[Resolved]  Trueware — Easy mop by true ware

This is to inform you that l had placed an order for an easy mop which is not working well. The steel rod is working but the mop is not rotating 360 degree. The company name is True ware. The color of the mop is purple and it cost me rs 999.The steel rod has become free when put into water and the mop is not moving. Therefore I want you to go through the problem and give me the solution.
