They are messaging me that i have some offers in my number but after recharging they are not giving the specified offer. While contacting the costumer care thye are ignoring. They have a limit that u can't call the consumer help line number more than twice a day which is not to be done.in this they are even ignores what i want to tell them. What can i do?...

My aircel postpaid bill gets increase 539 suddenly, from 268 rs.last 10 days am not used in this month. With out any intimation they charged, i cant pay this much of amount. You are requested to please deactivate tha mobile no [protected] in the name of Harshit arora as that number was given by an NGO with the assurance that the sim is free of cost and you have not paid any bill for that. My sim card numbered[protected] was deactivated due to zero usage, recently when I wanted to use it for some urgent work the sim card was deactivated when I mailed them this issue they asked me to submit my Age proof and Address proof at Aircel store... I have submitted it 3 weeks ago in Aircel store (Talvade road, Chikhli, Pune Branch) ... But the service hasn't resumed yet... Please enquire this matter and reactivate my Sim card ASAP...

For your special offer dial 50000!!Toll Free!!" I had called customer care executives several times and spoke to them but they refuses to resolve my problem.
Although I have already registered for DND but also this type of services...

I got special affer message from Aircel today at 2:30 pm .

So I reacharged but i got message from Aircel after recharged its only valid for 3 day.

But recharge was unsuccessful and balance deducted from bank a/c. according to e-payment guidelines the money will be refunded within 5 working days from the date of transaction (* mark mentioned in screenshot).

I had initiated a MNP request for the number [protected] on 17th September from Aircel to Airtel. This morning, I received a "REJECT" from Aircel stating expiration of porting code.
Pathetic ways of forcing customers to stick on I say. What gives Aircel the right to do this? How can they reject a MNP request? This needs a resolution immediately. The ever pathetic service of Aircel is finding new ways to irritate the customers...

Deduction date and time- 2nd sept, 2016 between 9-10 pm

I was trying to install a app using aircel 3g on 2nd sept, 2016 .But
only after 7mb download my balance became nil from Rs 118. I need
refund of my money as price of 7mb is not 118 rupees. I sent several mails to customer care but they refused to refund . But 7 mb data cannot cost 118 rupee and therefore i should be refunded....

Additional services have been getting activated on my father's cellphone [ [protected]] and more than Rs 500/- have been deducted till now. Spoke to customer care and deactivated service once when Rs 220/- was deducted (no refund though) and then again the same thing followed. Every time speaking to customer care is violent, the customer care representative is rude and does not files a complaint. I am sure it is not just me facing this issue....
