      I have recently met an employee of ICICI Bank and applied for ICICI Coral Credit Card. On 19th April I received a message stating " Dear Customer, we are unable to approve your Credit Card Application [protected]. Please re-apply after 6 months from the date of your current application."
      As there was no reason for credit card rejection in the above message I contacted the customer care and they simply say we do not the reason.

      I request ICICI BANK to state the reason for rejecting my credit card application.

        Icici has deducted money as a nach return of around 3500 Rs, this is clearly a fraud in which both the parties, icici and bjaja finserv earns. I will not pay any emi for bajaj finserv now as they have deducted the money which I kept to pay emi. This is pathetic.

          I used my debit card for Fuel in Petroleum station. My money debited as stating "Surcharge MCC 5541" what is this strange behaviour?

            On 18th April 2023, ICICI bank has deducted Rs.590.00 & Rs.457.69 mentioning as ECSRTNCHGS CHARGES from my saving bank account . I tried to call customer care of ICICI bank, but have not received any response .

            No confirmation / transaction was done by me for above charges .

              Hello I opened a savings bank account with icici bank on 15th April 2023. On their website it was advertised as instant account opening and no branch visits. I opened that account did the initial funding of 20000/- but my account is still not operational. I have written them emails about this but they give a very generic response. Their phone banking is also not working for past two days I have been trying to connect to a phone banking representative but their ivr menu is specially designed to frustrate account holders.                 having card no [protected] after issue of this new card on expiry
                of old card New grids are disabled. On recommended SMS I did not get any reply.I have tried many times on phone but automated customer care no It does not connect to concern person.

                      My self shiv kumar goyal . i had purchased icici bajaj scooter bonds two on 29/01/1999 which will be getting matured on 29/06/2023. I have called more then 20 times to icici customer care and visited branch many times. None of them have any clear answer to render it . They give one contact no of mumbai branch which deals in bonds but they never pickup phone or response .

                      How shall i render it and what is its process. please help me out . High disappointed with bank services and response

                          I am Priya Rathore and my account number is[protected], which is my salary account.
                          I have ICICI MakemyTrip Credit card. with card number: [protected]
                          I always pay my credit card bills on time and always have sufficient balance in account as well.
                          I have paid only 3 days late payment for my due of Rs 5860.43 on ICICI credit card.
                          They charge Late Payment Fee 750 + [protected]@18% 135.00 = 885 Rs.
                          I paid my bill on 12th April 2023, which was the third day.
                          (Refer screenshot attached), I am not sure why they charged me with the late payment fee even after paying within the timeline. I have raised this concern with the customer support to waive off the late feed but did not receive any resolution (complaint number- SR[protected].

                          I am looking forward for the resolution, requesting the team to waive off the extra charges.

                              Very worest behaviour and service from ICICI DIRECT deducted 826rs from my account on march 23, and later saying that it was yearly maintenance charges for trading account that too when i raised a complaint in customer complaint and later saying to refund it i need to close trading and demat account after selling my holdings from trading account. I have empty my protifolio within march 30 and now its 18 april from then onwards i am trying to close my trading account but it was having issue that i have holdings still to get clear i called customer support they are saying call me tomorrow and. Say the same from past 10days till now my money was not refunded and not closed my trading account and closed my previous complaint as comment like resolved… is it the correct way to treat the customer like this

                              ICICI BANK is Not secure for Customers. This Bank has no policy. They can deduct the amount from the customer's account at any time without any reason.

                                Through out the year FY 22-23, Total 11times ICICI BANK deducted ECS Charge of 590 rupees. When I reach out to Customer care, I got to know this amount got deducted, as my account didn't have sufficient balance (not minimum balance) to send money to one of my mutual fund biller. I have few questions
                                1. Can bank charge any amount of money, as they wish for ECS? Is there any RBI rule for this
                                2. How can I get refund of my ECS deduction?

                                  Am an icici bank customer. Today 17-apr-2022 ecsrtnchg charged 474 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                       I was taken loan from instamoney lenden club in lockdown but due to I was jobless in lockdown my ECS was bouncea from account therefore bank hit regular charges from account till date also O have given proof to the bank with payment screenshot but bank deduct my account balance from last few years but I have company against ICICI bank in RBI CRPC CMS portal bank was reversed my 5k more than amount but again bank deducted 1k and more amount from last 4 months so I have discussed with manewada ICICI branch Nagpur Prasanna Nande BM and ABM Vinay Moon was not ready to take my request also about charges reversal so I have complaint against ICICI bank about charges in RBI portal after denial from ICICI bank revert on mail also I have visited Itwari Nagpur branch to registered my charges reversal request as per guidance of customer care executive told me My homebranch is itwari so I have given complaint with itwari but BM yash Nadu was not ready to registered my request after discussion with customer care executive before him he was told me to submit letter to DBM Mr Dinesh Rode but he was not ready to take letter with loan closed NOC that time I don't have available NOC I have given example to him my account 14497/- ra reversed from Canada bank without loan closed NOC which was penalty hit on me from 2013 after closed loan also even HDFC bank also reversedy 7k charges in same issue but ICICI bank dbm nit ready to registered my charges reversal request so I have called to customers care executive team then he was taken letter on instructio of them but after 4 days he was not registered my request then I have visited kn the branch don't get any action on my letter so I have told him I will initiate complaint against him on mail about this and about misguiding me without loan closed NOC charges reversal letter can't take so I have registered complaint against him on mail
                                      and write about him as fraud after visited next day in branch he was balckmailed me about my complaint he told me he will sent legal notice against me and initiate legal action against me so I have again write mail to senior management of ICICI bank but no one taken any action or get back any single call from them also but bank shared me account closure of relationship letter so I have visited branch against this illegal action and said BM this is illegal so vinay moon dbm of ICICI bank manewada branch taken sign me on that letter my new account will after closed existing one he was lying with me I have connect call with customer care executive TL Mr srinu bachala also after that I have given sign on this closure of relationship letter but on 23rd feb 2023 BM of manewada branch told me after I was visited in the branch he told me don't discussed with me you are not my customer your account has been closed and can't open new one but as per discussed with customer care team my account was active I have ask him to talk with them but he was rudely behaving with me misbehaving and told guard to remove me branch guard was coming in cabin also I was panik so I was call the police there is 2 officer coming that day in the branch and told me to registered complaint against him in police station so I have complaint against him after one month
                                      Today 12th april morning Psi Mr Shyam Thakre visited at ICICI Bank Manewada branch to check video footage Mr Prasanna Nande trying to call me but I was on another call can't picked up his call PSI Mr shyam Thakre Check video footage of me and Prasanna Nande he was clearly told me you are not ICICI Bank customer I have closed your account but I was toldas per customer care information my account is still active please talk with him but he was not ready to hear me I have told you have taken my sign on closure of relationship letter misgudiing ne Mr vinay moon was agree that day when I was talk with him and srinu bachala TL saving account department Vinay moon was told lying with me my account will open after closed existing. It's clearly seems ICICI bank staff misguided me misrepresentation of fact and Prasanna Nande cross his limits he told me streight away in whole branch get out but I have again ask him to please talk with customer care executive but he was not ready to hear.

                                      After that he told guard to remove me from the branch and guard was coming into the cabin PSI Mr shyam also ovserved this and he told me He is investigate and check video footage of ICICI Bank manewada branch I have told him guard was coming in cabin for removing me Mr prasanna Nande misbehaving me I have told Mr Shyam Thakre please investigate this issue transperently because I don't have trust on ICICI Bank senior management who still not taken this issue seriously and not taken any action against this type of staff Prasanna Nande, Vinay Moon and guard why Bank not removed this people from the Bank PSI Mr shyam Thakre told me he will give his answer till Monday I have ask to senior police team also for noticing this issue because I don't have trust on Bank staff, Prasanna Nande Nd senior management of ICICI Bank who still trying to save his employees and not taken any action on trying to remove me from the branch and misbehaving not a single call recived me from them so please senior police team please check all investigation step by step from your end which is under PSI Mr shyam Thakre which is going very slow Mr Shyam Thakre check Bank video footage why after 1.5 half month I have request to please senior police team interfere in this investigation for going smooth and transperent result. Still bank senior management team not answer me Or ICICI Bank customer care I have doubt on ICICI Bank investigation because of their previous record which know to all people about their very senior staff so please sir check from your end this investigation and give me justice. I have attached instamoney loan settlement screenshot also which also still not even closed but after crpc complaint they also given me surity for closed but only ICICI Bank service only currupt who do not given me any resolution given just frustration their employees misbehaving trying to remove me from the branch and legal notice blackmailing this is the reality of ICICI Bank only other banks like hdfc Bank and canara Bank and all banks excluding ICICI Bank are good on service but ICICI Bank system is very currupt.I am very frustrated no one investigate my issue transparently I have doubt on RBI closure letter also on this issue and consumer forum also not taken any action after I have complaint in mail portal and with customer care team also as per my friend ex ICICI Employee umesh dalal told me some branch people comments psycho on me before him when he was meet with him and bank guard was not ready to meet with BM today 15th April also on working hour also I was coming in branch to know reason to why Prasanna Nande called and disturbed me on 12th April when PSI was coming in the branch Mr Shyam Thakre I have still salary account holder of ICICI bank and still my account is active and I have proof against ICICI bank manewada branch employees who commented psycho on me please initiate action against ICICI Bank staff transperently and bank also why this type of staff and ex MD chanda kochar coming from ICICI bank also it's serious concerns for the other genuine clients also this type of behavior ICICI bank staff Prasanna Nande Vinay moon and employees who commented on me with many manewada branch customer
                                      also I have discussed and I will not suggest any one about ICICI bank account whose staff trying to remove existing client from the branch and blackmailing about legal action after misguiding him also when I have visited branch and taken action against him they commented psycho on me.

                                        Upon checking the GST invoice as received on mail, I noticed a charge of ₹ 256 billed to my account in the name of Cash Txn charges.
                                        However I have not withdrawn cash. There was no communication or intimation from the bank for the reason of deduction of these charges which seems to be unfair and unacceptable.

                                        Charge detail - CashTxnChgs-Branch-Dec22+GST
                                        Amount - ₹256.08

                                        I hope this issue is resolved in this platform or will have to go through the RBI Ombudsman route
