Dear sir/ ms,

My name is sanjay singh and my contact number is [protected] and emai id [protected]@gmail.com.

I had contact hometown lodha palava xperia mall, dombivli (Thane dt., maharashtra) outlet in feb'18 and at that time being impressed with the quality shown, decided to go ahead with the modular kitchen and interiors works to be done by hometown.
I think that was the 1st mistake done by me in my life.

First of all the quotation given by ms. Anjali from sales (Based at xperia mall) was 50% lessor than the final estimate given by the site engineer mr. Satish pappani (Based at hometown at r mall, thane, maharashtra). My budget immediately went from proposed costing given by ms. Anjali at 5 lacs for interior work to 10 lacs as given by mr. Satish.
Hence i had to trim down lot of my requirements and finally we agreed for work of around 7 - 8 lacs. Similarly the modular kitchen estimate given at 1.5 lacs went to 3.5 lacs. We finally agreed to proceed ahead for modular kitchen work estimated 3 lacs. The reason to share these details is that your sales guys do not know how to prepare estimates and give any value to the customer.

The work which was supposed to start in mar'18 ending actually started only on 19th apr'18. We were informed that the it will get finished within 45 days. Taking 15 days additional for any issues, i had expected that the interior work will be finished by 15th june 18. I had informed my relatives who were supposed to come from delhi for the puja for booking tickets for 1st week of july 18. However, till 14th july 18 the work never got completed and i had to shift anyhow even when work was going on. There was huge loss to our family on account of this delay.

Even when we shifted on 14th july it took nearly 1 more month, i. E, till 14th aug 18 when we could say that work actually got finished. Infact i had to personally supervise the entire working for nearly one month as the work done by the vendor appointed by hometown was very bad. I have lot of photos and videos to show the bad workmanship by the new vendor koncepts interiors appointed by hometown. Later i got the info that this was the 1st time this vendor was given work. Why unexperienced vendors are being hired by hometown?

There was total lack of supervision by the said supervisor mr. Satish pappani and he failed to even check what is the status of work and how the work was going on.
We had clearly informed mr. Satish that we will be shifting on 14th july and actually when we shifted the house was in clear mess and dirty like a slum. Toilets were full of paan stains.

The guys hired by koncept interiors too were inexperienced. The wiring person damaged internal wires, the carpenter damaged the work done by other carpenter, the paint guy had to repaint lot of portions. While the repairs were done by the vendor only, it happened only due to personal intervention by myself and hardly anyone from hometown ever visited the site, except mr. Satish pappani, who never had any control on the work.

Now after the work has completed i have been requesting to get the bills which i have to submit for my income tax purposes as i had shown the expenses in my returns.
It has been 15 days since i have been requesting for the same and i have not got the bills. No one is responding to me on the mails either.

It was really a harrowing experience for me to actually go ahead with the interior works with hometown and i regret my decision.

Now i request you to intervene and provide me the bills to enable me to submit to the it department.

I have few correspondence in this regard done with mr. Satish pappani and store manager of xperia mall hometown, mr. Anupam; however the same can be provided when required.

If i fail to get any positive reply, i will be forced to file consumer complaint or file any legal proceedings as deem fit and the cost will be borne by hometown.

    I was not properly explained by your staff at anand big bazaar about future pay card and was given card for rs.10, 100 which i paid by my debit card. Card number was [protected] on 9th of october. Immediately i did the shopping and at the payment time cashier told me that i could use that card only for 1000 rupees a month which was not explained to me by your staff jatin (Mobile no. [protected]). After knowing this i went to the counter to refund the money because i was misguided in the card issuance matter. The money has not been refunded yet instead i am getting one time password continuously.

        I am a senior citizen. I prefer to shop with big bazar as home delivery facility is available there. For a few months I have stopped shopping from local market as the home delivery facility is very much beneficial for old age people like us.

        Today, apart from some grocery items I have purchased a 25kg packet of KRT rice. When I approached the home delivery counter, one lady staff was there. She just told me that they are now busy with puja exchanges for which they have temporarily suspended home delivery works. I approached a senior managerial staff for help. He exchanged some dialogue with the lady and replied me that he is helpless.
        The circumstances narrated above forced me to hold the grocery bag in one hand and rice bag on my head. Just imagine, a retired govt officer moving towards main road like a labour until I got an auto rickshaw.
        Sir, had I visited any grocery shop in the market, they would never allow me to take so much trouble. But I admit that it was my mistake to shop from big bazar as there is none to take care of a senior citizen like me. I am feeling sick now because of the trouble I have faced an hour ago.

          This is 3rd time with in last 3month that scanner is billing mrp price where as actual price of that particular item is other, when i asked your billing representative they simply said "mujhe nahi pata", after then when i went to meet ur helpdesk represtitv he rudely said "line mein khare ho jayie"

          We almost 100 families in our socity will definitly break all the relation with future group & we shall start to shop from spensers asap.

          As per big bazaar policy they offer buy one get one free on juices
          but they not provide free juices and charged for all 4 juices rate

            To day i made purchase at big bazaar, tirunelveli giving my mobile number [protected]. Many products including vanish was not billed at counter stating the product was not reading in the system. The products was taken some were to get scanned. After 15 mins i was replied there is no employee in the shop to scan the product and asked me to purchase those products in some other super market. So i paid for my remaining purchases and went to reliance market to buy the products that are refused to billed by the big bazaar, tirunelveli. This is not the first time this issue was happening in the big bazaar, it is a regular thing in the shop. We are picking the products from shelf without knowing weather they will bill it or not. With my mobile number big bazaar can know my buying habits from big bazaar, tirunelveli. The poor working staff and poor supervation staff has not even ready to solve this issue even after repeated request. So myself and my friends decided not to buy any thing from big bazaar. So kindly stop sending me promotional sms and repay my balance from my second discount card which i purchased by paying rs 1000.

              Dalia 500gm mrp-rs.22.00 of manufacturer where bigabazar mrp 23.00.
              When i complaint regarding this bb edit & replace their mrp label with a mrp of 22.00 but the barcode is still with a mrp of 23.00. But they denay to sale me the product. The behavior and coordination of the employees on billing countries are very poor. They also denay to make me a complaint on their register.

                I brought a new fresh kurti (Which was not in offer also) from big bazar (Future retail ltd), jail khana more, burdwan 713101, west bengal, on[protected]Cin no. L51909mh2007plc268269). I did not observed the back side of kurti and after coming home, when giving the trial, observed immediately that its badly torn and to hide that, they intentionally made hand stitched over that very carefully to make the customer fool. Its really pathetic to get some absurd thing from such a big company like big bazar. This should not happened. We are paying a full amount to them and getting such product, my newly bought kurti was also not in offer, its a fresh one. Kindly do the best from your side and take some action for this. Hoping for your cooperation. Give me full refund of the payment.

                  We have purchased some clothes upto rs 10000 from your store after that at the billing counter the man there have ask to choose a gift offer as per your offer catalog present there then we have choosen the offer of getting a trolly bag but the offer item has some defect so we ask them to keep the offer pending or gv us some other offer or benefit but they refuse..                     My self nandeesh, i purchased korey geyser, 50 liter from the bigbazar mysore after 4 month it is not working and i complent to the service center and also bigbazar, from bigbazar i revived computer generated bill but it washed unfortunately and i have warranty card but service guys asking bill but bigbazar is not giving duplicate bill and they are acting like irresponsible,
                    Better i am suggesting please dont purchase any product from the bigbazar i will not go bez of the theier services after the purchase

                      I went to shop at big bazar amritsar and wanted ton try the size of shirt but the salesman was so rude and didn't allow me to try the size and said me it's company policy and when i asked to show me the policy paper he try making excusses and start yelling on me, which is against comoany policy as no company can restrict ir stop any customer to try any dress. I am upset with this. Please take some action.

                        With reference to the above I am not given the refund for a very very long time around more than 2 years and earlier also when it was valid I was not able to use it due to technical reasons and then the 12 months period lapsed and then they said they will extend the validity or else take refund but even after many attempts nothing worked. Now they have told to contact main office, please look into it and refund Rs 8100 balance in the card alongwith the interest on MOST UGENT BASIS ...

                          I have been denied using saving club card by big bazaar bhilai on 3rd october 2018 saying that it's not working from 29th sept to 3rd october. I got to know it was working and people were benefited through that.
                          The manager of store denied me to give it in writing and also didn't let me make a video clip of same
                          I feel am cheated and request big bazaar higher authority to look in to the matter and refund me the gains which i couldn't get due to your managers rigid and rude behaviour.

                            My name is joginder kaur. I am member of your profit club. Today i went to your trinity mall, n. S. Road, sodala big bazar outlet to redeem my money for this month. There is a female staff ms. Vibha at the billing counter she is very wrong person for dis responsibility. She never hears to me wenever i tries to provide her wyd d coupon code, she is so much of hurry always today also she charged me wrong at my bill and above all her behaviour as an executive is not acceptable. I went back because dis has happened thrice had words wyd d manager. Here again big mistake has been made in my credit note and again when i went back to the counter for the billing and request the person to do little fast his supervisor mr. Khandelwal (Krishan) came into the picture and reboot the system for no reason i asked unit manager to please lookinto the supervisor replied sir system reboot ongoing. Meanwhile i heart your supervisor guiding the executive jab b customer bole jaldi lie tu system restart kar dia kar koi jaldi krne ki jarurat ni jaldi ka kam ni. Same has been communicated to the unit manager at the same time but no action has been taken. I want an written answer on this else i would sue you guys for such ridiculous behaviour which is not acceptable atleast from the supervisor. V all are working in a coperate environment and such treatment with the customer is untolerable. Instead of accepting their mistake and apologise, your supervisor is giving such brilliant ideas to the billing staff? For three times i kept silent but this is height really.                               I have purchased totally 15 no. Of items in big bazaar, express avenue, no.2, club house road, anna salai, chennai on 02/10/2018 (Today) vide invoice no.[protected].in the invoice quoted, idhayam seasame 1 litre oil price as rs.257.00, but the oil price is only rs.242/-. (Excessively rs.15/- has been collected from my pocket).in this regard, i am very shocked, because i am regular customer of big bazaar. Earlier, i hoped big bazaar quality of goods and lower price.

                              First time, i saw higher price against maximum retail price is collected by big bazaar, i am not except from big bazaar, because i have travelled 10 kms from my residence place to big bazaar due to their genuiness.

                              Hence, kindly set right the issue and refund the amount. For your reference, i have enclosed the oil packet snap with invoice.

Today when i called them they said it wud be delivered by 10pm, but it was not.                                   This is regarding use of amount in future pay wallet. I had done shopping during 15-aug-2018 offer and got eligible for inr 100/- in my future pay wallet every month. I had received my first credit to future pay wallet for month of sept with expiry set to 30-sep-18. Today on 30-sept-18, when i tried to make payment using my future pay wallet balance @ sighgad road pune big bazar, it was found that future pay was not functioning due to server issue. I waited for around 1 hour but with no resolution.in fact there is no alternative provided by customer service / staff in case of any technical issue and customer are left helpless with no resolution and loose their credit even though this in not their fault. I not only request to extend expiry of my future pay balance but also request you to devise some mechanism so that customer are not left helpless and feel cheated

                                    I had purchased roti maker of the prestige company on 23rd sep 2018. I have reached to bigbazar new cotton mill compound raipur ahmedabad for exchange the roti maker. On the counter employee named nalanda vaghela id no. 38954 before listening my reason, she bluntly said no to exchnge tthe product. And i argued for exchange she stay with her first statement for not exchange by saying the product used. I had inqired before to go exchange and complianed after exchange, but there was compliain closed by reason o[censored]sed product. This nature is my bad experiance. Because bigbazar is big brand and customer's bad experience is not reliable for. If action will not taken i will go to court for product not satisfying and not exchange with bad experience of employee's also.

                                        I purchased two dresses total worth rupees 1301 on 29th september, 2018, and i have purchased the smaller size. but i have lost the bill.i called the customer care service they told me that i cant exchange the product if i can tell the price and what i have bought together, can they give me a duplicate bill? how can i exchange the product? do they help me to exchange?
