1)oder placed on 15th august, order number: BBMB[protected]
2) request registered for refund on 25 th august
3) cancelled paycheck, ID proof, Orderid has been shared with customer care on "[protected]@futuregroup.in
4) till 31st August of writing this email, there is not any kind of written mail came for any kind of confirmation or intimation
5)Jignash bhimani clearly refused of sending me any kind of writem message for refund initiation
6) there are n numbers of story every time you call "[protected]", some will tell that your order is in awaiting status, some will say you will only get your refund in future pay wallet, some will say there is no such process of refund and so on and on.

    Dear Sir,
    I have placed an order at Bigbazaar.com online on 15th August 2018. Today is 31st August.

    Order number : BBMB[protected]
    Placed on : [protected]:33:31

    Called them many a times as well as wrote on email.
    Spoke to People like Yaspal / Dilip Das - who are good for nothing.

    Everytime, they are keeping the call on hold for several minutes and saying that there is a problem in the system and they will get back to me. But they are not replying back. Above all, Dilip Das is replying that he is not responsible to reply on mail, there is a separate team etc. When i told him to transfer to his senior person - he kept me on hold for 20 minutes! How ridiculous!

    It is 16 days now that you have taken my money and did not deliver the goods. Above all, there is no update from their end about their plan of despatch.

    I hereby request you to take a strict action against these big shots. Above all, there is no scope to get my money refund or to cancel the order. They are not keeping any provision for "COD" also.

    Looking for a prompt action.

    My contact no is already mentioned in the order no as well as i mailed you all many a times.
    There is no reply on my mail.
    You should be ashamed of yourself - how a product could not yet delivered in last 19 days?
    And there is no update from your end.
    When we call at your customer care, they are talking like a parrot - " sorry for the inconvenience... we will update you... keeping us on hold for long..."

    Big Bazaar is so shameless that they did not yet deliver all the products. And they do not bother to update, no phone calls. How do they consume customer's money without delivering the product??
    2 products are still due to deliver.

      We went to kota, and purchase some clothes and other items to redeem couldn't sent by u.
      After spending 75 minutes we went counter no 2 he tried and told to contact inside, we went there he told wait for 15 minutes after 20 minutes same senerio no progress.
      We have video clips, thanks to god soi have not renew my profit club card, before billing i went to renew card but luckily i came back thanks to god.
      When i shared incident with my friends they also told also happen with them and suggest not to go bn ig bajar, they to about best prices soap.
      Sir once again thank and request u to do not send offer if not acceptable at ur branches, so our time will be saved.

        I have bought groceries from big bazaar tgip noida on 26th August 2018. There was a offer on clean mate garbage bags buy one get one free. But the bill has taken money for you. I even reminded the billing person about the offer but he made a face as if I was disturbing it. If you people are offering offers please do it genuinely and not to misguide customer.

          I would like you to know that I purchased a Dreamline mop from the Big Bazaar Thrissur outlet in the year 2017 and it functioned well till the 1 year guarantee period but few days post the guarantee deadline the spring of the mop rod stopped working because of which when the mop is inserted into the tub the water doesn't squeeze out automatically as the rod doesn't press in and it dosen't spin as it is supposed to be. When I asked the representative there whether they would provide an extra rod they gave a reply saying that they do not have the stock presently.It is the same reply i get everytime i ask the representatives there.Neither am I getting the spare in any other local shops.When i called up the customer care person they told me that they do not keep an extra stock of rod and i will have to get it repaired from a local shop.When i asked for the manufacturer details to lodge a complaint they could not provide even that stating they do not have the details of them.Last time when I visited the outlet I saw a couple buying the product and warned them about the poor service of Big Bazaar which ended up in them not buying the product.After paying such a huge amount for the product it lasted only for a year. Very disappointed with the service.

            I purchased one quadone item no. [protected] on 22/08/2018 from bigbazaar jammu vide till no. 29 tr 6374 for rs.1499/-. The said item malfunctioned the same day and i approached big bazaar next day i. E. 23/08/2018 exchange gate pass no. 2375. I was told that since this is chinese item big bazaar could not repair it or exchange it. Desparately i left that item in the store itself and decided to approach complaint authority for redressal. It is therefore requested that i may be given other working item or amount be refunded into my account.

                Hi, i had ordered a sofa from hometown on 9th of august 2018. They had promised possible delivery on 15 th then said on 19th will be done. Again i got a message saying it will be delivered on 22nd. Now today that is on 22nd am getting 1 more message stating 23rd will be the delivery date.

                I have almost lost 5-10k just holding my travel and all my appointments gone for a toss. Sofa costed 36k and now 10k loss so eventually paid 46k.

                Moreover, they never contact us. I explicitly called them almost a dozen times.

                Very bad service and just take the money and fool around.

But today 22nd August, 2018, till now they did not send me the delivery bag. I complaint at their coustomer service center about 2 times but they did not take any step.                       My name is sayed zakir shah, i am working on tvs motor company & taking care of north karnataka, every month & quarterly i am conducting meeting & giving reward to our dealer staff/ vendor in terms of big bazar gift card from the last 2 to 3 year we are purchasing gift card from hubli average amount of 1 to 1.5 lakhs in every month or quarterly, from the last 7 to 10 month our vendor complaining about gift card not accepting in big bazar, that time we thought that due to expired of card mostly that card is not accept in the big bazar, we have never thought or doubt on big bazar.
                      But on 12/08/18 our dealer/vendor went to big bazar & try to use the gift card 2k, but surprisingly in big bazar counter in charge told that both card is not valid because its already used, on 22/4/18 & 16/04/18. Then our vendor contact to my boss & also called me & said that the same issue and in direct insult me & said that why you people given use cards to us & also my boss also doubting me & asking me the all details. I feel very embarrassing, then immediately i went to big bazar with the both 2 cards & contact with the customer care mr. Rajshekar then he told me to come on next day or call me then on 14th aug i called to mr rajshekar he said he will call me the after half an hr i called him he disconnect my call & the after i tried he put my call in block then immediately i called with different mobile number the phone is ringing. The after that i went to big bazar the no proper response from customer care almost i have send approximate about 3to4 hr. Then after continuously fallow up he said that already this 2 card already used, then i asked with is with me then how card is redeemed the he told me if you give me the card number also we can redeemed the gift card, then i ask what is the security of this card, then he not give any reason or in different language or tone he told mostly after you redeemed the card mostly you have taken/ stolen i feel very shame / occurred in front of my boss. With this mr rajshekar show the also card redeem date & time with the voucher also. Then i ask to his any senior person is there to escalate this issue the he said i am only the final authority.
                      Then i called to mr. Aiyaz shaik on 14/08/18 & explain the same issue & also send the all details he said he will confirm on 16/08/18 but till now he is not confirm, i show that how you people are serious about customer satisfaction.
                      If i am not get any positive response before 25/08/18 the i will file consumer as well harassment case, because it’s not a matter about 2k it’s a matter about my dignity in my company, to show my innocent if required i will spend from my pocket.
                      Note:- please consider as notice if i am not get proper response the we will meet on consumer court.

                        I purchased 51 bar one cadberry where 27 were 5/- and 24 were 10/- but the guy in counter placed 10/- for all. I had purchased other items too in that bill. Fortunately i got the refund of 136 /- from customer care for chocolates but they marked in the original bill which i suppose to submit in my office for claim purpose. I asked a duplicate bill but they denied. Please provide a duplicate bill for the same. Shop located at avani mall shibpur howrah. I have attached the bill

I was complaint this issue to easyday staff and they give assurance that will not repeat. But today again i got message and somebody or staff person purchases without using physical card.

                            I went to the billing counter to redeem my free vouchers then the biller told me that the voucher wouldn't be redeemed because my purchase amount is less than 500, which is not mentioned in the message.
                            One of my friend had the same voucher and he redeemed yesterday on the purchase of 150 rupees purchase.
                            Today is the last date of voucher.
                            One more thing i want to add is that the biller and staff members who give free product on the purchase of other product, of big bazaar mughalsarai are worst in behaviour and nature, they just ignore us.

                              I made a account in future pay a one year ago. Then he add a 50 rupees in my future pay account to buy or purchase from big bazzar. So i went big bazzar yeasterday. I have two account means 50 plus 50 rupees in two account. When i went to billcounter he told me that i will not make a bill of your item because of you have two account and he adds you have to come tomorrow for using another account. I told him that i will not go untill and unless you make the bill then he called a manager and manager told me that to get out from the big bazzar
                              And he told security men that not to come this type of boy again in this mall.
                              My question is to you that if they want allow to make a bill in two account in a single day then why you give me money in my wallet for visiting big bazzar and to buy something. Eventhough manger do not know whole matter (What happen between my and cashier man), he got out us very badly and behavior of manager was very rude.

                                  I have returned some item after my billing because the prices were not matching with display but i was given a credit note instead of being transferred into my bank account for 30 days. My question is i dont want your product so why i am being forced to buy again from big baazar. It is kind of monopolistic policy where a consumer is being forced to buy from your shop even if doesnt want to. Request to return my money otherwise i will complain about this in consumer forum.

                                  Product is Nikon Gulab jmn 200g as indicated on bill.The product itself indicates that 'buy 1 get 1 free' but they have added both in bill.Product cost is 110 and it is in offer of buy 1 get 1free, so total cost of product of 2quantity is 110 but in my bill, they have taken 220.plz help me.

                                    I am sushilkumar, Branch manager SBI Hyderabad.
                                    Today i visited to big bazaar uppal for purchase of a bag on the way to office, on seeing home delivary option i went to Customer service desk for enquiry.
                                    I was attended by Mr.Basha id no 371806, he said it will be delivered.
                                    After purchasing and while handing over to staff they rejected to take oil packets and took other items for home delivary.
                                    I asked Mr.Pasha that you did not said that time about restrictions on items and after purchase its unprofessional to decline delivary i said, as i was on the way to office.
                                    But it was absolute rude manner he behaved.
                                    I hope you give importance to my feedback and take appropriate action as it was waste of time and energy by argument.
                                    Mr.Basha was so adamant, he said you have to listen to announcements, i do not understand why they are sitting under a board customer care and busy in chatting with co staff rather than having an chat with customers.
                                    Mighty empires have fallen out of ignorance, i hope you will give due respect to the trouble i faced today.

                                      In big bazaar store your store employee said to me it is good rice but i made rice 4 tyms it is not good according to him he said it is same as golden harvest dilkhush rice but seriously it is thick in size no long grain... I can't eat anymore

                                      Jab use open karke banaya to usme smell aa rahi thi..
                                      Jab use pura kholkar dekha to usme mara hua chuha ( mouse) tha..
                                      Ye grahak ki jaan ke saath khilwad hai.

The have packed the clothing with magnetic seal and haven't removed it... Unfortunately i lost my bill and now they want a bill to replace the item or yo remove the magnetic seal.
