Am an icici bank customer. Today 24/12/2021 ecsrtnchg charged 223 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is yogi.[protected]@gmail.com

      I am Ashu Jain and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of ICICI bank. I had selected ICICI bank as one of bank for KYC verification since I have salary account in this bank for many years. However, my NPS account is frozen with status as "Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank", because it is waiting for approval or rejection from bank head office. Kindly help me in getting my NPS account unfreeze.

        I was placing an order on eazypay through online on 23th december 2021 and had opted for payment via upi.
        I then did the payment through Paytm upi india for which i had used citrus payment gateway.
        I did the transaction via [protected]@paytm and money got debited from my account 2 times but eazypay icici bank did not received the amount. Transaction id [protected]
        So eazypay icici bank cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
        I haven’t been initiated a refund.

            Hello Sir/Madam,

            I have had a savings account with ICICI Bank for 5 years, November 21st 2021 my account got deducted as CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov21+GST without any information or reason

            21/12/2021 CashTxnChgs-Branch-Nov21+GST Rs.814.20

            I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI Bank when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction Rs.814.20 is a huge amount for a deduction

              I am a privileged ICICI bank customer and was recently offered a credit card based on the same. Last four digit of my linked credit card number is 5000 & 6007.

              Being a new credit card customer, I was not aware of my billing cycle and my payment date, due to which I happen to miss and made a delayed payment. Basis which I have been levied heavy charges/GST amount to approx. 3.5k in consecutive 2 months statement. I have settled the entire spent amount on my credit card of my recent statement well before the due date excluding these charges. I did call and inform your customer care regarding the concern that I did not get any notification or SMS regarding my credit card statement due to which my payment got delayed and I will take care of the same in future. Also being a new credit card customer i was not aware of the billing cycle and will take care of now on. Customer care confirmed the waiver of these charges and said that you will get a call to. But unfortunately the same is not waived off and my December statement got generated with again the same charges and interest.

              Why should a customer be penalized so heavily when he/she did not receive any payment notification and why the charges cannot be waived off by the bank as a one time gesture...

              Very bad experience with ICICI credit card ...

              I am highly disappointed with the ICICI Credit card department as they are unable to resolve such petty issue of reversal of charges with no fault of the customer. Now the bank will generate another bill levying more interest, GST on the same charges being carried forward. I have settled all my other expenses on the last 2 statements as well. Why is this so much of a challenge for the bank to give a one time reversal as i received no notification from the bank for my statement or due date. And as stated earlier I am a new customer of ICICI credit card.

              Today I get a call from Soumya from Credit card escalation team, who instead of resolving my concern, is asking me to settle all the due in full so that the charges are not carried forward in the next month statement. She is not providing me any assurance/confirmation on the reversal of my charges which is a very high penalty amounting upto 3400rs.
              This is the first time i get to speak to someone from credit card department but it was it clear my dues not to resolve my complaint.
              I request someone from credit card team to call me & give me a solution to my issue.

                      I have visited the ICICI Bellandur(Bangalore) branch to open a senior citizen savings(Regular) account. Minimum criteria for this account based on bank website is person should be aged 60 years and minimum balance of 4500/- has to be maintained. But for my surprise, the Branch manager not ready to open an account unless 100000/- is deposited and the same amount has to be maintained as minimum balance. They said that branch is for priviledge customers only. Then they redirected to ICICI HSR Layout(Bangalore) branch. Here also same thing happened and they asked for minimum 50000/- to be maintained otherwise not ready to open account.

                      Is this the kind of service you(ICICI Bank) provide to senior citizens. Unless it is a wealthy customers who dump in lakhs of rupees aren't you ready to open an account. Have some morals and respect senior citizens dont behave as money mongers.

                        Iam a ICICI BANK user for past two years, but never happened like this.
                        ICICI has deducted 706 rupees on the name of MAB Charge without any prior intimation and proper reason as per my account, my account is a zero balance account used for salary basis...

                        Unnecessary Surcharge debited mcc-4112

                        My account has been deducted from my ICICI bank savings account. The message is like "surcharge dt:21/12/21 MCC 4112". Why? I had asked to icici bank's representative but he told me that it is surchage of IRCTC but it is not true because IRCTC is not taking any surcharges other than the tickets, all charges already included in the ticket's final price.

                              I have applied for eNPS on 17th of December, 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank.
                              But the KYC verification is still pending at bank and the status iof the account is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC approved by CRA, but pending at Bank""".

                              I've opted for esign registration process instead of couriering the physical copy to CRA.
                              I went to ICICI Bank, but they are not sure about the verification process.
                              I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that ICICI Bank has to approve/reject it.

                              My final option was to raise complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this this time.

                                From last couple of weeks I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                                Also I have dropped mail to "[protected]@icicibank.com" but no response. I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.

                                  In the month of october 603+rs deducted from my account with out my consent. I have attached the snapshot of the same and wrote a mail to icici customer care. But after 2 days i got a reply saying that my emailid not registered with them from which i had sent a query... Hence they can not splve my issue. The email id which i registered they r telling that one m not using and also they r telling secondary email also different.. But m wondering how come i m getting monthly e-statement to the email id which they r telling not registered?!!! I asked the same to them but till now no response...

                                  2nd issue is in the month of december i again, logged into my internet banking and changed my email id and wrote a mail to them asking about my minimum balance but after updating also they r telling the same old story that my email id is not registered..
                                  Hence my issue is not resolved.

                                  They r advertising their whts app service avaialability but no matter how hard u try that no is not available in whts app and no sms reaches to that number... And cc number also not reachable. Such a worst service from icici. Instead of giving such a nasty service its better to close ur bank and go... Its such a horrible experience that from past 1 month i m nt able to reach cc executives and could not solve my issue... Hopeless experience ever i had...
