Subject: QUERIES ON REFUND AMOUNT AGAINST TICKET PNR NO.[protected];TRANSACTION ID [protected] In connection to subject matter pl. note that I had booked e-ticket on 23 september2014 for journey from Durgapur To Raipur (train no. 13425; MLD TST EXP. ) for journey on 22november 2014, while its' displays availability of six tickets but get e- ticket with a status Passenger 1 -confirmed, Passenger 2 (PQWL/1) & Passenger 3 (PQWL/2). I had kept ticket with a hope that one ticket will be confirm as there was a baby with us & purchased two Sleeper class confirmed tickets, unfortunately wait listed tickets had not been confirmed. it is need not to mentioned that as per railway rule tickets being cancelled & TDR registered by Western Railway CR Registration no. : CWR281114W19517. Till date i haven't' received money.     I traveled in Tippu express train on 09.12.14 from Mysore to Bangalore and incidently occupied a seat in a reservation compartment. (Though there was no mention of it being reservation compartment and it was almost empty) But a person in tte uniform came in and started checking the tickets and collected Rs.15.00 as excess fare for sitting in res. compartment.bur never issued a receipt. On questioning about the receipt, he said single receipt will be issued for some 10 passengers for his convenience and he did give me a receipt after some time showing amount as Rs.330-00. (SWR Rt. No.386566. If this is an authorized collection, I like to say that this is not a fool proof system because one need not write a receipt for the whole money he collects.       Dear Sir, Reference to my previous complaint in which I complained for not receiving my parcel from Dibrugarh to Kuchman City worth Rs 4500(vide ticket no 92368314 and luggage ticket no 27484 and paid parcel charges Rs 230 on dated 16.02.2014) After complaining to you I got a call from parcel office Kuchman City and they told me that my parcel is lying at their office. When my representative went there to pick the parcel then your parcel officer demanded charge of Rs 6000 /- .This is unjustified because inspite of your officers mistake of not delivering the good in time and inspite of going their many times they refused to check the godown and told me that the parcel had not arrived andi nsisted us to inquire at Macrana, Bikana and Jodhpur.         Parasuram express (1664) which needs to arrive trivandrum at 6:35 pm, will be delayed for at least half an hour daily. Weekly once it arrives even 2 hours late. Due to this consistent late arrival on different time cause difficulty for the local passengers who doesnt have another train from trivandrum to nagercoil between (6:00pm to 9:00pm).Passengers who arrives trivandrum station at 6 has to wait for atleast one hour for train . It is highly annoying for passengers who depends on Parasuram express. Kindly do the needfull. Thanks.

            it is really to have such worst ra, ilway station maintenance, Bangalore being one of the prime cities of India. There is no cleanliness, no guidance, narrow aisles and entrances, no platform facilities poor lighting and dirty station covered with all public. Neither Karnataka govt nor Indian govt has any interest to develop this important city station ????. The pathetic situation is most difficult to reach the station on either side with the poor narrow dirty roads. nsrao

                we are doing job in Surat & we have to reach to our job place in time from Bharuch to SURAT but monthly season Pass is not being issued by recovering monthly superfast charges for travelling in general coach only so kindly favour in this regards

                true...too much problem for us...today there is no difference between express and superfast...for example train number 22930 always running late due to double decker 12932..make rule to issue superfast train pass..

                  Dear Sir / Madam, While booking a fresh Season ticket of Mumbai suburban, the payment option of debit card shows a few banks, while all other nationalised banks are missing, even it does not allow online banks payment option. I want to make payment through Debit Card of Axis Bank through Gateway of ICICI Bank. My ID Card alloted by IRCTC is as followed with user id: ID Card No [protected] Kindly suggest as to how to make payment through Debit Card of Axis Bank and even it does not allow making payment through Gateway,

                    PNR No. [protected]; Train 12860 DOJ[protected] BD to DR, A2 12. We booked the above ticket for myself and my wife Vaijayanti Deshmukh; how ever I had to prepone my journey hence she is travelling alone from Badnera to Dadar. Since there was no one on berth no 11 she instead of going up slept on the lower berth. When the TT allotted the berth to other passenger, instead of talking to my wife and asking to use her own berth started making public comments like "people are illiterate, don't have manners, instead of sleeping on their own berth they use some one else's berth etc " After listening to these comments my wife shifted to berth no 12 and ask the TT to provide complaint book, which the TT avoided and after some time told her that he allotted the lower berth to her. The fact remains that, since it is a day time my wife has all the right to sit on seat no 12, which is allotted to her. The TT could have politely told her to shift to her berth if at all he wanted to oblige some one. And more over he should have handed over the complaint/ suggestion book when asked for. I request your goodselves to look in to the matter and correct the erring public servant who forget that he are thriving on public money. regards K V Deshmukh. Cell [protected]

                      I booked railways ticket of sleeper class on 20/12/2014 details PNR No [protected] Train No15016 Train Name YPR GORAKPUR EXP FromBPL To GKP Date[protected] Class SL Boarding Point BPL Reservation Up to GKP Quota General Due to busy in urgent work in office not able to travel so proceed for File TDR. File TDR under process and declined with reason passenger travelled. I emailed File TDR department that not travel on ticket, department ask me to provide proof of availability in office. I provided bio metric thumb mark attendance sheet of my office presence and department again process my request but after long period yesterday got email for again decline of File TDR with previous reason. So, After providing strong proof of my presence in bhopal instead of travel railway not accepting my file tdr. I requested to consumer court please look into my complaint and give me right decision. I ready to provide all email conversation to Railways File TDR department with consumer court.

                        Sir, I had launched a complain against Transaction ID: [protected], and PNR Number: [protected], dated on 14/07/2014 reason For TDR: Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. But unfortunately today after a long time I got a mail from IRCTC that Indian Railway rejected my claim showing reason ...No EDR has been fed against the particular PNR. I am really astonish and unable to understand why I can't refund my money?? Kindly look into the matter and reply me at my email id which is [protected]@gmail.com Regards, Gopal.

                          Respected Sir/ Madam I am a resident o[censored]nnao District, I used to travel by train Lucknow Kanpur Memo Passenger train, but all these trains have no definite schedule to reach on time .The distance between Kanpur to Lucknow about 72 KM only, but not a single Local train scheduled on time. If you will check the record of last two year, you find rarely some countable days the train has scheduled on time, IT was not problem of single passenger, there is about 3 to 5 lakh passengers travel every day, and all these have suffered from poor Indian railway management, Sometime these train has taken stoppage without having any definite reason. People are facing problem at reach their destination .Many time we complained to railway board via fax and gave complain letter but we have got no satisfactory response even face of their rude behavior, Through this platform I would like to say to Railway Board to take their responsibility at found a solution of these problem.                             Recently I had to visit Vizag, I left from Bangalore via Bhubaneshwar Express in a 3rd AC compartment. Everyone these days have at least one portable device including mainly our Mobile phone, no bother, I had my laptop too. I got a side-lower seat and fortunately there was a charging point, but doesn't works. I went for another one on the other side and freakingly it too doesn't works. I don't know why the hell I paid for if I can't get the services. I paid Rs 1700 for the seat for the 20 hours of journey, the all the eight people gave sum of 13, 500 rupees. Cant they fix two charging points which is no worth more than 500 bucks. Shame on the Indian Railway Ministry. On the return journey I had booked my seat in a sleeper coach, it was nothing new seeing that there was no charging point at all. I think the personell who made the compartment made it for dumb bulls. I got a side-upper seat and again something was wrong. The place which I got was short. My height is 5 feet 8, and the length of the seat then must be 5 feet 7 or below. Now what the hell was that. If we pay the full amount, why the hell they give us less. All night I slept uncomfortably having my right leg hanging or getting struck on the head by the walls. Seriously leave about the Bullet train, first give proper services then we'll see about them, else we'll see the same cases as these on happening in them too.

                              Sir, With due respect I beg to state that I am Meheboob Arefin, a daily passenger of Hasnabad Local. I want to inform you that the condition of Bidhannagar Road station toilet is very dirty and as well as it is unable to use for anyone. Station authority is not taking any steps. For this sir we are facing serious problems everyday. Kindly take necessary steps.

                                There is only one train in the above mentioned route. So I request you to introduce at least a train in office time (arrival at 9.00 am and departure at 6.30 pm from Sealdah). Thus many of Govt. and private sector employees will be benefited. Take it seriously and start a train in the above mentioned route as soon as possible.

                                  It has become very distressing for passengers like us to see that all ATVM machines are out of order. This has been a regular picture at Howrah statation. Adding to the burden most of the ticket counters remain unmanned even at rush hours. In this era of techological advances more ATVMs should be installed. AND THOSE SHOULD BE MAINTAINED TOO.

                                    The condition of A1 2AC coach in the train number14056 Brahmaputra Mail was pathetic, unhygenic and unclean for the entire duration of journey from 14 Nov 2014 to 16 Nov 2014. When asked about the cleaner TTE had no idea about his whereabouts. On 15 Nov the cleaner came with feedback form and asked us to just sign the form without even filling the form. When asked to clean toilets and put soap dispenser he replied rudely and went away. Nobody provides feedback/complaint form.

                                      dear sir, i am a daily passenger from burdwan to durgapur and i avail 7:30 local at morning and black diamond express from durgapur at 6:19 while coming back.My complaints are:- 1> in side black diamond train while the train comes back from dhanbad to howrah many coal packets [30-50 kg each approx]are transported by locals and the coal dust each day we suffer.our wearing gets dirty as well as we feel suffocation. 2>in burdwan platform no 7 becomes a mess because of beggars and it becomes night-stay place for them and they make the platform so dirty we could not walk also. My earnest request is please change the situation and take action asap.thanking you .Sincerely Amit chakraborty.

                                        Dear Sir, I would like to inform and submit my complaint agaInst non receipt of my Motor cycle Hero honda which was booked from Pune to Yerraguntla on 15 Oct 2014 vide PNR No[protected] and pwBill/ LT no B5585571. I was promised by raIlwar authorities that the vehicle will be loaded on Chennai Express. On same day and reach to Yerraguntla(YA) on 16th Oct 14 morning. Next day I went to Yerraguntla railway parcel (Booking) Office on 16th Oct 2014, I was informed By officials to Check my Vehicle. The vehicle Was not received by PARCEL office, Again I visited on 18th Oct 2014 submitted Xerox copy of PWBILL and my personal details like phone number and address. They said Bike not received we are going to register complaint with this documents. Still now many times called to this phone[protected]Yerraguntla railway booking office no) and enquired. They always says that your bike not received we are enquiring. Kindly enquire where my bike was delivered. Why this delay. As a common man I am suffering and getting mental tension.
