Fraud in gold auction

We applied a gold e-auction of 148.39 grams (22k gold ). It has four bangles each of weight 37 grams . Out of four bangles,
we melted one bangle, its purity found to be 7.914k
actual price of 148.39 grams gold is 5, 93, 600
total money transfered is 6, 11, 408 (with 3% gst).

We are suffering a major loss (approx 4lakh).

Lately my whole family, mark my words "WHOLE FAMILY" has been getting threatening call from a guy who identified himself as "Suresh Sharma" who says he is calling from icici bank. He says someone named "Satish Kaskar" related to us got a loan from your bank in the 2000s and he is asking US to repay.
The calls start everyday from early morning. He first calls my mom who is 80 years of age . then my dad, my sister, wife and everybody in our family, on hanging up the phone he keeps calling continuously from different different numbers.
No one in our family has even have a saving account with you bank let alone taking any loan from icici bank. we have all the recordings of the calls and soon going to lodge a police complaint.
Surprising thing is how illegibly he has acquired mobile numbers of our family members and he targets only ladies and elderly people and says he got the number from person who took loan even though the mobile carriers itself where non existent in 2000s.
ICICI, please stop this harassments of innocent, not related to you by any kind of people. please

And the Harrassment continues.. no resolution
Dear ICICI,
I and not anybody in my home is ICICI customer, still we are receiving these calls from your recovery agents. Sorry but I don't want to share my contact details with you. Your goons stalked and found all of my family's personal mobile numbers for this harassments. Do you really want me to trust you with further contact details? All I can tell you is that the customer they are saying took loan from you in 2000s is "Satish Pandurang Kaskar" and I am sure that's enough information for you to trace all the details in your records. The person who calls says his name is "SURESH SHARMA" calling from "Thane Branch"
Police complaint already lodged. Hope this gets resolved soon

      Incorrect or Fraudulent deduction via CMS/ADTPSLSIPG

      An amount of Rs.4970/- has been deducted from my ICICI account no #[protected] on 18th Dec'21. When I called the customer care they gave me reference that the deduction is against one of my mutual fund portfolio.

      I thoroughly checked my portfolio to double check for any misunderstanding as I do not place SIP deduction during the month..but nothing was there.

      I immediately called customer care and asked them...

      NMMAB charges deducted from my account

      ₹ 28320 deducted from my account in the name of NMMAB- Request reversal.

      Icici deducted ~ 28k from my account without any information in advance either in writing, sms or phone call.

      If I was unable to maintain MAB bank should have notified me through sms( Icici charges ₹29.5), mail( Instead of sending blank Statements on mail they should write about the negative balance) or phone.

      Hi,
      There was a debit transaction worth 5116 INR on my savings account on 14th December 2021 with transaction id ADTPSLSIPG_[protected] . To the best of my knowledge I have not done any SIP for such amount. Kindly address this matter and help me in getting my money back.

          Entire Customer Support facility of ICICI Bank is a mess. They are not aware of processes and they gives misleading responses to customer.

          I have a query to transfer my mutual funds holding from ICICI trading account to HDFC trading account.

          If I connect to Customer Care, one time they will answer saying fill a "Transfer of mutual fund forms"
          Another time they will say we can not do anything connect to HDFC.

          If I write email to ICICI Helpdesk, they one time they will say fill a form for transfer.
          On asking more details they will say check with HDFC.

          Are these guys for real ? Don't they even read previous replies and blindly copy paste the standard responses ?

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I have been following up for the last 6 months to convert my demat account into NRI status (ARN [protected]). My demat account has been kept in suspended state for no reason known to me.

            The only information provided to me

            [From ICICI, September 2, 2021]
            "Your scrutiny and verification of application is complete form our side.

            Your demat account IN[protected] is suspended for debit status. Please clear the debit balance and confirm through mail. Only then your process will be completed and account will be activated."

            When I followed up about this debit balance, I received a communication:

            [From ICICI, Nov 29, 2021]
            "After confirming with the bank team, there is no dues but your demat account is Suspended due to debit balance.

            Because it is suspended neither can we convert the account or close the account."

            I have followed up with all possible options and I still do not know what is this "debit balance" issue that can not be corrected. Why is a customer being penalized for something that he/she does not even know?

            Because of my location, it is not possible for me to visit a branch.

                  Am an icici bank customer. This Monday(13-Dec-2021) 3 transactions(590 + 171.54 + 0.01) emptied my account, transaction text says, ecsrtnchg . I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.

                    I've raised this complaint with ICICI, Airtel numerous times and calls don't get stopped.

                        I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining minimum balance in the account. I have following issues with the charges and request for reversal
                        A/C no.[protected]
                        Jalna branch
                        1) MAB charges of around RS 1772.52(my account got debited by
                        Rs.526.72 on 21/10/2021 and Rs.591.19 on 22/10/2021 and Rs.654.61 on 11/11/2021.) got deducted from my account and no information either in writing or sms or phone call was provided by ICICI bank
                        2) ICICI bank deducts some amount for sms pack to update me for any transactions from the account. However, this information was not shared by any means.All other transaction details are sent by SMS then why not this one.
                        3)No message or email from ICICI bank informing that my account has low balance and could attract penal charges
                        4)This information of MAB of 10000 was also incorrectly shared and nobody told me about maintaining minimum balance of 10000 rupees.then how can I maintain it.
                        5) No where even after logging into my accounts dashboard, no pop-up or message or red signal comes stating my balance is low etc.

                        Today, we are going cashless where real time information sharing is critical. However, with such nature of transaction, it shows spurious and mistrust on part of bank.

                        With this, i request for reversal

                                I had mistakenly Transferred Money from my account to Unknown Person (Want to transfer to my Friends account But mistakenly Transferred to that Unknown Person) On the next day i informed to Arani branch (Icici bank limited Arani., kpk building, No.123/770, gandhi road, Arani Tamilnadu-632301) and ICICI CC(customer Care) as well called up CC and informed that i had a made mistake but CC told me that you have to visit your home Branch and need to give written application.On the next day i have submitted application in home branch with all below details.The Manager replied me that he will send this request to Arani Branch Where that Unknown person hold the account .It's almost FOUR MONTH ( 24 th AUG to still DATE ) is over but i have not received my money, I called and directly visit many times in the bank manager replied me he already forwarded my Compliant to concern branch they have not replied. Need your help...

                                * Note: I would send 23 Aug 10:59 PM Mode of payment from PHONEPE Application .The same updated with home branch but from the banker confirmed this transaction didn't reflect on dated 24/08/2021 of Rs 10000/- in[protected]
