On 14th of June i purchased a CCTV from Reliance Shoppee Situated in Shipra Mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad,
On the next day i got its delivery and after opening the Box it came to notice that the sound component of my CCTV is not working and from very frst day i launged complaint in Reliance Customer care but no responce till yet , very poor customer service Reliance should stop this chain of business if they cannot satisfy the customers

    I purchased a Panasonic LCD TV, Model No.TH-L32C8D from More Mega Store on 16/04/2010 with their Bill No.[protected] and TV serial No.%956E22383. I had sent the warranty card No.LCDT-54703 to their address to register but till date I have not received the warranty registration letter from them.

    On contacting them they are washing their hands off by saying that they have not recieved the card, which was posted to them affixing two Rs.3 stamps. the address also was preprinted on the card so there is no reson of it reaching the wrong address. They are asking me to check with the PO which is impossible since it was a ordinary post. Now can you help with what legal options I have to make them issue the warranty card. The bill and product registration is in my name. What is the fuss they are creating to issue one card.

      I have purchased Panasonic LCD tv Viera 32 inches in Dec-2007. It was working fine till Dec-2009. Afte that the picture is not displaying properly, it was shown to authorised dealer. The problem is confirmed as pannel problem by the delear. He said that for rectification, it will take Rs.23000/-. I was very surprised, at the same time I felt very bad on panasonic product. I have consult panasonic dealer, but no use. I went to panasonic showroom for exchanging, they did not accept the defect tv. What should I do? is there any solution? I am going to tell at most to the custmers who are willing to buy the panasonic LCD.

      I have the same problem with Panasonic tv in Mumbai. The small problem became big just after the warranty period ended and now they are asking Rs 20, 000 for fixing it for which one can buy a better new TV.

      I would like Panasonic to replace my tv or fix it free of cost. Nothing less.

        i have purchase brand new Split AC and install at my office. from the same day i feel AC unit throw 'bad smell'. i have complaint about this matter at company service center. After few day technician 1 and technician 2 visit two times at my office for solved my complaint but he was failed and not to find out reason of 'bad smell'. now i want to replace the defective AC unit against new one... because of i am not paid price for defective AC unit, but i paid for best and better performer AC Unit. so i am eligible to get replace new AC ???
        company's Authorized person not agreed with me. so what i do now???

          Yesterday (9th May 2010), we purchased a Panasonic LCD TV (32X9) Chasis No.[protected] from Vijay Sales, Infiniti Mall, Andheri West, Mumbai (invoice No.81 SWR05 10SIAOT 1521). Today (10th May 2010) on the next day, TV is not even starting.

          I am unable to contact the Panasonic Helpline. I am also unable contact Panasonic service centre nearest to my residence (as per the list provided by Panasonic alongwith TV) which is Neutron Service Center Pvt Ltd at Lokhandwala Complex, Mumbai. The phone numbers[protected] and others) are non-existing numbers. Panasonic helpline numbers[protected] and[protected] only rings.

          Even the phone number of Vijay Sales, Infiniti Mall, Andheri West[protected] and Customer care[protected] only rings for the past 2 hours.

          Somehow I managed to reach one number of Panasonic[protected] at 19.40 hr and spoke to Ms Neha. I was told someone will come. I am still waiting. No one turned up till the time lodged this complaint at 21.00 hr..

          I just can’t believe Panasonic joining hand with Vijay Sales is cheating customers like this.

            I have purchased home theater from the below mentioned showroom.

            Its been 1 week they have not delivered my home theater. At the time of purchase i requested to give the product, they replied we cant give you. We have a delivery process and we will deliver you today itself. But its been 1 week they have not delivered.

            When i called they replied we have only one piece but there are scratches on the speaker if its acceptable we can deliver it to you. After 2 days they started saying take the DISPLAY piece other you have to wait.

            I am calling again and again and they are not entertaining me , they are picking the phone and use to say the person who is dealing with u is in washroom/busy/dealing with another customer.

            Its been an pathetic situation.

            Can you please CLOSE such stores who can't supply the goods to customers. No one knows how to deal with customers.

            I have sent email to Cust Care "[protected]@npi.panasonic.co.in" they gave me number of Sales Head Mr.SP Singh at [protected],[protected]. He received my call and listened the issue and asked to gv 1 day. but after one day he is also not picking my phone. When i call from another number and he received the call. He was speechless

              I have purchase PANASONIC TVON DT. 05/10/09 FROM DEALER “ FAIRDEAL ELECTRONICS” with in eight to ten days of of Purchase of Tv ,I have find Problem in picture Like one round Bar on disply, then I was inform this problem to “Dealer which I had purchase TV ,But they had not response & not take any seriously .then after also feel same problem time to time & always I inform dealer but no service given by dealer. Now, in month of April the the same problem I face (ROUND BAR On DISPLY) then on dt. 19/04/10 PANASONIC Service center executive reach at our home ,he also found & saw the probleM he check & open tv Then after the Round BAR Not Disply in Picture ,but on dt. 28/04/10 the TV Completely off In . No Picture DIsply ,

              NOW MY TV IS UNDER WARRANTY

              NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY REPLACE TV CIR KIT BOARD, I FACE PROBLEM FROM PURCHASE WITH 8 TO DAYS SO, I AM NOT INTEREST TO ONLY REPLACE CIR KIT BOARD BUT I WANT TO REPLACE TV. SO I REQUEST U PLEASE HELP ME

              TVS — not working

                I had puchased a cordless Panasonic phone model no. KX-TG2448BXS from Essem Communications (Hyd) Pvt. Ltd. for Rs 4200.00 vide bill no. 2485 dated 18.01.2010. The dealer had given me the phone in a box, which was not tested while giving the phone to me and when I requested that it should be tested they reassured me that we are here to help and there will be no problem. From day one since I started using the phone, there is lot of disturbance in the phone and I cannot hear the other person clearly. The outgoing as well as incoming calls are of very low volume and I cannot hear anything. I complained to Essem Communication (Mr. Pratap, mobile no. [protected]) regarding the same and went to his shop/office and handed over the set to him personally. He kept the set with him for 3-4 days and gave it back to me assuring me that it has been repaired (the microphone part of the set was faulty and was replaced, according to him). I again used the set at my residence (the telephone line is working perfectly as my other instrument is working perfectly with no problems) and the condition was the same as it was when I had given it for repairs. I again complained to him and again the set was sent to him for repairs and again it was there with him for 4-5 days. This time according to him, the entire PCB was changed as there was some fault in the PCB. Again the set was given to me and when I used it at my residence, the condition was the same. There was a lot of disturbance and incoming and outgoing calls were very noisy.
                Kindly guide me as to what future course of action should be, whether I should file a case in the consumer forum? After all it is not a small amount of money- it is my very hard earned money, which I feel as if I am going to loose it.

                  THE CONVERGENCE AT THE CORNERS OF THE SCREEN IS IMPROPER & ALSO THERE IS A FLICKER LIKE EFFECT IN THE tv.THERE IS A ALSO A YELLOW PATCH WHCIH IS VISIBLE WHEN THE TV IS PUT IN NO SIGNAL MODE[BLUE BACK]
                  WE FEEL THE SERVICE IS VERY MUCH BELOW STANDARDS.
                  IT APPEARS THAT THE BOARD WAS NOT TESTED BEFORE IT WAS SENT BACK TO US.
                  WE HAVE FACED GREAT INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE OF THIS & WE NOW REQUEST YOU TO CHANGE THE TV IMMEDIATELY AS IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY

                  this is in connection with the complaint of the above tv with model 21rx20c
                  with serial no [protected]

                  This tv has been bought thru vijay sales on 12/7/09.this tv is still under
                  warranty.

                  we lodged a complaint both with Vijay Sales & Hi velocity last month
                  on 15th march 2010.

                  one engineer from hi velocity came to attend the call & did not even
                  check the problem with TV[ did not switch on to see what the problem was]

                  and started demanding for the bill & mentioned that we are not authorised
                  to check the TV & if they do they would charge us visiting charges
                  if the bill was not produced.

                  We told the engineer & also talked to hi velocity office that they
                  should check with vijay sales regarding the bill details.

                  to this they flatly refused & the engineer[ one mr.nitin] just walked
                  away.

                  Note the bill was with our C.A & which is why we were not able to produce
                  the same



                  The engineer again came back after 2 days & did the same that he did
                  2 days back.,



                  Now after more than a month the tv is still unrepaired & we called
                  them again for the complaint, as we were able to get the bill from our
                  C.A



                  Now on 21/4/10,this engineer started demanding for a photocopy of the bill
                  inspite of all this he has still not switched on the TV to see what the
                  problem was!

                  How can one take a photo copy when a single lady of 57 yrs stays all alone
                  in the house.



                  In the interim we had to purchase a new TV since the TV sold by Vijay sales
                  to us was unattended for more than a month



                  IN this age where service is expected within 24 hours, we have been treated
                  very lightly for whatever reasons known best to Hi Velocity & their
                  staff.



                  A Brand like panasonic should review their service stations as they seem
                  to care a damn for customers under warranty & seem to be interested
                  only in the after warranty sets.



                  by visiting our site , the engineer has wasted our time money energy &
                  also ensured that 3 calls have been reported by him although nothing has
                  been achieved!

                  Since we have been derived of service for more than month , we want you
                  to extend our warranty period by another 6 months

                  We are giving you 24 hours to set right our TV, after which we will be
                  forced to take Legal action

                    I have taken an LCD TV of Panasonic Viera 32" on 14/04/2010 it was working properly but on 15/04/2010 the TV's Voice suddenly started cracking in a very bad manner. We are requesting it to replace but the Dealer Mr. Chand of NEXT electronics(Dombivali(e)) is not cooperating with us and not refunding the money back also.
                    Please look in to the matter

                      I beg to state that i brought a Panasonic 29" color TV(Rs 13000) model -29fx20,
                      serial no.rk-[protected], from khandelwal electronics(katwa,Dist.-Burdhawan,W.B) on[protected]. But it became defective on[protected].
                      From then I am just running behind the Panasonic agents and offices of
                      Burdhawan branch. Once a agent from Panasonic came to my home
                      investigate the TV and said Rs.7000/- is needed for repairing.

                      on Sun, Feb 21, 2010 , I send a mail regarding this matter to the H.O [protected]@npi.panasonic.co.in,
                      but still i have not got any response from their side except a mere e-mail and a phone call, in their call they said ok I have to only pay the service taxes, but after that no sign of response came from their side.

                      please look on this matter.

                        We purchased panasonic make split type air conditioners on[protected].from m/s ECO COOL opp.agarsen bhawan H-11,patel nagar 3rd, ghaziabad. The air conditioner is not of mercantile use. The air conditioner is defective AB-INITIO and the dealer not listen to our genuine grievance.                           I have purchase new Panasonic 29 inch TV and within warranty had replaced picture tube, after changing picture tube it was auto swithed off and on during normal condition, again i had launched compalint asked to fixed it, technician fixed it and after two days same issue persist.
                          Now my entire system dead.

                          Panasonic TV 29 " — Against Warranty

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have purchase one 29" colour TV from Reliance Digital on 16th June 2008 and company has given One Year Warranty but unfortunetaly my TV does not working then I have compalient to reliance digital on 31st May 2009 & call no-[protected] but problem is that one engineer has came from reliance digital on 20.06.09 and said that this will be prepaired by panasonic and engineer has sent the sms from his mobile after two days one engineer has came from panasonic company and said that your warranty period has been over so we are not able to prepair this TV you have to pay visit charges and material price then I will prepare this TV.

                          Sir please suggest me what i have to do it.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have purchased panasonic air conditioner (rectangular type) from Mona traders Nagpur, I have complained several times for fitting a drain pipe at outlet of AC water drain but no any attention is being paid besides several complaints lodge by me to fix the problem. Due to which my neighbour who lives just below my flat is facing problem by countinuose dripping of water droplets at their varanda
                            Kindly arrange to send service man for fix the problem.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              This is regarding washing machine i had bought 3year's back now the warranty has been expired. Now the thing is some part has been not working & then i called up a company named Shivam National Electronics which had registered them self to Local Telephonic yellow page {just dial} as a Panasonic service provider.
                              The representative from there end attended us and repaired stuff and next day it was not working. we feel like we have been cheated and the person did not gave us the old part and he did not share the price list formed by the company, The bill was give which was not even tax paid i feel company should look in to the matter.
                              I have sent the email but i have not received any reply

                              Plasma tv hd port problem

                              1.purchased on 16.03.14(plasma lcd tv 50 inch)UNDER WARRANTY NOW.
                              (MODEL-P.PDP 50' TH-P50X60D)
                              2.Two HDMI port not working.
                              3.wrong circuit has been delivered frm delhi on 27th may16
                              4.now parts not available.
                              5.VALUATION for re purchase is very poor.

                                I bought a 26' LCD TV - it said it is 170 X 170 angle viewing .. but it has actually only 170 horizontal angle viewing . My family cannot sit together and watch TV. you can watch it only from a set direction in front of it. Total waste of money .
                                I have been running around with the sales person and writing mails to helpdesk of Panasonic. No replies
                                Also not taking phone calls.
                                Worst is that post my complain they have changed the specs on website also !

                                  Hi,

                                  I have purchased Panasonic battery operated electric shaver in Dec'2008. Since purchase, after using for hardly couple of times, its micro switch (switch that changes the operating modes like On/Off/Trimming) gone bad. I approached company service centre located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I handed over my shaver to service centre and after couple of follow-up, I was asked to collect the instrument which was not really repaired but they removed the switch connection itself. So now, the moment cells are inserted, instrument gets On and will remain On till cells are removed. Company service center people asked me to contact in one month so that they can get switch replacement. After multiple follow-up by phone calls and in-person visits, till date, I did not get any response from service center.

                                  Service centre people are telling that they don't have switch available anywhere in Hyderabad and they will replace total body itself (with same motor and blade or original instrument).

                                  I am wondering whether Panasonic service network is not able to find suitable switch or compatible spare body of the instrument after more than 1 year.

                                  If they are not able to service such instrument that gets non-functional within few days of purchase, they should call back all such products from the market to avoid inconvenience to customer.

                                  Now on, I will think twice before purchasing any Panasonic product because I suffered a loss of around 2000+ Rs with this shaver.

                                    I bought a PANASONIC LCD TV from BETTER DEALS Electronics Pvt. Ltd. B3/67 , Janakpuri delhi 110018,one and half years back after doing lots of research and comparison with other available brands in the market. But I am really surprise to see and know that the LCD panel is not functioning properly. Lodge a complaint on 20/02/2010 about the problem and the service engineer told me that the LCD TV is having problem with the panel,he said we got a defected piece from the dealer.You can imagine that how much frustrating experience it will be. If a brand like PANASONIC is having this kind of quality product then the customers will not have faith in other good brands also. To be very honest I am very disappointed with the quality of the product that I got after spending 40000/- rupees. I would like to request PANASONIC to exchange my existing LCD TV and give me a new one along with warranty, so that I should not have a bad impression with a global brand like PANASONIC as it is non of my fault that dealer gave me a defected piece.                                       I have purchased a Panasonic refrigerator Model NR-B30M8-SS on 21.02.2010 from a retailer located at Durgapur, WB, India. The said Refrigerator is delivered by the retailer with sizable dent at corner Top. As per the Panasonic service personnel the dent can't be repaired. Since the defect is clearly visible and not repairable, the machine was not allowed to install and commission. The Panasonic authority should address the problem so that the defect item is replaced immediately.

                                        I have one cordless Panasonic model "KX-TC1222JXB telephone".
                                        The Agency is : Alesayi electronics

                                        The fault: no link between the cordless and the base.

                                        I bought it before eleven months from authorized dealer in Dammam Saudi Arabia (31 Dec 2009) and the warranty card telling one year. I went to Panasonic agency in Saudi Arabia Kubar City and they told me this warranty is old and the dealer should give you a new one with six months only.
                                        I asked them to repair it in charge basis and they told me the delivery of spare parts 45 days “From Japan”.

                                        They don’t have spare parts in there maintenance centre in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

                                        The Agency is : Alesayi electronics

                                        The fault: no link between the cordless and the base.
