[Resolved]  Mashhad Tours & Travels — Misbehaviour

Dear Sir,

Today on 21st Jan 2010 had a group of foreigners visiting Kashmir by flight number IT-3132 which was rescheduled 12:15.The flight was delayed due to fog.We can not blame for that.We conyed our guests ourselves the reason as it was out of our hands.We can not do any thing for delay due to Fog.
Finally by 13:00 i was first person of the departure gate number 17 followed by my foreigners group. I was being called to proceed by your staff to board the bus. But suddenly one person misconducted with me infront of my guests. I requested him for the reason of the misconduct. He used rude language which i can not repeat. I asked him for his identity because i showed him my identity. He shouted more rudely. And warned me the he will not allow me to board into the Aircraft. It was then pacified by my group. He threatned me that he will not allow me to board in the flight.This is Sterange.How Your staff is behaving.
I sincerely request to yourgoodself to kindly take not of it.
Name of your officer is Mr Sandeep Kakar
Identity number 2620 or 2420.Because he was hiding his i card.
Hope you will not keep such persons in trade who have no hospatility.and behaviour.
