I have disconnected my Hathway connection 5 years back, I have now moved out of the city and I still receive their marketing messages and calls every alternate day.

I have taken hathway broadband service since last 2months and facing the issue of internet disconnection multiple times during the day. Internet is not available for various time durations almost everyday. It is very frustrating as it affects work and other things foe which you need internet. Need immediate resolution

I request for dth recharge to the local hathway partner and they said recharge done.after some time when i checke it was not working and asked them why.they said your dth box is old and it will not support so i will change it.i told it to change it asap or give that recharge amount back to me but they did't pickup my call and no response from them more than 6days.i suffered lot and try to call them more than 50 times but they did not attend my call.

I have complained about the new router or router being replaced. Because there was a fault in the router during the rain. They said that you will have to buy a new router or get this router repaired. But this router was given by GTPL. So they will do it. And also complained about the internet not working. But that engineer has resolved my internet complaint. How I didn't give him OTP for closing. Also, I was discussing my complaint related to customer care. But they suddenly disconnect my call. Now, what should I do?

On July 22nd 2021, a person from hathway broadband called me and asked me to recharge my internet where I was not in Hyderabad during that time, I went to my hometown. The person literally blackmailed me that she will share the legal notice of 4000/- as I kept their modem with me and asked me to recharge on the spot to remove that penalty. I said I will recharge next day because I wasn't sure I have money, and then she blackmailed and harrased me to recharge on that spot. There are many more levels to this and this is the shortest I could tell, I have recordings of that call.

I am not using hathway account from past 3 years . They always call me to renew my account from last 3 years even after I told them I can't renew my broadband service but they dont understand the simple language. Please unregister my number from any kind of service from hathway. If I got any call then i have to take strict action for disturbing me.

My broadband speed of Hathway is 100mbps but the speed I'm getting is of only 22-23mbps even it takes more than an hour just to download a file of 64mb . For this I had complained to Hathway consumer care. Firstly they don't pick calls, and by chance if they pick they won't provide you a clear solution and all false promises are made. On 11th june i had complained about getting poor speed to which they addressed it and told by evening it will get clear (still the same problem) now it's 12th june today, they had shut my wifi service. And also they haven't cleared my complaint too, so if I call because my previous complaint is not clear the call doesn't get transfered to the agent.

Pathetic after sales service. They are basically a fraudsters who just robe the money of customes by giving false promises

I have been a customer to Hathway with account no: [protected] and disconnect and submitted the device.

I have receiving calls and messages everyday since then. I have complained to their customer care at [protected]@hathway.net and activated Do Not Disturb.

Still they don’t have any respect and responsibility to legalities and seems they are not fit to operate business, as they cannot even control their marketing lists and I have been receiving calls and messages continuously.

I had terminated my broadband connection in 2020 while I lived in Gangtok, Sikkim. It has been 2 years and I keep getting calls from their customer care every second day.

For the last 4 years, Hathway telemarketers are calling and harassing in the name of new offers. I have asked to not call multiple times but no one bothers to register my complaint and remove my number from their phone number list.

I used hathway broadband connection for a year in Bangalore. Now I shifted home and don't need the connection anymore. I reported the same to the the hathway customer care multiple times. It's been a month I didn't recharge the account. Everyday I'm receiving more than 10 calls from different numbers asking to recharge the account. Due to their repetitive calls, I'm keeping the mobile in silent mode all the time and missing some important...

I have been facing internet issue and for some reason, the internet stops working past 12:30 and does not work until morning 6-7. Even though my internet plan is unlimited and already(pre) paid brodband plan.

Disconnet my hathway broadband around 3 year ago but still they torture me by calling everyday for taking connection again, i already told them i dont want connection but they didnt stop and called everyday. it become torture for me.

Hathway has been calling me atleat 10 times a day begging me to renew the account which is already being terminated. this is ignorance of work of the highest order. i have also given a police complaint but there is no action as you know how the police work. this is the strength hathway. these are the people sucking the blood out of people. this must stop. the company must be wound up and all the employees must leave if they cant do good to the society.

I have disconnected my connection due to relocation and the hathway people called me to return the modem stating that i will get my deposit back as it was disconnected. But I have not received my refund yet. Now they saying there is conditions etc, . Which was not said to me from salesperson by the time connection was taken, also I have not signed any terms for this. While returning my device I was told that my deposit amount will be refunded...

We are getting error as E61 as no signal. Local cable operator no response. Please tell me how t resolve it.

I am taken the wifi connection from Hathway. After that every day I am facing the network issue. No wifi is working. I am raising the complaints to customer care and the executive as well who installed the wifi. But nothing happened. every day I get the same reply will work. We are doing work from home so bcz of wifi issue we all are facing issue while working. It create the fear of job loose as well. Through this we are facing the mentally disturbed as well.

I took Hathway broadband service in Mumbai for one month for which I made payment on 5th May 2022. Services were to be started from 15th May. This was confirmed by Hathway employee- Sonali Rane. I started receiving message from Hathway that my services is getting expired on 4th June, I contacted Sonali Rane but Jyoti replied to the call. She said that they will get the issue sorted and kept me waiting for the mean period. I contacted them everyday and they replied it will be done. On 4th June Jyotii said that they could not be done. I also contact Purshotam Barkunta for the same but no service was provided.

please a legal action in my problem is fast

It has been more than a month since I have been following up for the refund request from Hathway payment made towards broadband ac [protected]

I was told that my Hathway a/c extension to Oct 14th 2022 cannot reflect in my login online (still shows 14th Jul 2022) and hence I requested for a refund on 2nd May 2022. Am repenting to have chosen to do an early payment in such a system which has an immature way of handling early payments - neither the account reflects the correct expiration date after early payment nor the refund requests are resolved on time.

I was first told 15 working days for a refund on 2nd May over call and then received a mail on 21st May stated 5 working days. I haven't received the refund till date. I have never heard this long time required for any of my refunds with any organisation that too for a digital wallet like Amazon Pay. Even the banks with traditional processes take 7 working days and close the case promptly.
