Zipper Shopping — delivers faulty products and dont comply with their return policy
I ordered 2 kurtaas on 19th jan for my friend and got it delivered around 21st but the material of the product is very thin, tailor denied to stitch claiming the cloth will torn off while stitching and another kurta has raffu done on it.
We placed a return request through email within 7 days as per their return policy.
Received their reply as they will confirm the return request within 48hrs.
But no reply since then and also their customer care no. Is always busy.
Pls spread awareness about such fraud companies and have a mechanism for customers, to deal with such frauds
