I bring a notice, that the staff working in your reputed pharmacy at gummidipoondi is not good to respond and they are not taking any care on their words while speaking.. I was asking the tablet akt - 4. We are under proper monitoring under the treatment and submitting the monthly basis prescription to your pharmacy.. But even they are accepting that process and speaking so arrogant and disrespectful..

This has happened in gummidipoondi phramacy.. Kindly make a note of it and take the required action.

It's four days gone and my order status shows processing. I also write a mail to customer care but no one heed to response. There is no option to cancel my order. It seems apollopharmacy is cheating to their customer. Worst experience.
Don't know when they deliver my medicine. I doubt they deliver. As this is pre paid order it seems i lost my money.
Advice to you all don't order medicine from apollo.

I have called the appolo pharmacy at jambu savari dinne jp nagar after receiving a sms to contact for home delivery. I ordered
Augmentin duo 625 - 1 strip
Deviry 10 mg - 2 strips
Relent tablet - 1 strip
Buscogast - 1 strip

I was told that the same would be delivered by noon, when i called at noon they said it will be delivered by evening now at 8pm ive called the manager kiran says that the medicines aren't in stock so buy it elsewhere or wait until tomorrow.

Please do they understand that we buy medicines for patients and not for show pieces. And that they are taken by prescribed dosage.

And moreover they aren't having the basic courtesy to inform the customer earlier if stock is not available. This kind of callous attitude is not expected from institutions like appolo whose entire image of health and wellness is badly negated

Sir/mam i akshit bajaj has completed d pharma and was selected as a pharmacist by the recruiters of apollo pharmacy
I have given the interview twice and they said that u should contact them day after tomorrow and now 2 days have passed
Neither they are picking up the phone and neither they are calling by themself
What should i do

Dear applo pharmacy,

Myself visited applo pharmacy of dover lane gariahat kolkata 700029 at 9.40 pm on 10th july 2019 and requested for gemcal mom and vitanova d3 and requested for sbi employee discount on the total value, which i am suppossed to get the discount being sbi employee. However staff available at the said shop namely abhijit dey didnot agree to provide as he asked for physical employee id card then after 10 min i have arranged the same as i was not carrying with me but i showed the whats app image, when i arranged the physical id card after 10 mins he asked to visit the employee of sbi physically at the shop.

What type of training and service you are providing for corporate tie ups, its complete harrsasment that employee himself has to visit your outlet to get the corporate tie up discounts.

As per the information available with their brochure.- it is clearly visible that that in stead of what they are promising, they are just doing forgery with customer.in the second page of the brochure, it is written if any apollo pharmacy customer, buys/transact or spend with the apollo pharmacy more than inr 20000/- platinum then the customer can earn one point per 100 rupees spent resulting 2000 point. I normally spend around inr 200000 per month and my higher boundary is more than inr 40000. Considering the advertisement provided by apollo pharmacy in brochure, i should earn at least 2000 point where one point 1 rupees. Since july 2019 i have purchased not less than 250000 and at least the point accumulated would be 25000 and which is very evident from the first clause that this points can be redeemed to buy medicine as per the method detailed in their business approach contained in their one apollo brochure 2nd page. Considering the protocol of your business strategy platinum members of the apollo would be getting the 20 percent discount with different approach. But in practical they are providing the customer 10 percent discount and in the relevant accumulated can bee redeemed against my purchasing medicine in future date. Now

Points 1: providing details in their one apollo are wrong only to perform forgery and cheating the customer.

Points 2. Apollo pharmacy brochure that more than 20000/- spending i would be having 4000 point which i have not been given and instead i have been given 1000 equivalent 1000 apollo one health credits which i can redeem later date for purchasing medicine from you store and as per current industry standard 10 points equivalent to 10 discount inr 20000 spend percent pharmacy. But they have given me 10 percent discount in stead of what they have claimed as cheating with the patient or customer. So massive irregularities are being done with apollo business protocol in whatever business model they work with.

Pints 3: 8 days back i have purchased 2 medicine acimiz plus 10 nos and aciloc rd 10 nosfor me as i m a chronic pancreatitis being treated majorly at apollo gleaneagles hospital, kolkata and thus i am very faithful to the apollo hospital registration number 124019 with apollo gleaneagles.

Points 4 :as you sell the original medicine, people in nervous, purchase the medicine from apollo pharmacy which were later found to be 4 months ago expired. From these it is evident clearly that apollo pushes expired medicine taking cognizance of customers agony, nervous condition and play with peoples life.

Points 5: i being a patient of ch. Pancreatitis and hcv positive patient you can imagine how critical condition i am in after taking two expired medicine for my back pain as per the neuro orthopedics suggested by internationally acclaimed doctor. He has suggested me to go to national human rights authority and claim 20 lakh as if i do not survive due these case for my parents poorly aged condition, can survive.

Points 6: i am claiming inr 20 lakh as compensation for selling poorly expired medicine for which i have been started with the irregularity long time back but i have never claimed compensation. But now observing the entire apollo pharmacy business protocol, i have invented that grossly the apollo pharmacies are playing with emotional intelligence of the patients confidence.

Points 7: if i have not been contacted in my cell number [protected] to discuss with me for a amicable solution and pay me the compensation, i will not stop in the shop level granularity but will draw the attention of the honorable supreme court authority and central government consumer affairs department. I dont want bad for apollo but more i want customers confidence and betterment and safe treatment of them.

Points :8 i am attaching herewith the brochure fraud apollo pharmacy has been practicing their criminal practice.

Points 9: i want compensation of 20 lakh in indian currency along with complete medical evaluation of my family who have been suffering with your wrong, expired medicine.

Points 10: i will wait for the consumer department, government of india and then honorable supreme court 11 from now on wards you have to consider these to be a fight against criminality and playing with the patients life. The other docket number is 1419495. Therefore, i earnestly requesting the supreme authority of consumer affairs to take the due cognizance of the two cases and help me to get the compensation for which i may have to give my life. Justice delayed is almost justice denied. Thus i am knocking the door of authorities to get justice along with my compensation and commitment towards the consumer. I will leave no stone unturned to get justice and compensation for the ill practice in some cases it is because of patients had to die leading to murder case of 40 lakhs in two cases. Please help me to get the justice.

I am your regular customer of apollo pharmacy- today[protected] at 7.30 p.M. - i purchased medicines vide bill no: 16348c500/1667 - when i asked for a cash bill - it was delayed by the sales man for more than half an hour- when i asked to give the bill - he behave very rudely, rough & tough, un parliamentary words- and he also told that you can make any complaints wherever you want- his behaviour was not warranted- as i asked very politely - he made me unpleasant, mental agony- please take suitable action against him- jegannathan/[protected]

Myself debasish roy, residing at birati kolkata from last few days i have been suffering from from fever cough cold sore throat so i visit my family physician on 29 th june 2019 and doctor prescribed me some medicine such as
1) tab ceftas cv 200
2) syp alaspan ag
3) tab p650

I purchased my medicine from apollo birati shop and take it as directed by the physician but till 1st of july i am not recovering i checked my medicine and found that the apollo store provide me wrong medicine. They give me ceftas cl 200 instead of ceftas cv 200 which is completely different medicine for my problem. I my health is more deteriorating for that medicine. I called many times to the help line but no one responded i want result and solution of it please help me this is highly irresponsible work.

As being a regular medicine purchaser from apollo hospital (Amount around 20 k every month, i would like to register a case against apollo pharmacy ( (Branch code:) located at n. S avenue, serampore, hooghly, west bengal for supplying a long back expired medicine to a critically ill person. On 29th june, having severe pain at the waist and abdomen due to chronic calcific pancreatitis and hepatitis c, i have purchased a medicine called "acimize plus" tablet but later after taking 2 pills due get a recovering from pain, i have found that medicine delivered was expired in the month of april 2019. Knowing the fact i have become severely ill, met with a doctor, the store in charge is so much arrogant, that behaved with me a wrong attitude and left for home at 8 pm on 30/06/2019 without giving severe importance to the case. The store in charge does not know the medicine having in their locker.

As per the government of india pharmacy laws, started from 1986, i will be registering a case against apollo pharmacy in consumer. The complaint details are as follows.

1) complain against apollo pharmacy for storing the expired medicine in their stock and sell those expired medicine.

2) complain against the store in charge, mr, uttam das who is responsible for the complete issue owner.

3) if i do not get any response withing 24 hrs starting from now. I will have to register the case against the pharmacy for playing with the life of patient.

4) if it is not addressed after taking due cognizance, i will be registering a complain against apollo pharmacy for negligence with patient. Other wise you have to pay me 20 lakhs as compensation.

If you rightly understood the situation, you should call me @[protected] immediately. Because for last 40 hours i have been vomiting and having severe loose motion. I have not taken any food, only ors-l.

Now you decide what you want, fighting the case against apollo pharmacy & its store in charge of your shop situated in n. S avenue, serampore, hooghly west bengal amicable solution to stop your procedural and intentional, deliberate wrong supply of expired medicine or pay through compensation of 20 lakhs. I have talked with local police station and they are asking me to lodge the case against the concern so that police can take it forward for stopping the practice. Their supervisor is equally responsible for the instance

We went to apollo pharmacy, haralur road for medicine for 6 year old. The pharmacist there provided us medicines with wrong dosage, we need omset 30mg and she was giving 15 mg, that too not in sufficient quantity citing they dont have more. Billing also she put 52 rs for 4 tablets, in a strip of 15 tab costing 110rs. When we brought this up, the staff very unapologetically said we are changing the tablet na. When we asked them to be careful with the dosage and not make such mistakes, they were like we are saying sorry na, while the attitude showed they were not sorry at all.

The paper which is being used in generating the bills of medicine should be digitalised which will save alot of paper use. There are hundreds of branches of apollo pharmacy all over the country which must be contributing in wasting of paper.
Sending bills on mails and messages are more convenient and will not impact environment.

Please do share your thoughts and concerns on my point.

This pharmacy is located opp to more shop, chittoor to puttur road, chittoor. I bought a ensure vanilla flavour 1 kg pack and the smell is not good when opened so i requested the apollo person to check and take resolve the issue but it’s been to 2 days no reply from them and when i called the person incharge now i. E sunday time 9:15 am june 30 is so reckless and disconnected my call. I request the team to take immediate action.

My name is shashank, and i purchase medicines from apollo pharmacy located in patrakar colony, jaipur... I have been buying modalert 200mg from an year now.. And i buy a little extra for my friends at work.. You have blocked my account from yesterday.. If it is about prescription than its not acceptable.. As why i was getting the medicine from an year now, without any issue.. And there are so many medicines you have been selling that are not to be sold without prescription... Than why my account has been blocked... I demand an immediate response or i am going to complain to someone who will listen if you guys wont... And dont try to manipulate the response with classification of drugs and rules.. I know a lot about them medicines and i know how much rules are being followed... It's not an issue for me i can get my medicine from another medicine counter as it is not a diificult medicine to get... But i am humiliated as a customer who has been continuously buying medicine frome your store.. And now i am suddenly blocked like i am nothing without getting any information... I ordered patanjali shampoos 3 bottles on 26 june as a guest. Still i didn't get payment conformation from the seller... I paid amount through paytm... I got confirmation from bank and amount deducted from my account... When i checked status of my order payment pending status appeared on screen... Kindly resolve my issue as i already paid to the seller...

I went to same pharmacy for returning the revital tab only, but the employee amasavali not took the return and refused to take back even it is not opened.

she gave it in return like oral medicine are not returnable.
I am 12 years customer for apollo pharmacy. I never saw any kind of notice
like this Oral medicine are not returnable.

My name is srividhya, i visited tarnaka apollo pharmacy to buy bp tablets, i requested the staff to adjust the amount against redemption of points and difference amount will be paid for which her reply was against redemption only 100 or 200 rupees can be done, balance amount to be paid, if i can redeem for only rs. 200/- what is the use of the card and adding of points in it, is this the way the customers are being cheated?

Kindly let me know the procedure for redeeming the whole amount in one stretch and in future i dont want to purchase medicines from apollo pharmacy other shops are providing 10% flat discount without adding in card
