the heck is this ...is there any kind of dictadictatorship of tata docomo like whenever I want I deduct ...it happened on 3 feb 2015 nearbout 11 pm .plz take strict action as soosoon as possible
