I had taken a health policy of l&t through policy bazar on year 2014.
policy no[protected].
Today I chek the policy bazar web site for hospital in kanpur location and after L&T site there is very much difference between number of hospitals(attachment) .
Then I call to policy bazar and L&T customer care even they dont know the wright number of hospital whether they are cashless or not, I asked hospital list in my email but they fail to send me ... this is very ridicules situation.

How they are working that is very serious issue.

Please do some action
If today I seriously use of policy I will stuck in finding Hospital

    I had taken a car insurance of l&t make the payment through policy bazaar on 08/04/16 and i had received my insurance on 26/04/16 after so many calls to policy bazaar and l&t. Both the company is completely fraud commitment less and there is no meaning of commitment. Later i realize that it was my biggest mistake that i choose policy bazaar for insurance and i am sure that in future i will never do the same mistake agian. I will never suggest any one to purchase from this website their executives are misbehaving and talking rudely. They are not committed to their work and delivering services.

      I have a purchase a car insurance policy on 31/03/2016 and pay 6481/- pay premium than today gen.Ins. Company massage to me you have pay extra 732/- rs and there is recovery third party prem. 732/- on your motor policy . I have already purchase a policy on 31st march and than revise rate on 1st april.
      And your adviser mr ashutosh emp id pw01267 is told me you purchase a police before 1st april than u can pay new rate and today (31/03/2016) u purchase policy than u pay old rate so i have purchase policy on 31st march 2016 and pay payment on day

        On[protected] brought iffcotokio health insurance skbp. I has renewed the same on[protected]. On[protected] i was admitted in a network hospital for chest pain. Iffco tokio denied my cash less facility stating 2 year waiting period for heart disease. When i informed with policy bazaar mr naresh claim head informed me that it is not covered in my plan. So i questioned him why your executive doesnt informed me about waiting period for heart disease. So he told me there are 1000 of disease which are not possble to informed while purchasing. I told him there are 0nly10-12 disease which are in two year waiting period and that he has t informed me. But mr naresh was not listening me he was taking his employees side. I also informed him that i had taken one more policy from poilcy bazaar i.R term policy from religare. And that executive informed me to take rider for heart disease. So i question him then why this executive informed me about rider plan. Then that executive should have explain me about wider plan which doesnt has two year waiting period for heart disease.

        My findings show i am not suffering from heart disease and i has to pay the medical expense inspite of having mediclaim.

          Greetings!!

          I am awaiting response of my health insurance policy whose payment of 7090 inr (Seven thousand and ninety rupees) was done on 04th of april 2016.Till date i have not received my policy, instead i keep getting answers that its under process. I have called customer care many times either the line is busy or they put us on hold or they say they will arrange a callback which never happens.The sequence of events is as follows:

          1) dated 04th april: i opted for cigna ttk insurance via policy bazaar, make an online payment by net transfer from idbi bank.I get a confirmation that the payment was successful and get the reference no : 31741493. The customer care executive says that i could download the policy with 24 hours. I got a call for the verification data immediately.

          2) dated 5th april: i call up the customer care.Now they say that its under process and will take more 24 hours, when i asked why the delay, the executive says its nor 24 hours the rule is 48 hours for the policy. On the 6th of april the same happens here i get new time/new rule thats 72 hours. The same thing happened the next day but then i didn't get the new time but instead the executive puts me on hold but no response.

          3) dated 10th april: i get a mail from policy bazaar stating the same its under process.

          4) dated 12th april: frustrated from the events i call the customer care and said that i want to log a complaint, the executive arranges a call back, here again i get a 24 hours wait time. I get a mail from policy bazaar stating that i will get updated with 24 hours but no sign of policy.

          My point is that why provide wrong communication to customers, if you cannot provide service in the given time then don't do it.Their are other options its just that policy bazaar was the better place to compare and purchased i went a head and purchased. Now i feel cheated. I always believed that insurance claiming is difficult, here purchasing itself is so much of pain, i just wonder what i might undergo if i apply for claim in an emergency situation.

          My request is very simple please issue the policy immediately and ensure that proper action is taken to ensure such kind incident doesn't happen in future.


          I am still waiting for the policy to be issued

            Hi,

            I have got a policy on 1st March 2016 through policy bazaar website.
            A travel policy was taken from Bharti Axa.

            I called up Bharti AXA for some clarification subsequently and they said there is no such policy in their database. On further following up, they mentioned since the policy is in the next financial year, its not updated in their system and asked me to call up during April. I called during April and they are still not able to see a policy for which I paid for.

            My travel is starting on 20th April and would like to have a clear view at the earliest. Please note: the money was taken by policy bazaar / Bharti AXA on 1st March itself, but I still dont know if there is a real policy or not.

              I renewed my health insurance policy (Smart health insurance policy - basic
              Plan) using policy bazaar and made the payment on 25th of february 2016 for which i received the email stating that they have received the payment. Today the date is 02nd of april and after sending numerous emails and calling them up numerous times, i do not know whether they are going to give me the insurance policy or not. When i call them, they say request has been forwarded to the concerned department and they will get back to me in 48 hours, but that never happens. They have mentally and physically drained me, please help.

                My health policies were ported from Cigna TTK by you to Star Health Insurance senior citizen red carpet policy for me and my wife seperrately.
                Contacted person 1. Mr.Prashant verma PW00661, Mr. Rahul Kumar, Mr. Ashok Kumar and Mr. Sanjay Gangola along with customer care no.[protected]
                Premium amount of Rs.14771.0 was paid seperately for myself and my wife online dt. 7.3.2016 and the required documents was sent by courier & email on next day to Mr. Ashok Kumar, crt policy bazaar, Gurgaon.
                Still I am not getting proper satisfactory response form your team and customer care regarding the exact status of my both policies.

                  I have chosen a medical policy from policy bazaar and was in touch with their representative Abhishek Sharma (empl ID : pw01406). The policy was chosen worth Rs. 1, 616 which when paid on Bajaj alliance portal showed me Rs. 2, 154. When I questions to Abhishek, he said, the office listed on Policy Bazaar website is the old one and you can move on with the payment of Rs. 2, 154, which I made believing the person from Policy Bazaar.

                  Upon completion of process I got the payment details listed only for Rs. 1, 616 and since them I am following with Policy bazaar representatives for the policy document. I am getting various responses every time such as you will get call back from Abhishek, system is down, I have raised request...etc.

                  This seems to be a joint financial fraud may be by Policy Bazaar or by their employees. As before taking policy, I got chased by them frequently but after I purchased policy, they are simply avoiding me...neither giving me response, not taking a complaint.

                  I wish to register complaint here to let others know the type of service Policy bazaar giving and instead taking policy directly from insurance companies who atleast have sense of responsibility to serve customers than middle men.

                  I was also informed by Abhishek the policy would be delivered by e-mail in few hours of time and its sine 4 days I am still struggling.
                  Kindly help me getting my policy as its holding the visa process which is very crucial for me.

                    I had purchased car policy in Nov 2015 through Policy Bazaar. At the time of renewal I was promised to get Road Side assistance for free for which I have email confirmation from Policy Bazaar.
                    I has send them multiple reminders. I got reply twice saying we will do the needful in few days. But unfortunately I have not received the documents. I am even not sure if the RSA is activated.

                    Can you please help!

                      At the time of policy renewal I was told upon repeated confirmation that the policy was a Maruti Insurance tied policy and I would not have any issues at any of Maruti Service Centres. Now after buying the policy, I come to know that the policy is not tied to Maruti and I have to run from pillar to post for any claims. I feel cheated and would like to cancel the policy and have my complete refund back. I will recommend to everybody to be aware of Policy Bazaar. No wonder, your company never grows, because you cheat people. You can never win the trust of people because your company is built upon the foundation laid by agents.

                        I Sarla Bhutoria had purchased a policy through you with LTGeneral Insurance for my car Santro AP28CB3363 on 13/01/2016 time 16:41:57.879, Proposal number being [protected] and transaction reference number being EHDF[protected]. They have collected the amount in the same day and have not issued my policy until 30/01/2016 even after regular follow up with LT and Policy Bazaar.
                        Mr.amarjeet had called and spoken to me regarding this issue but i have been dropping mails to him and not received any reply for over a week.
                        This has cause me to pay challans and has led to a lot of stress and mental agony.
                        Very poor response from both the companies.Dissatisfied.Kindly solve the issue at the earliest.

                          My policy which is max bupa silver. It's been three week now. Nothing have been done yet. U took money in advance and nothing yet happen. Sanjeev or sandeep from ur team he called me 100times to sale this policy but after I paid nothing is happening. I am helpless and I will make sure I publish this on all Web portal and go to consumers department to give your team a lesson. Customers don't come to you un till they have been approached by you people. How they pay you from the monthly margin and you guys policy bazaar take it so easy that u got the money and now let these people faffing around for us. My money is not waste of time like you guys does. It's my monthly salary and I sweat like anything for this.
                          I want justice for delay.

                            I had paid for my car policy, however after the amount was charged the portal popped up a message ' payment failure'. Post that I got my policy done offline. Two days later I get an update with the policy cover note . I approached them with the issue and they said they will cancel the policy once I submit the offline policy details. I have already submitted my documents long back and now its been over 2.5 months. Every time I approach them they say the underwriting team is working on the request.                                   Policy Taken from Aegon Religare on 12/12/2014 & Policy was rejected by the company but Payment refund is yet to be returned back. This creates a doubt weather to purchase any policy through policy bazar.

                                    Hi, I have taken a health policy of Cignattk through Policy bazaar. I paid on 15th Nov and Policy Bazaar told I'll get call in 2-3 days but I got call on 26th Nov that too after following up. on 27th Nov cignattk rejected and as per Policy bazaar I'll get money in 7-8 days from date of rejection. But again on 2nd Dec I got mail from Cingattk that refund process started and will take more 7-10 days. Then now today 5th Dec again I got email that Pan card is needed for refund and will take more 10 days to get refund So in all these process now Its whole 30 days and neither I got policy nor Money yet. Policy bazaar have promised to get the money back in 7 days but now ome month still waiting to get my money.

                                      As an NRI, on 7th Nov'15, I have applied and paid Rs.145, 065 to online MaxInsurance for Term Insurance coverage. On 8th Nov, all medical test were done.

                                      On 17th Nov'15, one lien message came from Max Insurance that I am not allowed to take Term Insurance as it is Residential Risk. No explaination was given for meaning of Residential Risk and what are the countries not covered for Term Insurance.

                                      Complaint is against Two officer of Policy Bazaar - Mr. Roshan Jha and Mr. Dheeraj Sharma, who both made 25 calls to apply in Max Insurance but after 8th Nov, not picking up phone or responding to mail request.
                                      Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have bought New India Insurance's motor insurance through Policy Bazar.Date 27 August 2015.

                                        Policy Details are as follows:

                                        At the time of purchase policy bazar representative told me that this policy is cashless and insisted me to buy the product immediately. I bought the policy but when i went to servicing agencty they told me that above policy is not cashless and they refused to do the job. then i have to buy a new policy at that time urgently and suffered a lot to arrange money for that.

                                        In the mean time i had put my request for refund to policy bazaar. Since then i am following up with them for refund of my money. initially they said refund will be given in 10-15 days. After 15 days i contacted them again and they said 15 days again. i have urgent requirement of money to pay my credits, but policy bazaar is extending the refund time again and again.

                                        POLICY BAZAAR REPRESENTATIVES ARE SELLING PRODUCTS WITHOUT THEIR COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING OF PRODUCT AND MISS GUIDING CONSUMERS. AS A CONSUMER I HAVE FACED LOT OF PROBLEM DEALING WITH POLICY BAZAAR PEOPLE AFTER POLICY PURCHASE AND DURING REFUND REQUESTS. AND FACED HUMILIATION AT SERVICE CENTER BECAUSE OF WRONG POLICY DETAILS GIVEN BY POLICY BAZAAR REPRESENTATIVE.

                                        I want you to please help me get my money refund at earliest and i also want compensation for all the tension and humiliation i faced due to their wrong communication.

                                        A lot of time i try to talk with policy bazaar every time they said your case is under process .But now they saying your case is close .we already refund your money in your account .as per my account statement.
                                        i dont get any refund.i am who is responsible for this i am very mentally disturb due to my refund .
                                        i request you please take action about policy bazaar cont your bank .your refund is in your account .if you not sent bank details we are not responsible for this.i said to him why you don't sent me transfer id .Than they said to me we are not for you.a
