I have booked a return ticket for 4 passengers from mumbai to baldogra (12th to 17th april, 2020).
Booking id: emt69347282.
The money has been deducted from my bank account but still no confirmation email received from the other end.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls.
Kindly look into this please.

    I have booked flight ticket from cochin international airport to dubai international airport for 26th january 2020 and i have booked the ticket via ease my trip mobile app on 19th january at 10.37 pm. My amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs. 11500/- through federal bank, i had called them about 3 times for refund and sales team promise me to refund the full amount but still refund was not initiated

    Details are as follow

      Easemytrip is definitely into fraudulent service as i can see similar complaints to mine on this forum. I booked a ticket for 5 passengers (Booking id emt68638948 pnr lnvr5h) on 6 th jan 2020 and another ticket (Booking id 68740319 pnr xgz5rv) on 8th jan 2020. Both the tickets were cancelled by easemytrip without passengers permission. Now they have even denied to refund the amount.
      Plz help on the issue.

        I booked a flight from kolkata to delhi from easemytrip app
        After the booking money got deducted and i have got booking information as pending then they called me after 10 minutes saying for some problem booking cancelled and i will get my money back within 72 hours
        Now i would like to state to consumer complaints that it’s very hard for me to book another ticket for the same date because i don’t have enough money and it’s very urgent for me as well to go. The app did not provide any information about the flight that if you book it will be on pending. I am helpless now
        I have recorded their calls as well and after finding it on web i find i am not the only one who is facing this there are many more costumers and as it seems this is a fraud company i am very much worried now so i thought of letting this know
        Please take actions asap
        After 72 hours as they said
        I will file a complaint in court against them if i don’t get the money.

                  The airways have refunded full amount to easemytrip for the cancellation of my flight tickets but they don't care to return the money back. They just keep asking for 24-48 hours and it has been 7 days.

                  I have called customer care 100 times but they do not just care to communicate the status of the issue at all.

                  Pathetic customer care services from an organisation such as them. Regretting that i used their platform for booking my flights.

                      I tried to book a rail ticket with booking id emt 67556056 on 12 december 2019 from palghar to mumbai. The amount of rs4365 was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I was told by customer care that the amount would be refunded within 3 working days but its 16 days today and the problem still not resolved. It is requested to refund the amount into the account at earliest.

                          I just booked 1 tickets from New Delhi to Dubai on 05th Jan 2020
                          Booking ID is EMT68170816
                          even though the money (11, 600rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
                          I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets.

                            Hi team,

                            Please help in this as this is something urgent. I booked this flight for my relative as he is going for treatment to bangalore. I was surfing airasia's website for web check in but when i checked no details were found of my flight.

                            I contacted easemytrip & they confirmed that the flight got cancelled. Then i contacted airasia customer support team & they confirmed that easemytrip team raised cancellation request for this ticket. I am in dilemma who cancelled this ticket. Now this ticket is costing me inr 3000 extra. No one is sharing the reason of cancellation as easemytrip is stating that the ticket was cancelled by airasia team & airasia team is saying that ticket was cancelled by easemytrip.

                              I have booked a ticket from aizawl to gauhati for 26th december 2019. But due to the situation of assam, my work was postponed and i have to reschedule my flight so i request a reschedule and waited but receive no response for a week.                               We booked a train ticket from easemytrip, money was debited from the account but I didn’t receive any ticket confirmation or anything.

                                I had booked ticket chennai -dxb-chennai on 28th nov 2019, .But ticket not issued and cancelled and also received email stating that amount Rs.22270/- will be refunded in 4-5 working days . But it is 18 days and no refund. Called several times to customer care and they lie it is refunded. But not received amount in my account. Then they blame payment gateway pay -u . I'm least bother about which gateway they use, but my money is kept for more than two weeks without my fault. Planning to sue them in consumer court soon. Cheaters. Ref:EMT66947744

                                  I had booked 2 tickets on 13th december from raipur to mumbai of 17th january 2020. Paymemt was successfully debited from my credit card but tickets are not booked or issued by easemytrip.
                                  I tried calling several times but on their customer care but they failed to connect my call to their respective executives. Even i have mailed with this issue but there is no response from their side.

                                    I booked a holiday package from easemytrip.com. They gave me a plan and asked for advanced payment for 60% of the sum. They gave me their account details for the same. I paid the amount and received the invoice from easemytrip.com. For one month, they said that everything is as per plan, but later they denied that they ever received any such payment. I sent them the invoice and other email communications, but they still deny.
                                    I don't know what to do. Please help me.

                                    How do I believe that this wasn't done from tour company? Can you provide us proof of what steps have you taken for this. Also, please provide a justification that how can somebody email from your email address. This is something not possible unless someone is involved from withing the company or the company. Please provide your formal complaint/FIR copy at earliest.

                                      I was booking a flight ticket for Mumbai to Patna on 27th November 2019. in payment mode I used Google pay to make the payment which at end shown failed on your side. at the same time, my account was debited for Rs. 4422.00. I have tried contacting your support many times and failed with the simple reply that you have not received the payment.

                                      I went the extra mile and followed up with ICICI bank and Google pay for the transaction for which both said the transaction is completed from their end and only EaseMytrip can provide exact details by checking with their payment gateway provider PayU.

                                      it has been more than 15 days and I am struggling to get my money back.
