I m an old customer. Today at about 12 noon only one counter was open while there was sufficient rush, it is not understood why 2 to 3 counters cannot be kept open for whole time previously also such type of difficulties occurred. Local staff didn't care ..please look into the matter and solve the problem..This is the usual condition of big bazaar sriganganagar . It is clear cut harassment.please take appropriate action and acknowledge.

Recently I bought a bottle of the brand "Myghty" 750ml from big bazaar mangalore and found that the item had a defect and caused the water inside to leak.kindly suggest me the procedure to replace or return the item.the bottle has not been able to serve its purpose

    I shopped at a listed outlet (Pnb rewardz prog).
    I mentioned the cashier to bill on my rewardz points but, instead of the rewardz points the purchase was made through the a/c balance.
    My rewadz balance was sufficient for bill amount. So that was not the issue.

    I would like to shop again at bigbazzar
    So,

The date of expiry of my reward points is 30.09.2018. None of staff help me to redeem and no one told me alternate way to redeem my points.

        This to inform that i have purchased 1) bradford three seater recliner 2) bradford 2 seater fabric sofa. Invoice dated 16/12/2017. The product is still under warranty. Till date atleast 10 times carpenter has visited to rectify the sofa but to no avail bit then last time when he opened the sofa for repairing i found that the internal structure which should be made of wood is infact third grade quality ply. Which means they purchase sofas from china at very low price and selling at abnormal rates.
        Now they are not answering my call nor giving any customer service as there fraud is caught.
        The major problem is squeaking noise and the backrest already bent due to third grade quality.
        I have aid 55000 for this sofa set and cost price of this should not be more then 15000, they are cheats. Infact future group this is my second experience of bad quality.

              Hi, this i'm subramani am an regular customer of bigbazaar this is the first time i purchased something in ezone @ bb and i have booked an lg refrigerator on 6th of september 2018 in my brother name karthik, c hence i have paid in full. And they were not updating any status i, e and whenever i call they telling same reply that our manager will call u back but no manager has called to me and updated nothing.

                Just i asked for students card she was shouting first they promised if i will buy profit club card then they will provide us now we have submitted all documents now she was doing misbehaving with my family members they should think for sr. Citizen customer and talk polatly first of all when we ask from any one any kind of scheme they are saying we don't know even they don't know where is the goods kept if any thing asking they don't know product is available or not. What is going on i will cancel my profit club card i don't want to come because of your staff.
                Every one want respect then your scheem.
                Your payment counter 7 was closed there is lot of craude but they told we don't have business and no staff. If you will improve your service then you will do business in the market. Now take legal action against of your employees who is sitting in customer service cabin.

                    I always steps from bus in wani by pass road but on[protected] the conductor refused to stop the bus, even though all the buses are used to stop there. Many people travel from that point( stop)

                      I've been doing shopping in big bazaar from so many years but this time when i visited big bazaar virar maharashtra the billing executive mr naresh gorivale was very arrogant. He was behaving very rude and talking to us like we are shopping for free. I have submitted complaint in there register as well. Kindly look into the matter as these kind of behaviour i don't think so should be tolerate in the service industry.

                        I have booked product on its website, but the offer for that product dint applied and one of the product in that got missing, when it delivered to me.
                        This company not resolving issues and giving false assurance via call and not giving assurance in email.

                          I purchase big bazaar some grocery product on 15 th August through online still I m not receiving my full products after too many complaints. They send half number of products so many times I contact customer care but they are only making fool us. My bill no BBMB[protected]. Kindly consider my complaints
                          My profit club card had balance of around 1, 300/- RS till last month however currently it is not showing any balance. I have not received any prior notification about the expiry of my remaining balance. So could you please check and arrange to revert my expired money.

                              Order no BBMB[protected] valued ₹1040.00 (6 items), placed 11-8-18 on BigBazaar online site. After 15 days, with invoice no KA[protected], they delivered only 2 items valued ₹357.76. After regular followups, they called 3 days back and said that for some reason they can't deliver the remaining, instead will share e-voucher worth ₹442.00. I suppose to get ₹682.[protected]=682) back. The same explained customer care through phone and mail with proper order form. Today they called and repeated the e-voucher story again (value ₹442). Saying the order has only for 3 items. Please help me.

                                I went to the store on 12th Sep 2018 morning & in hurry so bought 2 Britannia cake packets, I paid the amount & check out the store(Easy day Sector -3 Kurukshetra Haryana). After that I had 1 packet.

                                In the afternoon while opening the second packet I viewed the expiry date & shocked it was expired 20 days ago? Such a big carelessness from the easy day people & playing with the health of innocent people...Bill & Packet snap is attached.

                                    I had purchased online products worth 1600 and was eagerly waiting for delivery during the independence discount week
                                    The delay in delivery was by more than 20 days so i called at the customer care and they promised me delivery within 4-5 days. But all of sudden i received a message confirming my order cancellation and credit note of my amount

                                      I have booked a combo offer (Containing 6 items i. E.. Gas stove, cooker, 3 nonstick cookware and an electric kettle) on august 11 online in the big bazaar maha bachat sale (Bbmb[protected]. I payed the entire amount of rs.5999/- online (([protected]igaedhfli8 transfer to 459) (I am sorry i dont know wat is the transaction no in this.. This is copied from my bank details). I got a msg saying will take 7-10 days for delivery. So i waited till 21st august and asked about the status of the order and was shocked to learn that it shows delivered status (On aug 17, 11:26am) by vulcan express (Lr[protected]c001). I registered a complaint on 21st regarding this (Bb[protected]). From then on i have made hundreds of calls to the customer care number ([protected]). Every time i am assured i will receive my product in 3-4 days and that they have taken my complaint.. But i didnt receive even a call from the customer care personnel... Irony of the whole thing is that... Normally when any product, that too a huge one, is out for delivery, 1) we should get a msg saying it will be delivered today.. The delivery person calls to ask location of the house 3) we receive a sms saying product is delivered... None of this has happnd... Now looks like the big bazaar has blocked my calls.. As my calls are not getting connected...
                                      All my calls must have been recorded.. Plzz tell me solution for this and make them deliver the products
