Hello,

I have just spoken to qantas after filing a complaint for not hearing back from them only to find out that as per qantas that ticket is open and can be used again within a year but i need to contact agent which in this case would be easy my trip and gajaanan travels to organise that. Mumbai qantas has mentioned nothing about the charges only that this ticket is open to be reused.

I demand someone as this is ongoing issue since 7.10.19 to respond and attend to this asap and send me the open ticket so we can re use this.

If i do not hear back from ease my trip asap i will be left with no other option but to file a formal complaint against ease my trip. As a customer i am not disappointed but i feel being harassed, tormented as the reason for the ticket change was medical emergency all paperwork was attached (Cabg surgery of father of my husband whose ticket is in question). There has been no sympathy or compasion shown by your company. If anything in a difficult the company has wasted more than a month now not helping just causing distress. I expect a written response mind you i do not want an automated email to raise we apologise for the inconvenience or that raise a ticket number. I expect a written solution or i will resort to legal action as this has been the worst experience in a very trying situation.

Ease my trip has made my trip really dissapointing stressful and just exhausting.

I hope this will be rectified and would like an answer asap.

I would like to know that when the airlines( Mumbai qantas) has notified me that the ticket is still open and available to be used anytime from now to a year why is ease my trip not authorising the same / why are we being put under ongoing distress.

    I have booked flight tickets from easemytrip with booking id emt64705589 on 15 oct for guwati to kolkata departure on 18 oct. I requested for cancellations of tickets in no-show mood also talked with airlines i. E goair. Airlines provided refund of amount 1678 rupees to easemytrip on 23th oct and also send me the details of that in my mail. But instead of 1678 rupeess company provide me only 91 rupees. I have mailed [protected]@easemytrip regarding this by attaching the mail provided by goair containing refund details. But till now i am not getting my actual refund amount. So i request you to kindly look into this matter and provide my refund as soon as possible.

      I have booked the ticket from Nagpur to Bombay on dated 28/10/2019. I had to book it for the next day.But mistakenly, I booked it on 28/10/2019 instead of 29/10/2019. So I had to cancel it. After cancellation airline charged me Rs.3000. And ease my trip charged me Rs.250.My total fare price of the flight was Rs.5319. The total amount 'EASE MY TRIP' has to refund me is Rs.2069.
      They only sent me a message the your ticket has been canceled. Your refund will be proceed after verification. But today I checked my booking status on EASE MY TRIP it is showing that money is refunded.I haven't got any money.

        I never expected such a poor service from easymytrip.

        Without noticing to me bus has crossed my boreing location and even i called to the bus operators they didn't picked mmy call.. And easymytrip website is too worse to find the details..

        I've just booked 1 ticket from New Delhi to Dibrugarh on 24th October 2019
        Booking ID is EMT65190726 .Even though the money has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.

        I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls.

            I had booked a flight ticket from nagpur to chennai on 18.10.19 by using mob. No.[protected]. My bank account was immediately debited by an amount of rs.6776. However, i neither received the mail on my email nor confirmation from you. I was under the impression that i wl receive the confirmation soon. But to my utter shock, when i contacted the customer care, i learnt that my ticket was not booked as the fare has been hiked and the service provider has suo motto initiated the refund process. Till date, i. E., 22.10.2019, i hv not received the refund. I hv bn told to wait for another 7 to 9 days. Since im urgently required to go to chennai on medical grounds, i had no alternative but to book another ticket by paying a premium of 600 per ticket for two tickets. The lethargic attitude of the service provided has kept the valued customers at bay. It can only be inferred that easemytrip has no concern whatsoever for the customer's interest and they are leased bothered.
            I hv used ur service for the first time and im completely dissatisfied with ur service.
            Last but not the least, i wl never recommend ur service to anyone and yes im afraid if i wl get any refund from you.

              I booked a ticket through easemy trip. At that time the price fare was 4650, it went through the payment gateway and the money got deducted. But the transaction was showing pending. After repeated calls i see that they said the airline (Airasia) increases the price so you have to pay extra, for which i said no and they rejected it.
              But when i opened the airlines the prices were same. They are just increasing the price to fool the customer. Even after rejection they are not sending teh refund mail. After repeated calls they sent the refund mail.

              Even i am not sure how long they will take to refund the full amount. Will keep this open till i get the refund.

                Today i wanted to book a flight from delhi to pune for 31st october. I was shown initial price 5766 rs and after applied 400rs coupon the price changed suddenly to rs6144. And yesterday also same cheating happened.

                After applying the coupon they increased the price by 400. I want back that refund.

                And they are doing this cheating every now and then to earn more money on the cost of customer's trust.

                  I booked 3 flight tickets on 17 of october 2019 from bangalore to goa in air asia for 29 october 2019.
                  The sum total of rs.5313 was shown and the payment was made. The amount was successfully deducted but when i saw in the app it showed that the transaction was failed while the amount was deducted from my account. And also the payment status in the booking was shown to be pending. I tried calling their customer care several times but nobody received my call in-spite of showing that they provide 24/7 customer service which was very disappointing as their was no immediate assistance provided. Will i get a refund? Or will my tickets be booked? Please resolve this issue soon and oblige.

                    I booked MCT-AHM-MCT on 15th oct, 19 at 5:00 pm.Ticket which i received from easemytrip was with preferred seat number for spicejet SG-61.easymytrip charged me 2095 Rs extra for preferred seat.While checking on spicejet site same was not booked with preferred seat number.While contacting their customer care (who is handled by their trainees) [protected]@easemytrip.com unnecessary hopeless 10 nos email arrays start.At last they conveyed it is not possible for them to book a preferred seat in SG-61 though getting paid in advance. I think this bunch of jokers are in this industry to make Complicatemytrip.
                    I urge everyone who read this not to trap themselves in easemytrip for airline booking which is online fraud to cheat the customer.

                    (1) IF SEAT CONFIRMATION IS FULLY DEPEND ON THE AIRLINE THEN WHY EASYMYTRIP IS CHARGING EXTRA MONEY OF SEAT TO CUSTOMER WITH DESIRED SEAT NUMBER ON THEIR TICKET.IS IT PRACTICE TO ISSUE FAKE TICKETS ???
                    (2) IF SEAT (1D) WAS RESERVED FOR AIRPORT CHECK IN ONLY THEN HOW COULD I ABLE TO BOOKED THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE ? HOW YOU PEOPLE KNOW THAT I BOOKED FOR (1D) SEAT?
                    If it was seat preference then why you people charged without confirmation from Airline ?
                    Requesting TRAINEE TEAM not to make customer fool.

                    Your refund already credited in my account.For your eye opening information (1D) was booked by me separately and i traveled on the same seat.

                      I have just booked one ticket from bhubaneswar to bangalore in airindia for 20th oct, 2019. I have made my payment through phonepe of rs.5276. My money is already deducted. After completion of successful payment i didn't received any flight tickets. I called the customer care several times but they were not picking up the phone. After sometime one guy picked up the cal he told that he asked all details regarding the bookings and sent me my ticket in mail and whatsapp but in ticket it is showing booking status is pending. Why my ticket is not confirmed yet? Kindly resolve my problem soon.

I filed a compaint on that day only and from 9 days they are just giving me fake promises and not attending my call. This is a. Fraud company. The staff doesnt even have courtesy to call. Me back..                           Easemytrip portal is one of the worst portal.While taking ticket the portal not working and keeps on loading.. the b2b portal of ease my trip very worse.the rate of flight increases.lcould not book ticket . they are not refunind the amount in the portal if we close the portal also asking to book another ticket return the amount. kindly ask them to return the amount to our company account.                             I booked the flight through ease my trip.com in feb, 2019 for the month of march. But the same flight was cancelled by airlines. And from that time i am following up with easemytrip.com. But every time they reply that we are following up with airline even they are not sharing any proof that they are claiming for my refund.                               flight cancellation charges.

                              Indigo Flight's time was changed and they refunded full amount but i booked through easemytrip so they asked me to get refund through them but easemytrip charged 19000rs as cancellation whereas indigo refunded the full amount and i got email also regarding the full refund they processes.and no on is answering on easemytrip call helpline so that i can ask abouth the cancellation fee they charged me....

                              Dear sir. I cancelled a flight from indigo with pnr bj87fd with the name mehmooda parveen. The airline has already initiated a full refund but the easemytrip has only returned me a little portion. Plus when i call them they just keep the call hanging and ask me to return back to airline. I feel their should be a system regarding checking the refunds and the customers money and time shouldn’t be wasted like this

                                Booking id for my flight from ranchi to delhi made on september 26, emt63704531
                                This booking was rejected by the airline /ease my trip and therefore i did not get a ticket. The money amounting rs. 3516 got deducted from the account, but even after complaining for refund of rs. 3516, the company gives a fake claim. Of refunding the money to my bank account. I have my passbook updated, no money has been credited to the account by the company.

                                  The total amount deducted was rs.7500 instead of rs.7000.

                                  I have called your team and case was escalated but i never heard from the sup. When i called again today, they said it's correct amount deducted which it isn't.

                                  Attached is the picture of what is shows on the app for cancellation charges which is again different then what you sent on the email.

                                  What i received: rs 1411 as refund
                                  What i want:
                                  The remaining rs. 1000 as per your app.
                                  Rs. 500 as per you email.

                                  I would go by the app as that's what i used for booking at the first place.

                                  Any disconnect in this may lead to corolporate/consumer forum/ social media escalation.

                                    I am a regular flyer through easemytrip but this kind of experience is making me rethink to approach.

                                    I had a ticket booked in the month of march, and the tickets were cancelled due to cancellation of jet airways flights, despite of several followups from last 8 months. I have been receiving a copy / paste response from customer service of easemytrip.

                                    I have been told that refund is yet to be received but this is a fraudulent act, as i understand from news & jet airways site that cancellation in the month of march has been refunded.

                                    I expect a resolution from the management of the company at the earliest.

                                      Dear sir / madam,
                                      I hereby raise complaint against ease my trip for unethical and lethargic attitude in crediting the refund made by airlines before 8 months. i had requested for refund against cancellation (due to passenger's sudden death) of my flight ticket booked via easy my trip in the month of january 2019. the concerned airlines (i.e. indigo) promptly refunded the ticked amount to ease my trip and confirmed refund vide email dt. 25.02.2019. subsequently i had forwarded the mail sent by indigo to ease my trip via email in the month of august 2019. in addition, i had spoken twice (details below) to ease my trip customer care requesting them to credit the pending refund. every time they ensured for immediate credit, however they failed to credit. in this online and techno world i could not understand the reason for not crediting the refund amount received from airlines before 8 months. in this regard i request ease my trip to credit the refund amount immediately along with penalty of minimum rs.100 per day from the date of receipt of refund from indigo till the date of credit to my wallet account. this penalty is expected because of collateral damage happened because of delay.
