Regarding unknown deduction

A transaction of 169 has been done from my account named as MSI*AMAZON
I haven't done any transation on AMAZON.
Please help asap....

Dmc dp charges deducted from my account

I'm Harsha. I hold a ICICI savings account and ICICI Direct Demat account. ICICI Direct personnel called me during the time of account creation and made me create a demat account by saying its free of cost and they won't charge anything. But Rs.826 has been silently deducted from my savings account without even a notification saying DMC DP charges.

I am not using my demat account with ICICI and I don't accept these unfair charges....

Account Blocked: not able to contact customer care

Hi, my account got blocked yesterday without any prior intimation and i have not been able to access my account through wither imobile or website since then. I also recieved a mail from icici bank late last night which says my account was blocked due to security reasons and i should send a mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com.

However this email id is unable to recieve any incoming mails which i got notified after trying to...

Dp chgs charges ok

An amount of rs 505.02 is been debited from my. Account on 28 and 28 of March 2022, however no prior intimation or message received when checked on internet it’a shows charges for selling the shares where in I have not sold any of the shares til date. Kindly check the issue and. Get back...

My amount not refund

I am payed 23276.75 rupees Dreamplug Technologies MUMBAI IN transactions failed but amount debit. after 2 days came amount.
9th 23276.75 rupees debit 09/03/2022 [protected] INTERIM CHARGEBACK DEBIT 23, 267.75
I am told many customer cares our not respond please refund my amount...

Refund not processed - ARN - 6936299

Hello, I have emailed/ called many times, but my issue is not resolved yet.
Pepperfry/ Trendsutra said that they have refunded an amount of 11400/- to my account, and the ARN number is 6936299. ICICI bank representatives don't know what this ARN is for, and said that there is no refund in my loan account account, which is now closed as I have already paid the 3 EMIs.

FYI, the consumer loan number is LCFMUM[protected]....

I have taken a loan on ICICI bank under PMAY yojana and last date apply of PMAY Subsidy is 31/03/2022 but ICICI bank not to grant a home loan subsidy because subsidy apply only on 28/02/2022. Timeline of subsidy apply last date is 31/03/2022. Bank refuse to Grant/apply to subsidy.

Not Closing Demat Account

I have submitted the Demat account closure request in the last year 2021 Jan or Feb month(not remember the exact month) in the sharanpur road branch, Nashik.
I asked to share the acknowledgment letter with the bank representative but she denied sharing it.
Now, 826 Rs again got deducted for Demat charges on 25 March 2022.
I visited the branch again (29th March 2022) and they are saying that due to some issue they were...

Ms.Charvi Jain, ICicibank person dealing with Homeloan, at madhuban branch, udaipur, is not providing and generating any sr for interest certificate since last two years. her behaviour is very routely, even branch manager also call her, she did not respond properly, so many times i visit to her and ask for interest certificate, she refuse, she can't provide interest certificate on my home loan.

ICICI Bank upi transaction failed but amount got debited from icici bank account

I tried to recharge my HP Pay wallet with Rs 3500 on 23rd March 2022. I made two attempts, However, both transactions were failed. A total of Rs 7000 was debited from my account.
I have contacted HP Pay customer care. They told me that they have initialized the payback process but still, the said rupees are not credited yet.
Kindly, Help me get back my hard-earned money....

Merchant issue - charges refund

With these Kind of worst service from fiserv they given new machine instead of clearing issue with existing machine quires. Updating account with International mobile number for OTP

I am an ICICI customer for the last 3 years and I moved to the US about 3 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my India mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. It is depressing to see that customers at international locations...

Money debited through imps transaction but not received in beneficiary account

Hi,

On 29th Mar I have done two transactions through imps of 20k and 500 where money is debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. I have paid the charges for that and ICICI is blocking my amount stating some gateway issue and asking 3 days. I have paid the charges and it’s ICICI issue not customer. It’s a harassment to the customer

High ECS RETURN charges

I'm charged heavily again insufficient funds for mutual fund SIP.

ICICI Bank panelized me with Rs 590 against Rs 2000 ECS that is more than 25% panelty fee.

Considering the case where I'm not liable to pay any amount for loan taken from ICICI Bank, I am charged with high amount against mutual fund SIP.

Please help get me my hard earned money back....
