Hello sir/mam,

I am facing an issue. I bought an ac (Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star bee rating 2018 window ac - white) from flipkart. But this product is not working properly. Issues: ac cooling issues ac electricity consumption is alot more than a 3 star ac.
As per flipkart mention in one of question and answer board related to this product that "it consumes 300 to 350 units electricity per month (I[censored]ses 10-12hr daily) according to climate." but when i used this ac, its consuming around 850-950 units electricity per month (I[censored]ses 6-8 hours per day)

Note: i don't even know that if that ac is one star or 3 star, because the star tag is missing on ac.

When i requested return, they told me a hitachi service technician will visit. But on first visit technician did not check it properly, i even insisted technician to call his senior and check again. But technician left without even check all issues and seller rejected my return request.

I again called flip-kart and again asked for return and they schedule a technician visit. But this time, technician did not came. I waited for 4 days but no technician visit, they did not even update me that technician will not visit.

They have schedule 4 technician visit, but from last 4 time no technician is coming to check my ac. From past 24 days i am suffering.. Calling flipkart daily and then wait for technician visit. But till now, neither technician visited to check my ac nor any valid resolution provided to me.

I am calling flipkart again and again. But still no solution, they are making excuses every-time, i am feeling mentally tortured now and now l am literally feeling cheated by flipkart. I don't know what to do now.

I just want my money back. Please help me out. If you need any other information, please notify me. But please help me to get my money back, i don't have any further option except complaining here.

Yesterday Hitachi Technician visited... I got to know that the AC Which I received from Flipkart is broken also.

When that technician opened that AC... AC Grill Was broken... I don't want any replacement now... I want my full refund from this Froad ecommerce site (Flip-Kart)...

I am still not getting a proper reply from flipkart... everytime they call, they just said me one thing "we will call with in 24 hours"

It been more than one month now... I am seriously frustrated... Flipkart is frauding me... they are just delaying while making excuses ..

Flipkart again called me then again same line " we will call again in 24 hours"... I don't know how many days i have to wait... Its been more than 35 days now...

Please take strict action against flipkart... Because they are still not taking it seriously...

I just want my money back... Please help me out... Pleaseeeeeee

I had ordered black with army green metallic color helmet, but i received other color simple green color. and flipkart have no replacement option, only return option, already delayed my order, and again same procedure.

      Fraud company
      In terms and conditions it is mentioned about dent and u rejected my phone on the basis of scratches i want to know about the dent in this phone. I[censored] use phone with cover only after 5-6 days there r dots on the back side of the phone and what u want for exchange a brand new phone from the market because the only phone that don't have a single scratch. And why i would exchange my phone if it is brand new. I will change the phone that is minimum 1 year old or more and in 1 year there will be scratch on the phone.i will not keep my phone on the flowers so it would not get a scratch in his entire life. I want vivo v9 youth with this exchange offer.

      Whenever I was open flipcart app it's is searching all the time, flipcart doesn't send any notification or events of this app.

      While purchasing Flipkart shows as free delivery.But while collecting from the courier they asked more money than net payable amount.This continues several times.

        I bought grocery from flipkart on offer sale, 5 packs of 5 kg dawat basmathi rice (Broken) for 29 rs each, but when they came for delivery the gave me only 2 bags and asked to accept incomplete order. I said to reschedule the order and get back with all the items, they agreed at my home and left, later after an hour i got a message stating that my order is cancelled. I tried to call the delivery guy he did not pick the call and even rejected the call without speaking lot of times... When i contacted customer care they said it is my fault that i did not accept the incomplete order. They have not said to me in advance that the price of the offer was by mistake and the offer will be reduced to 2 packs instead of 5 packs. I asked for initial resolution of reinstate the order but the said no you have to place fresh order with new prices. They are giving big advertising and cheating people like this. I request to please look into this matter of cheating people with fake advertisements. Need resolution for my issue.

        customer has raised the issue with regards to the order got cancelled as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and seller has initiated the refund to customer but customer wants to reinstate the cancelled order and he wants us to order the same products so politely denied hence closing the complaint from our end.

          This is for your information that I purchased a washing machine from Flipkart against order No.OD[protected] on 18th July which I received on 23rd July, 2018.
          After that technician visit on 26th for the installation then he found that machine is damage internally & suggested to us for the replacement.
          As per the flipkart policy I have raised return request & refund my money back in original payment mode but suddenly return request rejected on 30th July, 2018. I called to the customer care then they said today technician visited your home and resolved the query. I was surprised that without visiting the site, they mentioned that problem has been resolved.
          Again I raised a complaint in flipkart through call to customer care and now again my online status is showing requested further 7 days is showing in online portal
          I am very surprised, flipkart is doing this type of casual approach and pethatic services to their valuable customers.
          I need my money back & in future, I never to any order to flipkart.

            I have ordered yu yunique 2 phone on 20th of july 2018, it was supposed to be delivered by 24th july 2018. When i asked on the toll-free no they said the product be delivered by 25th july 2018, after that they said 27th july 2018. The complaint handling team gives the fake assurance of product delivery, by saying yes you will receive the product please don't cancel the order.
            When called the delivery person from ekart he disconnected the call and till date his no. Is not reachable. Ekart please hired the hired the people who at least have basic sense and honesty towards the job.
            Still, i have not received any sure mail or message from flipkart.

              This is matter of wrong invoice. August 9, 19 2017, i had purchased a Acer Aspire R11 Pentium Quad Core R3-131T-P9J9/r3-131t-p71c 2 in 1 Laptop (11.6 inch, Light Blue, 1.58 kg) and IMEI number is – NXG0YSI[protected]. On July 10, 2018 I was facing problem in my laptop then i wanted to go to service center but when I check there is mis-match IMEI number and it would not be considered for my laptop warranty. Then July 11, 2018 i have registered a complaint on your call center. my complaint has been registered, where i have received an email [Incident: IN[protected]] with the same wrong invoice.

              I again registered a complaint, lipkart team raised one more incident IN[protected] and mentioned the below comment.

              As they stated above I have sent the product to specified warehouse with the order and retun id but warehouse refused the product even after 5 attempts.

              So daily I am calling flipkart and asking for next steps and resolution.

              Below are the number of incidents have been raised so far for the same complaint but not got resolved since 11th July 2018.

              Daily I am calling and explaining the same issue from the scratch who ever picks the call. At some point of time flipkart customer support is disconnecting my call. I have escalated this issue twice to senior level and had 1 hr long calls and they assured me that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours (on 23th July, 27th July ) but no action taken.
              The resolution date is getting postponed almost on a daily basis since 11th July. Please escalate this issue to top level management and I need to know the action taken care by flipkart since 11th July with respective to this issue. This is very frustrating. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                        I have booked redmi note 5 pro in last week twice in flash sale and both orders are cancelled by flipkart.
                        when i have complaint about this to flipkart they said the order was cancelled by seller side and they can't contact the seller.
                        and status shows that i have cancelled my order.WTF.

                        so how can i trust flipkart if i am getting this type of harassment before purchasing product what i suffer after getting the product they are not ready to deliver right answer to the customer.
                        WHENEVER I CONTACTED THEM THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME THIS ANSWER
                        "SIR, YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED FROM SELLER SIDE. WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING IN IT":)
                        if you don't want to do business then shut down your site and sit at home.
                        - i have experienced this problem last year with amazon and they helped me a lot and also fulfill my order on actual date.
                        i think flipkart have to learn some things from MULTINATIONAL BRANDS that how to treat customer.
                        THIS IS THE REASON WHY MULTINATIONAL BRANDS DO THE MORE BUSINESS COMPARE TO INDIAN COMPANIES.

                              The smart band got dameged within 1 week and service centre refused to replace, saying that it is duplicate. Now it is almost 2 month and didn't get any solution. The team gave me seller's no and they didn't pic my call and didn't reply for my message. I orderd through flipcart not from the seller. I think flipcart is waiting to end the warranty period.

                                I have ordered a smartphone moto e4 plus on 16th july 2018. It delivered on 18th july. I have two issues related this - 1. The item delivered seemed to be an old and 2nd hand product because when i checked the warranty status on moto website (With the help of imei number) it shows warranty up to feb 2019. But it should july 2019 as each smartphone has one year warranty. Why? 2. The product is too much defective having the software issue. Restart automatically after some time o[censored]se. Why?                                         Return request was rejected stating that the"reason for the return request is incorrect". Once again i have sent return request on 29/07/2018 return reference id:[protected].
