I have ordered a 32 gb hp pen drive to gift my cousin but when i open it and check inside there was only a hp pen drive cover nd inside it there was only a old card reader... How can this silly thing happened?? My trust for flipcart now broke as i earlier listen from people it happen in real. I don't now what happed to it. How can be the delievery boy so irresponsible..? I won't the problem to be resolved as early as possible. I hope it will be benefical for ur company.

But it's not processed yet.. what a the reason for that.. if I cancel my order means, in how many days will you refund the amount

        I have place an order on independence day sale they shipped product and when it reached my home town they cancelled it... And do the arrogent behaviour by sukanya the supervisor...I also ask the them that I want to talk to floor manager but the floor manager denied... they are running the fake sale and not delivering the product
        they have wasted my improtant time as on that period many companies like paytm and amazon were also running sale... But I trust this fake company and they are now telling me to reorder a freash order and telling me to pay more then 4000 which I paid earlier... I don't want refund I want same product with compensation for harrasing me by arrogent behaviour and wasting my important time..

          Hi sir,
          Flipkart order number od[protected] was delivered partially to me and even after registering complain same day they have neither return the money to source or given me product. They would have cheated many people in such way please help here.
          Order delivered on 15th july, same day i made call and registered the issues, post that no response and again i called than they said pick will be arranged since than i made 3-4 calls and every time they said some or other issues finally now they are saying it is out of policy so they were waiting for this, and i am also getting calls from there paylater unit, one unit of flipkart does cheating and other one asking money

            I ordered a xiami note pro from flipkart around 10 days back on exchange basis. The guy who came to deliver the phone said his phone is not working so he would not be able to exchange my phone and will come back later in the day. Follow ups with flipkart - was told that they will attempt at getting it delievered again - no body does - now the order has been cancelled and i am being asked to buy the same product at a higher price of rs 15000 - these guys are crooks and frauds of the first order - my refund has also not been processed - have to wait for 10 days for that

              I have ordered a honor 9n mobile throw flipkart. Than i got an empty parcel throw the delivery than i call flipkart customer care but they dont care about my problem and dont solve my issue. It cost me 13999 rs.                   Subject:- flipkart not delivered my order. Cancelled the order without any notification.

                  I placed a cellphone (Order id od[protected] on 11/08/2018. My order shipped on 12/08/18. On 13/08/18 courier guys called me, i asked him to collect the order till 6pm or next day. But after sometime i got a msg from ekatr as :- (Msg received :-failed delivery (Verification failed): moto g6 play (Indigo b... With tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com cannot be delivered as corresponding pickup item was rejected. Contact flipkart.com cs for further assistance. Click to give feedback: http://ekrt.in/g~u4wLuuuN).

                  The order has been cancelled by flipkart without any notification. Same day i contact to flipkart customer care executive regarding the same issue. Executive asked me that we have raised a complain to reattempt the order and will be delivered with next working days. Then i received the msg (Delivery update: your order [mobile] with tracking id fmpp[protected] will be delivered by a courier executive. Please dial [protected] and use the pin 123 when prompted to speak with the courier executive. Please note, these details are valid only for today.) i tried many times to connect to thr courier executive but not able to connect.

                  Again i called to customer care in evening of 13.08.18. Hain i got the same answer that your order was not cancelled, your order will be received within 2 working days.

                  Again i called on 14.08.18 to flipkart customer care executive to confirm tha status of my order. Again i got the same answer that your reattempt request is in process. He said that as per rules we tried 3 times for reattempt even as per your time availability. Your order will be placed to you within next 2 working days surely.

                  But today i got the mail that your refund successfully processed on 15.08.18 at 2:47am. Hain i called to customer care to know why my order was cancelled. I asked him that i don't want refund as i was saying for last 2-3 days. He didn't have the answer of my question because flipkart not tried for reattempt for not a single time. Now they cancelled my order without any notification.

                  So please help me to get my existing order at any cost. I don't want my refund from flipkart.

                    I had ordered an redmi note 5 pro on 13th aug through flipkart and it's an fassured product which is showing it will only delivered by 28th and when i try to track my order through flipkart its showing seller yet to confirm i want to know the status of my product and wish for an early delivery please do the needful

                    This Seller is fraud. I'm facing the same issue. Lot of complaints regarding the Seller. The item is shipped from Chennai and I'm in chennai. They are showing 15 days for delivery and item is shown as shipped. But unable to track. I think it is a Financial Scam by Flipkart to generate cash flow. They take orders, but wont deliver and give refund later. So they can hold huge cash for abt a month.
                    I order Redmi note 5 pro yesterday i.e on[protected] but still it showing seller is process Ur order i think its very slow

                      By mistake i have uninstalled the flipkart app from my phone and the mobile number which is linked with the flipkart account is now no more in use. So i am unable to log into my flipkart account. I did plethora of calls to all the customer care number of flipkart but not even once anyone answered. Each and every time i called it was like "sorry all our executives are busy". I mailed to flipkart but still no response is there. Hope now my problem gets solved and i would suggest kindly pay attention towards customer satisfaction and there queries.

                        Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is bigger as there is no space to keep the product inside her house so she wants an exchange with another size. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller does not have an exchange policy for this product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                          I have ordered pegion prussure cooker on 10th of august. It is said that it will be delivered by 12th august 2018 but it was delayed for 2 days because of some personal problems of the delivering staff. On 14th august he ranged and said he is in our near location. I went there within 2 minutes from his call but he went without delivering the product.. I waited for 48 hours for the product from the delivering date and the staff cant even wait for 2 minutes.. Whats the meaning of this type of home delevery???

                            I ordered redmi note 5 pro mobile from flipkart which was delivered to me on 28 july. I raised a complaint regarding the defective product on 4 august. On 8 august, a guy whom you refer to as "whismaster" came to me for the replacement, prior to this a technician visit was scheduled by flipkart agent which was automatically cancelled. The whismaster who came to me didn't replace my mobile stating that there is a dead pixel on the screen. Showing me a white screen. "which means the phone was defective on the first place". Soon after i called flipkart customer support they advised me to cancel this request, so i told them to cancel. Then they have asked me to again raise the complain for replacement after 48 hrs, that is today, in the very morning i called flipkart customer care in which they have told me that they had raised a complaint to the technical team and they will get back to me within 14 august that means again 4 days i have to wait, i want to ask flipkart this is support you are giving to the consumer, by selling faulty mobile and take to much time to replace it
                            Today is 14 they never get back to me even again raised my complaint for same, now they are telling they will get back to me on and before 18 august. I suggest all the buyers of flipkart don't buy any products from this company they have terrible customers support, they always believed in raising complaint but god know when they will resolve those.

                              I ordered redmi note 5 pro mobile on flipkart due to exchange-offer with my old mobile. However at the time of delivery the delivery boy said that my battery is faulty without even diagnosing the device. I myself repeatedly diagnosed my phone by using flipkart app and every single time it passed every single diagnose tests. The delivery boy called his superior in front of me and his superior refused to exchange my phone without even seeing my phone. I understand the fact that there was work load on the delivery staff due to independence day sale but this sort of harassment done on customers without giving legitimate explanation and reason just and effort to save time is really very disappointing.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered whirlpool fridge through flip kart and the delivery date was today 14th august 2018. There was an offer on this fridge where the old fridge would be exchanged and an exchange amount of 3000 was given.
                                I had mentioned that the delivery time should be between 4pm to 8pm but the delivery person started calling from 1pm and we requested him to come within the time provided. Later the delivery person told that he would deliver it on wednesday that is on 16th aug but we told that it would be very late. So he came around 5pm to delivery. When the delivery person came to deliver the product and inspected the old product he rejected it. The old product is 10 years old how can you expect it to be brand new. Why have you not checked earlier and then rejected. You guys have just wasted our time. Can you please look at the product photos and then let us know what is wrong. How can your resolve such issues. This was one of the most annoying incidents

                                When an old product is exchanged you can’t expect the product to look like a brand new one. Why do these websites come up with such offers and disappoint the customers at the last moment. Or they could have kept the fridge charge the extra amount and gone instead.

                                  Hello, i had purchased the laptop on[protected] with order id od[protected] having warranty of 1 year, but now a days, i see

                                  Issue with my laptop and after communicating with hp customer team, they infirmed that laptop warranty is already expired 8 month

                                  Back. (Feb-2018 as per the imei/sr. No of laptop). Also in the invoice bill, wrong imei/sr. No as [protected] updated by flipkart which

                                  Means the laptop that i purchared is the duplicate product or flipkart provid the expired product by cheating with customer.

                                  However after discussion with flipkart customer support team 3 days back, they infirmed that seller is ready to take the product

                                  Return and but now after 3 days, no one came to me to take the product return and calling to cutsomer support team is really pathetic

                                  As it is always unreachable. Please resolve my issue asap.

                                    Flipkart provided me a defective product( Surya A8 induction cooker), when I tried to call customer care they denied refund for this item, which I paid in cash( Rs 1040); on 14th August 2018. I bought it online on cash on delivery basis, on 14th August 2018. Order no. OD[protected].The customer care executive was not supportive at all. Moreover they display something else and provides value something else.

                                      Hello sir
                                      A replacement request has placed on[protected] against flipkart order no od[protected] on the basis of manufacturing defect of back panel and screen nonfunctioning. But the request has been cancelled automatically without any concern of the flipkart technical team nor seller executives. I do not find any cordiality from flipkart on behalf of this issue. I have paid the justified amount of the product and getting a defective piece. Since this is an e-commerce platform, flipkart is taking the advantages of selling defective or used products which is against the law. So kindly look into my issue and i am hoping your positive response. Thank you.

                                      We had interacted with the customer as per customers complaint, replacement approved, hence closing the case.

                                        I have buy a mobile phone redmi note5 pro through exchange my old oppo f1s device, but during delivery time flipkart delivery agent regected my exchange. reason only a minor scratch on side of mobile body. this is cheating by flipkart.
