My mother is using IDEA sim just for making calls, on the 1st October there was a message from IDEA that some combo pack has been activated @ Rs 2/day. we had not subscribed for any such combo packs, there was a toll free number also present in the sms for deactivation, I called the toll free number and pressed the numbers so as to deactivate the service. I also called customer care . PLEASE NOTE THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER FOR IDEA...
