Hi icici we received below message after txn. Money debited but not credited

Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.18, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 08-feb-2018 04:27:55. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

Please help me get my money it is very urgent. We appreciate you if my money get back today itself....

As per icici bank guidelines, i tried closing my fd from internet banking/ imobile app. But the option close fd is not available (Instead closure of fd on maturity option is there).in internet banking, the fd account selection option is not working in all the browsers (Tried chrome, ie and opera).

I suspect since we are closing the fd from the bank, it is trying to keep the option unavailable to retain the fd. Could please...

It showed the beneficiaries name.
It showed confirmation but did not provide any receipt. The cash was not deposited to the account, what should i do?

I had deposited the money on 1st feb, 2018 and waited for 2 days (Because i thought it would get deposited by this time)

I have no valid proof as no receipt was dispensed...

I had made a security deposit of 5000/- on 28th dec 2017 with payment id [protected]. This was made towards zoomcar. This money was transferred via internet banking to zoomcar.

They initiated refund in two blocks, 1760/- and 3240/-. According to zoomcar they have already processed both the refunds on 6th jan 2018 17:05 pm.

I got refund of 1760/- on 9th jan 2018 with transaction remarks "rev of pmt id [protected]"....

My name is aditya and i'm holding a salary account in icici bank for the past 1 year. I just saw today (7/12/2017) when i checked my account online, that multiple times i have been charged posdec chg of rs. 25.00 and 2.25 (Cgst, sgst).

I neither have insufficient balance nor had my card swiped for multiple times unsuccessfully. So, i can't find any reason for this deduction.

The guy over the phone claims that he has the details of my credit card, my name, phone number, email id. He told that the payback points got lapsed recently and for claiming those points, i have to give the details for verification. This is to inform you as i have invested some amount in shares went for redemption. They took sign on redemption form as well as check pertaining to that amount n bcoz the redemption was not done cheque got bounced. I reported that in branch but still redemption was pending bcoz of some nobita mem for 15 days i was chasing them still not done lastly i give up n personally went to the mutual fund branch in kalyan n got redeemed in one minute...
