Dear sir,
i had purchased woodland shoe from indore last year,& i had use it only two to three times & it looks totally new with no wear on sole from its bottom.i found that one of the sole from the shoe is completely come out due to failure in material.Please give the solution for this damaged.I am totally upset with this event,i had very faith in Woodland brand but due to this event my faith totally demolised.Please tell that where i would go for the solution.Presently i am in Indore.Wheather this shoe will replaced or not.

    respected sir,
    myself HEMANT SHARMA inform you that i had cheated by the woodland shop
    named 'ALWAYS' , UDAIPUR

    i have bought a pair of shoes from there on[protected] BILL NO. 1127 tin no.[protected] and after only seven days the sole (base of the shoes)of left leg was remove and in right pair it torned from inside because of this my finger vein get pained sevierly, so i was went there and asked them to replace it with another one but they said that this is not a company fault ,so it will not be replaceable. they get pasted locally.but i not agree for that .why should i wear repaired shoes ,i pay amount for new shoes.

    so i was came back

    Again i went there for replacement but they not responded me and one of there guy said that "shoes are wear in legs not on head".

    so last i have decided to go into the cosumer forum to complains of them..

    please do need ful , otherwise i have to take serious action

      Dear sir,

      This letter is to keep you in a kind notice that the service provided by your executive is not as per the mark they are not at all corporative .
      I have purchased shoe frm your outlet at inorbit mall malad article: SM 0894910 Brown 44 footware for the amount 4995.00 which includes vat 12.5%.
      The shoe is not even used for mre than a day n the sole is been bursted from the side n is almost torn.this kind of a material is not provided from your company..kindly see through the matter because your outlet exicutive's are not giving us corporation and a proper response..Kindly go through this matter n get me a solution of this problem..
      As spoken to your executive outlet owner AMIT SINGH who is the person whom we had spoken to regarding this matter he has no courtesy to send the shoe to the factory for the verification of the rubber used. This is the first time we have used your brand product n we do not gt a proper quality product the rubber quality is worst then lee cooper,nike , n reebook..We have purchased the shoe on 15.4.11.
      kindly go through the matter n give us a proper response because ur customer care number is also nt available..

          Dear Sir,
          I purchased a woodland green shoe on[protected], TIN No:[protected] from Woodland showroom, Indranagar, Bangalaore. At the time of purchase the sales man told me that it will last for minimum 3 - 4 years. I trusted him because i don't have any previous experience with woodland product. But after 6 month use the leather came out from the sole of both the shoes. I give it for service and they pasted it again and give it to me. But after six months again it gives me the problem, this time the leather got cut from both the shoes due to the improper service done by the service person. And i give for service again (article no G23777 42 GREE) to the indranagar, bangalore branch, and they are telling that they can't repair the shoe. If i want i can purchase a new shoe with 50% discount. Any way woodland give 50% off on their product every year. So what is the point of giving 50% discount for replacement, because I already spent 2495/-Rs for that shoe and for the replacement again i need to spent 1247/-Rs so Total:3742/-Rs i have to spent for a shoe. What kind of replacement is this?. so kindly give me the full replacement for my shoe

            Purchaesd a black shoe GC 00044A BLK 39 from Wood land Show Room Vyttila on February 2010 & stareted using on March 2011. Within three days o[censored]sing the shoe become unusable.( The pieces of sole came out while walking).
            The shoe deposited to the show room on 04.03.2011 for replacement of sole.
            Today it is I confirmed from the show room that the shoe is returned by the company without repairing it by saying sole is not available.

            Dear sir,
            with reference of complained of sole broken.I would like to inform you that I am yogesh belong to a middle class faimily before that I never purchase shoes more then Rs1200/-
            in my whole life and I was satisfied with the qwality and durablity of shoes but After discussion with my friend He was informed me that go for Woodland shoes and After name of the company and brand purchased fresh shoes from from your retail outlet at crystal mall,near collectry circle. Banipark Jaipur Rs.2495/-
            After two/three month that was broken from the sole.
            Then I was visited at outlet then found that outlet is closed for forever.
            I don't want to tell lies that I have MIssed the invoice, I was thinking that in these prices I will never received the complained but condition are in front of you.
            Then visited at your triton mall outlet they informed me that kindly provide the invoice but I can't provide due misplace of invoice.this is my mistake.
            I would like to request you that kindly give me the best solution for above request.
            It is my humble request to give the proper solution.

            My Name is Shylesh, i have bought a brown shoe (Formal) Artical No L2 13A, size 42, from your Vytilla showroom in the month of february 2013, used for one and half week, got broken sole unusable. the show had given back on 4th march to the showroom and got the reply that it will be repalce within ten days. still there were no communication from the showroom people on this and the show was not yet given replaced.

            if it is other companies (lee cooper) they would have replaced on the spot itself.

            it seems your product and service is very poor

              Sir,

              This is make your attention that, I had puchased Model GS 4011 N KHK40 Woodland Chappal from their exclusive showroom Palakkad on 26/03/2011. Unfortunately it got damaged same day while i am traveling to my home twon Kochi due to the manufaturing deffect. I given back their chappal to the Woodland showroom, Pallimukke, Cochin for rectifying the complaint on 27/03/2011. They committed me that it will be back with in 10 days. But now 22 days gotover and they saying that they don't have any idea about the chappal, it was send to head office same day but till now they have not get back.

              This is some kind of cheating to the customer like me. It is not at all acceptable.

              Requesting you to kindly take care this issue and do needull from your side.

                I had purchased a pair of Shoes on 12th Feb 2011, Article No. GF 0516508, Colour: Black , from retail show room at : AERO CLUB , Woodland Store, Shop No. 8,9,10 and 11 , Saroj Plaza, Near Maxus Mall, Bhayander (W), Thane.

                I would like to bring to your notice that I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of the footwear Woodland sell, Need less to mention that I have used this shoe only for 20 days and full sole came out from the shoe. You can’t understand how much abrasiveness it caused to me on that day walk with torn shoes. It is second time happing with me, on my previous purchase also the sole came out within six months and then your Guys pasted it again.

                I would request company to please check the quality of your products before they sell to customers, I have give back the shoes at their shop 10 days back replace it, I am surprise to hear they are saying that they will not replace and will repair it.

                If such a good Brand name, has this quality standard & service towards their customers we should stop buying their product.

                  I had purchased a ladies pair of sandals from your showroom at Guwahati around four months back but the sole of the sandal has broken into two. Thinking of the brand name and the quality of the products everyone speaks about, I had bought them. But alas! It is very strange, that shoes of other companies worth less than half the price of woodlands last for a longer period. What is the resort avilable to me, since I have misplaced the cash memo also

                    I have purchased an Apparel costing Rs 1495 on 6th Feb 2011. We identified the defect and returned it on 13 Feb. 2011. The shop had the fresh piece available with them but they refused to exchange and insisted on sending it to co. for replacement. It was promised to replace the same and send it to me to Gurgaon on 29 February 2011. But after that I have called them so many times but with no favorable response. Request you to help on this.

                      I had purchased woodland shoes no: S[protected](khaki), from woodland store Kolhapur on 28/2/11.



                      But, within a week I found that the stitching of one shoe is getting off…for same I had drawn the attention of the shop owner…and he had promised to made it repaired from woodland factory…as he has gave me the guarantee of one year in any case of damage he will repair it free of cost….



                      After that I went to some my Conference work, and after returning after 20 days. I gave it for repairing. After repairing of shoes same problem again arise.
                      Sir, can you justify this matter?

                      I am the user of woodland from last 6 years….I had use about one pair of woodland series before this pair….but I had never face such problem…this time I caught…but not getting proper response. Can you help me in this matter?

                        i purchased trucking shoes at punjagutta woodlands branch at hyderabad, andhra pradesh india , within two moths shoes sol gum was released, after i given to ameerpet branch at hyderabad. they will take more than one month for repair, then i purchased sandals for my wife . this also spoiled they also given service at ameerpet branch at hyderabad.after i purchased sandals for me , this sandals also not well, then i purchased woodlands cap for me on january 2011 at ameerpet woodlands branch hyderabad andhra pradesh. this cap stitches was spoiled with in two days, after i can given to service at ameerpet branch, they are taken for repair at least25 days. after i ask what happens my cap, they told something . at woodland outlet ameerpet branch hyderabad andhra pradesh india, those branch guys behaviour is very bad. they donnot know how to deal customers and just like rowdy behavior. i ask new cap for me , they told only old cap we should give, after i donate to woodlands company at ameerpet branch hyderabad. they woodlands guys are accept to my proposals. woodlands products may be all items may be damaged because of this type of services is thre at hyderabad branches. woodlands is now useless lands .please check before purchasing of woodlands products at any branch in india.

                          I had very bad experience from my last purchase. I bought a pair of chappal from Woodland showroom at kerala/calicut/palayam
                          After usage of this pair within 4months leather sole broken in two parts of bottom. After visiting...sir in warranty side i've given the pair on your woodland showroom already and the showroom manager riquest me send a mail to coustemer care and i riquest you to solve my problem as soon.

In fact me and my colleagues and friends – all are using Woodlands, as it is an international brand as well as you maintain the quality on top priority. And we were quite satisfied with your company. But last time, I bought a shoe from the Woodland Store, called Aero Club, Grand Hotel Arcade, 15/7 J.L.N. Road, Kolkata 700013, Franchise – J.BOSECK & Co. on 4th August, 2010 (4.08.2010), Invoice no. 4134, TIN No. [protected]. The ID of my shoe is GC 0321106 Camel 42 footwear. It was quite expensive shoe for me. But few days before, I found that the Scholl of my both pair of shoe were absolutely cracked. I was so shocked. And immediately I went to the above mention outlet. But the executive said that to change the scholl, I have to pay Rs. 450 and the rest amount your company will bear. I am so surprised. You know that it’s an expensive shoe and I did not expect the cracked scholl in seven months from the date of purchase, which was really embarrassing. And now your company asked to pay me another Rs. 450 for repairing. I and my colleagues did not expect this from the brand like Woodlands. I guess it will create a very bad reputation to the people like us. And I hope your company will pay the full amount or replaced my shoe to a new one. You should concern about your reputation. Otherwise we all bound to switch from your brand to other. The salesman gave me the token no. C.F – 121, dated: 10.03.2011. I hope you consider my request and will not charge any amount from me further. I am waiting for your feedback.
                            On 18th March The woodland showroom informed me that I can get 60% exchange money, But to buy a shoe I have to again put minimum 1000 rs.
                            Be a big organization it is unexpected from you.
                            I cannot bare again 1000 rs to buy a new shoe.
                            I am going to quit from your company.

                            Please keep my old shoe.I as well as my friend circle/ colleague definitely quit from your company.
                            Please help me out to come out from this situation. I want 100% exchange. Because Woodland shoe must be lasting minimum 1 year.

                              I purchased a Woodland Shoe from Hyderabad, India (Jubilee Hills Road No:36 showroom) in Jan end, 2011. After wearing the shoe on only 3 occasions (within the city - no trekking or rough terrain), I found that a plastic buckle had broken et naand a part of the stitching was coming off.

                              I deposited the shoe to the showroom on 5th March. I was informed that the shoe can not be replaced, but it will be repaired within 72hrs. I have paid a couple of visits to the showroom since then, but I have not received my shoe back yet. My repair slip No. is 53.

                              Woodland is known for making sturdy shoes. Based on the reputation, I bought a Woodland shoe for the first time. However, looking at the quality of the shoe and especially the level of customer service, it is needless to say that this will be my last purchase.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am working in Maldives as Resident Engineer . On this vecation I had purchased a pair of Woodlands shoes of price Rs. 2395.00 from the Wood lands showromm at Kottayam.. After 3 days of purchase, the bottom black sole of both the shoes were came out .I gave it to the purchased shop and they repaired with gum within 15 minutes and gave me back. Again after 15 days, the same problem was happened. This time they send it to Ernakulam(Cochin) for repair. After 1 week, I got it back and in the next week while i was travelling, the bottom sole again came out from the shoes. This time, I requested for the shop manager for replacemet. But he went inside the shope with my shoes and put some gum and gave me back. But I was not ready to receive that ,within 2 months of purchase 3 times the same problem happenedand and I requested for my money back or for replacement for the shop manager. But he was very harshly talked to me and my wife that he can't do any thing and will send it back to the company .
                                I am going back to Maldives after 10 days after my vecation.
                                I had hardly wear this shoes 4 to 5 days after the purchase.I trusted the brand but after spending 2395 rupees on a pair of shoes I do not accept this from you. My both Repair slips and Purchase Bill are attached with this mail. please check. I will be Grateful if you will change my pair of shoes.

                                  Respected sir,
                                  I purchased one pair of woodland shoes (Model no.BC842110 CAMEL 41) from M/S: Aero Club Woodland Shop no. 21-22 Saharaganj Mall Hazratganj Lucknow on on 07.12.2010 in rupees 2795 (Cash Memo : 11966). Sole of both shoes got hole from shoe in region near the tip of the shoes just when I had used shoes only 5 times. Slowly more than half of sole got holes completely. I had to purchase new shoes for the purpose of my marriage and there was a lot of social humiliation as shoes gave away in one of my function. After paying so much money and facing social and mental trauma, I wish to get these defective shoes replaced. But shopkeeper from whom i purchased shoes said bluntly that we will not replace shoes and you do whatever you want to do.Please help me in getting my shoes replaced as, I don't want to break my trust in Woodland and nobody can sell defective things at such a high price and still not replace the grossly defective product. Wish to have positive response from the company to compensate for my social and economic sufferings due to defective shoes.

                                    I, Mr. Satyabrata Sardar (email id: Satyabrata.[protected]@gmail.com, Mobile ph. No. [protected], employee of Hewlett Placard), am a regular user of Woodlands for couple of years. In fact me and my colleagues and friends – all are using Woodlands, as it is an international brand as well as you maintain the quality on top priority. And we were quite satisfied with your company. But last time, I bought a shoe from the Woodland Store, called Aero Club, Grand Hotel Arcade, 15/7 J.L.N. Road, Kolkata 7000013, Franchise – J.BOSECK & Co. on 4th August, 2010 (4.08.2010), Invoice no. 4134, TIN No. [protected]. The ID of my shoe is GC 0321106 Camel 42 footwear. It was quite expensive shoe for me. But two days before, I found that the Scholl of my both pair of shoe were absolutely cracked. I was so shocked. And immediately I went to the above mention outlet. But the salesman said that to change the scholl, I have to pay Rs. 450 and the rest amount, your company will bear. I am so surprised. You know that it’s an expensive shoe and I did not expect the cracked scholl in seven months from the date of purchase, which was really embarrassing. And now your company asked to pay me another Rs. 450 for repairing. I and my colleagues did not expect this from the brand like Woodlands. I guess it will create a very bad reputation to the people like us. And I hope your company will pay the full amount or replaced my shoe to a new one. You should concern about your reputation. Otherwise we all bound to switch from your brand to other. The salesman gave me the token no. C.F – 121, dated: 10.03.2011. I hope you consider my request and will not charge any amount from me further. I am waiting for your feedback.

                                      I have purchased sohes from the woodland shop at AERO CLUB , woodland store , Shop no.15 , Gr. Flr , Dev Arcade mall , SG Road Ahmedabad,

                                      My complaint is that After wearing a shoes for 2 to 3 days. it was found both the shoe having a diffenet color shade and after i have check in detail for the finishing and other paratmeters and it was found that a lather is used for the making of shoes is different for each shoe , Shoes article number is same but lot is diffent.

                                      There is a different fininshing work is done for both shoe , diffent hight is found.
                                      I discussed with woodland store , but they are not ready to replace the shoes
