I have disconnected Hathway broadband a/c in may-22 and they have collected their router and modem. Hathway is now spam calling me multiple times each day to renew the connection. I have blocked some numbers but they call from a new number everyday. Also they send multiple spam messages everyday.

    I was using hathway connection but I had to change my location, I paid the relocation amount to hathway, after moving to new location I got to know that hathway connection is not available here. It's been 6 months, I still haven't received my refund, I get unlimeted calls which is affecting my mental health, I requested to deactivate the account, they took the modem but still I get the same calls.

      We have a year long wifi pack with unlimited data and suddenly now we face issues like wifi slowing down as much as 1kb/s and they say it is because there is a limit on an unlimited data plan.
      This is plain robbery and the customer is just being meant to harassed to get more money out of them

        I no longer need Hathway Broadband subscription since I have shifted to new place. Despite of telling the company callers multiple times I'm still receiving daily five to six calls from them and it is too frustrating. Stop all the calls on [protected] with Hathway A/c No. - [protected].

            It's been over 20 days since request for connection shifting was made and when last called in customer care came to know to request is already closed and they mentioned the address and n both provided are wrong.

            I mean are you guys nuts? Your service representatives font have brains? They are saying to visit nearest gtpl center I mean for what, if you can't provide service just say no why waste time.

            I mailed the issue and was asked for address and it's over 10 days even on that, I mean haven't met any company providing such stupid service. Nobody bothers to call yo update of situation, they stupid can't even provide a message for service or complaint, what the hell guys, stop thugging people.

                Harassment by calling multiple times a day

                Hathway calls me more than 10 times a day even though I asked them not to do so. I've tried calling their customer service many times to ask them and activate the do not disturb service(if they have) but there is literally no way to reach them.                 Frequent calls from Hathway after disconnection

                I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of Delhi. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily all the time i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines, i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting...

                I am holding Hathway Account Number: [protected] and requested to terminate the service for the given account number on 2021. Reason: Permanently moved to Chittorgarh Rajasthan. Every day I am getting call from hathway. I am totally fedup. last month someone call me and told that if you will not submit the bill he will complain because I am having router too(well I don't have that) I submitted routers amount last month but that is added in my account and still I am getting call.

                  My name is thogaru venkataraju, s/o: thogaru venkanna i applied for hathway cable & datacom ltd for broadband fiber internet connection thruogh sales man nehru ([protected]) on date:[protected]. Salesman nehru promised me hathway cable & datacom ltd would give installation in 24 hours after payment done believing it i paid rs.1859/-through the link sent by him and from two days i quit my job and waited for internet connection installation. I have lost rs.6000 due to hathway cable & datacom ltd delay in instalation of service as promised and i want hathway cable & datacom ltd to give me rs.6000 for my time, the internet connection, not given and not responding anymore i have attached screen shots of receipt & service requests in this mail.

                      Hello,
                      This complaint is regarding hathway broadband company, Am hathway user since 2-3 years. My hathway account number is [protected], I had raise a issue/query that I have to relocate from my current position to new one. I had pay the relocating charges/fees '300' Rs on 13th of June 2022. They said we will resolve it in 3-4 business days maximum. on 16th June I call the customer support and report it again with a complaint & the person said in 24-48 hours it will resolve. on Mid 17th June I had to re-call the customer care and said it I will pass down the issue and update you soon. After a few hours around 4 PM on 17th June technician person came and fixed the router and said the internet will available after 1-hour max. After 2 hours there's no sign on internet, I had to re-call the support desk and person said it will be provided by 17th End of the day which is 7:30 PM (She stated time as well). Today is 20th June 2022 still my internet is not there, No technician came, Support desk is not picking up my call.

                            I have a GTPL broadband connection. There is stiff between GTPL and local cable operator. They shut down DP and my broadband is down. When we complain they call it technical problem
                            My internet is down since 10 days and there is no proper response from GTPL members.

                            Please get my issue solved & incase there is infrastructure problem, please help me in getting refund on proforma basis

                              Due to city movement, I have left Hathwy Internet connection plan. I have informed the same to Hathway customer care many times but Hathway system didn't care that information. and I have getting every day multiple calls and feeling helpless to stop these calls.

                              Not sure if our Country have any option to stop such harasment. Trying this complain option to see if its works. Please help.

                                  I have taken hathway broadband on 25th january 2014. Recently I shifted to a new place for which I have raised a relocation request[protected]B161328 . After following multiple times I came to know that it can't be relocated to my new address. So as per the subscription plan process refund amount of 3370.
                                  Hereby I attached the receipt and other documents which I got while taking a new connection.

                                  So its a request to initiate a refund process.
