[Resolved]  FCm Travel Solutions(I)Pvt.Ltd Vizag — DID NOT RETURN THE REFUND AMOUNT AFTER CANCELLATION INSTEAD ARGUING NO REFUND MADE BY KINGFISHER AIRLINES

Myself working with ONGC Ltd as Dy.Supt.Engineer.My travel was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons and my ticket was cancelled by my company through FCm Travel Solutions(I)Pvt.Ltd. flat no13,47-10-06,3rd floor,Sripada Diamond Towers,Diamond Park,Dwarakanagar,Vizag-530016.My reference or ticket no.is[protected] Date of Travel 15Nov.2009 by IT2815 DEL-DDN & 22Nov.2009 by IT802 DEL-HYD.The travel agent has bluntly denied any refund and so the same amount was deducted from my hard earn white money away back in MARCH2009.SO NOW I REQUIRE THE HELP OF KINGFISHER AIRLINES AS FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE I CAME TO KNOW THAT DEL-DDN(IT2815) WAS NO SHOW THEN ALSO REFUND WAS GIVEN TO THE AGENT AND DEL-HYD(IT802) WAS CANCELLED ON 18NOV.2009.SO KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE REFUNDED AMOUNT AND ON WHICH DATE IT WAS REFUNDED AND IF POSSIBLE THE INSTRUMENT OF RETURN.Same travel agent has also cancelled my INDIGO TICKET from HYD-DEL on 15NOV.2009 and denied the refund but I don't have any ticket or reference no. to deal with the cheat.PLEASE DON'T LET THE CHEAT GO UNREPENTED FOR HIS DEED.My mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com. Hoping for a prompt action.
