I would like to say that one vas juice up is started from web, which charge 150 per month, as i have not started any of this service and not downloaded any thing, i deactivated it by sending stop sms, but i request u please stop such kind of activity of cutting money from customer account and making fool to them. As the service is not requested by me. Pls refund my money 150 as soon as possible....

Idea mobile service provider is deducting my balance again & again for wrong charges. I have 4g net pack in my account, while using it the network drops sometime & it itself gets connected to 3g & they deduct the charges from my main balance, what can I do for that if the network drops & gets connected to 3g, I have paid rs.253 for the pack and again they deduct my balance, is it my problem if the network drops?
