I had purchase Bajaj allianze two wheeler policy from Policy Bazar but still I had not getting any responses from your side. When ll I get my policy paper??? REFUND of medical policy money paid for Star Health

It is more than 1 month(6th April) since I paid money for Star Health and when asked for refund, it is more than a month and you guys still need another 20 working days to refund... Useless web site and fleecing guys like me... when accepting the money you just grab it with both hands and do it in 2 seconds. Policy not issued even after 3 days of payment being done!

Even after 3 days my policy has not been issued. I have already made the payment but I don't understand the delay. If I would have opted for ICICI lombard which was my previous insurer I would have received the policy instantly without any delay. Thats why you guys sucks and can never behave professionally. I made a wrong choice with policybazaar which believes in poking customers every second till they made payment and forgets after that....
