I'm veerarahavan residing in 1/20A, bharathiyar street, padur, chennai.603103

I need a explanation of excess amount which i paid Rs.3383 on month of Nov-2016.I need to know that why i' m getting these much of bill?As i' living for rent for past 2years.For the past 2 years i 'm getting EB bill more than Rs.500
