I'm alpana, writing this complain because my airtel sim is showing "emergency calls onky".
I even recharged my sim yesterday.
Signal strength is zero and my sim is out of service i. E no incoming and outgoing calls, no incoming and outgoing messages.
I mailed at [protected]@airtel.com, but no use because i clearly mentioned that there is no incoming message but they are asking me for an otp.
May be my sim is blocked kindly unblock it as soon as possible.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      What is the status of request[protected]? I got below message after placing request but it is not yet shifted.

      Message: the request no.[protected] for your airtel fixedline no.[protected]_kk is registered on 20/03/2020 13:25. Your request will be resolved by by tomorrow 02:00 pm.

      I am shifted to new location but the broadband is not yet shift. I tried to call customer care many time but they are not picking call after wait of 10 min or more call is getting disconnected.

        I have ported from jio to airtel and after airtel is activated I have inserted the sim amd tried to call 59059 bt the call gets disconnected always..bt the network signal is fine...call services does not work...pls respond as soon as possible...

          Hi team,
          I am rupanjali kumari i am raising complain against airtel express kormangala bangalore my airtel sim ([protected]) was damage so i went there for duplicate sim fir they given duplicate sim and they did not activate and the told me wrongly i given different sim card and again they given new duplicate sim card and its completed 5 days sim is not activate. And there was 3 months data pack so simple that is lost and there one person who given alternate number [protected] he block my number and not giving any response so please activate the sim card otherwise return intermate pack money.

            Recently i contact my nearby airtel store to change my port from vodafone to airtel. They give one new sim and a five digit code for verification. My old sim got deactivated and new sim has tower now and it shows emergency call but i didn't able to call 59059 for verification. It automatically cuts. Then how can i activate my new airtel sim. Please reply quickly. Already i am waiting for 9 days

                  Data speed is very very slow. It doesn't even load anything. Can't even use WhatsApp without waiting for sometime and refreshing a ton of times. The signal is very very bad.

                      Hi,

                      I am trying to connect to a toll-free number:[protected] but i am constantly getting message as "the number doesn't exist", whereas my friends who have airtel connection was able to make a call successfully to the above number. I even tried with 2 airtel connections and received the same response. I am expecting a reply as soon as possible for this issue

                          The company runs only fake promotional video's that we are the best in 4g internet and we provide best video experience but trust me guys this is really bad service provider and doesn't listen to their customer just take your request and will provide you mail and message that we will resolve you issue in blah blah days but they forget and things go on.
                          Am frustrate with their net speed.
                          Kindly dont make fool to peoples please

                              I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from bangalore. I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

                              1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

                              2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number.

                              3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                              Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number [protected].

                              I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                This is regarding the recharge done today for airtel tv worth 531 on 24thmarch for my customer id [protected].
                                I am unsatisfied with the services provided by airtel and also the irresponsible behaviour as the amount after the recharge is not showing and also the expiration of the plan is showing 26th march which is 2 days after the recharge date. After that i did the recharge of 80 rupees but still the amount is not showing.
                                Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue. I am also attaching the photos of the transaction made.

                                    not registered on network problem airtel

                                    Suddenly on 18th march 2020, my airtel sim card started not working and it shows on phone as not registered on network, after trying several times switching it on and off, it still does nlt work. Intially i thought it is a phone problem, but i then installed a vodafone sim and it was working. Airtel guys pls resolve the issue, as i have faced alot, otherwise will file a case in court...

                                      I have been trying to reach out to airtel for my broadband issue for almost a week now. I have a 40 mbps plan with airtel but my broadband network speed is barely 8-10mbps which is much lower than what i pay for. I have been complaining to airtel about this for over a week but they haven't done anything to fix it. On repeated complaints they create a service request (Sr no[protected] but close it without resolving or fixing it.. I have been trying to reach them ever since but they don't seem to care. This isn't the first time i've had issues with airtel. Every time i have to reach to consumer forum to get my issue heard. Due to this coronavirus situation, i have been asked to work from home but i'm unable do so properly due to such pathetic broadband connectivity. This is affecting my work badly. Please do the needful and get them to resolve this asap.
