NON STOPPING AT STOP

With due respect I would like to inform you that I am a regular commuter of AS 551 which is plying between Marol and Vashi Rly Station (Via… APMC). I am working for an education Institution in Vashi & take a bus from Airoli daily. Somewhere in March,

Pathetic management of Best Bus no. 334

This complaint is regarding the BEST BUS no. 334 management. First thing, its frequency is very very less from ghatkopar and also from Seepz (1 bus in 40 mins). Many times the bus dont even come in more than 1 hour. Many times after the 11.40 am bus leaves, the next bus comes at 12.45 pm.

BEST is operating a bus route no. 120 between Opera House and Dawa Bazar. There are just two buses which are supposed to leave at intervals of 15 minutes in both directions. Today, on 19th March, 2010, as one bus was out of order, there was no bus for more than 30 minutes in the evening at about 7:30 p.m., for people waiting at Dawa Bazar. crowded bus.

The bus AS-525 takes a route from dindoshi to mhape.
since this bus is very convinient to all regular office traveller a lot of crowd is observed during peak hours such as 8 in the morning and 6:30 in the evening.There might be aprrox 20-25 standing passengers.

bus didnt stop at the bus stop inspite of empty bus and people waiting to board the bus

I am very disappointed by the BEST services, which is a very known thing nowadays.

I was waiting for the bus at 9.15 am on 3rd March 2010 at kalina bus stop and an empty bus came around 9.45 and didnt wait at the stop inspite of showing my hand to the driver. This is not first time this is happening. Everytime the driver doesnt stop, whatever be the case. I hope the drivers understand the these buses...

Bus Dont come on Time and even gets canceled

Respected Sir,

I want to bring it to your notice about bus No.AS-525, many buses doesn't come till MIDC Electronic Zone which the last stop. From last week i reached at stop at around 7.11pm but there was no bus till 8.15pm. Many people were got frustrated. Two buses were missing 7.11 and 7.36/ Many drivers goes for Tea snacks at Mahape circle and don't even care about the bus schedule.
