Dear Sir, My vodaphone no. - [protected] I have been denied a plan Red 1299 to my number. How can vodaphone decide which can plan customer should take ? even when my calls are not going beyond 1299 plan I am been force to take min 1599 plan even my porting request is not getting accepted. I hv been talking to your customer deprtment for more than 40 min still I hv been not given any solution and keep me on hold passing line from one to other vodaphone representative.. Why should all the discussion should not be given to TRAI as it seems ur cheating customer.. Mr.Chandraman / Rakesh /Karan is the vodaphone care person I hv spoken .. please review the discussion and reply on mail..

My cable operator that is DIGI Cable is not broadcasting NDTV. Even after repeated complaints.

    Dear Sir/madam This is a serious concern. there is one institute in delhi and gurgaon.i was working there as a visiting faculty.In the beginning they used to pay on reasonable time but slowly n eventually they started delaying the payments. Payment of one month they used to pay in the third month..this went on increasing and the time lag increased to 5-6 months. Then they issued some post dated cheques to me.they used to tell me if to drop d cheques or not. they allowed us to drop few cheques in the beginning but later they used to call us and ask us not to drop the cheque..This kept on happening.after that they stopped even giving post dated cheques..no payments at all..almost 4-5 lac rupee of mine is blocked there.i have a number of cheques for which they asked us not to drop and now the dates are gone.they are with me as a proof but is of no use. i left the job coz of no payments given from them.after i left not even a single payment they are making.no replies to mails.no answer to calls. plz help.

      i havebeen cheated by above bank a/c no standing at delhi dilshad colony i got a call from cellphone number [protected] a person telling his name rajiv he said i am rajiv speaking from reliance capital company we provide home loan @4% if i am need of home loan then send ur id pancard and one advance cheque as security accordingly i submitted my documents at the addresss given by mr rajiv after some days again i got call from same mobile saying that ur loan rs 2 lac havebeen santioned now u have to clear the cheque for rs 28000/ already sent by me he furthur directed me to deposit rs 28000/in hdfc bank the fund section of reliance capital he also asked me to deposit the amout rs 28000/early so that ur loan may be disbursed before 31st march closing month as per his direction i went in hdfc bank on 25/03/2015 at 1015 hours withdrawn rs 28000/ from my atm in hdfc bank at kurukshetra branch and handedover the cash to counter clerk of hdfc bank after checking the counter clerk said me that limit of deposit in this a/c is rs 25000/ then i called back the mobile no of mr rajiv [protected] he said o k deposit rs 25000/ i will arrange rs 3000/ and will be adjusted in ur loan amount i then deposit rs 25000/ ith a/c [protected] after 40 minutes i again recieved a call fro same mobile from rajiv he said ur loan 2 lac28000/ will be credited in ur a/c within 24 hours but till today i have not recieved any amount it seems i havebeen looted traped by mr rajiv mobile [protected] now the cellphone is not responding kindly help me in this regard i am retired govt employee and was depend on my pension only i am a senior citigen of 62 i have been cheated kindly help me

              Lodha is also 1 builder who playing wid middle class ppl emotions. Case - 1 of my frd booked a flat in palava- dombivali, (the same proj for wich amitabh bachchan advertising). At time of booking sales person from lodha said possession time will be april'16 and he booked flat. He paid some money as per lodha demand approx 11 Lakhs apart from booking amt b4 agreement. During agreement /registration stamp duty..its mentioned sept 2016, he argued wid lodha for this..thy said we doesnt know wht sales team told tym of booking..its operational dept who decided possession time..bcoz of arguement thy said we cancling ur flat n lodha will pay all amt in installment tht to be after 12 months widout stamp duty wich he deposited in idbi bank for registration and deduction of booking amt and some charges wich around 10% of principal money ( around 4 Lakhs)..rest will be after 12 month in installments..Wen he asked how come tis..thy shown papers wich he signed during booking in hurry as sales person asked...he stucked badly...now operational team said u can continue but u have to give us a written sorry note wich stateed tht it was his fault tht he argued wid operational guys reg possession date n he agreed wid all terms of lodha n never repeat such thgs agn..he given such note n continue d flat wid low heart..I saw all wid my own eys as I was wid him wen this incident happend..so sad

[protected] almost two weeks back nothing has happened. i) Unable to get response through email: it seems complete anarchy at the Loop Mobile. Last email sent on appellate.[protected]@loopmobile.in, got a return email from [protected]@loopmobile.in as mentioned below ----- Forwarded Message ----- This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. charmine.[protected]@loopmobile.in . ii) Unable to access customer support desk: when I call up at customer support get two messages, a) due to technical problem we transfer your call and then nothing happens, or b) in case it goes on the IVR, and I try to access customer support executive, it never gets connected to them despite confirming the chargeable call. I do not know how many times I have confirmed such charges on my mobile may be 25 to 30 times. iii) I am not able to connect to MTNL and Vodafone nos.: message we are unable to connect because your service provider has failed to pay inter connect charges, contact your service provider. Loop Mobile is behaving like cheats and TRAI doing nothing about it. Had it been Western world Loop Mobile would have been fined for billions of dollars for failing to deliver the services it committed to the customers, making their business suffer and people failing to connect their near and dear ones when needed. iv) http://www.loopmobile.in/Complaint_Status_validation.php - does not connect and msg received on sublission no data received. Above said amount not refunded till date .                       I'm using Vodafone internet service on 11 January 2015 without my knowledge NDTV package rs.30 get activate... So it was happing without my knowledge I request them to revert my amount.

                        My telephone[protected] and broadband connection from RELIANCE COMMUNICATION has not been working since June 22th 2014. A complaint was registered immediately. Regular follow up on the complaint results in assurances by the company that the complaint is in “solving mode”. Despite this my bill for June 2014 was promptly paid on the due date. My bill for July 2014 has been received but I have not paid it as no service was provided at all. The only communication I have received from the company is the bill and rigorous follow up for payments (harassing calls more than once a day to pay my bill). Can you help in resolving this issue and compensation for absence of service and harassing calls for payment of bills despite absence of service.
                        I continue to receive sms’s and harassing phone calls saying that my service has been suspended for non payment of bills. However the fact of the matter is that payment has been suspended for non provision of service

                          I have purchased a Tablet 3g7 from Datawind services online on[protected] it was cost Rs. 5299, it was said to me i[censored] face any technical problem in the device within 72 hours we will replace it, i received tab on 20th aug there is a line appearing in the screen which i have complained to Datawind customer care, the complaint number is 0820MH36930, they told me to send the device to Gurgaon office for its repairing, i requested to replace not to repair, but none of them respond for the replacement. Within 2 days I sent my device by Bluedart courier to Gurgaon office, i have charged 320 Rs. for courier. There executives told me to wait 10-20 days for service time, today[protected] i have got my courier with a wrong device with wrong model number from datawind now i want to fire a complaint so that unnecessary efforts may reduced and i will get a fresh TAB as soon as possible. The complaint number for mismatch model is GL0915MH39707.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam Greetings of the day... FACTS OF THE CASE On 9th February 2014, I had booked a 2 BHK unit in esteemedproject of LODHA GROUP named "Lakeshore Greens" located in Palava, Dombivali. The detail of the booking is as under: Cluster/ Wing - Casa Cielo A Flat No. - A1402 The total cost of the flat has been frozen at Rs 55, 62, 756plus other charges. At the time of booking although I had signed the ApplicationForm, I had also requested the draft Agreement to Sale to understand thedetailed terms of the transaction as also the lease deed between Lodha DwellersP Ltd (ultimate owner of the land) and Lodha Hi-rise Builders P Ltd (theCompany having the development rights and with which we are dealing with). Wewere assured that the draft AGreemet as also the detailed terms of the leasebetween Lodha Dwellers and Lodha Hi-rise shall be shared immediately after thebooking and in any case before the Application Money -2 becomes due, i.e. on01.03.2014. We had provided the cheques to Lodha Group with the said assurance. I primarily wanted the clarification on the following termswhich didn't had any mention in the Application Form but eventually had to havea mention in the Agreement to Sale: 1. Major Termsof lease between Lodha Dwellers Pvt Ltd & Lodha Hi-Rise Builders Pvt Ltd. 2. As FlatOwners, will we have to bear 50% of the Market Value of the property at thetime of Re- development/ Renewal of the Lease. 3. Will the Flatbe Freely Transferable after Possession without any NOC required from M/s LodhaDwellers Pvt Ltd. If yes, what would be the Terms / Charges toget such NOC. 4. Will the Flatbe Freely Leaseable after Possession without any NOC required from M/s LodhaDwellers Pvt Ltd. If yes, what would be the Terms / Charges toget such NOC. However, after banking of Application Money-1, when Istarted enquiring with out relationship manager regarding the aboverequirements, we were neither given any document/information nor anysatisfactory answer. On repeated requests and after a detailed discussion on 28thFeb 2014 with my Relationship Manager Mr Saiprasad, I was categoricallyinformed by him that no more information shall be shared. I was also informedby him that if conditions of the agreement would not be acceptable to me, I cancancel the booking but in that case 10% of the property value shall be deductedas cancellation charges. This was something which I never expected from a reputedbuilder like 'LODHA". At the time of booking, I am not getting the termsof the booking and once the terms of the booking are known and those are notacceptable to me, I have to shell out 10% of the property value as cancllationcharges. On further investigation, I came to know that in oldapplication forms, there was a clause that for renewal of the lease, 50% of themarket value shall be required to be paid which although has been removed withthe new application forms but it is not clear whether the same would form partof the Agreement to Sale. Apart from the above Clause on lease renewal, the clarity isalso not being provided on whether NOC from LODHA would be required for furthersale/ lease of the unit after possession. If yes, on what conditions this NOCshall be given? We are being informed that all the details shall form partof the Agreement to Sale and draft of the Agreement of Sale is not beingprovided. Once Agreement of Sale draft will be provided and the conditionsmentioned therein are not acceptable, LODHA shall deduct 10% of the propertyvalue as cancellation charges. This is absolutely unethical, illegal andagainst the spirit of the Law of Contract. As I didn't want to enter into such an illogical, unethical& illegal deal, I have decided to cancel the booking and accordinglycommunicated the same to Lodha Group vide my email dated 1st March 2014 with arequest not to Bank the future cheques submitted to the LODHA Group. Accordignly, I requested LODHA GROUP to refund myApplication Money -1 of Rs 45, 000 without any further delay failing which Ishall be constrained to approach appropriate judicial/quasi-judicialproceedings to recover my hard earned money alongwith interest/ penalty and thecosts towards legal process and harrassment. The above practices followed by LODHA group are abusive ofits dominant position since these impose highly arbitrary, unfair andunreasonable conditions for booking of flats. The terms of the booking werealso heavily loaded in favour of LODHA. Subsequent to the above email, I received an email from ShriRitesh Ghai, DGM (Customer Care) as appended below. Request you to help me in getting justice and getting myhard earned money refunded from LODHA GROUP. "DearMr. Singh Greetingsfrom Lodha Group!! We refer to your email below wherein you have expressed yourconcern towards sharing of documents towards the application for allotment offlat at Lake Shore Greens. We confirmthat as a policy we share the documents only post allotment of flat. Moreoveras per terms and conditions of the application form any withdrawal ofapplication has a forfeiture of the booking amount. You have signed theapplication form and the forfeiture is valid and as per agreed terms andconditions of application. We regret we will not be able to offer refund ofbooking amount as per your request below. I don’t know did I dream wrong to own a house in Mumbai andgot stucked in the marketing gimmicked net of LODHA Group whose ulterior motiveis not to provide the affordable houses to poor but to drag the money from poorinnocent customers through such illegal and unfair trade practices. Also request you to appoint a panel to check their policiesand practices, evaluate the equality, reasonableness and genuineness on theirapplication forms and agreement to saleand also to assess how many people have cancelled the bookings in theirprojects and how much money have been forfeited by these burglars from the poorresidents of the country. The collection of money towards parking charges mayalso be evaluated in spite of the clear guidelines of the state on provision offree parking space.

                            I also have similar experience with LODHA PALAVA. I paid initial booking amount of Rs 45000 and then requested for draft agreement but they never sent it to me. CRM said you will have to clear first payment of Rs 4 lakh then only we can share the draft agreement which will be followed by registration. Needless to mention after initial booking the interest component of LODHA was switched on and they imposed Rs 5000 for late payment and it can be reversed at any cost. Not only this since registration was getting delayed, I was being imposed with interest. In total the interest accumulated was increasing without any end.

                            So ultimately I decided to get out of this never ending interest paying story.Now they refusing to pay back Rs 45000. Please suggest if you have got the money back from these cheaters.

                              Hi, In reference to above subject, I had booked an order on 13 or 14 jan 2014 on home shop18 for puma shoes . I received the courier on 16 jan 2014. The goods we received was of bad quality.so i asked to return it back so home shop 18 has taken back the goods and homeshop 18 has agreed to replace with new one. After some days homeshop 18 has asked to refund the money since they were out of stock for that goods. since i am not having an account so i asked to issue a cheque on my husband name but still my request was not consider. And homeshop18 send the cheque on my name only, so return the cheque to homeshop 18. When i asked for the reason then homeshop 18 has asked for document, so i have provided the required document .on 5th Feb I got the confirmation from homeshop18 that within 2 working days i will get my cheque however till date i havent received the cheque. and home shop 18 is giving false commitments.please look in the matter so that i can get my money back.                                 sir this is just shocking wt I saw now. I don't know wt is happening to our country. This is not my personal complain bt my brother is a victim too. Sir my brother left today for Bangalore to attend an interview. he couldn't get seat in any class of railways thus needs to travel by general class of Karnatak express departed just now ie 9:15pm 22/12/13. now look wt happend with him.he narrated me on phone. The railway police and some staff of railways at new Delhi railway station was charging to enter in general class coach.police Constable was standing at coach gate and waz charging to enter in general coach. when some army men opposed it they started abusing. some other staff members were seen practicing similar activities at station today. you can interview the passangers in general class of Karnatak express departed today from new delhi nd will reach bangalore city on 24th dec.im sure similar practices were going on at station as this is a festival season. u can make a report on this as this practice is going under noses of railway authorities in national capital.plz interview passangers when train will reach at banlore in afternoon on 24 DEC.PLZ consider this matter. this is almost saturation of corruption in india.
