Myself, shrinath dave, resident of vadodara, gujarat, working with liva pharmaceuticals ltd. (Zydus cadila group of company). I am using airtel sim / mobile no.[protected]Airtel) since last more than one year. As i am employee of zydus cadila, the number falls under company cug and sim provided to me is through company.
My average monthly usage bill is between rs. 250-350. (Attached the invoice for the month of jan-2016, feb-2016 and mar-2016 for your reference). Unexpectedly i have received the bill for the month of april 2016, rs. 4673.00, which is much more than my monthly average, and the amount got deducted from my monthly salary. As per the bill, i have done the excess use of the internet, which as per my opinion i have not used. I have requested to airtel through my company executive to provide me the full details of the usages and satisfy me with the data; which all are the sites i have visited. Of course some the detail has been provided by your office, but it doesn’t clarify that where i have used the data. It is insufficient detail and i am not satisfied with details.
I already had long conversation with the airtel persons and even appelate authority but nothing turned up. They only asked for more time to resolve the issue but from past one month its only about conversation and nothing positive has turned up. I asked them them to provide me details about the sites visited and downloading have done but they are not revealing it.
