Hello.. Myself Vijay Parmar, I had purchase postpaid connection for my father for monthly rental of Rs. 120. with free voice call, SMS and 30gb/Month mobile data.

I had paid last three month bill of Rs. 120, but suddenly in this month of July-2021 my father's airtel profile show his bill of Amount Rs. 3349, while complay give credit limit of Rs.2000 how can they charged over amount bill without our consent.
what kind of action i have to be taken to rectify this problem..

Plz help me out.

    Hey, I'm using an airtel SIM whose number I have given everywhere in my official documents.
    I don't use the number much except receiving OTPs and sending my Bank SMS.

    I do recharge of ₹49 every month, which gives me talktime of ₹38, but I am not able to send SMS.
    On calling airtel they told me, that they don't provide SMS sending service in lower packs. They only provide SMS sending service in Unlimited packs

    Please look into this, if I'm having main account balance of ₹38, why can't I use it to send SMS

        My device model is redmi note 8 pro
        And I have been using a single sim that is airtel 4G. And from 22.07.2021 afternoon my sim is not working. And I couln’t detect any network.

                    Dear sir, there is a Airtel broadband junction box and pole installed in front of my building without my knowledge. It is causing great inconvenience to me. Request you to inform Airtel to shift the box and pole to some other location that doesn’t cause inconvenience to other owners as well.

                      I ported my number [protected] from jio to airtel a few days back.Yesterday night was the time slot given for sim activation, accordingly my jio sim stopped working and I put my new airtel sim for activation.The time mentioned was within 2 hrs but now its been more than 9 hrs and my sim still did not get activated.Calling 59059 gives"network not registered" and using alt number gives"out of network area". My alternate number is [protected], mail id:[protected]@gmail.com.Please resolve this soon.

                        Would like to lodge a serious complaint against AIRTEL recovery agent

                        Today morning their recovery agent called me from a land line number "[protected]" for my outstanding bill for number "[protected]"

                        I talled him gently that I will pay bill once my service gets deactivated but he kept on calling me continuously and threatened me, if i will not pay they will come at my home

                        It was really a horrible experience and I am really feeling harrassed and urge you to take serious action against that person and his agency

                        Request help with the name of this agency and recovery agent so that I can register a complaint in local police station

                          Hello my internet speed Slow dramatically, this is happening regularly, when I refersh network connection speed back and after some minutes this happen again. I complaint on 9th July this solve( according to airtel) on 16th July, but problem is not solve then I complain again, till today I still suffering this problem..
