I went to the store on 12th Sep 2018 morning & in hurry so bought 2 Britannia cake packets, I paid the amount & check out the store(Easy day Sector -3 Kurukshetra Haryana). After that I had 1 packet.

In the afternoon while opening the second packet I viewed the expiry date & shocked it was expired 20 days ago? Such a big carelessness from the easy day people & playing with the health of innocent people...Bill & Packet snap is attached.

    I had booked home for home delivery of products purchased at big bazaar outlet at gangtok, sikkim. But instead of delivering the product at my home the products were left at a shop. Upon enquiry i was told that home delivery meant landmark nearest to my home and not at home. Please clarify whether home delivery means near my home or at home.

      I had purchased online products worth 1600 and was eagerly waiting for delivery during the independence discount week
      The delay in delivery was by more than 20 days so i called at the customer care and they promised me delivery within 4-5 days. But all of sudden i received a message confirming my order cancellation and credit note of my amount
      I am totally upset as i wanted my product not refund plus i have made payment through credit card so this refund is more of a loss to my accounts than a deal. I am ready to wait and only want my order confirmed as i have made it to avail discounts. If ya ll can suffice properly why keep offers and online shopping options. I am totally unhappy and my trust towards big bazaar has been lost

        I have booked a combo offer (Containing 6 items i. E.. Gas stove, cooker, 3 nonstick cookware and an electric kettle) on august 11 online in the big bazaar maha bachat sale (Bbmb[protected]. I payed the entire amount of rs.5999/- online (([protected]igaedhfli8 transfer to 459) (I am sorry i dont know wat is the transaction no in this.. This is copied from my bank details). I got a msg saying will take 7-10 days for delivery. So i waited till 21st august and asked about the status of the order and was shocked to learn that it shows delivered status (On aug 17, 11:26am) by vulcan express (Lr[protected]c001). I registered a complaint on 21st regarding this (Bb[protected]). From then on i have made hundreds of calls to the customer care number ([protected]). Every time i am assured i will receive my product in 3-4 days and that they have taken my complaint.. But i didnt receive even a call from the customer care personnel... Irony of the whole thing is that... Normally when any product, that too a huge one, is out for delivery, 1) we should get a msg saying it will be delivered today.. The delivery person calls to ask location of the house 3) we receive a sms saying product is delivered... None of this has happnd... Now looks like the big bazaar has blocked my calls.. As my calls are not getting connected...
        All my calls must have been recorded.. Plzz tell me solution for this and make them deliver the products

          Nw i m going to raise one more complain regarding my ReFund...they r giving me voucher of 150 aftr month month as they r saying product is not available... My question is which court gives right to big bazar to replace currency by voucher.we r purchasing ur product through indian currency only they who r hell r u to give voucher instead of money... Nw i want claim also as u r saying aftr one month that product is not available.. If it was not available thn y did u not listed that as out of stock
          The quality of milk is too bad to use.The milk is converted to curd in packet itself.i bought 3 packet and all 3 are of bad quality.Not expected from Big bazaar.

            I had ordered for a product on 11th august and had paid for it. Now 26 day's have passed away and i have not received the product yet. My order number is bbmb[protected]. I had called to the customer care and a given a complaint and they told me that they will deliver it within 3 or 4 days. But still no action have been taken. The online big bazaar customer service is very bad.

                I placed an online order on 12th August18 Ref BBMB[protected] which was expected to deliver within 10 days.

                I logged a complaint BB[protected] for non delivery of goods which was closed without resolving the problem of delivery.

                I was assured that goods will be delivered by 25-26th Aug.

                I filed another complaint ref BB[protected] which is still open and goods have not been delivered till date.

                Pls resolve the issue urgently.

                We don't expect such careless customer care from your esteemed organisation.

                I had parches mobile through big bazaar through Mr deepak sinha([protected])on 15 august 2018 mahabachat offer from Ujjain cosmos moll i had paid amount of this product. This product will deliver 7 to 8 day from perches but at present this is not deliver till today 07/09/2018.

                  This morning i completed the groceries purchase. After completion of billing i presented my amex credit card for making the payment of inr 985.28. The cash staff conveyed that there is some error.in lieu of the credit card i presented bb profit club card. This was also swiped for an amount of inr 985.28.

                  I came out of the big bazaar towards the parking and then back home. However, i discovered that the amount of inr 985.28 has been charged twice : once on the amex credit card and citing technical reason equal amount also debited from the profit club card.

                  Kindly arrange to refund the excess amount of inr 825.28 which has been charged twice this morning against a single purchase.

                  Please resolve the issue on immediate basis.

                    Till date they have failed to deliver the items, however i have regularly following up for the status of delivery, they are giving false date

                      I have purchased cloths without trial amount rs.2596 from thane high-street big bazaar outlet due to size fitting and looks issue my wife suggested me to return it and get credit note for other things to buy but when i went for return it customer care executive said you are not eligible for credit note, you can only exchanged the products, but a day back another guy was on counter who returned the same and given me credit note for single items from same order.
                      They said you can credit note on return now they are forcing me for exchange only. They are cheating and making fool to common people.

                        Mr Rana of Big Bazaar Vasant Vihar, Ambeince Mall made a card for me for Rs 10000 today ie 03 Sep 18 with a wrong information. He told me that i will get benefit of Rs 13000. After i paid all the money believing him verbally, i was told by him that the benefit is Rs 12000 and not 13000. Not written anywhere in the handout but he assured me of bonus Rs 1000. I doubt this bonus because it is not written. I feel cheated. Pl take action or i will be forced to approach ombudsman or national grievwnce helpline.

                            I visited Malad store on 16th May’18 as paid INR 1000/- for consultation (payment receipt attached). I was then coordinating with ‘Payal’ your designers at the Malad store. Post measurement been taken and the designs shared by Payal we finally agreed on the design and i was given a Final amount to be paid of INR 1, 29, 807 towards which i paid an advance of INR 40, 000 on 13th Jun’18

                            I later made another payment of INR 30, 000 on 23td May’18 which was going to almost 50% of the total amount so that the Purchase Order could be raised. I now had a total of INR 59, 807.00 pending

                            I then received a call from Payal stating that she would not be able to give me the rate that she had promised of 1, 29, 807/- as she had applied a 70% discount to reach that price and there have been some issues with the sales that have been conducted in her office and there are audits being conducted because of which she will have to reduce the discount that was promised to me and my total has now increased to INR 1, 43, 527

                            I reached out to Santosh (Store Manager) who told me that he was aware that ‘Payal’ the designer was involved in a couple of mis-selling cases and showed me a file of other cases as well. Thats when it struck me and i realised that i have been duped by one of your sales / designer executive. I pleaded my case with Santosh repeated told me that i have signed the Final Invoice of INR1, 43, 527 due to which my case stands pointless. I kept pleading to him post which he finally agreed to take my case up with Kunal (Regional Head).
                            Believe me Mahesh this was the first Regional Head that i had ever spoken with as a customer and to tell you he was the most he was the most inconsiderate and unrealistic human that i came across who could not agree to giving me a INR[protected] credit as i agreed to meet half way since i like a fool had signed the Final Invoice and was mislead. Kunal kept saying that he would have to pay it from his pocket and that i had signed the invoice so nothing could be done.

                            Considering that I was almost 2 months into my house renovation and me escalating this matter higher would only further delay my house work i agreed on the increased final amount of INR 1, 43, 527.00.

                            During Installation:
                            As per the design I had ordered for a corner shelf (Cargo Man) which slides out and slides in for heavy utensils and boxes as required.
                            However i saw the carpenter installing a drawer in the corner and when i asked him as to why he was putting a drawer there he stated that there is nothing else that would pop there.
                            I lost it and informed them that i have paid about 20k to have a corner pull put purchased and put there. The supervisor Dines (utterly useless chap) told me they did not have it in the order. Then i asked him to check what the big box in my bedroom was for, after check ing the big box they realised that the corner shelf (Cargo Man) had been ordered and had to go where the drawer was fitted.

                            This is when i realised what a mess i was in, it doesn’t stop here…!

                            During installation we realised that a 'Left Hand side’ corner shelf was sent instead of a Right Hand side shelf and the Shutter for this corner shelf was of the wrong size.

                            When asked the site supervisor Dinesh as to how long it would take he said at least another 2 weeks to have the correct side ordered the correct shutter remade.

                            Also the spice pull out drawer i have is of about 100cms and i have space to have A 200cms pull out drawer to be fitted. I took this up with Santosh again and questioned him about this inconvenience once again and who was going to pay for it now and where was his Regional Head - Kunal who was very strong when it came to following his principles but could have his guys meet a simple commitment his company had made to me

                            During this entire rigmarole i never, I repeat never received a call proactively from any of your supervisors be it the Site Supervisor (Dinesh), Store Manager (Santosh), Regional Head (Kunal). Every, I repeat every single call back promised by the site supervisor and Store Manager failed.

                            I have even emailed he CEO of Home Town however havent got any response so far

                              Today our family gone for monthly shopping and when reached to billing counter and when our turn came then one of your staff Mr Sandeep tiwari said go to other counter this counter is closed although he was still present at counter we moved to other counter and when we tried to lodge complaint against him then the other staff available at complaint desk talk arrogantly and when he called Mr Sandeep tiwari he too misbehaved and said we are lier when we asked your complaint desk representative is that the way you should talk to your customers then he also misbehaved and said it's our fault and when we objected against it then he said it's not come in our company policy
                              I wish to know is this the way you provide services in service sector .                                 I visited big bazaar yesterday night in vivra mall, navalur chennai, took some ice cream and found those ice cream was expired, its very bad for a organization like you are keep product from last one year and it was not only those two products was expired which i took, complete refrigerator was full of expired product and you people please take necessary action regarding this,

                                  I have ordered 30 items costing an excat 6229 INR rupees . The order was placed on 10/8/2018 and after stating this issue in customer care they promised to deliver within 5 days . But nothing was delivered . Still i have not received my order . I had paid online through debit card (axis bank). My order number is BBMB[protected].please deliver it As soon as possible else i would have to take strict action for frauding of 6229 rupees .

                                    Yesterday we purchased 2 packs of Ariel Front Load washing machine detergent. The pack mentioned 4KG + 2KG Free, To our surprise when we opened the pack next day morning we found only 5 KG in one of the pack and the other pack was having one package completely spoiled, detergent coming out of the box.

                                    When we complained this to big bazaar customer service, The manager was so rude as she didn't even bothered to look into the problem. Infact she directly said this is not our mistake. In short making feel that you people might have removed the missing 1 KG.

                                      I purchased several items in mahabachat offer order no bbmb[protected] dated[protected]:16:46 / i was promised to deliver within 10 days. When i did not receive the delivery i again compalined and it was again promised to deiver within 5 days. But more than 20 days have passed but i did not get deilvery. It seems you will deiver in next independence day.

                                        I had unfortunately purchased a zina four seater dining table from hometown company through the online platform peperfry.com.
                                        The product was delivered and took another few days for a technician to come and do the fitting.in a matter of few days the bench broke when a member of our family sat on it causing injury to him. This just blurts out the quality of the product that they falsely advertise as pieces of art.
                                        Keeping the quality aside we raised a complaint for replacement hoping a fresh piece would do us justice. Yes we decided to give the company and its products another chance rather than asking for a refund! A technician had come to inspect after a few days again and he said this will be replaced as the damage was evident and clear that it was a quality issue. He left informing us the bench will be replaced in 10 days.
                                        So since july 29th i am now waiting for those very long 10 days to come to an end! These long 10 days have put me through immense amount of frustration and mental torture arising due to sheer negligence and lack of responsibility from their part. I have made countless follow ups and escalations to get this matter to closure however all my efforts have been unfruitful. Countless number of times their call centre employees have assured me they would get back to me with relevant information within 4 hours and have left me hanging. I had talked to their employees at floor manager levels mr. Kailash and mr. Fayaz who have promised me the item will be delivered on the same day we talked and again i was cheated.
                                        Today the last straw was pulled. I was assured that it would be delivered today and now when i called the carpenter whose number i painstakingly acquired from their concerned teams after being put on hold for a painful while he has informed me the driver has left and this wouldn't be closed today.
                                        I am suffering a great deal just because i have spent my hard earned money on their company's product! I feel cheated, betrayed and exhausted.
