I've placed an order for beats by dre solo 2 headphones and received a fake one last. So i've requested for the refund and few minutes later, i received a call from [protected] and the person's name who spoke to me was manjeet, he started asking me about the reason behind the refund request and i told him that i received a fake product.

After sometime, he told me to check whether it's working or not. When i asked him why am i supposed to check whether it's working or not when the product itself is fake, he started arguing and was denying to accept the request.

When the product itself is fake why a person should check whether it's working or not.

I've invested 6+k and without knowing about the product, no one will pay so much of money just for a headphone.

I expect a resolution asap and it's must for flipkart to take action against such agents or you will keep losing customers.

    My Mi note 5 pro is having network issue and data cable is also broken. So i want replacement for the same. But i was troubling by the procedures. My replacement is cancelled 3 times. Please replace my phone. I am from a very poor family. I saved for 10 months to buy this phone by walking to college instead of having conveyance. Please sir replace it or refund it.

      I have ordered for refmi note 5 but not received original product.in received mobile logo of note 5 not shown when mobile start or switch off.
      Wrong product delivered to me. It is note same as its description & logo shown in advertisement.
      So i want original redmi note 5 mobile in which logo appear wh when its start or switch off. Otherwise i am taking legal action for wrong item delevery instead of shown item
      I am also attaching item & item logo image for redmi note 5 mobile. Give mi original logo wala mobile otherwise refund my money

        I have ordered a product on 2nd august 2018. Expected delivery date was august 10th. My product reached madurai on 6th august, it is 100km distance from delivery location. Still the product kept in madurai. They did not deliver the product. I registered a complain on flipkart and gati courier on 10th august. They also did not resolve my problem.

        They are asking me continously, give me two more working days to resolve your issue. Today is august 16th, Still i am waiting for my product. Very Worst Service by flipkart and Gati Courier Service.

          I have order a mobile on EMI from bank provided on Flipkart portal and they confirmed date of delivery 14 August and then shifted to 16 August and on date they saying product is misrouted and I have to cancel this and reorder new one, since my limit is already blocked and charges applied for EMI conversion so if I cancel the order who will compansate my time and financial loss.

          Now day its become trade of Flipkart and they have secret deal with banks for this kind of fraud for charging EMI without getting the items

            My order for redmi a5 was cancelled today. Whole week I waited for the day to book the phone for one of my relative as present and without delay I booked the phone at 12pm but after 3 hrs I got a msg that my order is cancelled. This is ridiculous and am sorry to say being a regular customer of flipkart, don't make your customers loose trust.

                I called to customer care they not respond to give resolution to me

                I can't able to see my order i'd also while payment process they debited and website shown product is in out of stock

                  On ‘23RD MAY 2018’ from flipkart one item was arrived which was i purchased through Flipkart pay later and I want to return that item because of size issue but i am unable to return that item because Without any notification flipkart team suddenly blocked my account access and cancelled my all 4 products which was already our for delivery on ‘24th May, 2018’.

                  Regarding this issue so manytimes i send mail and also make calls to customer care executive for my account access but they didn't respond me and not solve this issue and now their flipkart paylater team continuously send me messages and calls with extra late due amount. when i complained to their paylater team about my access problem. They give me access after return policy was over for that item. I am unable to return that product now and when i am requesting them about this issue they denied to solve this issue and forcing me to pay that item with extra late due charges.

                  i have no fault.If i had access i can be able to returned that product and there is no payment on me.

                  September 17, 2018 my complaint was resolved by Flipkart. After that they didn't disturbed me by their messages and calls.. but suddenly now after 15 months Flipkart again send me messages and calls in my number. It's really irritating.. please take some strict action on them..

                        The person from ekart have not still delivered my mobile which was scheduled on 13/08/2018 as no message was send regarding delivery i was not able to collect it. Moreover there is no number of ekart to contact so contacted to flipkart 2 times but only assurance no action taken.

                          I have bought an honor 7a (Blue, 32 gb) including exchange plus discount on freedom sale offer. But the delivery executive didn't accept it for the excuses that there is some tiny scratches which was due to the flip cover of the mobile, while my phone is only 1 year old and still in a well running condition, better battery backup no scratches on screen. They even clear the instruction that the screen should be perfect and phone should be on running condition.

                          Don't understand why it can't be accepted. There is no instruction within the exchange offer regarding scratches on the back of the mobile. As an old customer this time i am very disappointed by flipkart. A biggest fraud online store.

                            I ordered vivo v9 youth mobile[protected] on flipkart due to exchange-offer with my old mobile. However at the time of delivery[protected] the delivery boy click some picture of my phone and told me we will send the photo to my seniors if they approved the phone then he can give me the phone. When i called him around 2 pm he told me he canceled my order. I understand the fact that there was work load on the delivery staff due to independence day sale but this sort of harassment done on customers. I have made emi of phone by axis bank credit card.                             Fist of all i will tell u Product is same Samsung Galaxy J5, courier boy also take picture of the product. without informing me courier boy reject the request. i never reject to accept my phone. But Flipkat Message come i denied to accept the phone.Kindly see into the attached image.

                            I ordered realme 7 and I have exchange my Samsung j 7 max but at the time of pickup my phone he said he can't exchange my phone due to discoloration..but there is no any discoloration in my phone and flipkart already mention terms and conditions to exchange phone without any read these instructions e kart delivery boy rejected my phone he such a stupidly things from boy he told me that I m e kart delivery boy not from the flipkart so call to flipkart they will exchange your phone what the hell he was saying I don't know how s these delivery boy misbehaves to customer

                                Hi team,

                                I have made payment for my yonex muscle power racquet double times. Since i made the first payment and i got mail stating that my first payment was unsuccessful. So i made another payment. But while checking my bank statement, it has been processed two times and not yet reverted. I called customer care so many times but it was very worst experience. No one is taking responsibility and they are saying that they will arraging the call back. But i didn't recieve any of it. Even they are ready to transfer the call to supervisor. Kindly check my complaint and fix it asap. Otherwise i'll be taking legal action

                                  I returned only 2-3 product you can charge your shipping charge, you have to send product very cheap quality, you can exchnage this product.

                                    I m a regular customer of flipkart i ordered a lots of article from flipkart.
                                    But this time i got a fake watch which cant to acceptable from customer because when we do online shopping regularly we face that kind of problems regularly but along with this i got fake watch, this is something which cant acceptable at all.
                                    I paid 8795/- amount for casio g 339 g shock watch.
                                    But this kind of experience are something which makes me scared that leaves to break my trust from flipkart.

                                      I have procured one mobile battery with order no od[protected]
                                      From cb infotech for samsang galaxy grand duos gt - i9082 (With high battery backup). The battery was delivered on 10/07/18 in my absence, which was received by my mother. After i returned back on 13/08/18, i have changed the battery of my handset and put it for charging for 4 to 5 hrs. As directed by cb infotech. But after charging, when i have tried to switch it on, it did not respond. I had tried to switch on my mobile repeatedly with this new battery, but every time there was no response. Now i am extremely upset with flipkert and want to return back the battery. I also want to get back the refund after returning the battery.

                                        I ordered two bhaiya written rakhis and flipkart delivered me only one vira written rakhi out of nowhere. And they are saying all two rakhis have been delivered to me but i got only one and that too some another rakhi.
                                        And now they are saying their seller cannot do anything about it.
                                        I want to sue them for wasting my important time and money.
                                        And the wrong rakhi which they delivered is so small that not even a kid can wear it.
                                        It is such a waste.
