I have not subscribed idea Mymusic49 facility.They themself started the facilty and debited Rs. 49/- for the of month Jan-09.
I am countinuesly trying to make call to customer care, but no one is attending my call.
I don't know what is the plan for which i have been subscribed how to use it and know how to deactivete this plan etc.
Now today they again debited Rs. 49/- for the month...

Last month a new scheme called as Mymusic49 has been launched by Idea and without my subscription they charged my account for the same and cut subscription charges.Since that time i m trying to contact to it's customer care for information about this but no response has been given.
Yesterday i recieved a sms from Idea that your account will be charged on due date for the same.

I have been using IDEA prepaid for the last less than a half year and my validity ends around june or july...IDEA people are mischievious and they manipulate connections on their own...I do not know why because of desire to selling more idea in haywire way...It has been more than 20 times they have done this to me...whenever i switch off and switch on my mobile it shows EMERGENCY CALLS only and when i call my other friends having IDEA prepaid...

I have applied for a Post paid connection and at the time of filling up the applicatio form the idea employee sitting in their Idea outlet asked me for providing some documents required to be send along the form or they will not accept the form. I was using idea POST PAID CORPORATE(DELHI METRO) no [protected] since last 3 year, i m having problem of connectivity in Bihar circle BSNL numbers that 'PLS CHECK THE NUMBER U HAVE DIALED' replyed by idea system, i have many time comlaint this problem but not rectify or not satisfactory reason given.
