After spending 75 minutes we went counter no 2 he tried and told to contact inside, we went there he told wait for 15 minutes after 20 minutes same senerio no progress.

poor customer service of big bazaar

I would like you to know that I purchased a Dreamline mop from the Big Bazaar Thrissur outlet in the year 2017 and it functioned well till the 1 year guarantee period but few days post the guarantee deadline the spring of the mop rod stopped working because of which when the mop is inserted into the tub the water doesn't squeeze out automatically as the rod doesn't press in and it dosen't spin as it is supposed...

need duplicate bill
