Refund of unsuccessful transaction

I was doing a payment through through eazypay portal on 6th March to pay my exam fee. The upi transaction was successful in paytm but it was not processed in the eazypay portal. I mailed to them but did not get any satisfactory response . Later on 12th march they said the had transferred the money to a bank account . But i asked for the refund already paid the exam fee before that. Now i want refund of my money as soon as possible ....

ICICI Mine Savings Account Scam

I have created an ICICI MINE Savings Account 4 Days ago but still I don't get my account number and all the details of my account. Cancelation of expression debit card

I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs.588.82 including taxes. The message they sent were unclear. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw amount from my account. Expression debit card cancelling request options are also unavailable.
I don't need expression debit card as i already have my basic debit card.
Please help me getting my amount back....

IMPS Payment stuck

I transferred Rs 10, 000.00 through IMPS on 2nd April at 10:41 AM from ICICI A/C to SBI bank A/C.

Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

But I got a message that said

"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.10, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 02-April-22....

My statement has arrived but till now the rewards point is not credited on Amazon Pay, I have received the message that hold for commercial use but I do this for personal use, now so much offer has come so what can i do. Spam mail offers after unsubscribing.

Address:ICICIDIRECT

I have written multiple mails to the service provider to stop sending spam offers, which otherwise have already been unsubscribed but ICICIdirect still keeps sending me tons of mail on a daily basis. Unfortunately even after tagging it spam, it still fills my inbox....

Hidden and fraud charges

ICICI Corporate VISA e-Gift card

I had received a ICICI Corporate VISA e-Gift card from my company. I tried to use it at a merchant and the card declined. I tried calling the Customer Care for help several times but not help. Any immediate help will be appreciated. Very Disappointed with ICICI Customer Service....

Delay payment

I transferred 1.5 lacs to another account on 1.4.22 but the amount is not credited and a message received that it is timed out and beneficiary bank will update in 3 working days. what is IMPS? if amount not credited then it should be reversed immediately. there is an emergency...

Resetting password

Resetting forgot password is extremely inconvenient to the customers. Always it says "session expired". Very bitter experience....

Extra Amount deducted for using credit card

I used my credit card for purchase at a store, total due amount paid to ICICICREDIT is Rs 517.5 with transaction id [protected] on 1st april 2022. But at the same day of transaction some extra amount got deducted which am unaware of because i have not done any purchase to CASHFREE PAYMENTS INDIA PVT LTD from my account on Apr 01, 2022 at 10:42 hours. IWish money not credited

I had closed my ICICI iWish yesterday, 31 March 2022. It has been more than 24 hours by now and I have not got the money credited to my account yet. Couldn't get enough support from customer care. Everyday one or the other customer care person used to call twice asking if I need loan/ credit card/ offers but when I try to reach customer care for my concern, I am only allowed to speak to an automated voice assistant which is totally incapable...

I haven't applied for any expressions debit card but I got a mail today stating that my request for expressions debit card has been registered and within 12 hours a certain fee will be deducted.

ICICI multi wallet card expired and unable to get a new card

My ICICI multi wallet card expired on February 2022. I need to get a new card and transfer my balance amount on expired card to new card

I contacted customer care number, but it is asking me to enter my card number and saying the entered card number is invalid.

I am unable to contact anyone in ICICI. Please help on getting a new card and transfer my balance to new card...

DMC DP amount deducted

Address:Varanasi

Amount of Rs 826 was deducted from my ICICI savings account as DMC DP charges till Feb 22.
I've never used this ICICI Demat account, also at the time of account opening I was told that this account will be free of any charges....
