My Self Mohamed Javed, On 19 Apr 2022, I got selected for pre-approved Credit card from ICICI Bank with Credit limit of Rs.3L and No joining fees & No annual fees criteria.

I accepted the credit card offer from icici bank. Then I Applied a Coral (VISA) Credit Card with the above mentioned criteria. And I Double Checked with the ICICI Bank Credit Card Customer Care. And they confirmed the above criteria. Then I procced further for Online KYC with ICICI Bank. After few days later I got text message from ICICI Bank. Which is "Congratulations! Welcome to ICICI Bank Credit Card. Your Application has been Approved and your new card will be delivered in 7 Working days".

Few days Later, I received User ID(Net Banking) login details from ICICI Bank. Then I registered Online Banking. In Net Banking I saw my Coral Credit Card Details with the Credit limit of Rs.20000 mentioned in it. Initially I thought "this credit limit might be change after I receive the physical card".

2days later on 26 Apr 2022, I got my speed courier. I have received ICICI Bank 'Platinum Credit Card' with limit of Rs.20000 and My Name is in card was in incorrect. Then I again check with my credit card details in ICICI net banking. It Shows the Coral Credit Card with same Card No and CVV No. And aslo same credit limit Rs.20000.

Then I try to report this issue to ICICI credit card customer care. They are not responding properly. And they are simply saying "Sir, Use this Card for 6month then you request to upgrade to the Coral Card with limit of Rs.3L."
Then they Hang out my Call and then are started Ignoring my calls.

Next day I went to the nearest ICICI Bank. Then I explained everything to them. They simply said "Sir, We can't do anything about it. You need to make a call to the ICICI Credit card customer care. They only can help you regarding this issue. sir."

Then I tried to connect with ICICI Credit card 24/7 support from ICICI IMobile App. Then again I explain this situation to the customer care. They Simply replied "Sir, Sorry for that inconvenient. in our system your card is showing as New Platinum Credit card with credit limit Rs.20000 with the same Card name correction".

Shockingly, And they also said this "Sir, This is the kind of trick which is used by the credit card applying Section to make customers to buy an credit card from ICICI Bank. Regarding your credit card. Sir use this card for at least 6month. Then only you can rise the request to change the card and Credit limit.".

Now I'm not getting any response from anyone regarding my credit card replacement from ICICI Bank. Kindly Help me on my Situation.

Hello there,

I need a clarification against my Credit card. When I applied for credit card from ICICI bank. They clearly mentioned the terms. This card has 'No joining fees' and 'Annual fees'. With the credit limit of 3L.

Now, recently I have received my credit card statement. In that statement it has included Rs.500+GST(Rs.90) total Rs.590 as a joining fee.

What is happening here...? I have already made a complaint against my Credit card limit. Still there is no reply from anyone. I haven't receive my credit limit as 3L, Not yet. Now I'm getting joining fee for no joining fee credit card.

What is really happening. ! Is that ICICI Bank doing this kind of scam for everyone.
Getting People into Trap. Making fraudulent money from innocent people.

I need a Clarification from your side. I Need a Solution for this problem.

    I applied for Amazon Pay ICICI credit card. They did the video KYC and rejected it. Didn't bother to explain why.

    After 6 months, they said I'm eligible again. So i went to apply but the previous form was still sicking there.

    I contacted customer support and they asked me to confirm that i want to cancel the application. It's a joke to ask permission to cancel a rejected application. Anyways, I said yes. Then they said it'll take 7 days. I said ok. After a month, the application is still there. So i contacted them again, and they stated all over again and asked me permission to cancel. I said yes.

    Since then, from 3 months, they are repeating this process. They reply after 1 week with the same exact permission messages.

    They don't even know what is going on they just have one saved message and they send it everytime someone contacts them. I'm tired, and i have raised a complaint with consumer forum

      Three days ago my account showed a deduction of 1899/- for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. as this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap. I will put this matter in consumer forum.

            My account got debited with three transaction in a single day through auto-debit from ICICI Bank, for ECSRTNCHG charges.. Rs. 554, Rs. 580, Rs. 590/_
            Approx. 1500/_ rs. In a day has been debited without any intimation, neither sms nor any email notifications from the bank.

            I want to know why and for what these charges has been debited from my account in a single day. And get it resolved ASAP.

              Myself Ankit singh negi, I have been with icici bank since 2018. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 30 March 2022. DP CHGS TILL MAR-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                            Hi, I was just checking nu account and to mh surprise I found some 826 rupees just deducted.
                            I don't even use the demat account.
                            Please, I request you to reverse the moneyDm charges asap. This js not done. Its not binding on me to pay any amount for something which i do not use.

                              You people deducted my amount it was 6300rs I really feel like crying aloud I don't know where I can go to complain about this for justice I am typing this full of tears in my eyes. I was saving money for my kid's surgery even Insurance was not helpful as he has health issues by birth. money got deducted 10 590 few times and 570 and so on total 6300 rs deducted as soon as my salary was credited and I still need money for surgery and I was trying so hard as it is already late for him and this deduction has made me mad I never cried but was really helpless in my kids situation and you people deducted everything.

                              I contacted your customer support to remove this ECH NACH Mandate they said they cant I have to login and do that.

                              I logged in as it is evening time site refused and it wanted me to do in business hours.

                              Next day I submitted ECH NACH Mandate/ cancellation from customer service service request .

                              At that time it said submitted now it dosent show anything as service request so I dont have evidence here to prove my self

                              I was going down and down dont know where I can get help from.

                              I really really hate your service ICICI bank I am ashamed of having savings account with you

                                I am Senthilkumar, Rs. 377.26 has been deducted from my account as Dp charges DP chgs till Mar-22 DP charges on 28 Apr '22.

                                I do not remember activating and using Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my registered mobile. I need my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected].

                                Also, I have updated my registered mobile number through the facilities available in ATM. However, same is not reflecting on IVR, it is saying that I have to call from my registered mobile. Hence I am unable to reach out to customer care.

                                  Payment of my Amazon Pay ICICI credit card due amount 2.22Lakh (for April month) was made on 03-Apr (due date :: 06-Apr)
                                  Out of this, an amount of 1.82L was credited to my card on the same date (03-Apr), where as 40k was credited into my card on 11th, 12th Apr which is after the due date. However the payment was successful from the bank side (HDFC savings account) for the entire amount of 2.22L & the same has been confirmed by my HDFC relationship manager.

                                  I was following up with credit card customer care on the missing amount (40k) from 4th April & raised several complaints. After multiple calls & several follow-ups, the issue has been closed on 12th when the amount got credited, with a promise from escalation department saying an interest would not be charged on this amount.

                                  But to my surprise, when the statement for May has been generated an interest amount of 9770 + GST (11.5k in total) has been charged on my credit card. This was observed on 22-Apr & I have been following up with credit card customer care & shared the transaction related details from my end, such as iMobile Pay transaction IDs, savings account statement on customer.[protected]@icicibank.com.
                                  During this one week of time, not one time I got a call back from escalation team to review these documents.

                                  As the payment was completed from my end & 80% of the same has been credited on the same day, it is clear that the issue with the delay is from the bank side. So I have been requesting for a waive off on the interest charged on the credit card.
                                  But the only revert backs that I'm getting from ICICI are from people explaining how and why an interest will be charged on a credit card.
                                  They are not taking time to review & tally the documents shared for these payments.

                                  I have visited the nearest ICICI Bank Lanco Hills branch & after tallying the documents provided, they agreed that this is clearly a technical issue & a refund would be issued. But they are helpless to do anything as the entire credit card grievances are only being handled by Customer Care service.

                                  I was planning to open a savings account in ICICI before all this, but all this has created a very bad impression about ICICI bank now.
                                  Requesting ICICI team to review this request & assign someone to look into this issue at the earliest. Thanks.

                                      Removal of lien from my amount

                                      ICICI bank manager not responding and talking in bad manner.
                                      They had kept my 91155 rs in lean mode. I had submitted the court order still they are not releasing my amount.

                                      In fraud I lost my money then i filed case . My case no is cir no is 240.

                                      Now court had given order to release money. Still icici not releasing it.

                                      It really bad please help me.

                                      I can see amount of Rs 826 debited as Dmc dp charges Till March 22
                                      But I do not have any demat account. And this annual maintenance was not taken any time before . Why is this amount debited now ?
