Wrongly deuctuct chages for hungama service

I'have an aircel sim ([protected]) last 5 months, but I really regret for they wrongly deduct charges about 8-9 times in last 5 months, but they refund everytime. Today they wrongly deduct rs. 30/- in my account balance (for renewal of hungama serves, without activate before) & not refund my wrongly deduct charges after I'll complain 3-4 times from my mobile.

I subscribed for aircel 3G internet packs for a day Rs. 9 . Now it is getting auto renewed. I wanted 3G internet only for one day hence i subscribed for it. Now if I try to deactivate autorenewal I couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my balance and I couldn't recharge. The service to customers is very poor. Now I regret for choosing Aircel....
