This is to bring to the notice about sheer nonresponsibility going on in Idea company. I took a new Idea postpaid connection in Bangalore on Jan 31, 2008, after giving all the required documents. The number was active for 2 days wherein I could make calls and recieve it. One person from Idea had come to do the verification. That same night, I had some urgent work and had to make a call urgently, but to my shock, I could not, wherein all my outgoing calls were barred. Then, from Saturday of last to last week, almost 10 days now, I have been calling the Idea customer care daily at least 2 or 3 times. I was always given wrong and false promises that the number will be active within 8 hours, 1 day, and etc. I even talked to the manager Chandrashekar, even he promised to see this matter solved within 1 day, but still now I am not able to make any calls other than making calls to Customer Care. I have even received Acknowledgement Letter from Idea about my billing cycle and the tariff plans. I have two corporate connections of Airtel and Vodafone and they are perfectly fine without any problems. I have paid Rs. 300 and took this connection. If these people are not able to give proper service, kindly be restricted to other places of India and don't forge into new terrorities and fool people like this. They are playing with my patience and decency.
