First delivery personnel marked the phone okay for exchange and marked product as delivered. But there was issue with screen lock code. As i wasn't available physically so we had trouble. He arranged pickup in the morning next day. Today 22 jan 2020 a new guy named kamal comes from e-kart and without even spending 2 seconds on phone says battery is swollen. Screen is coming out. I request flipkart to look into this matter. Its condition is close to new and just 1 day earlier the return was accepted with full amount. And in 12 hours phone has gone down as 'damaged beyond repair' as per delivery exec.

    I ordered 3 door wardrobe yesterday. After reading some reviews i came to know that back side is 3 mm thick which is not mentioned in the website. Now i want to cancel the order but they are saying it can only be cancelled within 24 hrs.
    It should be allowed to cancel until not received. It's like cheating not mentioning this policy on website. Nothing is mentioned about it

      I am trying to reactivate flipkart account associated with my phone number.
      I forgot the password so i tried to reset it by using otp but this option is not working.
      When i try to request otp it says unable to process please retry. I have tried this many times. I don`t have any other phone number. I`m so stressed out by this problem because i`m trying to buy some important stuff.
      Please help me.

        60 days completed but still didn't get my payout.
        We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

        They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

          Sir, I have ordered a Bombay dying bedsheet from Flipkart on 4th January and received on 11th January. The bedsheet was in horrible condition, full of stains and bad odor. The next day I have called them, then they assured me that my order will be taken back and money will be refunded soon. I have waited very patiently for some days when I called today they are denying for replacement and claiming that compliant should be placed within 10 days. Those people are simply refusing that I have already called and placed a complaint regarding this issue.
          Sir, This kind of incident discourage us to rely on online shopping. Kindly sort out this issue as soon as possible.

            I had ordered on Redmi 8A phone for official use on behalf of my company but the order was placed in my name instead of my designation. Now my company will not reimburse me the cost of the phone unless the invoice is in my designation.
            I contacted customer care & spoke over telephone, sent e-mail & even made 2 chat conversation with Flipkart representative, only to find that for a delivered order, the invoice cannot be changed.
            I wanted to cancel the order & place another one with correct details but refund option was not available, only replacement was available; that too if done will be on the same invoice.
            All I wanted the invoice to be in the name of my designation instead of my name. Copy of invoice attached.

            Thank you for your response. The product that I had purchased is a Smart Phone (Electronics Item). As per the return policy I found that refund option is not available against that product, only replacement available. But according to the chat conversation that I had with Flipkart Customer Care on 20.01.2020 (the day I received the item), the replacement, if opted for, will be in the same name as per earlier invoice.
            However, I have raised a return request which is under process. I shall update if it gets approved & thus I can purchase the item with the correct name (designation) in Invoice. Thank you.

            The request for return (refund) vide return id:[protected] was rejected by Flipkart stating the information as follows:
            "We'd like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as the reason selected by you while raising the return request was incorrect.Please create a new return request with the right reason so that the seller can assist you with this."
            Now, the reason as in my case (change of name in invoice) is not listed in the 'Reason for Return' drop down menu nor in 'Reason Details' drop down menu. So, I had to search for an option where refund is available as the Flipkart Customer Care Representative had already informed me that if I choose replacement of the product, the main (initial) invoice details will not be changed & thus my prime issue will not be resolved.
            So, I provided the details (selecting from drop-down menu) as follows:
            Reason for Return: Received Wrong Item
            Reason Details: Description in Website is Wrong
            Comments: Please refund as I have to change the name in Invoice.
            But this return request has been rejected by Flipkart.
            However, I have again raised another return (refund) request vide Return Id:[protected] as on 27.01.2020, as the issue has still not been resolved but this time I have provided all the detailed explanation (my requirements) in the comments section for their (including the seller's) better understanding. I have also requested them to provide a prompt reply as the Return Period (last date: 30.01.2020) is going to get over soon. I shall be updating the details as & when available. Screen-shots of Rejection Mail & 2nd Return Request have been uploaded with this comments. Thank You.

            I have received one mail from Flipkart today (30.01.2020) confirming that my return (refund) request has been accepted by them & by 31.01.2020 they are going to pick up the shipment followed by refund of the amount within 2 business days onto my Bank A/c. Once all the transactions are over, I shall mark the complaint as resolved. Thank you very much to this entire forum team & a special thanks to Flipkart team for their understanding & resolving this issue.

              Dear flipkart,
              I would like to inform you that i operate only one number. I have used that number for flipkart account which is blocked by flipkart due to reason being that i booked more phones using flipkart account. I can use multiple account for booking multiple phone for my parents and brother but i can't do so.
              I don't want to take a new number for my flipkart account specially. Because flipkart is very user friendly that's why it's my humble request to recover my account.

              All the phones are booked for my personal use if you want to track any order then verify unless unblock my account immediately. I have been told by your customer care assistant that you are able to login to your account after 2 or 3 months I have also call recording of your customer care assistant.
              Please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will File a complaint against Flipkart in Consumer court or Delhi court.

                i called customer care further times regarding the issue and i didnt get any resolvement

                  I've ordered a spacewood wardrobe from your site on 9th dec'19 and received the same on 20th dec. While installation process going on the technician opened it and found few parts is broken. And not only that he found and mentioned it is used somewhere else also.
                  Secondly i ordered "space wood" product but received packaging from "hometown".
                  I raised a returned request then and there and received a sms that i'll received it by 11th of jan'2020. Till now its showing on the application that i'll receive by "4"00 pm on jan 11".
                  I received yesterday one more sms that i'll receive it by 17th jan.
                  On 17th jan i received a small 3' - 1 ft packages and written over there that 3 door wardrobe. Tecnician again visited my place and denied to do installation.
                  I called hundred times to flipkart customer care but all in vain.
                  Today morning i received a call from flipkart. The girl named"richa"cannot commit anything from their end and continuously saying we need to talk to spacewood whether i've ordered through flipkart not through spacewood site. Even when i asked for replacement or refund she said she can not commit anything. And i've recorded her call and i'm totally dissapointed. And also after hanging up the call i received sms" issue resolved" but it's not.

                  Why this is happening? Why the system and shipping process is like that? It's already 2 month over and the money is already deducted from my account but did not receive the product yet. Is it justified?

                  I need a quick action on this and dont want the product anymore. I've lost all faith and trust from flipkart services and products.
                  Refund my amount or else i'll take further action on this and take this case to next level.

                        I have purchased a Redmi phone in Flipkart and phone hangs continuously from day 1 of purchase. hence we have raised a return request.
                        Flipkart said that they will send their service representative to resolve the issue. however the service representative / technician dint visited our home on 17th Jan and more over we were not at home on that day.
                        Also Flipkart website states that they will send technician on Jan 20th, but no one came till now. when i checked the status in online, it states the issue is resolved. so i am wondering whether flipkart has any magical wands to resolve issue in mobile without physically visiting or inspecting the mobile.
                        Hope the issue will be resolved soon.

                          Flipkart has cancelled my order of a phone which i paid through my credit card. They did not even notified me for the cancelation. I sold my old phone for this but today i got sms that my order has been cancelled. Now i don’t have a phone neither old one nor the new one. Please help.

                          I booked a mobile from Flipkart, while paying it, my payment was cut. After that, the order became successful and after some time, after about 3 hours, my order was canceled.

                            I purchased 6kg ifb washing machine by flipkart. I received the product on 2 jan 2020. After receiving and physically seen i found that machine is too small for my use therefore i request for return or exchange with big one 7 kg or 8 kg ifb washing machine. I was ready to pay extra amount but flipkart is saying it is not applicable to our policy. I am helpless to do any thing and finally accepted the product but still i want to replace by bigger size and i am ready to pay extra amount.

                                The product delivered is of lower grade then what was ordered. I have ordered ro+uv+uf water purifier and what i got is ro+uv only which is acknowledged by seller himself. Now they are not replacing it saying take refund the product was wrongly listed/they just want to make money by doing fraudulent activity by sending any product to customer so that if customer accepts it then profit is theirs and if not then loss is of seller. A cheating case should be registere against ffipkart.

                                  I had submitted all my documents for verification in flipkart affiliate on 27th december and the website says that it will take around 10-12 days for verification process to complete, but still there is no reply from flipkart. I did ask the flipkart support on twitter but they only reply is keep patience. I have money loaded in it and i want to transfer it to my account. I want flipkart to complete my verification process as soon as possible and let me know if anything is required.

                                    I have ordered a set of 2 sarees named as aksh fashion embroidered bollywood velvet poly georgette sarees and the payment was not showing as confirmed but the amount was deducted from my bank account, later it was showing that the refund would be credited by 16th january but it's 19th january today and there's no refund of the amount. I have contacted flipkart services and they are telling to check the bank confirmation with given reference number bht there is no refund confirmation showing in the bank, there is another product worth rs 509 rs as fashimo lace up for women which was cancelled and the refund was supposed to be credited at 17th january.. Still there is no refund of both.
                                    The company is saying that the refund has been completed by the seller and there is no refund yet.

                                        I have ordered a louis caron backpack in flipkart by using my google pay upi on 25th december 2019 and again i have cancelled the order on 29th december 2019 but until no refund money is not reflected back in my account. For this i have already contact flipkart customer care they told seller is successful refunded to your bank account. So it's my humble request to take immediate action for the refund money 599 rupees
