I (my phone number [protected]) have booked for full home cleaning - 3 BHK apartment on 3rd Sept 2021 to be done at 3.00 PM.. Paid the amount in full while booking also.

Now the Person Mr Manikyam Manga came late around 3.30 Pm and visited the flat, However, he declined to do the service with a silly reason that the area is big, But in URBAN CLAP the rates are fixed as per number of BHK's like 1 BHK or 2BHK or 3BHK or 4BHK, No where it was mentioned to give area and charges are not as per area.

This person is very adamant in measuring the area which is not in the rule o[censored]C. So i declined to measure. For which this person has cancelled the request sighting the reason as we have not answered the call, which is not the case.

Due to this cancellation, we have to postpone the house warming to be done on 4th Sept 2021. This is very unprofessional way o[censored]RBAN COMPANY.

Please resolve the matter urgently

    I have taken painting services from UC in June 2021 however in a span of two months cracks have developed on the walls and ceiling. After contacting the UC team they very bluntly refused to acknowledge my complaint and closed my case which I again reopened with them but they are simply refusing to accept the poor quality of work their team has done.
    Also they told me that it may be due to leakage of seepage to which I told them that not a single drop of leakage and seepage is present but they are not ready to accept the same.

      I have booked AC service on 29th august, professional came and told PCB board of AC is not working properly and took our pcb and remote and said it will charge 1500, we paid for CLEANING service of AC 500. Later on 30th August that professional again came saying he repaired PCB but it dint work so he took it again, so on 31st I called urban company customer service that I want pcb board to be replaced as repairing will lead to reoccurrence of problm, professional agreed to replace and said our remote is also not wrking so we will get new one for u and said that I have pay little extra 200 rs. I said ok.

My parents asked for our old Ac remote and pcb, he said that he exchanged, we asked him to get our old things than only we will pay, that time he bargained and said pay 100 less, my parents dint agree and asked him to get our old parts. After some time professional again came saying "sir I dint replaced pcb and repaired ur old pcb only, only got a new remote, " he dint even return our old remote, he was a lier, we have asked him to get our AC parts and remote than only we will pay.
      Pls take strict action to this.

        I had availed deep home cleaning last week, during which my temple was broken. I am not getting any response from urban company on this complaint

          I took a continuous service from urban company for beauty and cleaning. I am have a specific got-to person for the beauty service- Swati Upadhyay. Works for the Noida and some greater Noida regions.
          However, since July'21 I am unable to contact her.

            Technician changed a inlet pipe of lg washing machine 1.5 metre long which costed me Rs.1498 whereas the market price is just 200 to 400 . This is real fraud. How can we trust urban company

                When the UC professional came initially, he asked for extra charge saying the place is too dirty. Upon agreeing, he started the job but didnot bring any cleaning equipment and used ours itself. Then he went ahead and sprayed water on our wooden panels and drawers (which is not how wood is supposed to he cleaned)

                      My Name is Manish and my contact no. is [protected]. I am based at Noida and taken WM repair on 20th Aug. While Mr Hirdesh had come and said that machine is in working condition, the machine is still facing same issue. I am neither able to claim service warranty through portal or able to connect your customer care no. to raise complain. Please send someone to rectify " Rinsing issue". It doesn't take water at the time of rinsing

                          On 6-Jul-21, I have booked an AC service on Urban Company app

                          Technician came and shown that AC has been fixed & take Rs.3050

                          later, 20-Aug-21 I observed that AC is not cooling then, I have request for re-visit on your app

                          On 23-Aug-21, very unprofessional technician came & found GAS leakage in AC.

                          He told me that, your AC condenser is faulty, you no need to pay anything, I will take it from Urban Company. We will replace it & it will take 1 day to arrange the same.


                          On 24-Aug-21, he came & fitted the copper condenser & started the AC. On very same time,

                          I said to him, why outdoor unit is now too noisy
                          & Why all parts are not fixed in AC
                          There were too many nuts bolt were laying at my floor.


                          Concern occurred on same day

                          1. No cooling.
                          2. Water leakage from Indoor unit.
                          3. Outdoor unit producing so many noise & I receiving complaints from my neighbor.
                          4. Money Loss, due to this issue I have given the money to Urban Company as well as to guest house to stay there as in peak of Summer can't sleep without AC

                          Urban company has very casual approach towards its customers, they know that customer is in problem but no solution is given even after 5 days.
                          No update on call..
                          No Customer Support Number.
                          No provision of live chat support at their App

                          In 5 days, I have tried so many at Urban Clap Help Center to contact them but not response
                          I sent a detailed email at [protected]@urbancompany.com but no response
                          just received a very casual revert i.e.
                          [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]
                          "Greeting from URBAN COMPANY.

                          Urban Company There was no…. support from your side prior to this complaint, even you tortured me mentally.
                          Urban Company Have you ever thought that when the customer needs a service, only think about the trust/faith for your brand that you have broken
                          You know the customer is in trouble, but you have a very casual attitude towards him.

                          How could manage without AC in peak of summer
                          and how many days could stay in guest house, my money was also losing there
                          So yesterday I bought new AC
                          You just need to refund my money as soon as possible…

                            My annual plan of ₹2647 was changed to a lesser amount of ₹1948 as required. I paid again an extra amount of ₹1033 making it a total of ₹3680. Please arrange to refund the rest amount of ₹ 1732.00 at your earliest.

                              I have requested for ac repair, an executive named shailesh shinde from pune has took additional amount of 1800 plus service charges and have not fixed my issue.
                              I have asked them since April to come he is giving ample amount of excuses and now have blocked the number.

                                My Fridge was less cooling. Called UC and they changed the grill, filled compressor with gas. Their invoice # UCIC[protected] dated 30/06/2021.After their job done found huge water accumulation inside the machine which started leaking through front door. Their technician visited twice and clearly stated his inability to solve this issue. UC damaged my refrigerator by doing wrong job.

                                    I had all the urban company on the faith that my issue will be resolved but instead of doing that the agent had damaged my ac and now company is not talking about that they are disconnecting the call in between and abusing to me

                                      Hi
                                      Based on an ad campaign in their portal for water filter service, I made payment of Rs 2647 on the 20th of August for annual package for RO water filter service. On the same day I got a call from an Urban Company technician. He enquired about the brand of water filter that I have as well as the model. Mine is a Kent Pearl model. As soon as he came to know that he told me that they do not have filters for this model and they will not be able to service this product. Soon I see you that my job I'd has been cancelled and the reason given is that the customer wanted to cancel the job. Thereafter I got an SMS that refund has been initiated for Rs. 915. I was confused. After much trouble I was able to lodge a complaint through the portal and an executive called me after 2 hrs. When I asked him why the entire Rs.2647 was not being refunded, he started giving me company rules that they have and instead asked me to fill a form and provide my bank account details. I very clearly told them that I am not filling any form and since they were able to refund Rs.915 directly to my debit card then why not the entire amount. Since then they are not responding to my complaints that I have raised through the portal. They also do not have any customer care number where I could call. Need your help and assistance to solve this matter.

                                        Warranty claim not given fraudulently

                                        I availed AC repair service from Urban Company and rhe AC indoor unit was repaired on 11th August due to cooling problem reported by me to the service engineer. The service comes with a 90 days warranty. However, after 1 month the AC stopped cooling again. I claimed warranty. A service engineer visited. He said he does not have nitrogen gauge to repair the AC, hence a new technician would visit. Before leaving he marked the job as completed....
