One of the packed item we purchased is cutlery set (Wb wellberg) when we opened item after reaching home, we couldn’t find fruit forks and dinner spoon (Numbers mentioned) in this set.

Employee at big bazaar ib block salt lake kolkata named akarsh ghosh did not have the courtesy treat the customers. He made me stand for a rs2000 change which he already had. And saying that i cannot arrange for the change, he went and did not even have the courtesy to tell me a solution. This kind of behaviour is being encouraged by others here and that is why there is no action. Atleast teach your employees to be polite....

Hiii... I went to big bazar on 7th oct at krishna plaza, bbsr for the 1st time... Grocery purchase where a rice bag of 25 kg was to be delivered home.. Delivered after 2 days but wrong rice..
