Disgusted with Airtel. I kept getting main balance deductions for data usage although my data was disabled and my WiFi was switched on which means that even if data was enabled, it wouldn't work. I stayed on the phone with customer support for about 37 minutes trying to explain this to him. They don't respect their customers and are least bothered about them. At Airtel as told to me by the representative, "the customer is NOT always right"....

Now airtel team is keep closing request as solved and i am facing issue.

Do not take any services from airtel as this is unreliable and not customer oriented company.
