Order id: od[protected]
I've placed an order for beats by dre solo 2 headphones and received a fake one last. So i've requested for the refund and few minutes later, i received a call from [protected] and the person's name who spoke to me was manjeet, he started asking me about the reason behind the refund request and i told him that i received a fake product.
After sometime, he told me to check whether it's working or not. When i asked him why am i supposed to check whether it's working or not when the product itself is fake, he started arguing and was denying to accept the request.
When the product itself is fake why a person should check whether it's working or not.
I've invested 6+k and without knowing about the product, no one will pay so much of money just for a headphone.
I expect a resolution asap and it's must for flipkart to take action against such agents or you will keep losing customers.

And by flipkart that my is not complete while I already order some product on same address that product was delivered
