I have a salary account with ICICI and they are charging DMC DP charges without her knowledge, there has never been activation on her end. how can they charge without customer permission. no deduction notification on mobile. We need complete refund charges deducted from the account till date.

Since morning customer care executive are saying we are transferring the call to demat department even though I called to demat through IVR steps and after that its never answered again... It's very very frustrating.

I'm not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with ICICI bank. This is completely unacceptable and please refund the amount

    Yesterday I have 595 rupees in my account suddenly it the amount got debited without any information or a notification as DMC HGS as of Mar 22
    I didn't used the Demat account and already told that I didn't need it 4 months back and initiated the discontinue process of Demat account I was In a hotel when I'm. Trying to do the phone pay transaction suddenly it showed insufficient funds balance is 0 I want my money back you ### ICICI what I have to do when there is an urgent and immediate requirement of money you have looted my money without any info I want my money back

      I have been with icici bank since 2014. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. I am not using any dmat account and if there is debit from account I should be notified for the same.
      This is absolute cheating and strict actions will be taken against the same.

        222.79 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till MAR 22.

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        When i was createing the salary account icici agent was told you will get free of cost demat account. They was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.           Amount debited for DP CHGS charges

          Without any information and my fake information that there won't be any charges now you are devoted amounts from out account. Today on the name of DP CHGS 619 rs you debited. What is this seriously
          I want my money back in the account or else I will close icici bank account. No proper service and no ntg always ready for debiting amount only.

          I need money back ... hope you will do the same for futher good communication...

          I have only saving account with ICICI bank. i have tag bank account to the Trading account ( Zerodha ), I dont have any trading account with ICICI..

          Why this DMC Dp charges Rs826 are deducting from the bank account xxxx376 without my knowledge.

            Have a sapphiro credit card

            however my payment was due on 5th april 2022, but unfortunately i was admitted in hospital due to covid19
            (can share the reports and hospital bills if required) and i kept trying making the payment for my card, but the payment got failed several times via icici net banking, i used to get message like due to security reasons the payment is stopped, and the payment got posted to my account only on 11th april

            i told the phone banking officer to waive the charges for interest and late fees as me being a customer in good standing, and i have never missed any credit card payment from the last 12 years,
            only on humanitarian grounds i told them, please waive the interest and late fees levied, but the phone banking officer talked up very rudely and told what we can do in this
            i told payment was delayed also from icici banks end as it was getting failed via net banking, but the phone banking officer told me, you can cancel the card if you dont need
            this is not something i was expecting being a customer of icici and its various products like prudential, in case you can do the needful to waive the same, that would be really helpful sir

            also when i tried raising the request by submitting the complaint form, you can see that level 1 request was closed when i tried raising request at level 2 by submitting the form to mr phani kumar thota, the system does not allow me, it says account number and service request are not matching
            in the screenshot you can see the same
            similarly i tried explaining the phone banking officers that payment was getting failed by icici net banking
            i did not have any upi service linked to my account as you can see, there is no upi mapped to my account other wise i would have made payment via upi
            i give you full permission to access my phone recordings with the phone banking officers made during 5th to 16th april as i want a resolution for the same
            the phone banking officer would say they are transferring the call to their senior colleague and they used to transfer the call to ivr, which was way too pathetic, i thought this might be due to system glitch, but i happended not once but 5 times

            can share you transaction failed screenshots messages from icici bank which i received while making payment, request you to please waive the interest and the charges levied as a one time relaxation to my account, as am a icici customer since past 12 years, i also use its other services like prudential, mutual funds, and insurance as well and i am also very much satisfied with all your services till date, except for the ones which am mentioning in here
            every bank waives credit card charges never expected this from icici bank thatt they never care for their old customers

                It was communicated to me that Dmat Account is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                    Myself Monika Niwadunge, I have been with icici bank since 201.7 This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 27 April 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL MAR-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                      I am Ashish Kumar A ICICI bank account holder, For the last 4 months, I am looking to avail a rural home loan from ICICI bank to reconstruct my old parental house.

                      Regarding this, I have written numerous emails to the ICICI customer support executives, My Relationship Manager. However, I have received the same response all the time "it is not possible for ICICI bank to avail a home loan for me because my residential place comes under gram panchayat and they do not process home loans for people who are living under gram panchayat"

                      I am pretty surprised to know that one of the biggest private banks in our country has followed such a discriminatory credit policy toward the Rural section.

                      This is a big concern in itself and if this is true I would like to highlight this with the consumer forum.

                          I am using icici bank credit card, my credit card payment due date was 29 march, i have paid all my dues on 29th march, after making payment, bank has initiated auto debit they have charged auto debit return fee on that basis, The first time i have complained about this, the customer care executive said that the charges will be removed, but charges not removed, i have called few times, every time they have said we will remove charges, after 20days they said this charges are legit and cannot be removed. This bank is fraudulent, this same modus operandi they apply every time, for few days they will tell you we will remove charges and after few days they says the charges are legit. To avoid further charges I already paid the amount, but I want my hard earned money back.

                            Hi Team,

                            My self Harpal, i lost my credit card, I-PHONE and Laptop Stolen from my resident (Uttam Nagar ) as theft activity happened on 12/4/22 and on the basis of it FIR registered on same day after 2 hrs and dispute card transaction raised with ICICI bank. After some day i got to know they have close the case, stating that all these transaction done via OTP, I dont understand if my card and phone lost then how can i secure the OTP. Why should i liable for that payment which was done by thieves, your card dont have multi factor authentication due to which customer has to face all these harassment. While Checking with Paytm cyber cell they are unable to find the person who done this all transactions with the given transaction id shared by ICICI bank. Moreover i shared the CCTV footage to the Police and they are investigating this matter at their end. My concern is being a customer why should i be reliable for these transaction as i called customer care on time that i lost all my cards so please block, i understand all these transaction happened 1 hr earlier before my call but
                            being a customer foot try to understand its very difficult for customer to understand how all these happened suddenly you wake up and you dont find your belongings. Also when you call to your bank, bank never entertain if you call from some other number and i know how did i reach to customer care. Its my humble request to look in to this and get this sorted as i will not in position to make this payment

                            All together 11 transaction done in 10 minutes, each transaction of rs 1023 and all money went to Paytm (one97 Communication). I have also raised case with one97 communication too and they are working on their end to investigate it.

                            I got this email from ICICI bank as well which clearly said that they find suspicious transaction happened. Attaching the email image for your reference. Bank is also sure that these are suspicious transaction but at last it put to customer end to pay..This is simply nonsense. it would be good i will close this case and make sure i never go for icici bank again, Being 15 years of experience with them goes waste.

                              When i was trying to pay via icici imobile pay app, it showed transaction unsuccessful, so tried two more time since there was no message of amount deduction and then suddenly the amount was deducted thrice but it was received by beneficiary account

                                I have not subscribed to your demat account services even after constant asking by you. If you have automatically subscribed by yourself please unsubscribe. Because of you taking without any notice the amount of 826 Rupees, my due for RD could not take place. Please send me the money back.
