I had taken the service from them for my 2bhk flat painting work. Their sales person had come & by observing flat, he had given the Quatation. Due to lack of knowledge we agreed and they started painting. But later, we realise they have charged us for premium material and have delivered low grade material as per quatation they gave us.
I have calculated whole difference of material used and money charged is almost Rs.20, 000+/-. Means service getting for rs. 29, 000/- and I have paid Rs.49, 000+/-. I want refund of the difference amount or full work need to be done again. They are not responding since last 3 days. Just send reply we are working on it. This company has no customer support number only complaint section where no one responds. In case we file legal procedures, we will make sure that we cover up whole cost involved in arguments, legal case, consumer court expenses, metal & physical harrassment, I have all the proofs of all email and no response from company and material used & material promised.

    I, Bhavesh Pahwa, booked a service for Full Home Cleaning on 1.10.2021 scheduled at 11.30 am on 15.09.2021..My booking was confirmed and I paid advance payment of Rs. 499.00 too.. In the mean time, I sent my maid back as I had to avail the services from UC.. Being a Central Govt. employee, I had to manage and schedule every minute of mine.. At 11.30 am, your representative called and intimated about non availability of service person at selected time slot.. I gave them time to reschedule till 4.00 pm but to no use..
    Such a reputed service provider should not accept service requests if not capable to fulfill the same..
    Being so polite, I just want my refund back and compensation for sending my maid back alongwith compensation for harassment.
    Hope a good sense prevail in you and my matter will be taken up seriously..

      I have booked a repair service of my washing machine on 14th September 2021, a technician came to my home and said that all the parts of my whirlpool washing machine needs to be repaired. He took 5000 rupees in advance also. From then till now (14th October 2021) I have called him many time. Initially he used to pick my call and say that "sir it will be repaired and install in two days". After 15 days he said I came to home and it is not possible to give the service right now, then I told him that this not the way you are treating your customer but he making excuses always. After 20 days he did not picked my phone and now I am afraid what to do. Very pathetic service by Urban company. I am completely disappointed with technician behavior.

      The technician who came to my home is Mohsin Qureshi and his mobile number is [protected]. When I called him repeatedly he once picked the call on 13th October and gave me the number of Kunal Gupta and told me that he will resolve your problem. Then, I called the Kunal Gupta, I was wondering he (Kunal) was saying he is from Jaipur branch and he could not help me. After some conversation he said he know Mohsin Qureshi and he will assist me in installing the machine very soon. But still I have not got any response from him also. He said me that he is managing the Jaipur call center. Mobile number of Kunal Gupta is [protected].

          Both issues are related to the paint job completed on 27 July 2021 by contractor Anirudh Kasana.

          Following which I noticed that none of the ceilings had been painted and one of them was peeling off. I went online to bring this to the attention of your team and then for the first time I noticed that a fake review and five star rating had been put up against my name. I never wrote this. I was never happy with this contractor.

          I wrote to Urban Company about this on email on 22nd September. I have received numerous phone calls from your team but none have helped. None of the callers even coordinate with each other. Each one has a half baked understanding of my issue and it feels like harrassment getting calls from them.

          So here are my issues:

          Firstly the misuse of my name which has been used to generate a false review and a five star rating which I did not endorse. This amounts to stealing. It is an action that is beneficial to Urban Company. By putting up that false review you are using my name to advertise the services of a faulty service provider and gain clientele. You need to remove my name asap. You are essentially using my name for advertising purposes without consulting me or gaining my approval or paying me. It is a breach of trust and a violation of my property and privacy.

          Secondly the paint job was incomplete none of the ceilings was painted and one of them is peeling. You need to refund me for this. You cannot harass my 70 plus parents and tell them that you will send painters to correct this issue. A paint job is very disruptive and I cannot risk their physical and mental well being by having painters disrupt their space again.

          You need to compensate me for the incomplete paint job, the inconvenience caused to us, the general feeling of harrassment and anxiety that we have undergone, and for misusing my name without my consent and for your benefit, which is a violation of my privacy and property.

            Technician installed parts and charged ₹4900 and after that Aquaguard started giving more problems. He visited twice after that but again more issues were there in a month.
            So I consulted with the brand Eureka Forbes and when they checked there were duplicate parts installed which was provided by the technician from Urban Company.
            This is a very bad experience, I feel like fraud has happened with me.
            I want my money to be refunded.

              I had booked in a bathroom cleaning on 27th sep. professional did not clean properly and used fake chemicals which has damaged my floor. It has turned complete yellow. I had booked in a revisit for 28th, no one turned up. Since then i am following up and have sent numerous mails but to no solution. Everyday i am getting a call that we are sending someone to inspect buy no one has visited till
              Now. Mr Lalit called and said you can get it cleaned yourself and we will reimburse the amount but he was not ready to give that in writing. I have written to the founders as well but seems they are enjoying with the money and have no time to look into their emails

              I had received an email on 16th that i will receive the amount in 5-7 days but it has already exceeded. I have sent the email twice but no response has been received so far. Had logged in the request for a call back on help center and your prompt that you will receive a call back in an hour but its more than 24hrs. Would suggest you to either hire more staff so customers query can be responded on time or train the existing ones to more effecient.

                I had booked a professional from Urban clp for waxing. When she arrived, she said she did not have enough wax for full waxing so she did only hands wax and said will come again next day for legs wax. But hasn't turned up since then. It's been 15 days. I have been trying to call her but she either gives some reasons or doesn't answer the call. I have paid fully for the service booked but haven't received the services. I am unable to make any complaints to urban clap website

                  The technician assigned by the Urban company to do the servicing for my AC opened the machine and damaged the swing. Water is dripping into the room. He left saying he cannot fix it. The company is not responding to my request to fix the issue.

                        This mail is with reference to my first and last service availed from URBAN COMPANY on 28th Sep 2021 for my showroom AC service. Will try to raise my concern date wise and as short as possible

                        BOOKING SCHEDULED 28/09/2021 02:30 PM
                        For this booking received call from Mr MOIN SHAKH saying if he could come early and came bit early then scheduled. Within few mins (10-15 mins) he informed me that AC gas pressure in lower then required (220 compared to 240 also showed the same on some gauge) and needs to be refilled and would cost Rs2500/- for which I declined as my AC was cooling pretty good. On this Mr Moin asked me to CANCELL the booking and reschedule the call. I did as discussed with him. He spoke to some one else over phone and requested him to attended my call. In next 15-20 mins received another call form Mr KETAN PUROHIT for my AC service, AFTER finishing his job our team as that my AC gas needs to refilled as its very very low. Same day evening we observed water leakage in outdoor unit and indoor unit was literally throwing ICE CHUNKS. Immediately I booked another call with UC, available slot was on 30/09/2021 11:00 am. But received call from Mr Ketan on 29/09/2021 for early visit and on his visit I was told the same thing about low AC gas pressure. Here I got bit suspicious and called another service engineer for second opinion wherein I was showed that ONE nut was missing and was informed that until gas is being deliberately released from unit AC gas pressure cannot go so low just in one day. Then we got our CCTV footage checked and found out that MR MOIN was fiddling with our outdoor unit for almost 10 mins before calling me to showing low pressure of AC gas.

                        On this I logged a complaint with UC (01/10/2021) regarding the same with all the above details but to my highest level of disappointment till date (07/10/2021 04:40 pm) it has not been resolved. We have just received calls from back office assuring us resolution

                          Before the start of painting we discussed with Surveyor and he agreed that they will supply Royal Luxury Shyne variant but post that they supply normal variant of Royal Luxury when I raised issue then they agreed to send Shyne version and on last day again they have send normal variant, also very bad response from them

                            I have been writing on emails for a call back and provide me the final resolution since its 32 days now that my machine is damaged.
                            I need to do something to fix the damage and for which i need the company to contact me back.

                            From last 6 days i have been continuously writing emails everyday and making requests but all i get a reply is this

                            “ Hi Ankur,

                            We're extremely sorry to learn of this and are working on a call back immediately. Our team will work closely to understand what went wrong and help you with the same.“

                            but no one calls me back at all..

                            I need to be contacted back so that i can find a solution.. If the company is adamantly not replying back to me what should I do ?

                                I had booked for 3bhk home deep cleaning services and the service was not done properly and after continuous complaints also I am not getting any call back from you guys.

                                  Hello Urban company,

                                  since my matter is a month old now, i have posted complaints at various places about how the professionals have damaged the machine and scammed me with fake charges for spare sparts,

                                  the professional Mr.Mohd Ali along with one helper ( name unknown to me ) has tried to enter my gated society, lying to my guards that “ I owe them money”, so that they get to meet me in person and enter my house..
                                  Twice they tried to come to my house, entered my society, and both the times i stopped their entry at my gate.
                                  I dont know why and for what the professional Md ali hussain is trying to enter my premises, lying to my security guards?

                                  my case is unresolved from 31 days, i am out of my Air condition and already under a loss of 53000 rupees + additional 4047 rupees this Md ali Hussain took from me..

                                  I really have to take a strict action against this person if i see him ever again loitering around my property or premises .

                                    awaiting a call from Abhishek kumar from the social media team -

                                    as promised on 30th september - the above said person was supposed to call me and inform me the same day about the proceedings of my issue.

                                    Since 6 days i’m awaiting a call back from him but theres no sign on how to trace this person.

                                    Would really be nice if i get a call back at the earliest since I am on day 31 with my damaged Air Condition machine and the company is not available for help even after being told the issue numerous times..

                                        Hi,

                                        its been one week since the technician has last visited our house and removed the geyser, dismantled it. he was supposed to come back next day. either the technician nor the urban company are picking up calls. very bad service and disrespectful to customer.

                                        no help from the customer support representative. No proper means to escalate a complaint. its such a bad working culture
