This is with regards to Kolkata to Shillong flight (04/04/2020) with booking number[protected] from Yatra.com. Due to COVID, indigo had cancelled this flight and provided me a 100% refund for the same. But Yatra has provided me ecash and not refund to the original payment method. In spite of repeatedly writing to them, I am not getting any refund for the same. Kindly look into this and provide a solution....

Money deducted and did not receive booking information

I made a booking for 14th november 2020 - 22nd november indigo flight bangalore to mumbai

Yatra.com has deducted my money via upi app and i have not received any booking information

This is reference no.[protected] and[protected] for domestic flight booked through yatra.com. The same ticket cancelled in july-20 by indigo and amount refunded to yatra. Since last 3 months i followed with yatra by mails, online complaints over portal and twitter but still i do not get my money....

airline tickets not refunded

The issue that i have experienced was: i booked 3 airline ticket from yatra.com, but due lockdown airline cancelled the flight. As per the supreme court order airline already refunded the amount yatra account, but yatra team is not returning the amount to me, it's almost 7 months over. wrong deductions instead of full refund for my flight cancelled due to covid-19 outbreak

I had 2 flight booking for a flight on 23rd may and return in july from new delhi to san francisco. My flight was cancelled because of covid 19 outspread. I asked the agency to refund my amount. convenience fee

I have booked an airline tickets using yatra.com (Booking id[protected]. The airline was spice jet. I have received a mail from spice jet that the flight got cancelled due to covid-19. Afterwards i have spken with spice jet agent over phone and they have agreed to make full refund of money. The same message i forwarded to yatra.com. But yatra had refunded the money after deducting convenience fee of rs 1200.

Refund not provided by Yatra

Due to covid my flights were cancelled during the month of May 2020. So I requested for the full refund. I booked the flights from Kol to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Kolkata from Yatra and was going for my father's treatment. Since I had to replan the treatment in Kolkata itself due to flight cancellation so I had requested for the refund. Indigo had refunded the money but Yatra is simply keeping the money with them and is only saying that...

Domestic ticket booking

I am trying to book flight ticket in Yatra.com, money has been deducted from my account but ticket was not booked, I am trying to contact customer care many times but they are not pick the call and I am write a mail to support @yatra.com, they are telling service manager will contact you shortly but 1 day is over they are not contacting me

Hi,
I booked a domestic flight through Yatra app 3 days back but did not receive any confirmation or tickets from them. My money has been deducted and not even refunded.

I booked a ticket to travel from Mumbai to kolkata on 3rd October 2020 through yatra through goair. I had booked a non-stop flight. Ticket sent by yatra also shows the same. However when I went to goair website to do web check in then I found out that that my flight is via varanasi. I tried reaching out to both yatra and goair but no-one answered the phones. Sir, I have booked a ticket on 18 Sep 20 for that an amount of Rs 6154 is deducted but ticket not confirmed. I have emailed to yatra.com several times (as attached) but they yet not initiate any action. I have booked tickets for journey from ahmedabad to hydrabad and return journey through above travel agency with indigo airlines for journey on 10/04 and 14/04/2020. Due to covid 19 flights have been cancelled. After making representation, before various authorities, indigo air lines has refunded full amount of refund and credited in agency's account the agency has refunded 50% amount in two tickets and remaining amount has been credited...

i booked three tickets from delhi to pune on Sun, Sep 20, 2020 at 12:51 PM, amount has been deducted but i did not get any confirmation. After that we try to contact with customer care of Yatra.com but number was not contactable.

Many times i sent email to them but still have not received any information. Where is my money, i want refund it back. Please help me, otherwise i am going to court.

Money deducted but ticket not booked
