From the last 3 years. In mira road Bus number 701 and 703 taking so much time to reach to the Bus stop from the mira road station as well.
So i request you that please be warn them whom drive slowly and taking long time to come back to the bus stop again...

    The aforementioned bus refused to stop at the bus stop, earlier another 37 number bus also sped away without halting at the stop. The next bus also refused to stop when people started screaming and shouting for the bus to wait did the driver halt but quite a distance away. I am a senior citizen who was standing at the bus stop and had to run and then get in. As all o[censored]s questioned the driver he was rude and started screaming at us and refused to drive. Thus, delaying everyone. Instead of accepting his mistake he was rude, disrespectful and completely horrendous to us passengers including ladies and senior citizens like myself.

      There are are many passengers travelling daily from Borivli (W) to Andheri (E) where many offices are located. The buses in the past 388, 488 ,309 have been discontinued. Recently 292 was also discontinued. Inspite of the dearth of buses to Andheri (E) , the frequency of bus 290 has been reduced from the ealier 20 mins to 30 minutes. There are many buses which start from the Poisar depot -277, 278, 203 which are so frequent and are also empty, however theri frequency has not been reduced. We request you to increase the frequency of 290 in peak morning hours and evening hours

        BUS NO: 11 AND 40 DOESNOT COME ON TIME AS WELL AS THEIR FREQUENCY IS VERY POOR............. WE ALWAYS GET LET TO GO IN OUR OFFICE AND CLASSES.
        THEY JUST SEND THE LETTER AND MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY.
        THEY SPEND THEIR TIME IN JUST SENDING THE LETTER. TELL THEM TO SEND THE BUSES AFTER EVERY 15 MINS.
        PLEASE WE KEEP HOPE FROM U.
        PLS TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

        BEST BUSES — Less frequency

        From bandra Terminus to Tata Colony there are only 1 buses running 317. i want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour or one haour break.also their drivers & conductors are very careless specially , they always skip to stop some of the small stop & drive very slowly we will take half hour for going to bandra station to bharat nagar. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. some time i also argued with conductors regarding this, they said plz take some serious actions immediately on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because their drivers & conductors are becoming very careless. plz do feedback to my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in & on weekends also frequancy is very less, some this bus like 317, whos last stop TATA COLONY some time they runs Goverment Colony or Kherwadi Road why they are wasting petrol to run for such short distances. i observe this buses for short distance they never had passangers, plz do take immediate actions on best buses & we want more frequency to this buses especially in evening.

          I would like to lodge a complaint against the new conductors who have joined. I took a bus today at around 10.00 am i.e. Bus no. 304 from Kurla Depot, i gave the conductor a 10 rs. note and asked him to give me a ticket to Bharat Nagar and he gave me a ticket of Rs. 7.00 assuming that i have taken a bus from Kurla station. When i took the ticket and i gently told him that the ticket from Kurla Depot to Bharat Nagar is Rs. 6/- and not rs. 7/-, he replied me in a very rude manner saying that it is not my duty to ask from where we got in, i kept quiet saying nothing. Then he started murmuring in marathi that sakalchi kit kit naka karu, dya ithe . I just told him that please don't talk in such a rude manner as i am talking to you very politely. Even i accepted that Rs. 7/- ticket quietly, then what was the reason for him to murmur .


          I would not like to blame all the conductors because of this one, but there are few people.

            This is to bring your kind notice that today dt.06/03/2011 we went to Mulund (w) bus depo in the evening between 5.45 to 6.00pm with my family ( Mother -age 55, Faterh Age 64, Son - 4yrs, Son 1.3yrs,my wife Age 25yrs.& my self age 30yrs.) to board the bus No. 458 starting from mulund depo to goregoan the bus had just started from the depo & move a metre i had request the driver to stop the bus as i was with my old parents & childeren he over drived the bus on me & i had to move out of his way to save my life then i had again request him to then to he did not stop,

            We feel very assamed about our fellow people working with the goverment for the civilinans & doing the cheap actions,

            following is the details of the AC BEST bus,

            MH01 /AP0021.

            i hope that strick action will be taken against the driver for doing such a life taking offence

            i did not go to the police station as i have being traveling in the BEST bus since last 8yrs. & i have big faith that BEST will take the required action,

              Behavior of Bus conductor was rude, I said i am not having 23 rs change......
              He said very rudely" Tu chila mat tu bo yahi bus ruk wa deta hoon". I am a woman I was very disappointed with his behavior....I know I am the first person who is complaining like this..But I hope if 2-3 person will do such kind of complains there must be any action against such cases..at least conductor would start speak in good manner.

              Bus No. in whcich I was traveling is MH 01 LA 6840

              BEST Bus Conductor — rude behavior

              Route no.364- bus no.MH-01 LA 6469
              i was travelling from Deonar to Chembur on 4th april '11 on the above bus between 4 and 6 PM. Being a senior citisen i entered from the front entrance and sat on the senior citisen's seat in the front row. The conductor never came to the front side to issue the tickets. When i asked him why he is not coming to the front side to issue the tickets, he felt that i should go to him at the rear end and buy the ticket.
              If that is the case BEST should stop allow the elders and handicapped from frontside. I have also noticed most frequently the Inspectors come and check and the traveler will be questioned and fined and the conducter goes scotfree.
              If you really want to help the elders and handicapped take necessary action step
              to warn the rude conducter.

                Dear SIr,

                This is not actual complaint against the Bus Conductors nor the drivers of bus route 359.

                I am a regular traveller from Amboli to Sakinaka and am writing on behalf of all my friends travelling by this route.

                My complaint is that there is less frequency of bus no.359 between 9 and 10. am. Moreover it is over crowded whereby we ladies cannot get in and miss the Bus thereby reaching office late.

                I would suggest more buses on route no 359 and also more ladies seats for routes which are over crowded as you will find people are packed as cattles in this bus. It becomes very difficult for ladies to even reach the ladies seat if at all it is vacant. There are three lanes in the bus. It is exactly a pack of herds.

                Can you do something on this please at the earliest.

                I have two suggestions if you cannot increase the buses.

                1, Increase the ladies seats from 12 to 24 (at ladies need not suffer from discomfort in these packed buses).

                2. Start few buses from Jogeshwari bus depot during peak hours.

                This will not only solve ladies problems but gents too as we are literally packed right from the entrance to the exit as CATTLES.

                The bus becomes empty only at Marol. Just imagine the plight of people boarding from the first few stops.

                Hope I will receive a reply in the affirmative.

                  There is no proper schedule of buses from route of kandivali to borivali bus no. 244 and 286 from kandivali to charkop village, and if the consumers go and ask to the Incharge of kandivali (w) depot near kandivali station conductors and the TC's abusing language and they give the excuses that there are no drivers or sometime they say that conductor has not reported on duty. other point is that ground conductor collects money and give tickets but his duty is not to see that the consumers come without proper que. there is everyday quarrel.
                  hopping that uou will do the needfull.

                    Best Bus Driver & conductors Bus No.[protected] conductor No.93607 Driver No.93570 are always in a hurry specially during evening time in Dadar hindmata & sewri area resulting in falling of school children s & parents from the buses.

                    I have already lodged complaint regarding this to Sewri bus Depot in the complaint book on 21st Jan 2011 at 6.20pm.

                    I hope an early action is initiated to my complaint.

                      On 06th January, 2010, at 7.30 p.m which always work hours time, Bus driver of 340 (Andheri to Ghatkopar) stopped bus at bus stop only for a second to get down the people but that fellow not bothered about that public who were catching the bus, he just start the bus & then one girl fall down & one small boy enterd but his father can't catch that bus & the thing is Bus was almost Empty as compared to other bus b'cz already one full packed bus goes out but still that fellow did't stop that empty bus & when i ran & catch that bus at signal then conductor & passenger says that Conductor didn't sound that Ring then also that bus driver start bus. Plz take action on such drivers.

                        Yesterday i.e. on 10/01/2011, I went at 6.00 p.m. at Goregaon Bus Depot at Link Road to take the monthly magic bus pass. I stood in the queue for more than an hour and then when my turn came, the pass issuing person closed the counter under the pretext of server closed down. There were approximately 10 persons standing in the queue and the pass issuing person was doing so slow to issue the pass that it took him an hour to issue the pass to almost 8 people.

                        The person did not even bother to tell the passengers standing in the queue waiting for more than an hour that they should not wait in the queue as the time will be over by the time their turn comes.

                        The BEST pass issuing persons at the counters are so slow probably they do not know how to operate the computers or deliberately delaying to issue the pass.

                        I request the BEST Bus authority to random check the services of their Bus employees issuing the pass. Then they will understand how they are working and spoiling the name of BEST Bus undertaking. Their behaviour is so rude towards the passengers and I further request the senior officials of the BEST Bus undertaking to take the response from the passengers standing in the queue of any Bus Pass Counter, it will be shameful to hear for the BEST Bus authority.

                        I think the BEST Bus authority senior officials should take serious step to stop the harrassment of the passengers by such slow and deliberate work.

                        Hope some one would really understand the position of the passengers standing in long queue wasting their valuable time and energy and try to really sort out the matter.

                        I request the BEST Bus authority to random check the services of their Bus employees issuing the pass. Because who are seating over the Counter are do not have the proper knowledge of Computer Technology. This reason they are taking so much time to issue the pass.

                        You are lucky as you are talking about few hours only... My wife went to Vikhroli Depot to request a monthly pass from Godrej Colony Vikhroli (West) to Nityanand Nagar on[protected], she was told to come and collect the pass on[protected]. Hahaha...

                        Another point of concern is that the monthly pass charges from Godrej Colony to Nityanand Nagar and Vikhroli Station (West) to Nityanand Nagar are same but there is neither any rate table or route is displayed so that the passengers get higher benefits nor the competent people available at the counter advise the passengers to avail such benefits...

                          I am a resident of mulund.
                          the issue of new bus is a very unorganized process.the LAN network keeps on failing due to which the line doesnt move.i personally waited for more than 3 hours to remove the pass.in todays life its not affordable for anyone to waste so much time.also they dont issue the pass on the same day.we have to take tickets till we get the pass.also the date given is tentative.also there is a very long line even when we come to collect the card again.it is really very inconvenient for everyone.
                          i kindly request you to take some immediate action.

                            Most of the BEST buses plying on the streets of Mumbai stop bang in middle of the road, hindering all traffic following it !! Earlier, the TCs or Vigilance staf[censored]sed to make the drivers take the bus nearer to the bus stops. But now it is not so. The cars behind the buses have to stop till the passangers board the bus.

                            BEST BUSES — Buses stopping at middle of the road

                            I m traveling on bike from borivali link road to inorbit mall from last 2 years. Regularly i m observing that all buses stops at middle of the road at D Mart (link road malad w). Two three times i argued with bus driver also. The reason behind this is Auto Rickshaw. Auto's are parked on Bus stop leaving 10 feet road from footpath. So where will public walk? Where will Buses stop? And from where all vehicles will move?
                            This leads to a big traffic jam every 2nd day. If BEST buses will stop at right place then everything will work smoothly.They should do something.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              Re : bad performance of Best service rought C-62

                              Myself staying at Charkop and I am regular passenger of above mention bus. But it seems last 15/20 days service of bus is gone very bad. C-62 buses service from Gorai Depot is within half an hour frequency. Now we waited for the bus by adjusting our time but bus not coming in time if we call to depot we are receiving following message
                              1. Just now bus is left
                              2. Staff not available
                              3. Number plate not finding
                              etc.
                              After we are reciving this reply we had fough with Bus carrier [conductor] becuase we had regularly knowing him and he says actual reason was bus is not available, number plate not finding etc.

                              I would like to inform you that the service for above bus started 3 month back and till date number plates not painted ? Why they were giving us wrong information that Bus already left from depot and we have to wait for long and getting delay to reach before office time ? This is not complain but I want best to give us best service rather than increasing its routes.

                              We are using this service due to its Government Transport and our comfortability. But it seem not use for us.

                                Hi,
                                I am daily traveller from Andheri (w) Indian Oil to Andheri Station West. I work at Charni road hence daily take a train from there. I had earlier made a SMART Card for the BEST travel from Andheri (w) Indian Oil to Andheri Station West & used to get it renewed at Opera House. Now with change in your systems you have designated depots only to issue and renew the same. Since I work 6 days a week I reached out to the closest depot from my work i.e at Mumbai central depot.There I was informed that since it is a renewal, for the period they cannot renew it there I need to go to Oshiwara or Goregaon Bus depot for renewal. the counters may be opened max till 7pm. pl help me with when and how can one do this. Most mumbaikars like me are working even tighter schedules and if this is the system that you shall work how may I ask does it make BEST more customer friendly. I request your suggestion as to how may I and people like renew their passes.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  This is complaint regarding 303 bus irregularity and their respective drivers and conductors which is running between Mhada Colony Mulund Est to Bandra Terminus. This bus don't have any time, it is coming its own time, some time it will come in 20minutes, some time in 45minutes, and mostly it is not available during morning and evening office time, in office time it always come after 45-55 minutes. Conductors always arguing with passengers, and they make bell before bus come on stop.

                                  Kindly take proper action against them, and make this bus on time, at least between office time 8:00am to 11:00am and 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

                                    COMPLIANT NO:3 :-BEST Bus route 404 & 406 starts at GHATKOPAR (E) STATION and ends at SHIVAJI NAGAR / POLICE QUATER. considering the length of this route, the FREQUENCY of this bus is VERY IRREGULAR & HORRIBLE , AS PASSENGER HAS TO WAIT FOR 20 -30 MINUTIES FOR BUSES BECAUSE OF BUS DRIVER & CONDUCTOR TAKE HALT OF 10 MINUTES AFTER EVERY TRIP OF MAXIMUM 21 MINUTES ( TO & FRO ) AT GHATKOPAR (E) STATION LAST STOP OPPISITE STARTER CABIN FOR GOSSIP WITH THE STARTER , THEY ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE PASSENGER STANDING FOR 30 MINUTES AT STARTING STOP , BACAUSE OF THIS ATTITUDE OF STARTER & BUS CONDUCTOR SHARE A RICKSHAW BUSINESS IS FLOURISHING DAY BY DAY WHILE BUS BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN EVERY DAY.
                                    COMPLIANT NO:4 :-YESTERDAY ON 22/1/2010 BUS NO:- 404 HAS REACHED GHATKOPAR(E) STATION AT 6.55 PM & HALTED THEIR AT STARTER CABIN FOR 15 MINUTES DURING PEAK HOURS, WHEN FINALLY BUS CAME AT STARTING BUS STOP AT 7. 15 PM , BUS GOT OVERCROWDED & WHEN ASKED THE CONDUCTOR WHY HE HALTED FOR 15 MINUTES ,HE REPLIED US VERY RUDLY THAT STARTER HAS GIVEN ME 7.15 TIME ,SO I HALTED FOR 15 MINUTES ,IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERRY GO ASK STARTER OR GHATKOPAR DEPOT MANAGER, MAIN PROBLEM IS TAHT AT THE TIME OF PEAK HOURS IN EVEINING FROM 6. 30 PM TO 9 PM , WHEN THEIR IS AROUND 50 PASSENGER STANDING AT STARTING POINT & THEIR IS BOTH THE BUS 404 & 406 HALTING FOR 15 MINUTES AT STARTER CABIN DAILY FOR GOSSIP & HELPLESS PASSENGER WATCHES THE BUS THINKING THAT BUS WILL COME WITHIN 5 MINUTES ,BUT BUS DOES NOT COME FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES & PASSENGER HAS GO BY SHARE A RICKSHAW FORCIBLE , WE DONOT UNDERSTANT WHY BEST MANGEMENT GIVE HALT OF 15 -20 MINUTES FOR THIS SMALL TO & FRO ROUTE OF HARDLY 21 MINUTES ( 12 MINUTES ONE SIDE ) , SO WHEN BUS COME AFTER 25 MINUTES , buses get so horribly crowded WE have complained to the BEST UNDERTAKING on their e-mail ID and they HAVE NOT replied ANY OF OUR COMPLAINTS ( ATLEAST 15 COMPLAINT I HAVE SUBMITTED AT STARTER CABIN ). I suggest (rather, I challenge) the depot manager to try to get into the 404 bus at GHATKOPAR (E) STARTING BUS stop during peak hours (6. 30PM -9 PM) The BEST bus services seem to be deteriorating everyday and they are clearly incapable of handling the growing load of mumbaikars. BEST officials, please wake up!!! You are running the bus services of a growing metropolis!!! Please ATLEAST MAINTIANED YOUR BUS SCHDULE & the frequency of 404 & 406 buses to maximum 5 minutes.
                                    COMPLIANT NO:5 :-ANOTHER problem is that the people CATCHES the bus NO:- 404 & 406 without coming in queue BECAUSE THERE IS NO BUS STOP BUILT WITH RALLYING AT STARTING STOP AS NORMAL ALL STARTING BUS STOP HAS IN WHOLE MUMBAI, ONLY SINGLE POLE IS PROVIDED BY BUS AUTHORITY , SO I REQUEST the BEST Supervisor/Authority & SPECIALLY GHATKOPAR DEPOT MANAGER ATLEAST COME FOR ONE DAY & just stands there & watches the mess up in all this the female commuters face a problem while boarding the bus.
                                    Second thing is about bus no. 404 & 406 , this the bus never COMES ON time, it's always late so we have to stand in the que for more than half an hour, which leads to delay in reaching the HOME / office.,IN NON PEAK HOUR 11.00 AM TO 4.OO PM TOTAL BUS PLAYING INTHIS ROUTE IS REDUCED TO HALF , INSTEAD OF TOTAL 4 BUSES ONLY 2 BUSES RUNS & PASSENGER HAS TO WAIT FOR 30 -45 MINUTES IN NON PEAK HOURS,
                                    this is not a individual compalin, this is a representative complain/suggestion from all the female commuters & also male travelling on GHATKOPAR ( E) to GARODIA NAGAR side IN BUS NO:- 404 & 406 .Hope you will understand our pain & will take the necessary steps.
                                    I appeal to higher authorities at BEST to please investigate and look into this matter. Please TAKE URGENT ACTION ON GHATKOPAR BUS DEPOT MANAGER & STARTER AT GHATKOPAR (E) STATION & ALSO TAKE ACTION ON BUS 404 & 406 BUS CONDUCTOR & DRIVER WHO TAKE HALT OF 10 MINUTES DAILY AT STARTER CABIN DURING PEAK HOURS.

                                      Bus Route No. 208:
                                      Kindly note that as the above bus route is changed recently, the commuters residing in the areas viz. rajendra complex, corporation bus stop area, shakti nagar, sudhendra nagar, sharda gram, areas, have been deprived off the facility to avail the bus route 208.

                                      The other alternate bus route presently available is only route no, 230 which has a frequency of at least 45 minutes, and is the only route available to go to borivali west.

                                      The other route available is 209, which is connecting the above area with borivali east, and has very bad frequency management....for hours together not a single bus comes and when it comes it comes in 'bunched' manner... 2-3 buses one after another.

                                      I request you to please increase the bus frequency of route no. 230 as well as route no. 209.

                                        take the bus C-43 LTD ( mumbra retibunder to kurla via Airoli) regularly from stop RAjpark at parsik nagar kalwa thane . every day i am charged Rs. 10/- from rajpark to airoli station however on 8.11.2010 the conuctor asked me topay Rs. 12/-towards the fare . on enquiry as to what is the atual fare and the fare chart ,he simply refused to explain and also asked me to get down to fight if i dont agree . on being told that i am paying the same fare he told be that the other conductors are fools and further abused the BEST service for starting this particular service .
                                        it seems that the conductors should be firtst consulted as to whether the service is suitable for them to work after payig them awesomwe salary and bonuses

                                        bus no-309, 226, 709 are less frequency in eveving time between 6 to 7pm.

                                        BEST Bus — Conductors ignorance

                                        Dear Sir/madam,

                                        This is an incident that happenned yesterday i.e. on 18-Jan-2011, Bus Route 310, Bus No MH01 LA6304 at around 6.45pm. This bus came at Kurla Station busstop..There were around 8-10 passengers standing..The bus halted for less than 30sec. The passengers were still climbing when the bus driver just started and drove the bus in full speed.Two lady passengers were just hanging at the door. when we told thr conductor he was laughing and said they are in a rush. The driver did not slow down even for speed breaker and the bus was jumping so hard that a old man fell off his seat. It went to an extent that if the bus stopped in traffic the conductor insisted that passengers get down so he does not have to stop at the bus stop.
                                        Like many others I am a regular traveller by BEST. it will be great if a strict feedback about this could be conveyed to BEST.

                                        IT IS OFTEN FOUND THAT CONDUCTORS OF THE BUS DO NOT GIVE CHANGE EVEN TO THE EXTENT OF A SMALL AMOUNT, THAT IS, RUPEES TWO OR THREE. SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN APPEAL TO YOU TAHT IT IS MORE DIFFICULT FOR LADIES TO MAINTAIN CHANGE (COINS OF RUPEE ONE OR RUPEES TWO) AS THEY HAVE TO GIVE THEM NOT ONLY TO CONDUCTORS BUT ALSO TO VEGETABLE VENDORS, GROCERY SHOP VENDORS, MILKMAN ETC. IT IS ALSO FOUND THAT SOMETIMES CONDUCTORS DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THE AGE AND PHYSICAL CONDITION OF LADIES (EG., PREGNANT WOMAN). THEY INSIST ON LADIES TO PROVIDE CHANGE. 3
                                        I REQUEST YOUR KINDSELF TO TAKE STEPS TO ENSURE THAT A KINDER ATTITUDE IS SHOWN TO WOMEN PASSENGERS.
