Company has issued loan against my credit card.
I rejected the loan in written.
Company asking for GST, Processing Fee and other charges, which I feel unethical.
LOAN amount of rs three lakhs only, has been credited in my SAVING ACCOUNT -ICICI[protected], against my AMAZON icici Credit card on interest rate I am not aware about.
There was no request or call from customer end.
No loan paper send to me...

Hi, i request you to please change my two wheeler emi date to 7th of every month as my salary gets credited on 6th or 7th. Now my current due date is 5rd and it will create problem. So i request you to please change the date in which case all the emi will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as i am still waiting for my salaty to credit.

302 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~of-bkn-bflo-02jul22-8fe without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank....

I have closed the ICICI Credit card on 25 Feb 2022. But still, it is Active status in Equifax credit bureau.

Transunion Cibil, Experian and Crif have the correct data but equifax only inaccurate data in the credit report.

I have worked in ICICI bank from march 2018 till december 2018.

I was on medical leave on the last month.it was an approved leave.but then i got an abscounting mail. I went to office and also mailed my resignation letter the manager has not accepted the letter and said that my name is already in the abscounting list. I asked for the relieving letter they said it will come to my address. i never got...

I have not applied for any credit card with ICICI bank. i got a message today saying that there is a due amount on my card for the month of February....

I have been using ICICI credit card since last 7 years and make manual payments at the end of each month before due date

Similarly, I made a payment on 10th Feb and in my CC statement its mentioned auto debit return fee and service charges INR. 584.74 + 105.25. When I enquired about these charges bank said that I have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account.br...

My account got debited with 17 transaction in a single day through auto-debit from ICICI Bank, for ECSRTNCHG charges.. Rs. 554, Rs. 580, Rs. 590/_
Approx. 10000/_ rs. In a day has been debited without any intimation, neither sms nor any email notifications from the bank.

I want to know why and for what these charges has been debited from my account in a single day. And get it resolved ASAP.

I came to know that icici bank has issued a credit card without my consent. And it's impacting my cibil. So I reached out them on their customer care service. Instead of listening my issue the have blocked my no from their customer care number. I spoke to them regarding the same. They are not providing any solution....

I am Vijendra Subhash Gadre I have savng account in icici bank shirur branch.
But no work is done on time in Shirur branch,
cheque or RTGS say any work will be done in 1 hour but they do it at 5, Many times the branch manager does not pick up the phone when asked, he has to go to the bank 4 to 5 times for one job.
