My flight from delhi to amritsar (6e-5024 with indigo airlines) on the 4th of november got cancelled 3 hours before the estimated departure. When i arrived in delhi and went to the indigo airlines customer service counter, they told me they were processing the refund and i would get it in 5 working days.

But, when i called them this morning, they told me they were not able to give me my refund...

refund amount for cancelled air ticket

I booked my ticket (3 passengers) from bangalore to mumbai on 21.04.2019 with jet airways 9w 478. (Pnr qqphpm). Due to jet airways operational issues, i cancelled my ticket prior to journey. I requested easymytrip to refund my full amount which they have agreed and promised also.

However, till today, i. E. On 13.11.2019, after 7 months, i have not received any refund...

On 6th november, 2019 i had booked three return tickets for goa and made an online payment of 26, 376 for return tickets to goa. i had made a booking on vistara and indigo for 3 passengers and as soon as the payment was made, the page vanished without any confirmation. Today morning i. E.9/11/2019, i had booked two tickets for senior citizens to go to durg, chattisgarh from varanasi, up in sarnath express train in ac first class.
Perhaps the tickets were not booked and so, not received by me but money is deducted from my sbi master card/debit card.

I have just spoken to qantas after filing a complaint for not hearing back from them only to find out that as per qantas that ticket is open and can be used again within a year but i need to contact agent which in this case would be easy my trip and gajaanan travels to organise that. about not refunding the remaining amount on cancellation of ticket

I have booked the ticket from Nagpur to Bombay on dated 28/10/2019. I had to book it for the next day.But mistakenly, I booked it on 28/10/2019 instead of 29/10/2019. So I had to cancel it. After cancellation airline charged me Rs.3000. And ease my trip charged me Rs.250.My total fare price of the flight was Rs.5319. The total amount 'EASE MY TRIP' has to refund me is Rs.2069.

I m complaining about false promo codes displayed on the website

Today i wanted to book a flight from delhi to pune for 31st october. I was shown initial price 5766 rs and after applied 400rs coupon the price changed suddenly to rs6144. And yesterday also same cheating happened.

After applying the coupon they increased the price by 400. I want back that refund.

And they are doing this cheating every now and then to earn more money on the cost of customer's trust.

Indigo Flight's time was changed and they refunded full amount but i booked through easemytrip so they asked me to get refund through them but easemytrip charged 19000rs as cancellation whereas indigo refunded the full amount and i got email also regarding the full refund they processes.and no on is answering on easemytrip call helpline so that i can ask abouth the cancellation fee they charged me....

refund initiated by airline not returned back by booking portal

Dear sir. I cancelled a flight from indigo with pnr bj87fd with the name mehmooda parveen. The airline has already initiated a full refund but the easemytrip has only returned me a little portion. Plus when i call them they just keep the call hanging and ask me to return back to airline.
