Myself padmanaban, I have been with icici bank since 2016. This year 2023 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 31 March 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

same issue faced last year 2022, i was contact ICICI direct the my demat account was closed, but still i have facing issue demat account again charged. why ?

    Fraud transaction has been done in my ICICI Bank account. I got this SMS from bank but I don't make this transaction.

      30/03/2023. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction. This is happening for second time, I have reported it multiple times.

        DMC charges debit issue

        Dear ICICI,

        I have an salaried Account No:[protected] Linked to Mobile No:[protected]

        An amount of 826 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/Xxx dp chgs till FEB-23)on 30-march-2023. I have used my demat account only once that to earlier days as representative said account should be used to transaction of minimum amount with 1000rupees so i bought some stocks in delivery and i kept in my portfolio.br...

        Today dated 30 March 2023, ICICI deducted 826 Rs as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-23
        I have never used my Demat account. I have also requested to close my demat account 2 yrs back. Why it is still open? I didnt even wanted it in the first place it was forcefully opened by ICICI guy. They have been deducting this charge for last 3 years now. I want my money back otherwise I am going to complain in the court. And post this scam on all social medias.

          Dear ICICI Bank,

          If you are short of money go and beg RBI to provide you the money. Who gives you the right to deduct the money from the bank account. If you want to deduct provide a communication to the person in email and if he/she agrees do the debit.

          What are these charges in the first case. Could you please elobrate more in details.

                I have been charged with some rwd fee of Rs 29.50 four times. I have not used any such services of ICICI Bank but still they have charged.
                Pathetic service.

                    Hello ICICI Bank,

                    I have raised a dispute for money transferred to fraudster/Scamster account the same day 25/03/2023. Also raised cyber crime complaint acknowledgement number [protected]. Request you to freeze the merchant account and convert the temporary credit provided in my account to permanent credit as soon as possible.

                    Th Authorization is skipped from ICICI bank end to identify the fraudster/Scamster account and looks like also KYC problem. This account[protected] Mahakali textile should be freezed and caught as soon as possible as they are doing countrywide scam using platform www.amblinboxoffice.com. This is kind of refund and recovery scam ongoing which is targeting innocent people in the the name of work from home opportunity and looting people's hard earned money.

                    I had called your ICICI bank customer care immediately to recover the money but they said money is deposited to merchants account and cannot be reversed.

                    Can you please provide me your contact details as I have also been the victim of fraud through the same account Mahakali Textile in the name of work from home job opportunity on 11th March 2023. We can sue ICICI Bank as they did not take any action for the same account at the same time when I reported (on 11th March).

                            I’m using amazon pay credit card since 1 year. My all due clear on time. My whole cash back hold as demanding commercial use. But I’m using it only for personal. It’s right it’s highly use this month.
                            But bank don’t have any terms & conditions on this matter.
                            If terms & conditions available on website.
                            Then I follow this.
                            It’s very harassment. Bad behaviour.
                            After resolve this matter. I cancel my all ICICI bank credit card.
                            Also close the savings bank account.

I have an account in icici and also a credit card [protected].Sir, my credit card limit is 35000 ...sir i have paid the minimum amount monthly but they are taken only fine Minimum amount is not calculated in card . I face this problem repeatedly. I've not been paid for the last few months because I have some financial issues and also I lost my job in the last 6 months.they are called to my phone contacts same situations repeated please take the action sir[protected] this is bank employee number they are called to my relatives. my son is suffering with TB disses in this situation i don't have pay the money to the bank i want some time (3 months) .. please don't calls to my relatives i will committed to suicide ... no body and no one can never pay the credit card bill... plz sir take the any action.promise on my son i don't have a money...

                                      This is regarding late payment charges levied to me on my credit card.

                                      I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that I was occupied with a medical emergency in the family and hence couldn't settle this on time. All my past payments have always been done before due date. I have been an ICICI bank customer for more than 14 years and have never defaulted/ delayed any payment till date and this was the one off exceptional instance due to an unavoidable personal emergency.
                                      Despite all this, I wasn't given any consideration. This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response.

                                      So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.
