I have an ICICI BAJAJ Scooter Bond.
Bond Holder no[protected] and Certificate no 78886.

Issue date 15th Feb 2000 and Redemption date 15th July 2026.

I am not getting any information about how to redeem my bond. No information is available with anyone.

Kindly take steps to guide me the procedure to redeem the bond.

      I was an ICICI Bank employee from Sep1999- June-2001. Emp id- 11200.
      I need a copy of the EPS/ EPF details that was deducted at ICICI Bank - essentially the ICICI PF details- PF name - account etc.

      I need this on urgent basis please but not sure who to contact.

              I have never given the instructions for auto debit for the payment of my credit card bills.

              This is fraud this has taken in my account.
              Icici credit card people stolen amount Rs.12000/- around from my saving account without my knowledge and permission.

              When asked for the refud they refused
              to return my money of auto debit charges alongwith tax which they have wrongly imposed on my credit card bill.

              I wish to file the fraud and cheating compliant against icici and I want my hard earing money return.

                Surcharge mcc 5541 on debit card for Salary Savings Account

                Dear icici team,
                My icici salary savings account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money.

                I wanted ICICI bank credit card, so I went to online bank's application portal and applied by providing all correct info about myself. My aadhar verification happened and the next screen said the card will be disbursed in 15 - 20 minutes after video KYC.

                I was given choices of cards to choose from. Coral and Platinum were lifetime free cards. So I choose coral.

                Video KYC happened and I was told that card will be disbursed in 5 to 7 days.
                After this a series of phonecalls came from icici bank. They wanted re-kyc and one by one wanted more and more documentation and further procesess.
                They said send form 16, then last 3 months bank statement then pan card then wanted me to send and SMS to some number then receive OTP and share it with someone.

                Also they told me that Coral is not free, it comes with 500 Rs entry fee and 500 rs annual charges. This is contradictory to what the options page showed.

                ICICI bank credit card department are cheaters.
                Please cancel my application. I will get the card from other service providers. We don't want your card even if you now offer it for free. Cheater no one.

                  On 25th March, 2023, a transaction was done from my ICICI NRO account. The transaction successfully debited money from my account but was rejected at the merchant's end (merchant - paytm-agoda), stating that the payment was done using a Mastercard. Due to the ongoing issue with Mastercard, the payment was straightaway declined but ICICI has been confirming that the payment was done successfully.
                  Despite submitting proofs of debit from my account, confirmation from the merchant stating that payment was declined at their end, ICICI has still not credited back the amount to my account.
                  Agoda, a travel booking website, operating globally, has provided written confirmation via email that payment was declined and my hotel booking also was cancelled.
                  Money has been debited but I have not got the benefits of the service expected to be availed. Also bank has not been responding to any of my mails nor providing a proper response over the customer care calls.

                    I am holder of ICICI BANK'S Bond,
                    MY Bonds are due for redemption on 16th April 2023.
                    the isin number provided by the RTA (3i infotech) is not valid or inactive.

                    Applied to a fresh FasTag for my new car through icicibank online banking but it is being a month that it has not been received. After almost 25 days of the application, as there was no updates sent to me, i called up the customer service and they mentioned that the uploaded ID proof is not matching (not sure why the details from the same Addhar card attached to the ICICI Bank account and new FasTag account are not matching).
                    As suggested by them, created a new HelpDesk ticket also with a new uploaded copy of the ID proof but the same is still in progress since more than 12 days today and no updates made.
                    When contacting the customer service, they dont have any update on this HeldDesk Ticket.
                    Sorry but never expected this kind of service from ICICI end ever.

                      My education loan is not getting sanctioned

                        Hi Concerned Team,

                        I did some shopping for my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5%, 2%, 1% discount on whatever spending from amazon and online as a member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives. Now in the same context around 14000 reward points are on hold for being a loyal customer of icici Bank and using their card throughout. I could have used other bank credit card that i hold but i sticked to ICICI.
                        The customer service executive told me that if reward points go over 7000 it will be on hold for investigation. That shouldn't be the case since the card has been given us for shopping purpose only and if we shop more it's good for the bank ultimately. The bank charge such high ROI in delay of payments but when it comes to releasing the reward points it's been on hold without any warning that I am overspending. I've never been late in paying my credit card dues, i always did it well before time still I have to face such inconvenience that I could never expect with such a enormous pvt sector bank.

                              My platinum credit card is charged invalid reward redemption handling fee - ₹25 + ₹4.5 GST. Transaction statement is showing handling fee is charged for redeeming the reward points for Order No.[protected] on 4th December, 2022. But I didn't redeemed any card reward points. I have verified all my statements, there is no such transaction. So I reached customer care service through this number[protected] and asked my query. But they told me to reach their email services for such query. So I sent an email to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. They are not giving proper response. I am following up with them for more than 1 week. Instead of providing support, they are frustrating the Customer by asking to register email Id, transaction screenshot etc. That is already a registered email id, I am receiving all my transaction related emails for that email id only. But they can't even map to my account/transactions through their support applications/systems. After 1 week of conversation, they are seeing my screenshot and sharing the same details whatever available already in my screenshot. But still I didn't get any proof from them for which transaction/order it is charged. This is the big scam by ICICI bank. It is not my first experience, it is always the same for all my credit card related queries. They are having only email communication for credit card queries. If we ask some query, the answers will be very irrelevant from the bank executive. As It is asynchronous communication, 1 or 2 times Customer can follow-up, after that they will leave. This is the strategy followed by the ICICI bank. Please take necessary action against ICICI Bank.
