Today my friend went to bigbazaar kolkata (Esplanade) for shopping. I had two monthly 250 off coupons. I took a snap of it and shared with her. When she was checking out the items, the person on billing counter refused to enter the barcode number, rather he told that he want the coupon itself and also told they want to keep it for a record.. Last year it never happened. I forgot the coupon and still they gave me the discount by entering the barcode number.
If i stay somewhere else in the country and my family at another place then it means that one cannot use the coupon rather than myself.
This is not a business. One should either mail the coupon or send it via text or give it in future group wallet. I am exteremely dissapointed with the attitude of this kind of business. My coupons also got wasted.

    Hello team,
    Today i have purchased ayush shampoo 330 ml and the pricing over it is 199 rs. At the time of billing i get busy in phone call and was not able to check my invoice slip. However after returning to home when i am checking invoice, there is amount of 250 rs charged for rhat shampoo, instead of giving discount you are overcharging. This is ridiculous

      I Sanjeev Thapa emp.code no 180929 and PF a/c no MH/38491/108048.I worked for Future Group from 9/10/2010 to 15/3/2016. The fathers name in my the PF account is incorrect so i went to the HR of Siliguri, i told him that some information in my PF account has to be corrected. He easily said to me that now its not his headache and asked me to call in PF toll free no which is never received.The HR always ignore when the ex staff whenever we go to him regarding with any problem.So i was very disappoinment the behaviour he shows to the ex staff.This is it the behaviour all we getting after giving a long service to the company.Please take some action against like this.Not only me every employee are treated like this behaviour after they quit their job.

        I am regular customer of Big Bazaar and i never check the whole entire bill, I used to just see the net total amount and pay in the counter but sadly today i choose to see the entire bill after returning back home and I found big scam done by BigBazaar they have overcharged me in one product even more than MRP of the product and it's making fool of people/customer who blindly trust the company..

          I pusrchaeed cello grip ball point pen 3boxes on 25.09.18 and due to some reason i had returned all the three boxes as my daughter needed gel pens when i went to returned the products they found that 3 orns we're missing form the box so they could not take back one box and the refund for the other two was initiated but when i didn't took out a single pen then how come the prns be missing...
          Also the box was not cealed pack rather none of the boxes there are cealed pack and as a matter of trust i also didn't counted the pieces while taking for which i have to pay now...
          Please help with this kind of cheating.
          I left that box of pen with them only without taking the money...

            I m an old customer. Today at about 12 noon only one counter was open while there was sufficient rush, it is not understood why 2 to 3 counters cannot be kept open for whole time previously also such type of difficulties occurred. Local staff didn't care ..please look into the matter and solve the problem..This is the usual condition of big bazaar sriganganagar . It is clear cut harassment.please take appropriate action and acknowledge.

              I shopped at a listed outlet (Pnb rewardz prog).
              I mentioned the cashier to bill on my rewardz points but, instead of the rewardz points the purchase was made through the a/c balance.
              My rewadz balance was sufficient for bill amount. So that was not the issue.

                  This to inform that i have purchased 1) bradford three seater recliner 2) bradford 2 seater fabric sofa. Invoice dated 16/12/2017. The product is still under warranty. Till date atleast 10 times carpenter has visited to rectify the sofa but to no avail bit then last time when he opened the sofa for repairing i found that the internal structure which should be made of wood is infact third grade quality ply. Which means they purchase sofas from china at very low price and selling at abnormal rates.
                  Now they are not answering my call nor giving any customer service as there fraud is caught.
                  The major problem is squeaking noise and the backrest already bent due to third grade quality.
                  I have aid 55000 for this sofa set and cost price of this should not be more then 15000, they are cheats. Infact future group this is my second experience of bad quality.

                          You are staff doesn't have manars how to talk with customer those who is sitting in customer service cabin she is female.
                          Take legal action against her other wise you have to shut down your business in future like ulhasnagar you have shut down.
                          Just i asked for students card she was shouting first they promised if i will buy profit club card then they will provide us now we have submitted all documents now she was doing misbehaving with my family members they should think for sr. Citizen customer and talk polatly first of all when we ask from any one any kind of scheme they are saying we don't know even they don't know where is the goods kept if any thing asking they don't know product is available or not. What is going on i will cancel my profit club card i don't want to come because of your staff.
                          Every one want respect then your scheem.
                          Your payment counter 7 was closed there is lot of craude but they told we don't have business and no staff. If you will improve your service then you will do business in the market. Now take legal action against of your employees who is sitting in customer service cabin.

He was behaving very rude and talking to us like we are shopping for free. I have submitted complaint in there register as well.                                     The person named mayur walde who categorized z working in big bazar empress mall talking with us very arrogantly regarding exchange of clothes. Kindly look after this as we are regular customer of big bazar we take 15 to 20 thousand shopping every month. Kindly look after this and i want assure that this will not happen anymore with me n my family. Otherwise we will not buy any product fm any shop of big bazar.

                                    I purchase big bazaar some grocery product on 15 th August through online still I m not receiving my full products after too many complaints. They send half number of products so many times I contact customer care but they are only making fool us. My bill no BBMB[protected]. Kindly consider my complaints
                                    My profit club card had balance of around 1, 300/- RS till last month however currently it is not showing any balance. I have not received any prior notification about the expiry of my remaining balance. So could you please check and arrange to revert my expired money.

                                        Order no BBMB[protected] valued ₹1040.00 (6 items), placed 11-8-18 on BigBazaar online site. After 15 days, with invoice no KA[protected], they delivered only 2 items valued ₹357.76. After regular followups, they called 3 days back and said that for some reason they can't deliver the remaining, instead will share e-voucher worth ₹442.00. I suppose to get ₹682.[protected]=682) back. The same explained customer care through phone and mail with proper order form. Today they called and repeated the e-voucher story again (value ₹442). Saying the order has only for 3 items. Please help me.
