Dear sir / madam,
My name is sayed zakir shah, i am working on tvs motor company & taking care of north karnataka, every month & quarterly i am conducting meeting & giving reward to our dealer staff/ vendor in terms of big bazar gift card from the last 2 to 3 year we are purchasing gift card from hubli average amount of 1 to 1.5 lakhs in every month or quarterly, from the last 7 to 10 month our vendor complaining about gift card not accepting in big bazar, that time we thought that due to expired of card mostly that card is not accept in the big bazar, we have never thought or doubt on big bazar.
But on 12/08/18 our dealer/vendor went to big bazar & try to use the gift card 2k, but surprisingly in big bazar counter in charge told that both card is not valid because its already used, on 22/4/18 & 16/04/18. Then our vendor contact to my boss & also called me & said that the same issue and in direct insult me & said that why you people given use cards to us & also my boss also doubting me & asking me the all details. I feel very embarrassing, then immediately i went to big bazar with the both 2 cards & contact with the customer care mr. Rajshekar then he told me to come on next day or call me then on 14th aug i called to mr rajshekar he said he will call me the after half an hr i called him he disconnect my call & the after i tried he put my call in block then immediately i called with different mobile number the phone is ringing. The after that i went to big bazar the no proper response from customer care almost i have send approximate about 3to4 hr. Then after continuously fallow up he said that already this 2 card already used, then i asked with is with me then how card is redeemed the he told me if you give me the card number also we can redeemed the gift card, then i ask what is the security of this card, then he not give any reason or in different language or tone he told mostly after you redeemed the card mostly you have taken/ stolen i feel very shame / occurred in front of my boss. With this mr rajshekar show the also card redeem date & time with the voucher also. Then i ask to his any senior person is there to escalate this issue the he said i am only the final authority.
Then i called to mr. Aiyaz shaik on 14/08/18 & explain the same issue & also send the all details he said he will confirm on 16/08/18 but till now he is not confirm, i show that how you people are serious about customer satisfaction.
If i am not get any positive response before 25/08/18 the i will file consumer as well harassment case, because it’s not a matter about 2k it’s a matter about my dignity in my company, to show my innocent if required i will spend from my pocket.
Note:- please consider as notice if i am not get proper response the we will meet on consumer court.
Enclosed here with card redeem details as per big bazar & also tax invoice/ bill for you ready reference.
Big Bazaar / FutureBazaar / Future Retail / HomeTown customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It is more than 1 month now that big bazaar did not yet deliver all the products.
They are stil not able to give any dates and below items are pending.
