I booked a round trip for jaipur to ahemdabad on 17th aug 2019 for 2 pessengers. Travel date was 27th aug 2019. But on 18th aug 2019, brother of a pessenger passed away. non responsive service and cancellation fees

I had to cancel the flight, but after waiting for 2 hours from easemytrip on watsapp and calling their call center, i had to myself call airlines and cancel it.

It wasted me additional 1hr cos air india doesnt love their customers. I have paid 1200 per sector cancellation fees to air india.

Now if all work is done by me, why is not so ease my trip charging...

money got deducted from my account but no confirmation of ticket

I booked tickets for flight from bom to bhopal and during online payment it showed payment successful and sum of 6800 got deducted and the page got lost same happened with my train ticket from bina to panvel and sum of 1899 for the train got deducted and no ticket confirmation. I dont have any proof because the pages were getting lost i have my account number and message of money deduction...
