I am using icici bank credit card, my credit card payment due date was 29 march, i have paid all my dues on 29th march, after making payment, bank has initiated auto debit they have charged auto debit return fee on that basis, The first time i have complained about this, the customer care executive said that the charges will be removed, but charges not removed, i have called few times, every time they have said we will remove charges, after 20days they said this charges are legit and cannot be removed. This bank is fraudulent, this same modus operandi they apply every time, for few days they will tell you we will remove charges and after few days they says the charges are legit. To avoid further charges I already paid the amount, but I want my hard earned money back.
