Iam ramyadevi from chennai. I have ordered an travel bag worth rs.2599 in flipkart, through my credit card with the following number "but due to non-availability of stock the order got cancelled and they sent a message as"we will refund your money to your account on nov-01-2017". I want to know whether the amount has been refunded or not.
Kindly update me the status and do the needful....

Icici bank certainly started deducting additional amount of rs.23.60 for each atm transaction without any prior email/sms notifications. It's happened twice in my case. (20/10/17, 21/10/17);

When i make a call to customer care, they were telling me that i was exceeding the 3 atm transactions in a month. But they were not intimating such a message through email/sms before as like citi or sbi banks.

I am in madhya pradesh my emi payment which was successfully paid emi on10th october 2017.. I do not understand why icici bank has deducted 350rs from my icici account on 17th october morning. Am a icici bank customer. Yesterday 17-10-17 ecsrtnchg charged 800 rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is. Dear icici team,
My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

My old debit card was going to expire in september 2017 and it was broken also, so i decided to block that card before it expires.

I applied for a new unifare debit card and a debit transaction of rs 299.00 + 26.91 + 26.91 with title 'unifare mmrc platinum jfee' took place, which as the name suggests is the joining fees of the card. This fee is okay with me.

While apply for ipo through icici internet banking it shows error that "this feature is currently under maintenance. Request you to visit the nearest asba enabled branch to submit your application. Apologies for the inconvenience caused".

I checked by using other browser but same error occured.

Complain about hp petrol pump not using icici swipe machine.
I have gone to hp petrol pump & fill a pump but owner is swipe a card to other machine.

Why customer bear a extra pay. Because icici bank machine swipe a card no extra charges. But other machine swipe a card extra charge is paying by customer.

Pls take a action& instruct to your collaboration with hp using a icici bank swipe machine....
